Is it weird to love a plumbing company... because I have so much love for the team at ProPlumb. These guys are amazing. Always on time, always honest, completely trustworthy -- I've used them for repairs + renovations for several years now and wouldn't call anyone else. >> Special Shout to Potential Female Customers... you know how it sucks to blindly call a repair person because you know they're gonna treat you like you don't know what you're talking about -- or try to pressure you into doing stuff you don't really need to do? That NEVER happens with the ProPlumb crew -- *ever*. They'll treat you with respect + talk to you like you're an actual adult human being capable of discussing the house you most likely bought on your own like a grown woman! I can't recommend them enough... these guys are just the best. Call them!!

The technician, Terry, went the extra mile. We called Micro because our sink drains that weren't draining properly. Not only did he do that, he went ahead and did the same for our whirlpool tub at no additional charge. I was very impressed! The price was very fair for the quality work that was done. -Corey

This is the second time we have used Smith Pro Plumbing. As before scheduling was easy. The visit by the technician was prompt and the plumbing issue was handled professionally. I highly recommend Smith Pro Plumbing!

My main sewer line was backing up, I called and they had a technician out within 2 hours. Francisco did a thorough job clearing the tree roots from my line, and was very helpful and friendly. I unfortunately forgot the name of the camera technician that looked at my line, but he also was very helpful and friendly.

Our sump pump failed and we woke up to a flooded basement. I called Big Birge on the advise of my insurance agent. Such a great company. They rearranged the schedule to get out that morning since we were expecting more rain in the afternoon. Great service and great prices. So glad I found them as they are my go to for plumbing now.

After quoting me $185-$225 for a minor repair, the technician showed up and changed the price to $385.

Roto Rooter is the way to go, you can trust they will give you honest advice and information, the gentleman who came out, Matthew, was amazing

Jason Wasmund was an excellent service professional. He diagnosed the problem and was able to get the part under warranty which saved us around $400. His installation was very professional and had an excellent customer relations attitude! Would invite him back any time!!!

I have a Service Contract with HomeServe for my outside plumbing items. The company had Raymond Plumbing do the work. I needed an indoor shutoff valve replaced, but first the outside shutoff valve had to be located. Raymond Plumbing coordinated with Omaha MUD to mark the location. Then Raymond installed the necessary items so the outside valve could be easily located in the future.
My wife was VERY happy with the workers and the work they did.
I would HIGHLY recommend Raymond Plumbing.

We had a sewer problem and after having multiple companies come out and give us exorbitant prices to “maybe” fix the problem, the tech from Major Drain was experienced and willing to discuss multiple options addressing price and full/partial resolution
