I made a call at 8pm about my basement backing up, talked to Jeff, got an appointment at 7am the next day. They unclogged and removed roots from my pipes. Very fast and friendly company. Explained everything and answered all my questions. Will only use this company from here on out. Recommend 100%

Amazing! Friendly and honest! My husband is too busy with work right now, so I’ve taken on getting our basement drain backup fixed on my own. Originally was quoted $7500 and 2 week wait before I could get the back up fixed. Contacted drain md and I’m back to doing laundry and running the dishwasher again. Oh, and they saved me over $7,000.

Drain MD (Jeff) to the rescue again. Replaced some pipes in the basement, great job.
He even cleaned out some other pipes in the basement, and I had been told by another plumber that I would have to jack hammer the basement floor to take of my issue, which is not what I needed.

These guys are the best my basement drain kept backing up and had several companies come out and said the floor had to be torn out. For the first time in 10 years I have not had water from my washer coming out of my drain. And they cleaned up before they left. What a great company I have recommended all of my friends if they need help to call Drain M.D...

Gets the job done quickly and correctly!

We had a slow draining washer and sink. The drain was cleared and there was such a clog it came up through the floor drain across the house. It was black ink like water everywhere. The plumber who took care of this did not hesitate to clean the mess (probably not his job) and then double checked to make sure the drain was cleared. He could not have been more professional. The same plumber cleared a drain at our neighbor’s house the day before. I will recommend this company all day long and certainly use them for the next preventative drain cleaning.

Highly recommend! This guy answered my call at 1130 on a Friday night and was there by 1000 Saturday morning. He got the job done for exactly what I was quoted for AND did minimal damage to house (he had to replace am entire drain line from upstairs to main). Highly recommend this guy!
