I have never been treated with such disrespect. They were easy on start to work with, completely gutted my master bathroom left hugh hole covering must bathroom floor for almost 3 weeks. They had there money from loan we had to get but we after 3 months without bathroom still.And still waiting on statement on break down of cost. We had buy new shower which they ripped out and said would be covered by loan. Same for vanity. It took me saying i was calling better business bureau and lawyer to get them out here.Finally 3 months to the day they gutted bathroon they said it was done. New Vanity is in. New shower is in, but very poor work. Walls dont meet to other walls, or to floor of shower. Very unprofessional job. I still plan on calling better business bureau. Even our insurance agent cant get them to give breakdown of cost. We never received a bill. But we are paying on a loan they sent total cost to loan.

One friendly advice: Get a second opinion.I'll give them the benefit of the doubt, their technician/inspector is either incompetent or they are just outright scammer.Our A/C stopped cooling and we called ARS to get it checked. Inspector said the replacement parts would cost us $1,800. He recommended replacing the whole unit instead. Salesman came and talked to us into getting a $6.5k unit for 2 hours. We trusted this guy and signed the contract to get it done the following day. After some research about this company here, something in me keep saying to get a second opinion. Lo and behold, somebody came right away and got it fix for $160 in less than an hour. I'm sad that they are the sole partner of Home Depot (that's what the salesman told us), just imagine how many homeowners they manipulate into spending unnecessary several thousands of dollars for them just to put food in their families mouth.

Good company came as they said they would and did a quality job would use again and would reccomend to someone else.

Joe came out on a plumbing call and was very hard working, very knowledgeable, and very kind. Greatly appreciate his professionalism. Rhudy came out for a separate plumbing job and also worked hard to resolve our already stressful issue. Also Irene with dispatch was very helpful answering questions and setting up are appointments. We recommend and will continue using the surfing plumbers 🏄🏻‍♂️

Jesse Allen came to the rescue and within minutes found the leak, dug & exposed the pipe & marked it for my plumber to repair. He was respectful of property and my dogs. Thanks Jesse for your high professionalism and courtesies.

Our AC unit quit blowing cold air yesterday. Called Roscoe Brown and they came next day and fixed it quickly. Josh Guthrie the technician was very nice and listened to me describe the issue and immediately correctly guessed the issue and fixed it right up. Had air less than 30 minutes later. Great service.
