The appt was very quickly scheduled. I received a phone call to let me know that our tech was on his way. Brandon was VERY friendly and attentive. He did a GREAT job, and I would very much recommend him to anyone!!!

I have used Weylin's (owner) expertise a few times now, the last being to reinstall a very messed up and backwards water heater. Weylin came out very promptly after I contacted him, and he tackled the job with complete professionalism. I will use Weylin as my plumber until he retires! Covert Plumbing was amazing with their professionalism and hospitality. My wedding ring fell down my shower drain and I was devastated. I knew that my best chance was that the p trap caught it under the house in the crawl space. To avoid pushing it further down the drain I immediately turned off the water. I called multiple plumbers desperate to help me and unfortunately everyone was too booked. Had a great experience with Dwayne and Blake. Had a leak in lines connecting our upstairs bathtub. They came out early, did things the longer (but safer) way, and stuck to the estimate, even though they had to put in an extra shower cartridge (~$200 value). Final price of $265, for 1.5 hours work -- worth it to me. Thanks, guys.

I wouldn't know what his services are like. I called him first to fix some baffolding after a septic tank issue on a recommendation. I left 1 message and he called right back. He didn't quite understand what I was talking about so he said he would call the septic company I used and go over it with them and he would call me right back. Well even after leaving 3 more messages over a 2 week period he never called me back. If someone is going to not care that much I wouldn't even bother giving them a chance.

The quality and timeliness of their work was excellent. Only complaint I might have would be their charges were a bit pricey for what I was expecting.

I recently had the pleasure of working with your plumbing company, and I must say, I am beyond impressed with the exceptional service I received. After experiencing persistent basement flooding that previous plumbers couldn't diagnose, your team arrived and conducted a thorough inspection.

To my amazement, he quickly discovered that the grinder pump in my basement had been improperly installed within a sheetrock enclosure, and several vent fittings were not even properly secured. Additionally, he identified a major flaw in the 3-inch main that ran over two rooms, which had a backwards pitch right before connecting to the mainline.

Your Technician took the time to explain the issues to me in detail and presented the only viable solution available. He discussed rerouting the master bath and the hall half bathroom back into the room where the pump is located, and then redirecting the plumbing out of the front of the house. He meticulously located the sewer main and seamlessly tied the new line into it, completely resolving the problem.

I cannot express how grateful I am for your Technician expertise, professionalism, and dedication to solving my basement flooding issue. The level of care and attention to detail they demonstrated throughout the process while keeping a organized work area was truly commendable. I am delighted to say that since the completion of the work, I have not experienced any further flooding problems.
