Best Hydro Jet Cleaning in Omaha NE

Spoke with Ben who quoted me $135 an hour, which I agreed to. He sent 2 guys to fix 2 toilets which were ghost flushing and replace a sink faucet. Upon completion I was presented a bill with a $225 an hour charge. Spoke with Ben where he tried to bully me by repeatedly saying I was informed of the added charge for 2 men when I was not informed. The bill also included a $100 charge for parts which were worth maybe $20 max. Not 48 hours later both toilets stopped working. Again spoke with Ben who was incredulous the toilets were not working and begrudgingly stated he would have someone take a look at them sometime next week. Aghast, I reiterated BOTH toilets were not working. He reluctantly agreed to have someone out that day. 2 weeks later, one toilet started vacuum sealing and the other would not complete a full flush. Afraid to call Ben, who had stated he was done with me. I videoed a friend where we discovered Ben's plumbers had turned down the tank water so low, it was causing these issues. I fixed it myself.

We had water draining from our living room light fixture (under bathroom on top floor). We checked everything couldn’t locate or replicate water coming down. I was afraid water could be causing damage and the mystery had my wheels spinning so I called them and they looked at it. They determined water had been getting into the bathroom vent (kids bathroom). This raised some questions and learned one of the kids showered but the shower curtain was on outside of the tub causing the water to sit in bathroom floor so I was happy it wasn’t serious, but also had to bite my tongue. They opened the ceiling to make sure it wasn’t anything else or water causing any damage everything was great. They were extremely professional and helpful!!! Very affordable and professional!!!

They installed my water heater fine however they didn't clean up behind themselves and the next day the drain that my washer goes to is clogged. I called them to help cause there was no issue with that drain before and they wanted to charge me $140 an hour. Do not use these people. They are very unprofessional and very unhelpful

I have been extremely pleased with Backlund' employees and their service starting with Leslie who takes the calls for service in a warm and friendly manner, George, Sheldon and Dustin who took care of everything that I wanted taken care of and were professional and so very nice, special kudos to George who gave me estimates on the other things I wanted done and gave me great recommendations and last but not least, Mike from Zoom who cleaned out a stubborn kitchen drain. All of these guys were polite and courteous and did a great job. They were fast and efficient and did all the clean up. I have already recommended them to people I work with and will continue to do so. Backlund is my choice for plumbing issues.
