Every time our heater would come on we would get a lot of clacking noises. I had three different people come out to fix it and they could not. I called Copeland and Son and spoke to Frank Copeland. He was the first person that actually understood the problem. As a result, he came out to our house, took a look at the problem and gave us an estimate of what would have to be done to fix it. We gave him the job and they did exactly as they said they would do. The work started on time, ended on time, stayed on budget and, most importantly, the problem is finally fixed. I had to have a plumber for a Saturday afternoon call out because of a gas leak. You sent Jeremy out and he was very helpful. Then only two days later we had an unrelated plumbing problem with a toilet, so we had to call again. Jeremy was professional and very efficient. His explanations on both visits were clear and to the point. He gave us an estimate, which we agreed to and he immediately went to work. Can't say enough great things about Mitch! He's done some minor repairs at our older home over the years and we thought his work was great. Recently, we decided to re-do all of the plumbing and sewer and put new fixtures in all of the baths in addition to a kitchen remodel.
