Just had In-Law Plumbing out today to look at a few issues at our house. We had great service, knowledgeable, helpful and polite. We will definitely be using them again.

I have used In Law Plumbing on 2 occasions.
Rick and Scott both were personal, efficient and professional. I will continue to call this company to resolve any Plumbing issues.

Over the weekend, I had a water heater failing to maintain a lit pilot light. First thing on a Monday morning I called In-Law Plumbing and Bernie took the call and informed me he'd attempt to get out there by the afternoon. By noon, he had arrived (calling ahead to give me notice). He was very mindful of my property by wearing protective booties and cleaning up after repairs. Although he could have easily talked me into a brand new heater, he simply replaced the affected parts and charged me minimally to do so. Bernie was highly knowledgeable, very courteous, and friendly. He answered all my questions and made suggestions to prolong the remaining life of the water heater. Don't let their name fool you; unlike your real in-laws, you'll feel completely comfortable with these guys in your home.

Had a garbage disposal installed that i purchased from Lowes. Very satisfied with the install and clean-up afterwords.

Thanks to In-law Plumbing and Drain Services for un clogging my messy basement drain. The services were done on time and effiecently. We called In-Law Plumbing to have kitchen faucet switched out. I was pleased they were able to give me an estimate over the phone so I could have some idea of what my lack of ability was going to cost me. They got me scheduled for the very next day! Ed is the gentlemen who showed up to do the job for us. He called before he came which was great. He was fast, friendly and best of all he even cleaned up after himself! We got In-Laws name from Menards and are very pleased with their service and reasonable pricing. Shaun installed our water softener and set everything up that we needed. He also explained how it runs and programmed it for us. Scott was very flexible in scheduling with us. We will definitely use them again.

I moved away and had to coordinate repairs on my house in Omaha to get it sold. These guys were phenomenal in helping me get the repairs I needed done quickly and at a very reasonable cost. They were also very understanding about working around my crazy schedule to coordinate payment. I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services.

Such an awesome company. Took care of my problem really fast. The tech they sent out was courteous and friendly. His name was Scott. I will call them again.

Have used them 3 times. Every time they have shown up on time. Each time additional issues came up while fixing the original issue due to having an older house. Each time they were able to fix the additional issues with items already on the truck. Pricing seems high but it’s is cheap compared to the quality of their work.

We have used this company many many times and have had a pleasant experience with their services. They are always on time and they are very professional with their services.

One of the best contractors I have ever had the pleasure of working with. We had a slight leak in one of our bathrooms and I had called some other plumbers but none were able to come out that same day. In-Law was able to get us scheduled the same day and were even a little bit early. The plumber (Ricky) might have been the smartest person in the trade I have ever hired. He quickly fixed the issue within an hour and went as far as making sure to check the other bathrooms for issues and fix them..all within the hour. We have probably hired closed to 15 contractors in the last 6 years for various projects issues and remodeling. I am the type of person who interviewed close to 15 companies for an HVAC replacement but I only needed one call to this company to assure that we will be using them again. And you should too!

I talked with Scott about a lot of different hot water heaters and even bothered him about tankless installation in use despite them not installing them. Honest guy that didn’t lie to me just to sell me something. Reasonable prices, Highly recommend.

I was referred to In Law by a good friend. Scott was very responsive to my message and gave me a clear picture as to what I was looking at for the 4 different issues I needed fixed. His two workers were on time as promised and worked straight through until everything was done. The work was perfect and the price was very fair. I couldn't be happier. I'll definitely use them again if need be.

If you're looking for a plumber, look no further. Bernie, Rick and Scott are your guys. They plumbed for our bathroom remodel. The price value was great... work ethic great... and responsiveness and being wonderful to work with was such a pleasant experience. We really appreciated all they did to help us on the project.

What started for us as a clogged drain became a nightmare scenario where the clogged drain was the least of our concerns (we had to excavate front yard, remove existing main sewer line, replace with new sewer line plus 3 external clean-outs along with cabling 3 drains, video 2 lines and replace a toilet). Suffice it to say, In-law Plumbing came to the rescue from the get go. They were prompt, professional and most importantly highly trained experts at what they do. They not only came with the highest recommendations but other friends who had similar problems said not to worry, they treat you like family. We can positively confirm their company motto is an understatement. They treated us better than family, we were in dire straights and they took care of every aspect of our plumbing (and fiscal needs). What could have been a financial and emotional nightmare turned out to be a lifelong teaching moment for others to watch out for when purchasing a home. Pro Tip #1, have your potential home inspected by licensed plumbers who take the time to video your pipes so there's nothing hidden or unexpected (like an undisclosed septic tank in the city) that you'll end up paying much more than the cost of inspection to have to deal with after the purchase. In-law plumbing not only took care of everything from interior work to exterior work, but they were available by phone and in-person throughout the entire process. We can't recommend these guys enough and they truly saved the day when we needed them. As far as we're concerned, they're family from this point forward.

Fast and friendly

Had a leaking shower faucet plumber came out and spent almost two hours attempting to fix it and was unable to. I was then told that the valve might need to be replaced at an estimated cost of $450.00. The second plumber came out and tackled the problem again before attempting to change the valve, and he was able to fix it, which cost me $190 instead of $450. I really appreciated their honesty, and their second attempt to fix the original issue instead of them not trying and doing the most expensive job. I fully recommend this company and will be hiring them for any future plumbing needs, thank you!

Bought a Beautiful Older Home and had to have pipes replaced, new hot water heater, non-code items fixed. Everything was Done to perfection.

I do not say that lightly! I am so OCD that even the acronym bothers me ... it should be CDO (alphabetically correct).

It was picture perfect, super well done. It’s what you expect if you had Rolls-Royce Co. as your Plumber. Clean straight smooth new polished copper piping throughout! Beautiful solders and wall hugging lengths and cuts! Very impressive!

We could only hope that all our tradesmen were this professional and talented.... Gold Standard! They set the Bar!

We've had In-Law Plumbing out 2 times and every time has been flawless. The quote was exactly what they said for the first project. The second time was to fix a clogged main line they were very quick to get out and fix the problem. The price was affordable and the workers were very professional. They gave us tips to help prevent clogs in the future as well. We are very happy to have found In-Law Plumbing!

We would highly recommend In-Law Plumbing. During unseasonably below zero temps we had a pipe split in our kitchen ceiling. In-Law Plumbing was so quick to respond to our problem, found the leak right away and replaced the pipe, that was in a very challenging place to get to, in a very timely manner. Scott and Rick were very honest, professional, and clean. We are grateful to have a plumbing company we can count on.

Called to a flooded basement and figured out warranty and picked uo new water heater and took back the one under warranty. Awesome friendly and definitely priced right!

Unclogged rusted vanity pipe in basement. Two other companies attempted and failed. Derek stayed with it and figured it out!! Saved me big money, as next option was tearing up cement floor. Kudos to Derek and Scott with In-Law Plumbing. My new plumbers!

I called In-Law Plumbing to get a second opinion about some very expensive plumbing and sewer line work that another company had said we needed. The proposed repairs totaled nearly $15,000. Not wanting to spend that kind of money without a second opinion, I called In-Law Plumbing for that second opinion. Thomas, from In-Law, arrived promptly and asked me to explain to him what was going on. I told him my story, and then he began his work. After scoping out our lines with a sophisticated-looking camera setup, and having me watch the whole procedure, Thomas informed me that our sewer lines were in excellent shape... just a few tree roots in one spot. Rather than spending nearly $15,000, Thomas recommended that we do nothing at this time, and come this spring/summer, have the sewer lines jetted (approximately a $200 cost) to take care of the tree roots. He explained that it would likely need to be done every couple of years. So... rather than spending thousands of dollars, we'll just make it a maintenance process to have the lines jetted. Thanks to Thomas and In-Law plumbing for saving us so much money! On the back of the business card from Thomas it says, We Treat You Like Family. Absolutely true! Family will save you money! I would unequivocally and whole-heartedly recommend In-Law plumbing!

October 17th called them out due to back up and flooding in basement. Did not deliver services as described or paid for. Did not provide video of scope or even show me the camera in our line.

Cleaned out line without prior approval.
Was just handed a bill. Had service master there at sane time, dealing with insurance, so I feel they took advantage of my situation.

I begged for a week in emails for the video, was promised I would get it. Then told they didn't record it. Offered to come back out to scope again. Doesn't do me any good after the clean out.

A lot of confusion on the owners part, no communication between him and his employees.

Had to demand a refund. When speaking with other companies after this, this were appalled at how this was handled.
Will never use this company again.

Family and friends will not either after my updates on social media of it taking 2 weeks of trying to get a resolution with them.

I had to cancel the appointment for the rescope on October 29th, due to illness. A professional company would have done a follow up.
Have literally been putting off calling them for the rescope because we want nothing to do with them.

We purchased a replacement hot water heater from Lowe's. Lowe's sent Bernie, from In-Law Plumbing to our home with the new heater. Bernie is a great technician. He was in and out of our basement in less than 90 minutes. He cleaned up the work area very well, and took the old water heater away through the basement door. Bernie is very personable and professional and takes his job seriously. I highly recommend In-Law Plumbing.

In-law plumbing was able to show up same day. With one toilet and no running water we were desperate. Chris showed up with a plan. And he excuted that plan probably better then he thought it would go. They kept to the estimate they gave me when they started and were super professional. I couldn't have been happier with the outcome. 3 hours after showing up the tree roots were cleared and the pipe was draining perfectly. Thank you!

Thomas, at In- Law Plumbing and Drain, came to inspect our main sewer line. After much cleaning and persistence, he identified where the main line is broken (139 feet from the house) and set up a crew to come and replace the portion of the broken clay pipe. He took the time to explain and show us exactly where we have the issue. We are very grateful to him and his crew.

Great experience!
Honestly was not sure what to expect in the install service, as they were contracted out by Lowe's (you never fully know because they don't give you any company info heads up) - but was pleasantly surprised and extremely satisfied with Shawn (installer) and the company itself.
Shawn arrived and immediately assessed the situation, gave us a run down of what steps and access throughout the house, etc. Was finished with our original install task in about an hour. Before leaving we asked him for a couple of tips in the showers, he graciously gave us another 30 minutes of his time to help us fix the shower heads and a draining problem.

Also, a huge sign of respect that we appreciated was that he wiped his feet off at the door each time before walking on the carpets - nothing big but this little gesture went a long way

Highly recommend this company as we are passing their name on to all our friends and family too! Thanks again Shawn!

Great family owned company! Needed sink, faucet, disposal and dishwasher installed in our new kitchen. Scott the owner was fantastic!Service was fast, professional and well done! The plumber, Rich was friendly, courteous and explained how to operate our new appliances. Left the kitchen clean of all packing materials and wiped down counter and appliances before leaving! Would definitely use them again!!

In-Law Plumbing is an honest company doing great work at a low price. And they are nicer than my own in-laws!

I needed a pressure reducer valve installed. In-Law quoted me an approximate price over the phone that was $200 less expensive than another company. Additionally, their availability was flexible and worked with my schedule. Scott just came to do the installation. Everything went very well. Would use them again.

You’re always nervous when you need to have a plumber come over because you never know how it’s going to turn out financially. I had a prior conversation with one of the owners, Scott, before anyone came out, and he gave me an idea of what it would cost. I like that they are very personable and you are actually speaking to the owner. My experience with In-Law Plumbing was extremely satisfying, they fixed what needed to be fixed and the cost was affordable and within my budget. The men did a great job and they were very kind. Excellent Service! Fast and did even more than I expected!

I was quoted $400 by another plumber who tightened it for free, but it still leaked (not the other plumbers fault). I called in law plumbing and they did it in 1/2 hour at 1/2 the price..

We bought a water heater through Lowe's and Lowe's sent In-Law Plumbing out to install the unit. We were very pleased with the responsiveness of the company and ease of scheduling the install time. We made our purchase on a Saturday around 1PM and Scott with In-Law called us by 4PM that same afternoon! Bernie was here this morning to install the water heater and he was very professional and friendly. We will be using them again in the future with our plumbing needs!

I highly recommend In-Law Plumbing; they were able to schedule us quickly and installed our toilet in a timely manner. Their estimate was truly free and accurate. They did excellent work, only, I wish they had called when they weren't able to come between the scheduled times.

Our water softener started to leak all over our basement, called In-Law Plumbing and they immediately came to our house to help shut off the water supply to the softener. Scott was very helpful and I would highly recommend this company.

I have been using In-Law Plumbing for quite a while now. I use them on my personal home as well as on rental properties. Definitely recommend In-Law Plumbing if you are ever in need! Our upstairs toilet started leaking and we had sewage water raining down on the main level 🤢. I called In-Law and was able to get a next day appointment. Randy, the service technician came first thing the next morning and quickly assessed the situation and came up with a solution. He also made best friends with my basset hound. Randy took the time to detail exactly what he did on the invoice so we would know what to look for if it happened again.

Thomas was on time and called ahead to let me know when he was heading over to my place. Work was done quickly. In-Law plumbing is my hero! My garbage disposal was leaking profusely, and they were able to come and fix it the next morning. Never once did the plumber thrust business cards at me (unlike other plumbing services) and got a new garbage disposal installed for me in no time at all. They were even spot on with the quote! We have used In-Law numerous times over the years. Most recently, we had Derrick out to clean a couple drains. The most problematic was a kitchen sink drain that had a 'years worth' of sludge built up. He worked diligently to remove the stubborn clog. He was courteous and went above and beyond to clean up after himself and update me with everything he did. The quality service he provided was 100% consistent with all the work we've received from In-Law over the years. Exactly why we're happy repeat customers.

My bathroom sink wasn't draining, it was backing up and I had called one gentleman to come out and try to fix it. He could not power through the clog with his equipment. So I ended up calling these guys. They had the equipment and the know-how to take care of my clog. They did a fantastic job, left things cleaner than before they came, I am super impressed. I will for sure use them for my main line clean out when that time comes.

We had In-Law Plumbing come out to do an overall check of our (fairly newly built) home, and to have a few questions answered. Bernie took great care in checking things over, and took the time to explain things in a way that made sense to someone with no knowledge or experience with plumbing :) He presented as an honest, trustworthy guy who cares about more than just making a buck. Shaun installed our new kitchen faucet and did an outstanding job. We have had In-Law plumbing install new faucets in all of our bathrooms over the past 2 years. In-Law plumbing did an excellent job. They were extremely professional and efficient. Arrived on time and finished the job within the expected time frame and cost. They came out to repair a leaky pipe, and when I showed them another problem we had discovered with a floor drain, they were able to immediately schedule a drain cleaning for the next morning. I would absolutely recommend these guys to family and friends.

Very satisfied with the service. Rich came out 30 minutes after i got off the phone with IN-Law and fixed a simple spigot leak. He was in and out in less then 30 minutes. While a competitor just wanted to replace it and cut into my ceiling.

Scott (the tech) did great. Finished quickly cleaned up afterwards and was polite. If you have coupon from website remember to hand it to him as he does the bill to get credit.

Just had another great experience with these professionals! Sean took care of replacing a leaky valve in the basement as well as a dripping shower valve. We've use In-Law Plumbing several times in the past couple of years and they've always done exactly what was needed and I've never had to call them back to fix anything they did. Great company and a great crew!

I had a clogged bathtub & called Aksarben ARS. They couldn’t get the clog & said that all of the cast iron pipes had to be changed for $3100 & scheduled me out 2 weeks. I called In Law Plumbing & they were here in 2 days & cleared the drain for under $150!!!! O’Shey was awesome!!!! I 1000% recommend these guys!!!

In-law plumbing installed a new water heater in two hours and hauled the old heater away. They did a nice clean job, we would recommend them for other plumbing work too.

Was having my driveway replaced and the main water shut off was in the middle of the driveway. The concrete company took there time removing the concrete but the water shut off below the driveway had broken off. Called In Law plumbing around 4:30 on Thursday. Scott called me back within 10 min. Scott was extremely professional!! He had me text him some pictures of the shut off pipe and the service coming into my house. Scott explained his concerns and possible outcomes to repairing this problem. Scott had Jamey come first thing in the morning and he was able to repair the shutoff valve and get a new valve cover. I have alway had great response and service from In Law in the past. I have worked with both Bernie and Scott both are VERY GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO!!

In-Law Plumbing came to our rescue when a pipe burst in January. They are true professionals that care! I called them in an absolute panic. Scott helped me navigate our situation. I will be using them every time we have a plumbing need! Scott and Bernie are a class act!

We had a pipe split and at 10:30PM called these guys and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. They were fast, explained everything, and super reasonable. We will definitely be recommending In-Law Plumbing to anyone who needs a plumber!

Had an quick need to get some valves under our sinks fixed. In-Law arrived exactly when they said they were, they kept my house clean and cleaned up the work area when they were done. I use these guys for all my plumbing needs and will continue to for future needs, I am usually hesitant to recommend companies to my friends and family but I have no reservations recommending In-Law plumbing, they always come through and some of the nicest guys that I have worked with on home projects.

I called inlaw plumbing a few years ago on a commercial building that needed extensive plumbing repairs, Bernie came out looked at it and gave me a very reasonable bid. After accepting the bid the crew was out and finished the project faster than expected with no issues. I have been using there plumbing services since.
I recommend Inlaw plumbing to all my friends and family.

I called In-Law Plumbing on a Saturday when we had family in town. Bernie tried to help over the phone and then offered to come help me fix a broken and leaking shower. He fixed the shower, cleaned up, and even followed up to make sure everything was OK.
I decided to have In-Law come back a few weeks later to install a water softener. Scott was very easy to work with scheduling the appointment. Shawn installed the softener and was very friendly and answered all of my questions. He did a great job and we're extremely happy to now have better water!!
In-Law is a great company - we will continue to use them for all of our plumbing needs.

Our kitchen sink drain was really plugged up with grease and green veggies. We called our preferred plumbing service, In Law. Plumber Thomas Nicholson, a friendly and charming sort, arrived promptly and worked hard to clear the drain line. He made it look easy, but it was not an easy task. We needed an outdoor spigot and toilet replaced. In-Law was here about an hour after I called, and Mike was wonderful. He was kind, personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. Called In-Law Plumbing because they were so highly recommended on Angie's List. Scott returned my message very quickly and arrived the next day to give me an estimate. I thought the estimate was fair, but also really liked Scott and the idea that his company was organized around family relationships. We scheduled an appointment for them to return a couple of weeks later to install a new water heater, repair a toilet, replace some levers and reposition an outside faucet. They arrived on time and spent five hours doing exactly what they had promised. InLaw Plumbing will definitely remain on my rolodex as the company to call for any plumbing!

My wife and I were very impressed with In-Law Plumbing & Drain Services, Inc. Shawn showed up in less than one hour. We couldn't get any of the other five plumbing companies we called to come out same day without being charged for an emergency call. We were quoted between $280-$310 over the phone for the initial work we needed done. He found a way to get all of the work done for $178. Shawn walked us through everything he was doing so we didn't feel like we were being taken advantage of by the company. I am a young, new home owner and if your looking for a trustworthy plumber that won’t rip you off this is the company to go with. We had an issue with our bathroom tub draining. It would take 40 mins to finish draining from a shower. Because of covid we pushed getting it fixed. That was a big mistake because it got worse and a smell was starting in our bathroom. I was already terrified to call a plumber because I did get a quote from one of those big plumbers in town and they said it would cost $12,000! Wel I couldn’t afford that. But then in-law plumbing came to my rescue! They were super prompt and they did so much work and it only took them a half a day! The best part was the price!! They are so affordable and won’t push you to get stuff you don’t need which is something I’m always worried about being a person that knows nothing of plumbing. I called about leaking from my hot water heater. It was later in the day, but they walked me through checking some things that actually fixed the leak. They were able to make time to see me the next day, but my problem was fixed. Will definitely call them for future problems.

I emailed In-Law to do a small job in the basement regarding some drain pipes that were rusting out. They quickly responded to my email and gave me an estimate. I like that they didn't have to even come to the house to give me one. They came the following week and did the job quickly, professionally, and answered my questions. The one thing that docked them from a five star review was that they didn't take my coupon. The coupon that was advertised on their website was for 10 percent off for first time customers. The tech said it wasn't accepted for bid jobs. If that is the case it should be advertised with exclusions. They gave me a discount, just not the full 10 percent.

Had a water pipe split leak8ng water. Within 30 minutes there was a plumber at my house. He did a great with a complicated repair finishing in less than 2 hours. I have used InLaw since the first few weeks of their opening. They always do a great job and I highly recommend them.

I discovered a serious pool of waste water in my basement and called In Law tonite. After speaking to Bernie on the phone, he was able to quickly determine that the main drain was plugged. On a saturday evening, he was able to get to my home in less than an hour an 15 minutes. Within 30 minutes, my drain was unplugged. He spoke to me about what can cause the problem and how to avoid it, as well as proper clean up afterwards. I would recommend In Law to ANYONE!

In-Law did a great job setting a toilet for me, plumber was punctual and courtesy. They even came back (at no charge) and changed the seat for me because I didn't like the seat that came with the toilet. I would definitely recommend In-Law Plumbing.

This will forever be who I call for anything plumbing related in Omaha. I had called another service that wanted to charge $1500-$2500 to rip out a wall and tear out a shower completely just to diagnose a problem. I called Scott for a second opinion and they were able to use a camera to find the leak. Jamie made the repair and all together this cost me $225. Scott was SO helpful, answered every time I called, they were able to get out there quickly, on time, and did a great job. Thank you guys so so much.

This review is long overdue. Having been taken advantage of by Benjamin Franklin, I reached out to In-Law for a second opinion. I was taken back by their quick resolution, knowledge, and very reasonable rates.

In Law does the installs for Lowes when you buy a water heater. I figured that if Lowes was willing to trust them with their customers they were probably pretty solid and I was correct. In Law kept me updated through the whole process up to delivery and then installed the unit quickly with out making a mess. The plummer (sorry guy I forgot your name) was friendly and professional. I have another plumbing company that I have used for quite a few years and have been very satisfied with but I would be more then willing to use In Law again if I needed plumbing work.

I had a problem with a toilet in one of our bathrooms and had heard good things about In-Law Plumbing so decided to give them a call. Scott told me that they actually had one of their guys in Southwest Omaha and would send him over after he finished his last call. I was amazed when I looked out the bay window like 2 minutes later to see their guy in my driveway. Talk about fast service ! I suspect Shaun might work part-time for Jimmy John's ! Shaun entered the bathroom and identified the problem in about 30 seconds. He explained the problem, told me what was needed to fix it and completed the repair in under 30 minutes. The bill was very reasonable and I was totally satisfied with their service. Shaun was very curteous, personable and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing repairs. Not surprising they have a 5 Star rating.

Our main drain line clogged on a snowy Saturday morning, leaving us unable to use our water. In-Law had us unclogged and able to use water again within 45 minutes of calling. They've been great on a couple other minor projects as well.

On Thursday we called In-laws plumbing to get an appointment for a clogged drain. Because they had so many great reviews we were very hopeful and got an appt on the next day.
As luck would have it, the clog was actually more involved and the young man who came out told us it would require tearing up our concrete and it would be a two person job. He told us he had to tell his boss, who would then send us an email with an estimate.

We waited until Monday and received no email, no phone call, nothing. We called the office and left a message asking about the estimate, etc, and by Tuesday still received no email or phone call.
Now I know that things come up in life, but a company that cannot be bothered to get in touch with a customer to explain if they are having a problem is lacking in professionalism.
They say that one negative review can have more of an effect on a business than several good reviews and, ironically, I think I’ve only written maybe 2 reviews regarding poor service in my whole life. I don’t know if this will make a difference to anyone reading this, but imagine being without an open kitchen drain for 6 days going on 7 and being ignored by the company you called. We’ve now contacted another company and I’m hoping to be able to write a wonderful review for them in a few days. I wished I had known that In-laws actually treat you like your in-laws.

My husband received a call from In-Laws, almost immediately after posting this review, saying they had gotten our email address wrong and asking would we remove the review?
If it had only been their mistake of getting the email wrong that could have been the end of it.
But we called Monday and left a voice message saying we never got their email. Why didn’t they respond to that call from us? That call explained that we were waiting for an email and we at least expected a call back with some kind of explanation…but nothing.

Then to post on here that they sent the email but no mention that it was their mistake, not ours.

So as you might guess, you have a very annoyed female, but I won’t be intimidated into removing a review because you didn’t consider our plumbing problem important enough to respond to in a timely manner but you wanted this review off quickly enough.
Everybody else be forewarned and read all the other reviews, including the negative ones.

Your man did an excellent job. He was quick clean and knowledgeable. You couldn't ask for a better representative of your company. 10 out of 10

I had a frozen pipe and Bernie talked me through it so I could fix it myself. One of the reasons these guys are the best.

Fantastic experience! We were lucky and they could get to us the next day, let us know what the issue could be and gave us options. Once we opened up the wall ourselves, they came out again and replaced the drain pipe within a week and did not overcharge at all! Friendly contractors and would use again!!

I have had multiple plumbers since I moved to Omaha. None impressed me that much. But I can say that In-Law is my new plumber. They are the best! Shawn went way above and beyond and was amazing. You just don't find that much anymore, but In-Law is the real deal.

We had a pretty bad sewage back up in the basement. They were very flexible with time and got out there quick. They cleaned out the main line blockage and sent a camera in to make sure that everything was in good order throughout the whole system. They gave us a usb drive with the video of what the camera saw for future reference and everything. The price was way less than any competitors that we checked with. We were very happy with all aspects of their service and will recommend In-Law plumbing to anyone we know.

We had In-Law Plumbing install 2 new toilets for us this morning. Super friendly guy, and had the work done quickly and efficiently! I was very impressed with his level of skill and professionalism dealing with our sometimes finicky 1920's piping.

After having a different 24-hour plumbing company tell me yesterday that they would send a technician out to me anytime from 4-6 pm and then giving them a final call at 9 pm saying no thanks, I'd rather go to bed; they said they'd be able to send someone out today from 12-4.. didn't know if I could trust their word. So I gave In-Law a call first thing at 8 am today and guess what? They could make it here at 10 am, they even showed up earlier. My garbage disposal was all plugged up and clogging a drain leaving an odor. They fixed it in an hour and was reasonably priced. Thank you!

The cost was reasonable. Shawn and Cory replaced my sump pump. They were wonderful! I like to observe and ask questions. They were very courteous, even though I was clearly in the way. They set up my pump monitor and installed a new check valve. Would definitely call them again.

We had a basement with standing water on the day we were putting our house on the market. I called and he returned the called quickly, said he could come by and check it out. He showed up within the hour, he was professional and much less expensive than the others that I had called. If you need a plumber you would be wasting your money going with any other company.

I have used In Law Plumbing four different times. The last time was just a few weeks ago, right before Thanksgiving they helped me with my water pipes issues but a few months ago they helped me too and plus a few years ago they replaced my water heater,but also before that they scoped my sewer. Four times I have called upon In Law Plumbing and they helped me at a very reasonable price. And they did a good, quality job too. I have always found them to be fair in their pricing. They always gave me an estimate that was much lower than other plumbers and they held to the estimate once the job was complete.They have integrity.Their plumbers are knowledgable, courteous and they clean up after themselves. The plumbers are nice and friendly. And I was very pleased with their work. Also, Bernie is great with estimates and paperwork. I had extra paperwork and Bernie was super nice about helping with it .I highly recommend In Law Plumbing.

We've used their services twice this past year for clearing a drain (that we couldn't clear with our 15 foot snake). They also replaced a faucet. The water line coming into my house was frozen from the -30 wind chill therefore preventing any water from flowing into the house. My wife's father recommended In Law plumbing to have them take a look. Scott was very professional and was able to get a crew to the house in the afternoon. They immediately diagnosed the section of pipe that was the culprit. And within 10 minutes they had the ice broken free in the line and water flowing throughout the house again. The two gentlemen kindly explained the issue and what I can do to prevent this from happening in the future. I will most definitely contact In Law Plumbing with any future issues. I called and talked to Scott who was very familiar with the water heaters used in the area and which ones most plumbers would have parts for on hand. They were very busy and booked out about 2 weeks already, but he took the time to talk with me and answer my questions about the issue we were having with our water heater. He was so familiar with it that he was able to communicate over the phone exactly what I needed to do to attempt resolving the most common issue with my water heater. I did it and now our water heater is working great. It is not new, and he said at some point we will need to replace it, but not today. And during our 10 minute conversation, he not only helped fix it, but also let me know exactly what it will cost to replace it. Extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. I plan to call them when we eventually have to replace it.

I can't thank In Law enough. I am a widow. I had a bad contractor install a new bathroom and lost hot water to the entire house. I was told I needed a new hot water heater and I have been suffering with no hot water for 4 months. I finally bit the bullet and called for a replacement. When they came out they determined that it was not the water heater but the new shower line causing cold water to flow into the hot after it left the hot water heater. They replaced the shower mixture value to stop the back flow and instantly I had hot water, with the same water heater. They saved me around $700 today. They talked to me and explained what they were doing and why. They were on time, courteous and informative. I will call them for all my plumbing needs and you should as well. This company is honest and affordable more importantly they will not do work you don't need to simply take your money and in today's society it is hard to find a company with this kind of integrity.

They showed up the same day (early actually), and finished unclogging a stubborn drain in 20 minutes. Polite and affordable.

The day the appt, they were able to show up very close to the start of the 2 hour window I was given with a 20 min phone call before arrival. My technician showed up professionally dressed, very respectful of the house by removing their shoes even though they clean, and ready to go to work. They discussed with me what my expectations were on the work which to preformed, we both had the same understanding and off to work. My technician was very efficient and expeditious at performing all the tasks at hand. Further, the technician was very forthcoming with answering any questions I had about any of the work they were performing at the time.

The cast iron sewer pipe (to the city main) of my hundred year old house had plugged-up. Two different plumbing services could not open the pipe with their main line machines. The latter recommended In-Law to jet machine the obstructon. I'm very happy they did. The service person came out late the-same-day and cleared heavy rust out-of-the pipe. Every so ofter you encounter someone who loves his job and takes pride in the equipement used to accomplish the task. This was such a person. Thanks!

Excellent experience with In-Law Plumbing--had what should have been a routine repair, replacing some corroded hardware, balloon into a perfect storm (no fault of theirs) that was looking to very nearly require a complete remodel and possibly weeks without the use of our only shower. But with some creative thinking they were able to perform the repairs needed and at the originally quoted estimate--and our shower's never worked better. Very responsive & flexible, able to work around our work schedules and call us after hours to discuss options & make plans. Will be using again!

We had a cracked pipe leaking in our basement. I called at least 4 plumbers. In-Law Plumbing answered, we did some exchanges via text and Scott gave me an estimate. I had them come out and fix the leak. Excellent job. I also got an estimate for some future work that I needed on my laundry sink. I now have a go to plumber. I highly recommend In-Law Plumbing.

I was told the plumber would be at my house at 4:00pm. He was there promptly at 4. He got the work done very quickly. He was nice about it.

These guys gives you a quote when you call. This quote is not the same bill at the end of the service. The first guy you call says that the service is a specific amount. They do not have the same information and of course the bill is completely different. They play the misunderstanding. The other thing is that they send you somebody without any expertise not able to fix the problem, and they manipulate telling you that the problem is too hard so they need to call other plumber. Meanwhile, time is consuming your pocket because they charge you every hour. I really won't call these guys nor anymore. They know exactly what they said...
Not only that happened! It was more.... Just 2 weeks later I had to call other plumber to fix the same problem they were supposed to fix. I would highly recommend that when thinking about hiring a plumber to fix a problem in you house/business, you should stay away from this business.

Scott has been very helpful walking me through my options and the process over the last few weeks. His crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, answered all of my questions and solved my problem. I will definitely be calling In-Law Plumbing for my future projects.

We had Thomas come out this afternoon to unclog a drain that’s been giving us troubles ever since we moved in. He was fantastic, he took the time to show us what was going on. He came in and took the time to show me how to assess the problem by showing me how the plumbing was set up in our home and then how to go about fixing our plumbing problem based on the configuration of our home. He gave me a little education on plumbing 101. He did a great job at communicating what he was doing but also why he was doing it. Thanks Thomas. Not only did he teach me something while he was here but he also did great work and cleaned up after himself and treated our home like his own.

Came to our rescue a few months ago when we were dealing with a backed up drain. I turned to In Law after another plumber couldn't commit to a set appointment. In Law had friendly service and scheduled an appointment for a morning a few days after my initial phone call. I had a new sink installed and the service was satisfactory. It was done in a timely manner and the price was affordable.

In Law came out and looked at where my sink drain line was leaking through the outside wall of my home. Rather than remove house siding to find and fix the obvious leak they suggested just to reroute the line from sink to basement saving me over $1000.00 of house repairs to locate the leak. They performed the work in 2 hours and were professional and charged me exactly what the cost estimate was for. They are honest and professional plumbers.

I called to get a slow drain cleared. Scheduling was easy and timely. Bernie was very nice and punctual. Price beats out competition and service was great. Highly recommend and will likely use again if issues arise.

They assumed it was because of the freezing weather we were having and suggested running a space heater in our garage below the pipes in question until they could get to us. Had these guys come out to my house last week. My wife wanted to switch our electric range out for a gas range after I completely remodeled our kitchen. They installed the new gas line to my kitchen on time and under budget. I called them yesterday about a plumbing issue I was having and they recommended an alternative part which saved me a whole bunch of time and money. These guys are certainly top notch!!!

We had a basement floor drain that would back up when using the washer.

Thomas cleared the drain and explained the entire process to me. There was some difficulty initially to clear it, but it was done expediently and at a good price. I would highly recommend this business.

Sewer Line Work: Hydro-jetted my sewer line.

I kept forgetting to write this review, but I finally am getting around to it. These guys are fantastic and completely reasonable to work with. Roto-Rooter kept trying to upsell me on replacing my entire sewer line for $18,000, but In-Law Plumbing provided a second opinion showing me that my line was in great shape and will only need to be hydro-jetted to clear any roots every 2 years or so (when I notice my drains slowing down). Always get more than one opinion if someone is asking you to spend thousands.

I highly recommend them for any plumbing work you could imagine. They were upfront and honest about cost, showed up on time, and they even helped me not throw money down the toilet.

For several mos., I have not had hot water @ my bathroom sink. The handle no longer worked. I took it apart, & found a small black part that fit in the handle & over the stem, which seemed to be the culprit. I had been to several hardware stores, looking for this part, to no avail. Last week I talked w Scott from In-Law Plumbing. He was so kind & nice to me, suggesting I send him pictures. From those he was able to tell me it was a Kohler faucet & I should be able to find this inexpensive part @ Ferguson’s Plumbing Supply. I did find it, a pkg of 2 ‘splines’ for $3.52. I had a problem that could have been a real mess. After talking on the phone and sending some pictures I was quoted both a best case and worst case price. When they showed up to repair my problem, I learned that they had continued to discuss my issue and they came prepared with a very good solution to my problem that saved me both time and money. My actual cost was lower than the best case price and the solution eliminated any potential risk of damaging the existing plumbing. They were fast, courteous and very friendly. I highly recommend them.

The two gentlemen that came out to fix my drain problem were very professional. They first showed me the tree roots that had come through the joints of my main waste pipe and then proceeded to cut them out with their machine. I was impressed with how clean and professional they were. I believe the two technicians were Scott and Corey. I would recommend this company to all my customers and friends. I own a contracting company and do most home repair work. However some things are better for the people that specialize in their field. Before you call the other guys try In-Law plumbing. I'm not sure what kind of work in law plumbing does but clearly from all these reviews I guess they're alright. I've called them on a couple of occasions for some work. They were very friendly and happy to come and give a quote...the first time. I called and wanted to get on their schedule. No phone call, text or email. Nada. I guess they're very busy. I called again recently. Same procedure. I even called and asked to be put on the schedule before I even received a quote...crickets. No quote, no nothing. I referenced youtube and managed to get ALL the work I needed done by myself... and youtube of course. I figure it isn't brain surgery nor rocket science. My plunging is working well and has lines hooked up. Thanks for allowing me to get outta my comfort zone and succeed!😑

Had second bid for half price with a Omaha reputable company make sure you get second bid. So sad that companies out there are trying to rip off customers.

Originally had a routine plumbing inspection with a company in Omaha and they said that I needed to replace a portion of my sewer line. They gave me an estimate of several thousand dollars and told me there was no alternative. They claimed Hydro jetting couldn't be done. I called In-Law Plumbing to get a second opinion. Thomas came out to do a camera inspection of the sewer line and saw tree roots in the line. He assured me that these could be hydro jetted with no damage to the pipes. This was totally opposite of what the other company told me. Instead of paying several thousand dollars on a partial line replacement, I spent a few hundred to get a second opinion, plus the issue resolved, and it was certainly the right choice. I'd recommend In-Law Plumbing for any plumbing issues.

Spoke with Scott at 7:30 am on Monday, before they were open. Standing water in my dishwasher plus water backing up in my sink. Scott had Thomas to my house in less than an hour. Upon arrival, Tom went right to work and got me back up and running in less than 45 minutes. I can't say enough about how great this company is to work with. Called In-law plumbing for a third bid on a shower p-trap replacement after the first company who tried unsuccessfully to cable the drain told us we needed a full pipe fix. First company was extremely expensive, second wouldn't be able to start for over a month. Spoke with Bernie at 4pm and he had someone out at 8am the next morning to try cabling the drain. Was hesitant due to how much we had already paid the first company, however In-law plumbing got the drain unclogged within a few minutes and saved me tons of money from an unnecessary pipe replacement. The gentleman who worked on the drain was extremely professional, cleaned everything up, and double checked for a leak. Great service!
