Great service! Josh was professional and friendly. They redirected my vent stack, hooked up our dishwasher and disposal, and ran a new water line for our refrigerator. They went above and beyond with this service call. I recommend this company without question.

He had some minor inconveniences (a leaky pipe and replacing a valve with 2 water lines instead of one) but he dealt with it in a professional manner. He ran out to get the pieces to accommodate 2 water lines and went to work! Bill and Scott treated me like family and saved me Thousands of dollars by snaking my main drain instead of tearing up my drive way . I was scared because of the magnitude of the situation but Scott calmed me down and walk me through the situation . Also when my garbage disposal broke they were able to come the next morning to fix it . I highly recommend and trust Scott and Bill I won’t go to anyone else. They also cleaned everything afterwards

Two of Raymond Plumbing technicians came to our home to fix a stopped drain. We just bought the house not too long ago, so we were not sure what to expect. They were thorough, even leaving to grab a bigger snake. When they returned they were able to deduce the problem and, with the help of a Sawzall, they cleaned out a grease area that they assumed could have been growing for ten years. They never gave up. I expected the bill to be huge since they were here 2 1/2 hours, but everyone in the family agreed it was very fair because it was less than we thought. We will use them again!

Lenett is the rudest bill collection person iam only a low trie empolyee and this lady call and starts going off on me like i owe her i would like to have one of her superiors respond to this review and can tell you how rude she is and what she say to people

Cheryl the reception lady or the one who always answered was rude and seems to not care whether anything gets done ot not, they say a part will be in and the day comes, so you miss work to be home, and surprise it isn't in, then the next day comes and guess what! Parts still not in. When you ask when it will be in they says they don't know!!!!! Wow
So over this company they are not customer service sact and they don't seem to care about the fact that you've been waiting and waiting for them to fix the problem. I would NEVER EVER recommend them to ANYONE!
