We had this company out on 11/29 for a clogged kitchen sink. Gary spent 1 1/2 hours grinding with a battery operated machine with no resulte. When we would ask him a question he would ignore us as if he haden't heard us. Once he did answerr & was very rude. Finally, we had to ask him if he could fix it and his response was no. we asked him to stop and leave. Called Major Drain the next day and they had it fixed within a half hour. A month after Tritz was here, we recieved the bill and what they charge for not fixing anything is way over what we were charged by the company that actually fixed it. I will never recommend Tritz to anyone.

Hard working man from Tritz cleared the drain that the plumber from Mister Rooter could not clear. The best part is Tritz was about 1/2 the price. I'll call Tritz from now on.

My main bathroom and mater bathroom share a drain line that was clogged. They sent a tech out and he got it all squared away and was very professional and clean!

Absolutely APPALLING business!
I called Tritz at the recommendation of a friend because I had some water backing up my main plumbing stack and leaking out of a connecting elbow. First, when I indicated what the problem was to the individual on the phone, they sent out a plumber who had been told a very different problem. I'd explained that the problem was a backup in our main sewer line, but they sent out someone to look at a leaking bathtub. It took the tech several hours to finally replicate the problem that I thought I had pretty clearly articulated on the phone. He came back the next day with a camera and attempted to snake the line, then attempted to use a blowbag to push debris through. The camera found sludge buildup, the plumber suggested that we likely had a belly in our main line. This work didn't solve the problem, but did push some debris into a connecting line which caused our basement to back up. They had to come back the next day to snake that side of the home. They then sent out an estimator to consider tearing up my basement floor to replace the belly they thought they'd found - they also suggested that I had two main lines and that the initial problem and the basement backup were unrelated. I received a bill TWO MONTHS LATER for a problem that they DID NOT SOLVE. This bill was over $1,000.

I called a competitor for a second opinion because I prefer not to spend tens of thousands of dollars to rip up my basement if it wasn't necessary. Not only did the competition immediately diagnose the problem, they used a jet to clear the debris within a few hours and I paid for the service THAT DAY for HALF of what Tritz charged. They also confirmed via video inspection that Tritz's assessment that I had two main sewer lines was false and that the initial attempts by Tritz to clear the clog caused the backup into my basement.

When I called and spoke to the owner to express my concerns, she was incredibly rude and hung up on me.

Do not use this company, call someone else. I'm considering reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. I can't tell if this is intentionally criminal or just complete incompetence.

Wow! So glad we asked for a recommendation. Tritz picked up my call, Kate helped us troubleshoot on the phone, set up a service call for the very next day, stayed in communication with us about the arrival time, and there was a seamless handoff to the Tech. The Tech walked me through a tricky water pressure issue in minutes, tested, fix it, sent me pictures, and we're fixed. Thank you!

We only have amazing things to say about Tritz Plumbing. Mike and his team were absolutely wonderful to work with. He answered all our questions and helped us get all our piping up to code after our house fire. Mike was efficient and worked great with all of the other subs on the job. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Tritz for all your plumbing needs!

We had Tritz out to install a tankless water heater and water softener. We had both of our water heaters die at the beginning of the week when we had the gas off. We called to see if they could move our install up a week after a technician from there told us it wasn't worth the money to try and replace them as they wouldn't light. Once Mike heard we were without hot water and the heaters were beyond reasonable repair he called right away and moved us up in the schedule. The entire install was done in just over one working day and they kept working the first day until we at least had hot water. Everything looks great and I feel the price was very fair. Would recommend to anyone.

My plumber just left. A part on my water heater needed to be replaced. they were scheduled to arrive Friday. However, my luck was wonderful. They were able to arrive on Wednesday, with the necessary part, and I will have hot water in an hour. Anybody needing a plumber please call Tritz.

Tritz is awesome - they came out and helped us when our hot water heater went out this week. They made time for us in their packed schedule and we now have hot water - yay! The office staff juggled the service staff schedules and fit us in at the last minute, very professionally and respectfully - kudos to them!

I have used this company multiple times over the last year. Although the reviews are mixed I have found they have had excellent quality on services. The one time I had a problem they corrected it quickly. I have never been talked to rudely, but even if I was they still do a great job on my plumbing issues. I do recommend them to family and friends and will continue to use them for my business needs!!

My Home Warranty Company (2-10) contracts w/ Tritz Plumbing for services. I've used them more than once with very positive results. Pleasant and professional.

It was the day before Thanksgiving and a repair by another company led to me having no water in my home. I called Tritz and Mike came over to see what was needed and then sent a very nice young man to fix it who did a great job. I couldn't believe how kind they were to help me out and get this taken care of with short notice and saved the holiday! Thank you so much.

Good Service. Plumber Mark was very professional and installed new kitchen faucet quickly. I also got some other service from Tritz and all are good. Happy with the results.

Superior service

I can't speak to their service, as I've never used them. But the driver of their van, license plate: VVS 325, is a terrible driver. On Wednesday, 02/26/20 at about 1:10pm, turning off 30th to get onto the 680, he cut me off so fast, I had to slam on the breaks to keep from hitting him. I was in the left turning lane, he was not. Speeding to get ahead of a few cars, so you can cut someone off about to turn left, is very unsafe driving.

Tritz Plumbing has good service. They did their best even though I have to wait for 10 days for some parts to come when they did my home water Heater work.

We were assigned Tritz via our home warranty company. Wish we would’ve gotten the gentleman’s name, but we had an appointment scheduled within 2 hours of being assigned Tritz on Friday, our appointment was made for between 9-11 today (Monday) and we received a call right at 9 stating the plumber was on his way. At 9:30 he arrived, fixed two running toilets and a leaky bathtub faucet and we were paid and he was out the door by 9:55. Amazing service!

Tritz was assigned to us through our home warranty. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received throughout the whole process. Everyone we spoke to was very friendly and they fixed the issue we’d been dealing with since we moved in. Definitely sticking with Tritz going forward.

I've used Tritz for multiple small things in my old house (leaks, water heater, etc...). Yesterday I called about a leaky outdoor faucet, same great service again.

Very helpful. I called for an estimate installing a pressure relief valve, and instead getting the normal we'll send someone out and look at what you have they gave me a ballpark estimate on the phone. I'll definitely be calling them for any future plumbing projects.

The lady on the phone was very polite and quick to get me on their schedule (within 12 hours). The technician was a few minutes early, and was very efficient. They charge by time worked and I could tell he was trying to get the job done correctly and quickly. My appointment was at 8:00 and he was gone by 8:14. Tritz Plumbing fixed our bathroom tub that wouldn't drain. We will definitely be using them again!

I have worse experience with them. The guy came to fix my shower create more problem than before. He did not do good job. And they have very bad customer service. They charged me too much for the service. I will not recommend anyone to Tritz plumbing.

Had Tritz Plumbing come out today to repair some leaking outside faucets. Very professional. The office called to let me know they were on their way ( I do not answer numbers I don't know).

Very non-responsive. I even called the office and they told me only one person could schedule a job and they never set up a time to complete the project. Wouldn't recommend.

Kate who answers the phones has an extremely horrible rude attitude. I would highly advise Tritz to choose someone else to answer their phones.

These guys are nice, on time, and they don't charge for things you don't need, and they can put you on the payment plan, they bill you for what they did, these guys are awesome.

When I called, that lady was very grumpy with no willingness to help. They advertise in the catholic bulletin, so I was expecting a nice approach with me as a client, but was awful. I never will call. Never! Period!

Not credible. Terrible customer service. The worst I've experienced. This company's plumber told my client he was up to code on his house plumbing but didn't write it up on the ticket as promised. It took the company 3 days to get back with me, giving us the run around. On the third day, they said it wasn't up to code and that they'd send a plumber the next day, not that day! They never offered to call me back, I always had to call them. We hired a different company, they fixed it that day with the correct receipt. Unbelievable the unprofessionalism of this company, and they had good reviews.

Tritz has been my go to plumbers for 5-10 years. One call and the job is done. The last time the shower wouldn't turn off Sunday. Rather than call someone else I turned the main water off and called them Monday, they had it fixed by noon.
