Best Leak Inspection in Omaha NE

Spoke with Ben who quoted me $135 an hour, which I agreed to. He sent 2 guys to fix 2 toilets which were ghost flushing and replace a sink faucet. Upon completion I was presented a bill with a $225 an hour charge. Spoke with Ben where he tried to bully me by repeatedly saying I was informed of the added charge for 2 men when I was not informed. The bill also included a $100 charge for parts which were worth maybe $20 max. Not 48 hours later both toilets stopped working. Again spoke with Ben who was incredulous the toilets were not working and begrudgingly stated he would have someone take a look at them sometime next week. Aghast, I reiterated BOTH toilets were not working. He reluctantly agreed to have someone out that day. 2 weeks later, one toilet started vacuum sealing and the other would not complete a full flush. Afraid to call Ben, who had stated he was done with me. I videoed a friend where we discovered Ben's plumbers had turned down the tank water so low, it was causing these issues. I fixed it myself.

They were in and out! Very friendly! These guys did the job for half the price that roto rooter wanted! Will definitely call them again when needed!

Rob McWilliams came out on 3/29/22 to install a new shower. Rob did an excellent job removing the old tub and installing the new tub without any issues. Rob took the extra time to make sure he was very careful and meticulous in the installation. Everything works great and the new shower fit perfect in place of the old one. Thank you Rob!

Southside was timely in arriving to unclog our kitchen/bathroom drain, but 1.5 hrs later the tech said all he had accomplished in doing was spraying sludge all over the cabinets and floor but he couldn't unclog the drain. If we take the wall out, he said we could get someone to fix it. He then said he hoped his clean up was good enough and for that we were charged $133. As a realtor, in the past I have suggested homeowners use Southside. Not anymore.

Typical situation of not knowing I had a problem until I had one... Drain in the basement would not drain. Andy from A&A stopped by on a weekend and within minutes had the problem solved. He was concerned with the weather and his shoes tracking snow and water into the house which I appreciated. While he was there we discussed some additional plumbing needs and since our initial meeting he has replaced our water heater and did some gas line work for a fire pit and bbq. He is as honest and professional as I have dealt with. Plus he has a great looking new truck!

Tom and Ray were very friendly and very helpful. They worked extremely fast. The part we needed was expensive- but I appreciated their hard work and professionalism.

I use Aksarben for both A/C maintenance and furnace maintenance. Today Brian Rhodes did the fall service on furnace. He was very professional and polite and discussed all his findings when the job was completed. I will definitely request him next time Aksarben does an A/C or furnace check.

Plumber Ken was polite, honest and told me straight up front that they dont work on my type of estate & the reason of why.

He also gave me a little more valuable info that is important regarding other plumbing situations.

* I would definitely recommend A. Raymond Plumbing if you'll need plumbing work done at your place. They're honest, decent, straight forward & dont rip you off like a bunch of other plumbing companies do.

Fernando was a great plumber that had very many new skills and better qualities than a majority of the other plumbers we’ve had in the past come to our house. He was clean and tidy throughout his entire service call and did a great job at communicating with us! He will be our number one plumber from now on!

I have used these guys for multiple years and on multiple different issues. Always successfully complete the job in a timely and professional manner with no issues. Mike was the last Min technician but has been at my house several times along with the other fellows. Highly highly recommend!

I do not live in the same sate as my house, so finding a good plumber is not easy. Wish I would have found Major Drain a long time ago. They have fast response time, and have given me all of the information I have asked for. Really good people here.

They did the work quick, friendly people. But they left my yard a mess.. left a mound of dirt they could have leveled off better and cracked my driveway in multiple spots.
