I had Maloney Plumbing replace a 20 year old water softener. Their price was competitive. Their staff was courteous, helpful, responsive, and professional. The new softer install was performed with a great attention to quality, and they cleaned up thoroughly afterward. It’s refreshing to work with a company that has such a great practice of classic customer service, quality work, and good honest business practices. 100% will use again.

I asked Accent Plumbing for a minor but important bathtub drain replacement. 24 hours later the job was completed. Sam the repairman showed up at the announced service time and with proper knowledge, tools and replacement parts fixed the problem. I had been skeptical and had hesitated for some time to address this issue, but Accent Plumbing turned out to be a reliable, trustworthy plumber, with a very competitive price for the repair. I contacted 2 Good Plumber's LLC based on the reviews and I was not disappointed. I had a leaking toilet and leaking water shut off valve. Someone came out to my house roughly 5 hours after I contacted them, replaced all the toilet guts, the water shut off valve, cleaned up after themselves, and was polite the entire time. After all that the bill was lower than what I'm used to being charged for plumbing service. All around an excellent experience.

After our home maintenance company, One Guard, denied coverage for our leaking hot water tank (suddenly we're responsible for the city's water pressure, although this is not an exclusion in the contract we have with them), we found Deer Valley Plumbing through the warranty company that we still had another year of coverage under for the tank. Deer Valley's entire team, from the first call to the office to the amazing plumbers that came to do the work, were professional, courteous, reliable, friendly and meticulous (they consistently wore covers on their shoes when walking inside our home). David called ahead to let us know he was coming, showed up on time and with another plumber, Lorenzo, did a terrific job on several items for us in addition to handling the warranty replacement of our hot water heater with the manufacturer (which they also submitted all the paperwork for, something most other plumbers would not do). Both were friendly, immediately introduced themselves and were very communicative while they were here. They installed a pressure reducing valve on our main water line, replaced a leaky hose bib and installed a new pull-down faucet in our laundry room. All of the pricing and details were provided prior to commencement of the work; David actually worked up several options for us and we were able to pick what we wanted to have done. He also evaluated additional items for us, answering all of our questions and reaching out to others at the company if he didn't have an immediate answer. All of the work was completed in one day, much to our relief and satisfaction. We plan to continue to use them moving forward.

What started from a drain clog ended up being a replacement of my entire sewer as it was corroded. Although it was unexpected the entire crew that worked on the entire job were courteous, professional and very knowledgeable with any concerns or questions I had.

I was able to get a septic tank pumping appointment within a couple of days. I was happy to pay a fee for them to dig, I'm getting too old for all of that. The technician was very professional, he also looked in to see if I had a single or double chamber tank because part of it is under a concrete slab. Good information to know for future intervals. I highly recommend this company's services.
