Ben came last minute to fix a valve on my water main. He charged a resonable price and was at my house with 15 minutes. We had no water in the house becuase of the broken valve and Ben had us up and running in less than 1 hour. Super nice and great service!!1

Sorry should have read my post before I posted it but they did not charge me when they were working on my water heater when it kept going off . A day after writing a not so favoring post they did call after awhile. Saying they would be at the house first thing the next morning for which they were they explained they were very busy yesterday that's why they didn't get back to us .I'm sorry now for seeming negative because they fixed our water heater to where it works perfectly and I thank them very much I hope they accept my apology.

Removed and replaced old galvanized pipe with copper. Dan and Mason worked pretty much non-stop the time they were here, but Dan would take the time to answer any questions I had. Very professional, honest, respectful and easy to talk to and worked with me when they had to come upstairs since I have a dog. Work looks good, finally got good water pressure in shower, and they did a good clean up when done. Amy, who handles the calls is also very nice to talk to and easy to work with in scheduling, especially with the pandemic affecting everyone. Brian who did the estimate was also good and quick response with estimate. Good price and will use again when needed.

I have been using Southside Plumbing for over 20 years, they are the ONLY one I call for my plumbing problems at my house and business. they're wonderful! Never once have I had a problem with them!

The 2 men that came to our house were very nice and professional. They cleaned our drains quickly and did a great job. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because the office told me they could have someone out in 1 hour, but it took 5 hours for someone to arrive.

They came out to fix my machine and did an excellent job The technician was fun to be around I kept positive attitude even when the job looked very tough.

JJ did an amazing job accessing my A/C unit problem that I had been having for the last few weeks. He was honest and able to give me a run down of things that might need to be fix on the unit. There was a hiccup which unfortunately caused him not to be able to finish the inspection. But I will in the future be requesting JJ if possible.
