PlumbMasters is a life saver! We have had plumbing issues with our house since moving in back in August. Come to find out, the whole house was running off of the ejector pump in the basement, was not up to code, and also not properly installed. After several plumbers telling us that they could not attach our main floor to the gravity line or asking an unattainable amount for repairs, we luckily found Mr. Scott with PlumbMasters. He came to the house on a Wednesday for his initial assessment. We received our quote that very same day. To top it off, he came back the following day to walk us through exactly what he would be doing to ensure we knew what we were paying for. He contacted the city to confirm water lines, drew a permit for the repairs, etc. The following Monday, Mr. Scott was out our house doing a total system repair. He dug and properly placed a new line (in the 90+ degree heat with no complaints, must I add), replaced our sump pump, and got the city here to confirm proper installation. From initial assessment to completion, the process took 6 days. SIX DAYS!! Talk about efficient! Mr. Scott and his team practice professionalism, effective communication, offer fair prices, and are hardworking. I can not recommend them enough!

Jeff was awesome. He came to our house for an upstairs leak going into the downstairs. Pulled out some wet drywall, stayed about thirty minutes, and didn't charge a thing! No service fee, no diagnostic fee, and found the leak. Will come back and do the work when all of the wet materials are removed. He, again, was an awesome plumber. They are the only company who doesn't charge a fee to come out. Pretty impressive! Teresa Shaver

From the first phone call to complete (only about 2 hrs later including call) was great. Was expecting to set up appt for next week, as it wasn't an emergency, but they actually beat me to the house, diagnosed and repaired very quickly. My ac went out and they told me the part I needed was going to take 2 weeks to ship. The time passed and I called numerous times to ask for an update and the operator told me they have no idea and that they will have someone call me to give me more details. Nobody ever called. I called 5 other times over the next week and the same exact thing happened to me. It has now been 4.5 weeks since they ordered the part and I still have no idea when they are going to come out to fix my ac.

I enjoyed my experience with this company. When they pulled up to my house. I could see a genuine smile from them that eased my tension from my emergency leak. And when they got out they were so kind, knowledgeable, and professional. They explained everything that needed to be done very clearly so I could understand the whole process.they didn't try to push me to do it with them. We had an emergency with our septic backing up into our house for 3 weeks. We had called everyone in town trying to get someone to help us. No one would call back, Buck's would never return our calls and when they set up the appointment they were a no show. My brother referred us to Pyburn and within 1 hour he was at our house and within 3 hours had fixed our problem. He was very professional and reasonable. Our receipt detailed everything he had done. I am overjoyed with the service I received from Pyburn. Scott is a lifesaver and I will recommend him to everyone. I just wished I had found him 3 weeks ago.

Stuck a drain snake to open up an outside plumbing line clogged with blue paper towels. Everything worked perfectly for 12 days. Called back to ask for a free resnake and told that was not a problem. Service technician shows up within 2 hours and asks for an additional $150. I asked ARS to leave. I will spend an additional $150 or more with another plumbing company that won't mind resnaking a drainage line after charging $250 for 15-30 minutes of work. .... UPDATE....Use Wehby Plumbing. They Only Charge $150 Per Hour Unlike ARS!
