He had some minor inconveniences (a leaky pipe and replacing a valve with 2 water lines instead of one) but he dealt with it in a professional manner. He ran out to get the pieces to accommodate 2 water lines and went to work! I worked with three separate specialists, Mike in repair, Andy in consulting on options, and Mitch in installation. These three gentlemen were very professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. As a new resident to Omaha, this team gave me great confidence that all repairs and installations would be up to code. I was offered a number of options for repair and replacement and given pros and cons of all options. Without hesitation I highly recommend this company and their team to everyone. Also, I was without heat and they made me a priority! They rock!!

Even though things didn't go our way (hoped for a bad clog, but it was a broken main line to the septic), these guys provided great value. The previous company wanted a ton of money just to pull a toilet and put a camera in (so the price didn't include a fix). These guys did all that, grabbed the locator, marked the clog outside, came back in, made a run at the clog, couldn't reach it--which is how they found the main drain break, grabbed the camera, and located that too. They set us up with an estimate for the main repair too. So not happy about the cost of the repairs (not their fault), but we got all that for $150 less than another company's cost just to admire the problem through a camera.

Aaron came out to light the pilot on our hot water heater. He is very professional, polite and up front. I will be contacting Omaha Drain for future issues. Thank you for getting here so quickly!

Actually I initially called Southside Plumbing and came to find out that Southside and Nxtgen were merging. I had issues with 2 possible sources of a water leak. Greg C. looked and assessed the 2 possibilities and determined that it was my toilet, and was positive that the culprit was the toilet. He went to work in an efficient manner. Came to find out that when we had some tile placed in the bathroom the tile guy didn't quite do it right. Greg C. explained why it was leaking and how he was going to fix it. His communication skills were excellent and did not talk over my head nor talk beneath me. He promptly took care of the situation. He added that he would have fixed it in the same manner, if it was his home. That meant a lot. Greg C. was very professional and yet personable. I'm sure he is a true asset to the company. I would not hesitate in a heartbeat in calling NxtGen for any future plumbing needs!

Had Tritz Plumbing come out today to repair some leaking outside faucets. Very professional. The office called to let me know they were on their way ( I do not answer numbers I don't know).

Sunday morning - Called about a leak from the city line in our house. Was contacted by the owner and notified that a tech would call me. Tech called and gave an approximate time he'd arrive. He was on time. He was friendly, courteous, and cleaned up after himself. Great job...thx for the emergency response.

Ron Peterson was dispatched to our home two weeks ago, on a Saturday afternoon, to fix a clogged toilet. My husband and I were impressed with his work ethic and how personable he was that we special requested him to replace our water heater today. The coldest day of the year, -37° windchill, Ron showed up and finished the job. We are already planning for him to come back in the Spring to run a camera through our pipes. I highly recommend Ron and Mr. Rooter for all your plumbing needs!

Edit…(12/28/2022) Third call to Mr. Rooter. We had a sink that wouldn’t drain in a bathroom. We have only lived in this house a month. Called Mr. Rooter and they dispatched Jamie to our residence. He was amazing! Very thorough, professional, and explained everything my husband and I needed to know regarding the issue. These guys have been amazing and they will continue to have our service in future. Again, we highly recommend their service!
