J P Plumbing was recommended to me by two different friends so I knew they had to be good. I called them up and Joe was very friendly and provided me with a rough estimate right over the phone. The next day Corey came to our house and busted out the skills! He did excellent work and even offered to help me move a dresser out of my house. That is going above and beyond! These guys are very professional, do exceptional work and even their prices were very affordable. I will definitely use J P in the future and can't recommend them enough. If you call them up you won't be disappointed.

It's rare these days to have an outstanding customer service experience and these guys nailed it! Call them, they came same day, completely professional. Corey from J P Plumbing came out to diagnose my water pressure/flow issues in my house. Multiple plumbers before him had quoted me $3000 for the replacement of my service line without checking any valves or the meter. Corey checked everything, decided it was probably the stop valve, and replaced it. Total cost: $308. He was fantastic, quick, on time, and professional and I highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs.

Outstanding company! Hired purely based on reviews and they definitely lived up to their Five Star Rating! Corey came by and was completely professional, honest with his work and charged us very fairly for what was done. Even came back the next day to finish up something on the exterior that would ensure our pipes would not be vulnerable to wind damage again. Highly recommend for any plumbing needs, and they were able to quote us accurately based solely on pictures we sent in of damage. I will call them again for our future plumbing needs. They take care of the issues we have, whether it's a clogged sump pump pipe, putting in a new sink or faucet, or finding a leak. They're amazing! Great timing and easy to talk to. I called them up to get a water tank issue fixed thinking they would be at least a week out. After a couple of minutes figuring out what to do, he dispatched a truck to us in under 2 hours. We had water in a couple of hours after that. OUTSTANDING!

Joe and his company are fantastic. We wanted to replace the toilets in our 3 bathrooms that were 15 years old with new ones having the new flushing technology and taller. Joe met with us to go over the different models and helped my wife pick out the ones she liked in the colors she liked. The installed them in ½ a day and we threw away the plungers.
Then recently we bought a new refrigerator. When the installers went to take the old one out the water value would not shut off it just spun in circles. It was just after 5pm and I was desperate, so I tried calling Joe. He answered and said it would be a 5 minute job to replace the value so I wouldn't have to wait another day for the installers to come back. He stopped by on his way home and replaced the value. I don’t know many plumbers or even friends that would do something like that for me.
I’ve recommended Joe and J.P. Plumbing to numerous friends. He is the Best of Omaha, Best of Nebraska, and Best of the USA.

JP Plumbing will be my go-to for all issues from now on. Corey was awesome! Appreciate him coming out next day and installing garbage disposal and repairing kitchen waste line. Also, answered questions on installing kitchen sinks and water heaters which will I need in the future.

Corey did a great job fixing what I thought was a serious issue when it was actually an easy fix and another company trying to rip me off without looking at everything first and eliminating simple issues. He did not charge for a quick visit and to fix this small issue. I really appreciate this! we really needed some good news lately and someone who is honest.

They did some work for me in the past (water softener) and did well. However, they dropped the ball on putting in a spout and valve in the shower. The spout was too far from the wall (big gap) and the copper lines were not soldered on correctly.
Water poured down the ceilings. I called and left a message and nothing. However, before then they put the wrong shower turn on/off handle and broke next few days. I had to get my plumber once again to fix their job.

They showed up and replaced a burst pipe on shirt notice. The lead time for other contractors was a week and they got out in 24 hours. I actually forgot to pay them for like a month. Just spaced it off. They sent a bill. They called yesterday a month later and we're so polite. I paid over the phone with a card. It didn't feel like a shakedown lol, rather just a reminder. Great customer service.

They were wonderful. Came out the same day and fixed our drain problem. I would definitely recommend.

I've called JP Plumbing on a couple different jobs now and I'll keep coming back, especially after the most recent job with Corey. They give clear, honest options with fair prices. They provide the best customer service experiences. They work extremely efficiently and do great work.

We were struggling to find someone to install our heat pump for our pool. We called all over and everyone said they didnt do that kind of work. Left multiple messages with a guy the pool place suggested. He didn't bother even calling back. Called JP and they came out within a couple days and had our heat pump all plumbed and ready to go that day. We were so happy with their friendliness, knowledge and outstanding customer service. Would 100% recommend and use them for any plumbing needs.

Corey came out did a process of elimination to find the water leak coming from the ceiling. He did a great job finding the leak which came from the pipe behind the wall and fixed it.
