Make sure your staff remember the appointments that you schedule the day before. First time you came like a year ago I liked the service but the second time you didn't show up and when I called the guy said he knew nothing about it.

They charge you to give you an estimate. Basically, before they even do anything. How can you charge anyone before you do any job?! We, the customers, should make them to get rid of habits like this. I'm sorry, but this is a rip-off.

Finally found a Great plumbing company! Kurt is an excellent technician - was actually early (called first) which gave him time to not only address and resolve the issue I called for but was willing and able to answer some questions on other issues. Gave some great advice and fixed another problem.

Rates are competitive but more importantly, I feel that they did exactly the job needed without attempting to upsell (No thanks Burton!). Clean, friendly, professional - could not have asked for more. My new go-to plumber!

Friendly and quick. Felt bombarded by 2 unexpected salespeople. Tried to quickly get me to sign a paper for a very expensive repair. Cost was bit high as well. I needed someone on a weekend and they were great getting here quickly.

Called last week to make an appointment. Come the day of - no one showed up. I called, only to discover they did not make the appointment. From what I gathered an employee made a mistake because these people aren’t taking the time to train properly. I pleaded that since the error was made in house that perhaps they would want to correct it by sending someone. But she could not have cared less about my situation and was extremely rude. Perhaps they have a great service to offer but they need to highly reconsider the front desk staff so customers can experience that. We will not ever be returning to this business again.

They rescheduled 30 minutes into the window they were supposed to arrive. When they did finally arrive, after cleaning the clog they immediately tried to upsell me on a sewer main calcium cleaning at an absurd price with financing after ignoring multiple emails for footage of the main line. Capitalism at its finest

First the men came out without a camera and just wanted to smoke bomb it to see if/ where a leak was. I said no that’s not what I asked for. The worker crawled into my crawl space and found disconnected pipes. Great! Found. They came back and connected the pipes. I thought fantastic. NOT! The methane smells is still there. They came out per my request to SNAKE my drains! THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN. He added water to the p traps! I Called again actually text because they don’t answer the phone and said it still isn’t fixed, you didn’t snake the drains! Reply we can come back for another fee! This is 900$ later! They tell you the fee is 150$ an hour try 220$ and no results!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL BE CRYING MORE!

My main bathroom and mater bathroom share a drain line that was clogged. They sent a tech out and he got it all squared away and was very professional and clean!
