Wonderful Company! We had Gary out to fix our disposal and he did an excellent job! He was professional, courteous, and most importantly, knowledgable. He arrived on time and let us know exactly what needed to be done. I will definitely be calling them back in the future if I need anything else.

Mike and team did an excellent job. Had hot/cold water connections moved in laundry room. Service was quick, on time and of high quality.

I needed to have the water lines and drain moved in a bathroom to accommodate a new vanity. I really appreciate the speed with which the entire project was done - from getting a bid, to scheduling the job, to having the work complete. Couldn't have met nicer guys to work with!

Excellent service, advice and follow up

Showed up at around 3:05pm. The customer service rep said between 3-5. He unclogged my toilet as I had one of my children flush a plastic top to a deodorant can down the toilet earlier this week. Anthony finished in 30 minutes.
It was a little expensive. But to have it done in the same day that I called, means a lot to me.

He was prompt, repaired our leaking toilet and removed an old utility sink and replaced it with a new one I had purchased. His rate beat everyone. Cleaned up after himself and took away all the garbage. I would definitely recommend him.

I was very pleased with his attention to details including covering his shoes and cleaning up after job was done. Joe also gave some valuable information regarding preventative measures to be taken with our drains such as using an enzyme once a month to keep it flowing smoothly.

This company provides excellent service. My water heater was leaking and it was still covered under my home warranty policy. I contacted them and they authorized Major Drain to provide the service. They concluded the water heater needed to be replaced and returned for a 2nd appointment to replace it. They also diagnosed that the floor drain was clogged and the owner, Brent, called the warranty company and was able to have that covered under the same service at no additional cost to me. On each occasion they arrived promptly, their techs were very polite and respectful, provided the service quickly, and cleaned up thoroughly when finished. This is a family-operated business and I highly recommend them to anyone.

We recently had our water heater replaced by JP and our experience with them was great. They did honest and quality work at a competitive price. The technician (I forgot his name) was very professional and was able to get us scheduled and complete the work in a very timely manner.

What kind gentlemen! I had concerns about our utility room floor drain and they came out the day I called! I will keep their phone number handy for any future issues, including a bathroom remodel we are planning to get done.

They replaced the motor on my AC unit outside. I wasn’t home when it was done. My brother was. I checked it out for the first time last night. And the motor is very noisy. I just hope it keeps working ok for me

Can I give less than one star?? No call no show on a very icy/snowy day. My husband rushed home from Blair to get hom. Waited two hours, and no call/no show. The rescheduled appointment also was a bust. Knowing even 3 pm was a stretch to get home from work they show up at 2:15 pm. YOU NEED TO LISTEN TO CLIENTS! 3 pm TO 5 pm APPOINTMENT IS NOT 2:15 pm. Hard pass!!!

Just had service performed by Backlund Plumbing. Tech was named Justin. Justin was excellent. He worked efficiently and kept me informed of his work and the issues he ran into. Please send him back here next time.
