Ben and his team are great to work with. Very responsive, fair priced and I was extremely impressed by the way he treated his employees. I highly recommend using them.

The valve (located in our basement) that feeds our sprinkler system was not sealing well and was allowing water to leak into the pipes that go outside. We were having to drain the pipes weekly. Micro Plumbing replaced the valve in less than an hour and even made a repeat visit to fix a couple other joints that were disturbed during the replacement of the valve. We are happy with our decision to use Micro Plumbing for our repairs.

Owner is a genuine disappointment ( Dave ) gave him a big job on a platter. Offered a small job and cost was questionable?.. ask for disclosure.. response didn’t match response. My intuition- price gouging stay clear from this business!! No integrity!!

Came right in and got to work in my bathroom, I had another issue with my kitchen sink. They found the problem and fixed it. I truly appreciate the willingness to fix the other problem instead of making me wait for them to come back.

Tech was polite and thorough. Once the clog had been cleared, he flushed the line several times to make sure that there was no more backing up. Definitely recommend

I just had a tech come out to give me an estimate. He lied to me, in the first 2 minutes of our conversation. He tried to over sell me, not knowing I already knew the process of repair, and already had 2 reputable quotes. I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Our floor drain and shower backed up late Sunday night. I called Omaha Drain first thing on Monday morning and a drain tech was at my house within 2 hours of my call. Thomas was very thorough and professional and got our issue resolved. He explained some future issues that we may have and recommended some services that will benefit us in the future. I will definitely be using Omaha Drain again.

Daniel came out to look at our water heater. Very thorough. Couldn’t be repaired but gave us a few options which we appreciated.

It pains me to have to give them even one star. We had the worst experience with this company.

1. Over an hour late to start the job.
2. Helped themselves to the tools we had without asking. (They were a different contractor’s tools) The two workers had their own tools in their van, but were too lazy to walk out to the driveway to get them.
3. Drilled the wrong holes in the shower and had to replace it the next day.... only to crack the new shower surround when installing it. Told us that “it’s okay... the trim will cover the crack.” So we have a broken shower before we have even used it.
4. Scratched the shower head pipe upon install, and only replaced it when we asked about it.
5. Scratched our new drywall to hell when putting in the shower and then told us that the surround would cover it. Spoiler alert: it did not. So now we have drywall that needs to be replaced.
6. Left a huge mess on our new wood floors. Snow, water puddles, boxes, tools, cement dust everywhere. Didn’t even bother to clean it up.
7. Did not take responsibility for all of this and wanted to charge us a ridiculous amount. We will need to hire MORE work to be done after those idiots were in our home. After many calls to their office, we still ended up paying way more than I thought was fair.

Do yourself a huge favor and google someone else for any plumbing projects in your home. If you go with this company, please prepare yourself for problem after problem. Absolutely horrible.
