Is it weird to love a plumbing company... because I have so much love for the team at ProPlumb. These guys are amazing. Always on time, always honest, completely trustworthy -- I've used them for repairs + renovations for several years now and wouldn't call anyone else. >> Special Shout to Potential Female Customers... you know how it sucks to blindly call a repair person because you know they're gonna treat you like you don't know what you're talking about -- or try to pressure you into doing stuff you don't really need to do? That NEVER happens with the ProPlumb crew -- *ever*. They'll treat you with respect + talk to you like you're an actual adult human being capable of discussing the house you most likely bought on your own like a grown woman! I can't recommend them enough... these guys are just the best. Call them!!

I like OCB plumbing website, especially: chat with us. That is a big plus for me. Dan (plumber) did an excellent job and he was fast.

We have used Micro Plumbing since 2011 and always been exceptionally pleased with the quality of work and fair price. Proprietor Mike Miller hires exceptionally talented plumbers who are respectful and responsive to client needs. Micro recently replaced our main sewer line and did a great job. Several years prior, a basement toilet backed up and Roto Rooter came out late on a Sunday night, fixed the immediate problem, and left an astronomical bid to replace the sewer line. Shellshocked, we called Mike the next morning. His crew scoped the line and assured us there were problems but immediate repair was not needed. For three years, Micro monitored the line, and finally Mike advised us to replace the line and gave us a fair price. We recommend Micro Plumbing without reservation.

Ww had a wonderful experience with this business. I messaged them on their website to request an appointment and they called me within the hour. The plumber was very professional and the repair cost for our burst pipe and spigot replacement was very reasonable. Before arriving, they texted a picture of the plumber and a little bio so we knew who was coming. I appreciate a company that is quick to respond and follows through with the appointment and work. 5 stars!!!

Wonderful work and our technician was very kind and helped us to understand why were had the issue we were seeing. We booked our appointment online the night before and were very impressed with the service we received.

Be wary of the prices of their services. They quoted me 14k to do a repair on my sewer line due to blockages. I thought that was outrageous and called another company for a second opinion. They came out the next day and cleared up all the blockages for 10% of what I was quoted by ARS. Maybe they are worth it for heating and air, but certainly not if you have plumbing issues.

Pat, our service tech, was very professional, explained all our options. Our shower drained was cleaned out in no time at all! We even received an estimate for remodeling the bathroom - will definitely be using American Rooter Pluming again!

The team sent to my house to replace my water heater and sump pump were among two of the finest young men I had met. From answering the door to wrapping up, both Matt and Shawn were friendly, respectful and efficient in going about their tasks. The cost estimates I was given were accurate and the area looked just as good, if not better than when they arrived. This is a professional, service company. One I will not hesitate to call on again.

Actually I initially called Southside Plumbing and came to find out that Southside and Nxtgen were merging. I had issues with 2 possible sources of a water leak. Greg C. looked and assessed the 2 possibilities and determined that it was my toilet, and was positive that the culprit was the toilet. He went to work in an efficient manner. Came to find out that when we had some tile placed in the bathroom the tile guy didn't quite do it right. Greg C. explained why it was leaking and how he was going to fix it. His communication skills were excellent and did not talk over my head nor talk beneath me. He promptly took care of the situation. He added that he would have fixed it in the same manner, if it was his home. That meant a lot. Greg C. was very professional and yet personable. I'm sure he is a true asset to the company. I would not hesitate in a heartbeat in calling NxtGen for any future plumbing needs!
