I called Micro close to the end of the day in desperate need for a plumber. My garbage disposal and dishwasher were clogged and overflowing and I had no idea what to do about it. I called and they were able to send someone out within that hour even though the day was nearly over. They showed up and fixed everything! The best part was it did not cost me an arm and a leg. Totally prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. I will use them again for sure!

They came out on a Saturday, were in great spirits, and helped us in a timely manner. The two men that were here were sweethearts and would definitely would recommend.

Our pipes froze and then burst over Christmas weekend. With New Year’s Eve fast approaching we didn’t think we would have water for another week. Fernando was able to get to our home and repair several pipes quickly. We still have water damage to fix but Fernando at 402 Plumbing Service got the most important pice fixed.

They wanted almost $500 to fix a toilet which I was able to do for about $10 and took about 30min and I am not a handyman at all. They wanted another $500 to install a 1/2hp food disposal. Costco sells a 1 and 1/4hp disposal for $70. I had to pay $50 just to have them give me outrageous quotes.

Corey from J P Plumbing came out to diagnose my water pressure/flow issues in my house. Multiple plumbers before him had quoted me $3000 for the replacement of my service line without checking any valves or the meter. Corey checked everything, decided it was probably the stop valve, and replaced it. Total cost: $308. He was fantastic, quick, on time, and professional and I highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs.

We have a home warranty through them and have been about two months without a dishwasher because we are waiting on a part. Just told today it may be another month. This is the third time it has been extended. Guess we will have a working dishwasher in 2025.Update: Friday we were told that it was on back order with the manufacturer and that it would be basically another month. I posted my review and Monday they magically had it and were ready to repair. We had to have a water damage company do clean up so they put the dish washer in the garage. Service One won’t reinstall and they said we need to replace a water hose but they don’t know who would do it or reinstall the dish washer but they have to come out when all that is done to test it. Ok that makes total sense and sounds logical.

Morehead Plumbing did an excellent job for me. I had an estimate for $1500.00 from another company to replace the galvanized piping running to the sink in our master bath and Morehead did it for $400.00. They were professional and cleaned up after themselves.
I would recommend them.

I had an appointment scheduled through my home warranty provider through Backlund as well. The plumbers name was George and he was beyond knowledgeable and professional. He worked patiently with my warranty company when the job needed a little more work than originally intended.
Leak was fixed promptly and couldn't be happier with the service.
I highly recommend Backlund.
