Great service! Josh was professional and friendly. They redirected my vent stack, hooked up our dishwasher and disposal, and ran a new water line for our refrigerator. They went above and beyond with this service call. I recommend this company without question.

The valve (located in our basement) that feeds our sprinkler system was not sealing well and was allowing water to leak into the pipes that go outside. We were having to drain the pipes weekly. Micro Plumbing replaced the valve in less than an hour and even made a repeat visit to fix a couple other joints that were disturbed during the replacement of the valve. We are happy with our decision to use Micro Plumbing for our repairs.

They installed a new gas line on the outside of my house for my generator. They did an excellent job and went above and beyond the quality of work you normally expect. They were friendly and very knowledgeable. It’s hard to make a plumbing project look pretty, but they did. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Had a problem with the water heater and they did all they could to try and fix, when that didn't work was able to get it replaced quickly and meeting time restraints.

The technician arrived as scheduled and was very polite. He was very professional in his interactions explaining the cost of what was needed and additional options. There was no high pressure sell of additional services. I can tell you from experience that the Root Destroyer product they offer as a maintenance product is well worth it's price. We have several trees along the line and before we first used it had to have the main run every other year. The product has extended that to every five years.

They installed my water heater fine however they didn't clean up behind themselves and the next day the drain that my washer goes to is clogged. I called them to help cause there was no issue with that drain before and they wanted to charge me $140 an hour. Do not use these people. They are very unprofessional and very unhelpful

Great Service! The plumber was running late, but both the office and the technician called an hour in advance of the appointment time to let me know when he could make it. The plumber was personable and had a great attitude when he arrived. My plumbing issue was fixed in under an hour. Overall great experience, and we will continue to use Major Drain.

Called them for a shower faucet leak. They fixed it with a total replacement with a better shower faucet then what we had. Great job and no real problems. Would recommend them anytime.

Once work is completed, Mr. Fay Dan does not return calls, text, and emails. All I want is my itemized receipt via email, but no further contact from Dan. Very dis-organized as he constantly goes back and forth to his vehicle for tools and parts. I let him use my tools so he could finish the job. Not very reliable once the job is completed. DON'T HIRE THIS COMPANY!!
