Is it weird to love a plumbing company... because I have so much love for the team at ProPlumb. These guys are amazing. Always on time, always honest, completely trustworthy -- I've used them for repairs + renovations for several years now and wouldn't call anyone else. >> Special Shout to Potential Female Customers... you know how it sucks to blindly call a repair person because you know they're gonna treat you like you don't know what you're talking about -- or try to pressure you into doing stuff you don't really need to do? That NEVER happens with the ProPlumb crew -- *ever*. They'll treat you with respect + talk to you like you're an actual adult human being capable of discussing the house you most likely bought on your own like a grown woman! I can't recommend them enough... these guys are just the best. Call them!!

Prompt, called in the morning , had a technician at my house 11:30 for a clogged drain.

Bill did a great job in his analysis of the installation of a new faucet on our old 1900’s kitchen sink with drain board. He was very patient in figuring out the problem and his perseverance made for a beautiful appearance as well as functionality of our old porcelain cast iron sink. Bill was nothing but professional and friendly in working through the difficulties involved. We have recommended Bill to many others who have always been completely satisfied. I was having a few issues in my bathroom that included the toilet, shower, and faucet so I called Fernando at 402 plumbing services and he came out the same day was here within an hour and a half and he fixed everything immediately at an amazing price ! He is professional, knowledgeable, reliable, and does a great job thank you so much! I will be spreading the word about 402 plumbing to all my friends and family.

Main drain back up. They came out and did a great job. It was super cold out and he would make sure to close the door each and every time he walked out plus help clean up the mess it had made when he was all done.

Absolutely the best.....

My Technician was Dewey. I woke up to a clog in my bathroom sink and bathtub. I tried to fix the issue myself and it didn’t work. I was recommended to Two men and a snake by a Menards rep. I called them and within an hour Dewey was here to save the day!! Fast, efficient, professional, and very responsive is how I would describe Two men and a snake. Highly recommended in my book!!!
