I chose The Frazier Co because of reputation and product selection, the reason I continue to do business with them every year is Russ one of their service technicians he is the most competent, courteous and professional tech I have ever met and the reason The Frazier Co will always be my HVAC company.

James was our service tech for the Spring maintenance check on our A/C. He was friendly, professional, and thorough. We've had James on a few occasions and he is always all of the above.

Beyond impressed with the service we received. Came home last night to find that our AC was leaking inside the house. I called Frazier Co at 8 AM this morning and they had someone out here by 9:30 AM (The high for today was 100). The issue turned out to be minor and something that I probably could have done myself but I have very little experience with AC units. Russ took the time to show me the problem and show me how to fix it in the future. I will certainly be a return customer should we have any problems with our AC.

With the recent hot weather, our air conditioning didn't seem to be working as well as it should. On Monday, I called The Frazier Company to have them check out the system. The next day, James arrived at the scheduled time and began the diagnostics of your A/C system, looking at the thermostat, furnace filter and the a-coil. He then hooked up his gauges to unit outside and determined that it was low on Freon, which took about 3 pounds to fill the system. It had been about 6 years since the unit was new so over time it apparently leaked out. James looked for leaks which was unable to find any obvious ones. Overall, James and The Frazier Company did a great job restoring the A/C system to our home in a quick and efficient manner. Thanks!

We had previously had out a local company and they were telling us we needed to replace items that were going to cost us over $2,000 after a routine maintenance cleaning.
We got a second opinion from Frasier and we're told that the cleaning was not done properly and that the replacement parts recommended were not necessary.
That technician talk to me through everything he did and showed me what wasn't done properly and was very professional and courteous.
Would highly recommend them!!!

I am beyond frustrated with this company. They put in our geo thermal when the house was built in 2013 and we have had nothing but issues. The last time the technician was out to repair a refrigerant leak he used a torch to solder a pipe and burned a wire which he apparently didn't realize. Fast forward a few months when it was time to switch from heat to cool and it isn't working again. I decided to get another opinion and they discovered the burned wired and said that as much as they would like our business Frazier should have to do the repair at no cost to us. Due to the cost I decided to reach out to Frazier. The tech shows up and calls the service manager to ask them to order the part. He says it was too late in the day to overnight it as it would show up on Saturday and since they aren't open they would have it sent regular mail and call us when it comes in. They make a temporary fix so we have AC. Two weeks later we reach out to them again as they hadn't called us to schedule the repair. The service manager says he forgot to order the part but the unit should continue to work fine. Well it stopped working yesterday. Just got off the phone with the service manager. I said I thought it was ridiculous that he forgets to order the part and refuses to have it overnighted. He says that the unit not working has nothing to do with the part we are waiting on but he could send the technician out again to see what the problem is. I told him to forget it! I'm done with The Frazier Company and don't recommend them to anyone! Incompetent and terrible customer service!

Andrew came out to service our AC under our maintenance contract. He did a great job. This was a scheduled call, but the AC wasn't cooling properly. He found the problem, and we only had to pay for parts under the service agreement. A win/win! Looking for a call from Frazier this fall to renew the contract for next year. They came out like 6 times to fix one problem then charged me an arm and a leg because they had no clue what they were doing.

We have used Frazier for 10 years for our bi-yearly AC/furnace maintenance. The service crew is knowledgable, efficient and respectful. Myron serviced our AC unit yesterday. He did a great job, and I appreciate that he wore and mask and shoe booties while in our home. Highly recommended!

He not only finds the issues really quickly, but also explains what went wrong, what can go wrong in the future, what we can do to prevent related issues etc. He is simply a great guy. Friday, around 4:30p, my AC shut down. Called Frazier and within 30, Russ, service technician was there. I've know Russ for years and he is an expert. He pinpointed the trouble, explained everything, got my AC back working and I was a happy gal!!! He's always professional, friendly, polite and gets it right. :)

Our air conditioning went out and it was heating up in the house! I called Frazier Co's emergency line and they had a tech out to my house in less than 35 minutes. Russ was our service tech and I gotta say he is probably one of the nicest guys I have ever met. Courteous, Super-Friendly, Funny and knows his stuff. He had us fixed up in about 45 minutes. Had a new AC unit installed by The Frazier Co. Jason came out and was very courteous, professional, honest & answered all my questions. They did a great job on the install. The electrician that came out was respectful. Shelly was very prompt and courteous on having the service tech come out to inspect the work, I really appreciated the call from Shelly letting me know that James was on the way. The courteousness and respectfulness followed with James as well. Overall this was a great experience and I really do appreciate how The Frazier Co handled the whole process. We just built our second home with The Frazier Company doing the HVAC and plumbing on both homes. We have also held a maintenance agreement with them for almost 12 years and have nothing but positive experiences. If you are looking for an honest company that operates with integrity and is committed to doing the right thing, then look no further! The technicians are wonderful to work with- always explaining things thoroughly to ensure we understand and taking as much time as needed to answer any questions. We love when Russ comes to service our equipment! We spent a good amount of time with a number of individuals during our home builds, and all of them were professional, courteous, and worked hard to make sure the jobs were done right. I am a firm believer that if you get quality equipment installed well and serviced appropriately, it will preform well for many years. Andrew was my service tech he was very professional let me know what it was going to cost before the work was done. Kept me informed while he was doing the job. Have used Fraziers for years never disappoint.

We received an email notice that the furnace had a fault and was not operating. That's a feature of our fancy smart thermostat. Interesting that the notice was even before we noticed the house getting cooler. It was 20 degrees outside. It was Sunday and we were on our way to church so we called the Frazier Company and left a message with the after hours telephone assistant - a live person not a recording. We got a return call from Russ at Frazier before we'd sat down and arranged for him to meet us at home at 1:00 after the service.
At exactly 1:00, Russ knocked on the door, entered and put on his booties. It didn't take long to diagnose the issue and fix it. While he was here, Russ checked the filters, checked the settings and made sure all the fittings were tight.
While no one is eager to have a furnace problem in the winter and on a Sunday, we are grateful to be able to rely on the Frazier Company to be on our side. Capable, honest and nice people are the words I'd use to describe them. We highly recommend them.

Very responsive! My AC broke down and they had someone out within two hours of when I called.

I had bad experience, last year the service leader tech Jeff Wagner came to evaulated cooling system in my house , he did not replay to any of messages or email , he is total Ignoring me. i called and complain to customer services but no response, now they want me to renew the contract for 2018, do you believe that i will!!!
The funny part is the pervious owner of my house that I bought from him , he use to be the same own the company but he sold the business to current owner of the Frazier company
it is my worst experience in my life.
I will not recommend it at all to any one , one more thing they charge me last year for the price of the air filter , so total cost for maintenance about 300 dollar for maintenance , which is not responsible, although i get get any company with first for 70 dollar as A 1 heating

Russ was awesome. He walked me through all of the system operations and taught me the best way to utilize the system we have. Great service!

Russ is the one we call on for are heating and air at Thompson Electric. Russ is always on time and always has us up and running in a timely manner. from the first time we used Frazier and Russ was the one that showed up we will never use any other Company BUT we will always ask for Russ.

Andrew arrived on time and promptly introduced himself. He found the problems(s) and explained in detail what the issue was and gave me a cost estimate before moving forward. Once the repairs were completed he discussed future options and ways to best utilize the unit we have. He was extremely helpful and courteous. We will use them again when needed!

My wife signed up for the maintenance program and to be honest, I was concerned that we paid for service, but would be sold something additional on each visit. We had our AC checked yesterday by Myron and it was exactly the opposite. He was very experienced, listened to our concerns and the system is working much smoother and quieter. He took time to explain how we can maintain our AC and answered all of our questions. I am very glad we purchased this program and my first impression is that we can trust Frazier to provide quality and not sell us something we don't need. That is hard to find in a company today.

Let me get this straight. You offer my son a job but because he wanted to make sure it was a good fit and give you an answer later that day. You give the job to the next guy you interviewed with you, what kind of fly by night outfit are you guys? If that’s how you treat potential employees then why would anybody want to work for your company!

We have used Frazier for our HVAC System Maintenance for over six years so it wasn't a hard decision to have them install our new furnance and A/C. Jason the Sales Manager was very helpful in answering all of our questions before making a final decision. Zach and Cody did a professional install of our unit and were very courteous with our concerns of the new unit. The electrician that came out was very respectful and courteous. Andrew who did the start up was knowledgeable and helpful explaining our new HVAC system and answering our remaining questions. The Frazier Co handled the whole process seamlessly. Their communication and knowledge was incredible. Overall this was a great experience. I would highly recommend Frazier for anyone needing HVAC services.

He has vast experience and makes sure that everything is properly serviced before he leaves. Great company if you like to be gravely overcharged for their services. Guy spends 3 minutes in the house to clean a flame sensor and a bill for $153. I even bought the steel wool for the guy to use to clean it. I diagnosed the problem on the phone before he even came out. Worst customer service and no compassion for losing a customer. If your heat goes out...call someone else...do not call Frazier Co.

Great place work and a friendly team!

I have used Frazier company for two separate issues. 1st one was a plumbing issue on a spigot outside. Under a crawl area. Tech that came out was great. Professional work. No issues. It was three days to get him out. But they were one of the few companies to actually return my call with a plumbing issue. 2nd instance was with my AC that wasn't cooling on a 101 day in Omaha. I called in the morning, dispatch said it would be next morning. I understand. Sometimes we get spoiled with same day service. 3pm I get a call they can be there same day. Tech shows up. Diagnoses the issue. A couple hundred dollar service call. I'm happy. I'll be a customer again.

Russ is old school when it comes to service. He is efficient and knowledgeable. He communicates the information needed to keep the HVAC working well. We have a service contract and always request Russ for his professionalism and friendliness.

He worked diligently and expertly as he completed the needed repairs.

I can not say enough great things about The Frazier Company, and specifically Jason the Sales Manager. He really knows his stuff and was willing to take on an install/replacement system on a challenging property when no one else would. The communication and knowledge was strong and this company is truly professional.

If I could have rated this 0 stars I would have. Our air conditioner is just over 1 year old, (installed by frazier) recently it hasn't been working and has been freezing up. I called to have them come take a look at the issue, it seemed as if they were annoyed on the phone, I was instructed to shut it off let it thaw try it the next day, which I did. Keep in mind the next day was Saturday so they're not open. I still have the same issue so I call them after the weekend and get an appointment for the following day. A service tech comes out spends about 30 minutes at the house to collect their 85 dollar service charge to say the system is clogged up and they will return the next day to get it working again. We were told it was too late to work on it, they have other calls(it was 5pm), and that it will take awhile. We will give you call in the morning is what we were told.

Next day comes around, haven't received a call so we call to find out when they will be showing up to work on the problem, we are then told that we will have to wait until the following Tuesday. A 5 day wait in 90+ weather with a quote of 400 dollars to clean the air conditioner.

Sorry, I wouldn't recommend them to work on a window unit.

Dan did a great job. We are cool and comfortable and confident we will remain so throughout the summer. We trust Dan and the Fraizer Company to do great work at a reasonable rate.

My condenser when out on my ac and I was 2 months past warranty and the owner still covered it! They didn't have to do that. And the worker was very professional.

The Frazier Company, no relation to me, put in the furnace and air conditioning in my house when it was built 20 years ago. I never did a thing to my air conditioner and had the furnace cleaned yearly. Both worked great. When it came time to replace them I knew who I wanted to buy from. They did a great job explaining options. Always been very satisfied with this company.
