Our water heater exploded in our attic. There was a plumber out within an hour (around 9pm) and the cleanup process began within two. They were very kind and very professional. They gave us advice on how to talk to insurance, and checked in daily.

Great work. They done a great job fixing my garbage disposal.

Weylon came to fix a faucet that would not turn off on Friday night at 9:30. He was at my house about 5 minutes after I called and fixed the problem quickly. I have used him 3 times. Highly recommend!

PlumbMasters is a life saver! We have had plumbing issues with our house since moving in back in August. Come to find out, the whole house was running off of the ejector pump in the basement, was not up to code, and also not properly installed. After several plumbers telling us that they could not attach our main floor to the gravity line or asking an unattainable amount for repairs, we luckily found Mr. Scott with PlumbMasters. He came to the house on a Wednesday for his initial assessment. We received our quote that very same day. To top it off, he came back the following day to walk us through exactly what he would be doing to ensure we knew what we were paying for. He contacted the city to confirm water lines, drew a permit for the repairs, etc. The following Monday, Mr. Scott was out our house doing a total system repair. He dug and properly placed a new line (in the 90+ degree heat with no complaints, must I add), replaced our sump pump, and got the city here to confirm proper installation. From initial assessment to completion, the process took 6 days. SIX DAYS!! Talk about efficient! Mr. Scott and his team practice professionalism, effective communication, offer fair prices, and are hardworking. I can not recommend them enough!

This is the best plumber in town period. I called Wes when my wife called and told me we had sewage backed up in our tub. Wes was booked that day but when I explained my situation he was at my house within a couple hours. The pricing was beyond fair and my wife and mother-in law said they could not have been more impresed with Covert Plumbing's service and professionalism. The entire staff at Michael's was fantastic, polite and extremly patient with us , during a difficult business trip & got the job done correctly & quickly for our renters!!! Tyler was espically helpful, and ran interference between myself and the renter!! Thank you so much, we will definitely call Michael's first next time we have a plumbing issue.

We woke up to a leaky hot water heater (and water covering our garage floor) early this morning. John answered his phone at 7 a.m. after I had to leave messages or wait for callbacks from the other services I tried. He was at our house by 9 a.m. and we had an operation hot water heater by early afternoon. And he gave us a fair price when some may have exploited the urgent nature of our job. I can’t recommend him enough!

I was charged $400 for regular Thermostat. I ask for the manager but, I was told he would call me.That never happened. I wouldn't recommend ARS TO NOBODY, Yes all caps. Don't buy A/C unit from them.
