Best Water Heater Repair And Replacement in Nashville TN

Recently moved into a new home and had a major leak from an upstairs bathroom that came flooding through the downstairs ceiling and walls.

I scheduled service online through their website late at night and received a call a few hours before the timeslot I had chosen online, confirming both receipt of the request and immediate availability of service technicians. Within a short time both a water damage specialist and plumber were on-site and quickly assessed the situation, estimated repairs & cost and scheduled the repairs for the following morning @ 9:30 am.....needless to say at 9:30am sharp, 2 plumbers were on site and quickly made the necessary repairs.

While they were starting the repairs of the leak, I sprung another job on them not expecting it to be taken care of same day, however they were able to find a solution, obtained the parts required and handled the job in a matter of hours.

Everything is now working as expected with no leaks and repairs were made efficiently and the areas look better than how they were before they started.

Jeremy Phelps with Plumbing Soloutions went above and beyond. Had issues with drainage from house sewer mainline. Tried multiple different avenues and angles after one after another seemed to fail. Jeremy never gave up even offered different avenues of payment once things seemed to escalate in cost due to the severity of the problem. Stayed with us for close to 7 hours to resolve our issues. If there was any doubt before about being loyal to plumbing solutions Jeremy expelled them completely. Will ALWAYS call Jeremy going forward for our plumbing needs!!!

Our water pressure valve went out the same time our faucet did, and despite the strange puzzle piece custom work of our condo, Mitch came prepared with the correct tools and parts to do the work quickly and professionally. He was even kind enough to let us know the installation of our hot water heater was incorrect, saving us from massive damage down the line. He took care to respect our home, offering to wear a mask and had covers for his work shoes. I highly recommend his work!

Dave Sharp was a most excellent technician … having had a CT multitude of issues w one of our units .. Dave spent a tremendous amount of time determining a resolution that had not been accomplished previously .. and was an absolute pleasure to have around the house !

Seemed like a good business initially. Unit ran out of refrigerant due to a leak and not getting air (90 degrees inside). They sent a tech out around 11 am. Nice dude. Gave me a repair estimate and left. Then it goes down hill. Puts me on the phone with an estimator to come out to compare repair costs with the cost of a new unit. Estimator comes out an hour later than stated. Pushed for us to buy a $12,000 unit after his whole unnecessary “sales pitch”. Also, he hid the price from us until he was done talking even tho asked multiple times for a price. Decided to go with the $3,500 repair instead. They were supposed to send someone back to temporarily recharge the system. Instead of initially doing that, this company tries to leverage you before fixing anything. It is now 8:30 pm, have called multiple times and haven’t heard anything back. They promised someone to come back out today. No one came, it is 90 degrees in the house and I work tomorrow. They don’t care unless you purchase a whole new unit from them.
