I reached out to Sewer Time after being in a house for 3.5 years with severe septic tank backups, as the homeowner I had no idea what the problem was and inherited it as a secret gift from the previous owner. The system that was onsite was reported to be from 1981 and had some sketchy notes in the permit application. Sewer time was able to come out to survey and diagnose my system’s problems, which turned out to be severe.

It was found that odd angles and adaptations had been made to the plumbing coming from my house, and that my septic tank was in hydraulic failure and was overwhelming the dry well that was installed in the 80s. It was also later found out during the dig that the back end of my actual septic tank precast concrete had a huge hole that was buried and concealed by the previous team. The diagnosis was to dig to the tank, repair any systems that could be repaired, and divert the drain into a new seepage pit. Bonus note, they were also able to repair my current septic tank and discouraged spending unnecessary money on a new tank.

Travis and Mike completed the entire job minus some small details, just the two of them. These guys are some of the kindest, most hard-working people I have ever met and some of the most reliable contractors. These two guys interacted with me and my family while we worked through this huge repair and were nothing but pleasant.

The scale of the job and the orientation of my backyard required a 14’ section of my brick wall to be removed to allow a larger excavator into the back yard to complete the job. I was concerned that it would be difficult to find and get another contractor to come for a small section repair like that, but Sewer Time was able to take care of the issue providing me with viable options to replace the wall or install a vehicle gate and was completed in a timely manner.

Overall, for how huge of a job this was and what a vital repair it was to my house and quality of life, I would 100% recommend using Server Time. These guys are legit.

Huge shout out to Brandon with Anthony's plumbing! After getting bids for a bathroom remodel they came in far more competitive than the other 4 bids I received. Wasn't trying to sell me, very honest and professional! I actually elected to not go forward with the remodel but called a few months later and thought I had a leak on my main line. Brandon being honest again saved me a ton of money as he found the leak was in my sprinkler system and not the line I was thinking. Thank you Anthony's plumbing and specifically Brandon for 5 star service!

My hose bib broke in the middle of the night so I had to shop around for plumbers. I chose Plomero because they were more practical and gave more options. They texted and called when there was an update. The tech came and fixed the problem in a good time and even explained what he did. Bryan did an excellent job and will use them again in the future.

I called Cave Creek Septic a couple of days before Christmas about an ongoing issue we were experiencing with our septic system backing up and they got back to me very quickly considering it was the holidays.

I was battling at cold and my voice was shot, so they happily accommodated me by texting me to help diagnose the issue we were experiencing. Whoever it was that was texting me was clearly very knowledgeable as they were able to quickly diagnose the problem sight unseen. When they came out, they were very professional and got to work right away. The problem they thought it was ended up being accurate (filter cleaning) and they resolved it quickly.

What I really liked about the service is the technician was very helpful in answering all my questions. He even showed me how to service the filter in the future which will save me from having to pay someone to come out regularly. When it comes to pumping, they'll be who I have come out time and time again.

Cave Creek Septic truly is an asset to the community up here in the New River and Cave Creek area.

This business is amazing! I live four hours away but got a call about a leaky pipe at one of my properties in Phoenix. Everything from my first call to them to them actually fixing everything I needed was a great experience. They have such great customer service and they were super professional during the whole experience. They are actual heroes, I will definitely be using them again!

Full day septic repair with maybe 30minute break during work. Left the yard looking good and Aaron even tamped the dirt down to his prevent settling.

Arthur did plumbing repair in a bath. Had to cut tile and cut it clean, covered it back up. Couldn’t tell it was worked afterword. Also took the time to show me the leak and verified the repair with me visually.

After callimg 2 companiea that could not help with an emergency, I called Septic Technologies. The lady on the phone asked a lot of questions to ensure we got the best service, then had someone out within the hour. Gilbert was our tech and he was amazing. Our tank is 4 feet down and he did the job with a smile on his face. He was very informative, pleasant and cordial. I will continue to use them going forward. THANK YOU Gilbert!

They presented a lower charge over the phone which made my decision to go with them. And once they arrived at the property the driver/operator tried to convince me several times that our septic tank is larger than it is in order to attempt to charge us more. The service provided was rushed, incomplete, rude and unprofessional. Even though I have proof with previous service receipts from 3 different Septic Pumping Companies reflecting the size of our tank this Co. did not want even consider that information but instead eyeballed the size of the tank and charged and processed the order accordingly. What's more unbelievable and another example of extremely poor customer service the driver advised me that next time we need a septic pumping service that we should contact another Septic Pumping Company vs them. Will not recommend them to anyone but rather go out of my way to advise my neighbors not to use this Company.

Belsito plumbing is fantastic!! Robby and Jon disconnected our septic and hooked our home up to city sewer. They were prompt, professional and answered any concerns we had throughout the process...not to mention very hard working individuals, even in 110 degree heat!!! We have a lot of landscaping and they planned the best way to install the new sewer, with the least amount of impact to our front yard. Great people to work with.

Brent from Reddi came out to help us locate a leak in our kitchen sink area on a Saturday afternoon (only had called a few hours prior which is pretty impressive)! He was very professional and tidy even though it was a bit messy of a situation and was able to advise on recommendations for moving forward. Made us feel very comfortable and put our minds at ease moving forward with them to help with repairs and working with our insurance company. Thought I had a plugged drain but it was a full septic tank. I called 4 or 5 places to get it pumped out but everyone was telling me that it would be next week before they can get to it. I called Septic Medic and was told the same thing. When I told the lady on the phone that it was full and can't drain, she put me on hold. After a few minutes on hold, she said that she would have someone heading my way in a few minutes. It was 4:00 pm when I called and he was here in about 30 minutes. I already had the small service port on the tank exposed but the driver (Kyle) said it would be better if he could get in through the larger port to make sure he can get all of the waste out. He dug with a shovel until he found it, then chipped away at concrete that was poured on top of the tank until the sun was almost gone. He could have just taken the easy way out and used the port that I had already opened (I wouldn't have known the difference), but he wanted to do the job right. Septic Medic went above and beyond to take care of me today. They did not charge for emergency service, but I would have gladly paid it. These people care about their business and reputation. I will always use and recommend them. THANK YOU FOR THE HELP TODAY!!

Contractor was perfect! Really appreciate him showing up so late in the day, 7pm. I'd imagine his shift was supposed to be long over by that time. Very friendly and very particular on his quality of work. Really good work ethic and doesn't need more cardio for all the running he did. Showed a great deal of patience while we were trying to figure out how to turn off the water for a condo. Would strongly recommend for future upgrades or repairs. Thanks Trenton!.

In November of 2018 our main drain line backed up. We called Rooter Ranger who arrived within 30 minutes. The issue could not be resolved by rooting so they came back the next morning which was a Sunday. By video scoping they discovered that our over 60 year old cast iron drain pipe was partially collapsed. They jack hammered an opening in the main bathroom and tunneled back in two directions replacing the old pipe with new ABS until they reached good pipe. The pipe was replaced from this point all the way to the septic tank. Soon after those repairs were made to our complete satisfaction, we had another section collapse in a different part of the house. After scoping the piping again they came up with a solution that essentially left us with all new PVC drain piping so that we would never have an issue with our drain lines again. The good news was both repairs were mostly covered by our homeowners insurance and Jarrod was very helpful in providing information required by our policy holder to process the claim. We ended up doing two bathroom remodels and RR did the all of the plumbing work for the remodel. Special thanks to Dan who was the project manager for the repair and remodel. Jarrod, Dan, Brayden, Joseph and Adrian and were all courteous, prompt, timely and friendly. I have, and will continue to use their services. Highly recommended.

Called them at 10:30pm on Thursday night concerned I may have an emergency. Was told it would be $250 Just to come out. Scheduled an appointment for the next day instead, thinking I would fair better. Was given am appointment window of 3pm-5pm the next day. Left work early today to accommodate this appointment and was told a tech would call me 30 minutes before he arrived.No call from any tech.Tech did not show up for the appointment at all.Oh well....next.When people show you who they are, believe them.

I was referred to Rooter Man by a friend of mine. I was desperate to find a plumber that I could trust as I've had some negative experiences in the past. I've been lied to and overcharged by big name companies so I am very cautious about who I give my business to.

That being said, I really trust Roy. He doesn't use sales tactics or gimmicks. He knows what he's talking about and did not once try to upsell the job. He wasn't looking for things to replace outside of the job I called him for. He quoted me a fair price and time frame to work on my main sewer line, and was super knowledgeable and patient while explaining what needed to be done. I'm very happy I went with Rooter Man! My advise is to be careful, there are a lot of crooks out there. Now that I've found someone I trust I'm going to call him every time. I recommend you give this company a try. Thank you Roy!
