I called Perfect Plumbing because I had a leak and a bad smell coming from under the kitchen sink. I was scheduled right away and was told the tech would give me a free estimate before doing any work. On the day the tech arrived they called me 30 minutes ahead so I was able to go to work right up to appointment time. The tech that arrived was very polite and respectful of my home and me. He was able to diagnose the problem immediately as a loose pipe and repaired it quickly with no new parts. When he was finished he took time to explain what the trouble was. I asked what I owed and he said nothing since the problem was minor. I was shocked. I said surely I at least owe for the service call since I took him away from other customers but he said no, no charge. I then called the owner and again offered to pay a service charge but he also said no charge. I have to say in all my years experience working with contractors, this is the first and only time one has ever performed work and refused to take payment. This company's honesty and integrity is above and beyond any I have ever worked with before. My husband and I are not handy people so if we were told the repair needed new parts and a lengthy repair, we would not have known the difference. You feel so vulnerable calling contractors and just hope you picked one that will be fair and honest. I can tell you without a shadow of a doubt, Perfect Plumbing is an honest, ethical company who's employees are knowledgeable, efficient and respectful. I will be referring all of my friends and family to this five star company from this point on.

The Rotor Rooter repair man (Francisco ), was very professional, polite and responsive to restoring the toilet to working properly. He arrived in less than 30 minutes and assessed the problem and finished the job with no mess.

Big Birge put in a new water line for us and did an amazing job with this extensive project. In fact, the already involved job got even lengthier due to a severe weather day and a surprise buried set of concrete stairs that the team discovered in our yard and that was directly in their path! Despite the obstacles Brad and his team faced, they were professional and prompt throughout, plus they held true to the contracted price, despite the setbacks, which we so appreciated. From customer service to craftsmanship, we were 100% impressed with Big Birge and highly recommend them!

If I could give 100 stars, I would. I have never been as impressed with a service business, as I was with RotoRooter. The three gentlemen that came to our company's rescue were Lucas, Terry and Matt. In our small business, the toilets were not flushing and we were having some difficulties. First, Lucas diagnosed the issue. Then he called in a sewer line expert (Terry) and it was decided that the sewer line needed to have a jet water power clean out. Matt and Lucas worked on that and after completing the task, put the toilet back together, cleaned and mopped the restroom floor, cleaned the sink top, emptied the trash can and asked me for a trash bag so he could replace the trash bag. The professionalism of all three men was off the charts spectacular. Each man was well informed and very knowledgeable. Each man was very polite and humorous. These days it is difficult to find one outstanding employee, but to have all three be superb is unbelievable!!! This is one of those situations where I hope I NEVER have to call them again, but if I ever have to, I most certainly will and I will definitely be telling ALL of my friends and family that I had a TOP NOTCH experience with RotoRooter, Lucas, Terry and Matt. I truly hope they see this response. They are the epitome of professional! THANK YOU

Terrible experience with this company. The plumber was messy, disrespectful and unprofessional ! He used our bathroom towel and bathroom rug to wipe the water on the floor. He doesn't care at all about
our belongings. Every time I ask a question he quickly snaps. He seems angry and unhappy ! I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone !

I have hot water again!! Durham Plumbing responded quickly to fit me in the day and did a fantastic fabulous job , great professional expertise on replacing my water heater. The pricing was explained before the job was started . I would definitely call Durham plumbing for services I may need in the future , definitely recommend!! Also did I mention how friendly and genuine caring Zak was about my concerns

Fernando came out same day on a Sunday and helped us get a new water heater installed and even helped us with another minor plumbing project we had been putting off. He was professional, courteous, timely, and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend 402 Plumbing!

Had mostly positive experience. Had an Issue during installation but they returned promptly the next Morning to address. I think they are a reputable company and will use and recommend them confidently!

Friendly, quick pro service. Service call ran about $130, though was saved $$$ by not having to pay for a new part.
