Great experience from the first sales call until the end of installation of my shower.

Called and left message for an estimate. When they called me back 3 days later they said they were 90-120 days to even give me an estimate. Need project done sooner.

Alex is very personable, he did a very nice job on my kitchen backsplash. When he was finished, he made sure that the kitchen was clean. I would use his service again.

I needed a handyman to repair grout, baseboards, and minor cabinet damage for an insurance claim. All repairs were done efficiently to my satisfaction. I didn't have the material to repair the built in cabinet and the handyman came up with a better idea, got the material and did the repair beyond my previous expectation. I would definately recomment this company.

We used Acuity Builders for our personal home after a lift station malfunctioned in our basement. The attention to detail from Kenny was fantastic as well as the communication and deliverable of the remodel. I would highly recommend Acuity and happen to be calling them again to assist us in repair after a more minor leak this time but definitely a job I know they will deliver on and do so in a timely manner.

I had a wonderful experience with Dream Bath. They installed a beautiful walk-in tub, in my Mothers home. From the start, they listened intently and were extremely professional and timely in their services. They walked me through any and all of the kinks and details of the remodel, and were detailed and patient with any answers to questions I had. Their estimate was right on and the time frame they gave me was honest and actually faster than I had thought this kind of remodel would take.. I have no complaints or reservations at all. When our counter that they had made and installed developed a crack in it, they said it was because a crockpot we had used was excessive heat, so they wouldn't repair it. This was a standard crockpot, not a charcoal grill. Even when talking to one of the installers about the situation being a little ridiculous after all money the kitchen cost, he agreed. But of course there was nothing that could be done about it.

Had them build a simple pergola in the back yard. They did awesome! Took about 3 days to complete including paint

Mason was here for three hours working on our sewer line! He cabled from every toilet and was able to locate our 100 year old sewer. Very happy with the service.

We had a negative experience with the design team at the Good Guys. We were very disappointed and felt we got a better design with another company. We also saved 20% by going with another contractor and there was more work within scope of our project.
