I called some other plumbing company who wanted to charge me almost $200 just to show up since it was two days before Thanksgiving. They said they'd only charge me $50 to show up if I waited a week, but either way, that was the base price and then they would charge me more for sure once they figured out what needed to be done. I ran across these guys and they were at my house within an hour, took care of the problem in less than an hour and charged me a more than fair price. I will definitely call them every time I need a plumber.

I was pleasantly surprised when a young woman named Candace came to unclog my drain. She was efficient, knowledgeable, and polite. She even cleaned up the mess afterwards. I would recommend this company.
I waited for over 5 hours after the appointed scheduled time for someone to show up to my house. Was told several times they would be there in 45 mins. I get it that they might be busy, but they need to be honest and tell someone that it will be a while before they could be there. I finally told them not to come after being told they would be at my house in 30 minutes and it was an hour and half later when they called.
They get it right the first time, every time. They are always on time and professional. I’ve used them many times. I would (and have) recommend them to my best friend!

Where do I start. If I could give them a 0 I would. Explained to them the issue of sewer backup in our basement bathroom that had gone into our family room. They sent a guy Zach out on Friday and augered it and didn't know what it was. So on Sunday they sentFrank out with camera. He saw an obstruction but didn't know what it was. He called the owner Rich who was in Kearney and was told he would come out Tuesday with a jetter at 9:00 am. We had to call to confirm he would be here and was told he didn't know he was supposed to be at our home. Over $500 and they did nothing. DO NOT USE MIDWEST PLUMBING AND DRAIN!! VERY INCOMPETENT COMPANY. Zach and Frank must be apprentices. The BBB of Omaha will definitely be receiving a letter from me..
Extremely pleased with their proffesionalism, knowledge and over the top work ethic. I called 6, met with 3 and went with Midwest Plumbing & Drain. When needed, I will be a return customer.

I have been using Midwest Plumbing for the past 4 yrs - had a real bad sewer back up due to tree roots, and only Midwest was able to take care of it when other plumbing companies were trying to tell me the only option was to open up the from the street level about 10- 15k. Midwest was able to get through.. thankfully! I have been using them over and over through the course of the years the work and the experience they always bring to the table is priceless! I love Rich, he’s real w you .. but always willing to go the extra mile for his customers. And their prices are super economical! I would highly recommend to anyone that has issues w tree roots .. they are the BEST!

They came out to clean my drain and ended up breaking the pipe in my shower causing it to leak under my wall every time I use water upstairs and now there's mold all over. They won't return my phone calls. What's even worse is that my drain is still slow. Really disappointed.

Called around noon and our clogged drain from the stool was cleared before 4:00. Prompt, professional and answered all questions before starting. We had a different company less than three months ago and they were almost twice the price and not anywhere as professional as Midwest. We will always call and recommend Midwest.

These guys are definitely first class. Had a main back up and needed help on a Holiday weekend. Called several well known companies and was shocked on the run around and crazy high priced quotes with feeling of no concern. Called Dan at Midwest and was floored by his response, diagnosed which water supply I could use and sent a great tech out and had me taken care of the same morning, can't say enough on the great professional service. Will definitely recommend to friends and family, Thanks again for the first class service and the exceptional price!!

Called this morning, drain cleared this afternoon..on a Saturday. Sarah who took my call was friendly and helpful. Cortez, who came out, did a great job with a smile. Wish I had called them sooner!!
Berto was on time, clean, courteous, and clearly knew what he was doing. Great experience and my drains ALL drain now!!

My management company had them come into my unit to try and fix a reoccurring clog. They caused bathroom water to flow out of my kitchen sink and proceeded to watch it overflow onto the floor and into the cupboard under the sink. Even though my roommate was sitting in the other room within eyesight they decided not to give us a heads up to grab some towels or put a bucket down to catch the overflowing water. There was so much water it went under the fridge and leaked into the basement, my house now reeks of mold and mildew. At the end of it they said they couldn't find out what the problem was and we would need to contact real plumbers (their words not mine). Thanks.

We hired Midwest plumbing for a second opinion, to come out and inspect our plumbing line for a spot repair that was deemed necessary from another company. Frank was our line tech who was able to clear rocks from our line which provided clean flow to the sewer. He worked his but off in the heat and continued until they were all gone. He was very professional and we are very grateful the repair was not necessary. I will always go back to Midwest Plumbing.
They called me back on their day off and even sent out the owner to take care of my issues in a timely manner, could not recommend enough!!

Jaden was professional, efficient, and informative. I appreciated how fast he worked knowing they charge by the hour. I would definitely recommend this plumbing company and use them again myself.
We had our main sewer line full of tree roots. Frank and Roberto came out and tackle the problem. Professional service and fair rate.
Frank & Jon were extremely knowledgeable and found and cleared the blockage within a few minutes. They re-seated the toilet and were very professional in their work. Fair price. Highly recommend.

Hired this company last year to clean out my sewer line. They sent out a tech that only had a few days experience on his own. He ended up breaking my sewer line under the concrete floor. When the company discovered what happened they packed up their tools and left. It was difficult to obtain their insurance information after the fact. Eventually their insurance paid out for a portion of the damage. They were very unprofessional and would not recommend.
Absolutely best drain company I've dealt with in the Omaha area. I have rental properties in the area, have done business with other companies, and Rich's operation is the best. Great staff, can be trusted in both my rentals and my own house, and great customer service.
The nicest company you could ever do business with!!! Super fast, and really care about their customers!! Give them a call for any drain problems!!
