Service tech was a nice enough guy, but I felt like I was being taken advantage of when billing came. Service call is $59 to look and tell me what is needed. He looked at my sump pump and with me there called the manufacturer. I guess that call was going to make the interaction $108. When I asked about the difference in rate he said he made a phone call so he did something (5 minute call with me). I stated that on the phone the rep said nothing would be done without my authorization. He then took the fee back down to the service call rate. I'm glad he did the right thing and changed it to the $59. I don't think I should have to fight for that. Outside of that he was very professional, kind, and gave me an honest estimate to replace the whole pump. My advice is to take surprises out of the equation. I don't mind paying what you are worth, but if a 5 min phone call is going to cost me an extra $50 then let me know so I can decide what to do.

If you're a business, avoid at all costs.. Literally.. If you're the business manager, not the owner, watch out for these predators. If an HVAC company installs your units and services them, one would think the business has an AR account with them. Our HVAC units are still under warranty with them for God's sake. I called for service on 2 of our units and was told parts were free but we had to pay for labor.. Ok.. That's understandable. What they forget to mention when you call is that labor is paid at the time of service. So I had to pay out of my own pocket. Then they tell you someone will call 30 minutes before a tech arrives. Again that's great except Jerry had already been here 20 minutes before I got the call saying a tech will be there in 30 minutes. All around a terrible experience. Jerry the tech was great! He needs to take his skills and run to a better HVAC company. I'll be glad to remove this contact from my file.

Chad came out and was able to problem-solve for me in anticipation of a basement remodel. He did a great job, was professional, polite, and thorough. He made sure my floor drains are in perfect working order before I start the planned work. I would absolutely use them again and have already recommended them to a couple of friends! I thought I needed my shower drain jetted luckily they just needed to power snake it. The guys were super honest i had Dylan and I'm not sure who his partner was but they were super professional, cleaned up afterwards and super honest! When I asked questions they weren't hesitant or giving vague answers. Most down to Earth service men I've met. Especially being a woman needing a contractor other companies and service men want to act like you're incompetent and want to rack up unnecessary services but they definitely didn't do that to me! I totally recommend this company and their services 1000% it was $249 plus tax for my snaking and they also take payment plans for any other services that are out of your budget! I'm super impressed and proud I made the right choice by calling Omaha Drain. Thank you guys so much!❤ I hope this review helps others ❤
