You wanna talk about one of the worst companies I’ve ever done business with. They came out did not repair the problem they were called out for their tech ended up breaking the urinal completely, but instead of fixing it the right way because my GM is a female he just shut the water off and told her it was fixed! I have called 5 times with zero response from the owner or management, just a call lady. Don’t use this company for anything unless you just want the run around and watch the owner hide froM phone calls cause he can’t handle his business! Yes I hope you are reading this so you return my call! Good business you got there buddy!!!!!

They came within an hour of calling and fixed the leak for a lot less than other bids I had received. Alex, the technician, was professional, knowledgeable and very efficient. He quoted me a price and charged me less because he was able to save time and money along the way. That is amazing, the honesty and professionalism stand out. Greg, at the office, was awesome as well in getting me scheduled and set up. Don't call any other plumber! As a realtor, I know how hard it is to find good plumbers. Kept rescheduling because of bigger jobs, completely lied they called which the never did I had to reach outta find out why they didn’t showed up, and the funny part is they came to fix a leak and 2 weeks later I got major damage because the pipe they fixed got a much bigger hole in another spot not to far from the original now had to file a claim with my insurance and had been a mess that can not get fixed until the plumbing gets done and they are not reliable, a complete disappointment please get different quotes before you go with this company I will never use them again

I needed quarter-turn shut-off valves installed at my kitchen sink. I called at 9:30, and the technician was at my house within 90 minutes. Travis was prompt for the service call, professional, and completed the job in under an hour to my complete satisfaction.

Christian was out and installed my new sink faucet and brought plumbing under sink up to code. He also installed a new flush lever on toilet and adjusted the flushing of it. He was on time, very professional and friendly. I definitely recommend Ben Franklin Plumbing and Christian.

First time using Parker & Son's and Omar was wonderful. He thoroughly checked everything, explained what he saw and showed us so we understand what needed to be repaired. He gave us multiple options and repaired everything at the initial visit. He was professional and very nice.
