Daniel and John arrived on time. They were courteous and professional and went right to work checking all my plumbing fixtures for leaks or drips. They rebuilt one toilet and serviced my Rinnai tankless water heater. I couldn't have been happier with their work and will definitely use them again.

These guys showed up on time, explained the cost, did the job, accepted my discount coupon and cleaned up. Drain seems good now. I highly recommend them. This is my second time using them and I will use them again if I have plumbing issues.

I'm honestly disappointed. My parents and I have used them for years, so when the water department told me that I might have a leak they were my first call. Our technician didn't seem like he wanted to be there. We told him the issue explained that our toilets run periodically, that we had no change in water pressure, no signs of damage that would suggest a leak, etc.He refused to let me move things out of his way instead shoving past or moving my appliances himself. He spent maybe 15 minutes total in both bathrooms before announcing there had to be a slab leak. He even said the toilets were bad but he doubted that was the issue.So we shelled out $600+ to have another leak company come out and assess for a slab leak (which took forever)Long story short, months later and $600+ later we did not have a slab leak. So now we've paid for a service we didn't need and have to pay even more to have the toilets fixed. I'm beyond frustrated and can't help but feel like Benjamin Franklin screwed us. This could have all been fixed months ago if the tech they sent had listened and actually wanted to be there.

Jack was very professional. I kept asking him questions and he was very polite in explaining how and why things work. Every thing was done in a timely manner and clean after he left. Highly recommend Jack and Benjamin Franklin.

Fast response time and appointments available, they were on time and very professional and clean (wore shoe covers in the house). Colton was exceptional, went through everything before sitting down to go through what needed to be done. He explained the multiple options/pricing we had, honest about what we needed done and what was not needed (helped explain that our outdoor spickets were just loose and needed a quick tighten, no charge.) Gave thoughtful solutions and even future ideas to ensure everything would be running smoothly but never pressured anything. Thank you for your help today!

I was most disappointed. I am usually quite pleased but this time I wasn't. The first person who came could not complete the job but promised he would return to finish. Another person came the next time and said they did not do that kind of work and left us without it being completed. Then we were charged for another visit which meant we paid almost $400 to get one commode fixed. Very disappointing.

The service was thorough and completely satisfactory. An extra bonus was the opportunity to pick Caleb's brain with questions about how other parts of of our house plumbing functioned.

Erik was very thorough and determined. He took his time which I really appreciated and he communicated everything he did and did his best to fix the problem and told me if it doesn’t hold up he will come back and make it right so I am satisfied and happy. I have always been pleased with Ben Franklin Plumbing and today was no different. I scheduled my annual whole house inspection (free with membership!) and I’m so glad I did. They performed an annual inspection of all plumbing in my home. They have provided service to us in our last four homes. All of the services listed above have been performed and they have installed a tankless water heater and whole house water filtration system. They also provide service to our children in their homes too.I can not recommend them highly enough and Ryan Marx is an Excellent Technician

I've worked with Ben Franklin for 11 years. They're courteous, knowledge, and get the job done right the first time. They are premium priced, but they're worth it in my opinion. Plus I like the fact of having the same guy at my house every time versus a new & different guy each time.

We recently purchased a home in Franklin and had several plumbing companies out to give bids. Ben Franklin dispatched Daniel out to our home to give us an estimate on replacing the main sewer line and putting in a tankless water heater. BFP beat the other bids by far.We were living out of state during the project, and not being there, I felt anxious about not being able to oversee the project, but Daniel kept me so informed by phone calls, texts, and even sending pictures along the way. I believed when I hired BFP that we would be in good hands, and Daniel and the crew delivered. I had a few other projects going on at the house while BFP were working. Another company hit the water line, and Daniel and his crew were able to repair the pipe right away. I needed to be able to have hot water and have the sewer line ready to go by the time we moved in, and all of the work was done in time.I can not recommend Ben Franklin Plumbing high enough. They want above and beyond my expectations. From Daniel, to Brad, Jan and Tammy in the office, Essex and Jack doing work out at our house, they all are top notch.

Kitchen drain was backed up. Ryan placed a protective mat on the floor prior to performing the service so that our floors would not get dirty or damaged while the machine did the clean out.

I knew from the time I called them that this was going to be a smooth process. Very pleasant over the phone and set up my appointment quick. Daniel, my service pro, arrived within the 2 hour time frame they gave me. He was very knowledgable and patient with me. I kinda figured before I called them I would need my hot water tank replaced so I had some questions for Dan when he told me it would need replaced. I wasn't sure if I wanted to get a tank less or the standard hot water tank. Dan went through all the pricing and options for both. After getting a quote of $5100 for a tank less I decided to go with a high end tank with a 12 year warranty. There were some extra charges but he explained them along the way . In addition I also asked if he could check some other things while he was there and he had no problem taking care of those as well. He was not rushed and cleaned everything up when he was done. He then showed me how to use it and also offered a $7.95 monthly service package which I gladly accepted knowing I would make my money back with the annual service. I have previously used Mr water heater which did a fine job but after using Ben Franklin Plumbing I won't go anywhere else. They are priced slightly higher but do the job right and make sure you know what you are paying for. Thank you Daniel!

I worked with Benjamin Franklin to have a sewer line replaced, and not only did they do the job well, they stood by their work. There was an issue with the local water utility an Benjamin Franklin assisted in communicating with the utility, as well as ensuring everything was prepared and ready for the utility to fix their issue. Shout out to Brad and Scott specifically—I can’t imagine any other company going to the same lengths

The plumber that came to my house was very professional. Unfortunately the prices were ridiculous! They wanted almost $900 to install a new faucet $450 if I purchased the faucet myself. Needless to say, I did not use them for my repair.

Left me hanging all weekend and half of Monday before I was told that they would not come to my house. Its posted everywhere they service Rutherford county and that's where I live but I guess it depends on their mood if they mean what they say or not.Update. I raised the rating from 1 to 3 stars. If they would have actually honored their claim of servicing my area, I would not have called Lee Co. Preventative plan is much better and rates are cheaper. Also electronical is included, so thank you for not showing up Ben Franklin Plumbing.

Brad came out to check out whole house water filter after I received an independent water test report to make sure our system is working. Everything was well and there was no charge for the service!!!

Tammy is always helpful & polite. Dispatches quickly & efficiently. Aaron &Ben arrived promptly & did a good job unclogging a toilet. Only negative was that he suggested selling me a new toilet. I would appreciate service calls that don't try to sell me something in addition to what I asked for. That never seems to happen.

I called Benjamin Franklin hoping to get an appointment in the next week or so but they were actually able to come out same day. My service pro, Daniel, showed up about 40 minutes after I had first called. He explained how they operate, their pricing structure and told me about the Club offering which gets you a discount, a yearly water heater inspection and moves you to the front of the line for emergencies, so I signed up. The fix for my garbage disposal ended up being quick and easy. I don't know why I had been putting it off for so long. The ladies in the office whom I spoke with were also super helpful. All around, everyone I interacted with was pleasant, the prices were straightforward, I didn't feel pressured, and it just seems like a good company that I'd like to support. Highly recommend!

After waiting several days to have our regular plumbing company take care of our grinder pump to no avail,we had a serious overflow problem. We decided we must reach out to another company and called Ben Franklin Company. They were quick to answer our call and even more responsive in getting a technician to our home. Our technician , Ryan was extremely professional in his assessment of the situation . He demonstrated competence in his knowledge of the various pumps which enabled us to make a better decision.We were thrilled that he was able to install the new pump within hours! Aaron with Ben Franklin came out to help my boyfriend and I at his condo. We were seeing a leak downstairs that seemed to be coming from the upstairs bathroom sink. Aaron came out and quickly assessed the situation & recommended a good solution for having the sink not drain back into the bathroom. There really wasn’t a plumbing problem, but Aaron’s advice was helpful for the plumbing infrastructure we have. Since I’m an Angie’s List member, the visit was free. Aaron gave us his card and offered to come back if we experience any problems. He was timely, friendly and was very knowledgable. We both would recommend him & Ben Franklin plumbing!

I called at 7 am and Ryan was at my house by 8:30. He quickly identified the issue and was upfront with what the process would be and how much it would cost. He was friendly and professional, and the issue was resolved by the time he left. This was the second plumber I called over the course of 4 days, thinking the first had actually solved the problem until 2 days later when we had a bathroom overflowing. If I had called them first, I could have saved the $400 I spent with the other plumber. I will be calling them the next time I need a plumber.

Had a great experience with this company. They came on time, assessed our problem and offered a same day solution. We had a new ejector pump in our basement installed same day, the day before thanksgiving! Very thankful for their service and would use again.

We live .2 miles from the road on a heavily-trees lot, and we’ve had 5 water lines breaks in the five years we’ve been here. Roots hit the old PVC line and bust the connections in half. And, there’s always the lag time between when it happens…and when you REALIZE it has happened.After a lot of deliberation, we decided to have a new pex line run to the house. Comes with a 20-year guarantee. Scott was the contact we had with having the service done, and he couldn’t have been better! Professional, personable, and knowledgeable. Laid out our options in a clear, concise manner.It’s a heft price to have it done…but the peace of mind of not having those issues anymore…or having them covered until I’m old enough to be dribbling into an adult bib made sense to us.

Tammy promptly assisted me - understanding my needs and scheduling an appointment in two days (yay!). She was helpful and friendly.On the day of the appointment, we received an email that Ryan would be arriving within the appointed time, and moments later got a call from Ryan that he would be here in 30. Ryan was terrific. Knowledgeable, personable, and a quick worker. He was meticulous, detail oriented - doing a gorgeous job installing our (visible) water lines to our two tap sink. He had to bend the two lines up from the floor to the taps - they look symmetrical and beautiful, great work Ryan! He also installed our shower drain, head and valve - to perfection.Some reviewers say these guys are bit more expensive - well, our strong opinion is they are worth it!

Punctual, effective service. The associate who booked my appointment was super helpful, they emailed me a photo and bio of my technician when he was despatched and he was great. The only thing that prevented my complete satisfaction was that the price was higher for the service provided (sewage line clearing) than competitors'. However, the peace of mind knowing how well they did was worth it!

Mac was great as always. He gave us several options regarding our aging toilet and offered his opinion. He replaced the entire toilet and left the bathroom clean. There's no more challenging situation than having a major plumbing leak occur on a holiday weekend -- and Ben Franklin came through for us once again, squeezing in a service visit by Chris (who was already fully scheduled for the day). Chris contacted me while enroute to be certain he understood the nature of the leak and to ensure he had the most likely parts he would need. The repair was successful and we were able to restore our whole house water supply in short order. Not the first time BF has saved the day for us!

He introduced himself and then explained how the inspection worked. We had Tyler installed an in-house water cut-off on the main line...his recommendation with good reasons. He was very professional and polite.

Plumber was prompt, knew what they were doing, and quickly fixed my problem. Trip charge is ~$80 + market rate for whatever your repair/work is. Dispatch does not know what the rates are, or at least will not quote them over the phone. Payment was through the plumber manually entering my credit card into his phone, which was a little concerning from a security perspective. Overall, I was pleased with the service, but feel I paid more than I might have with a different company.

We had a toilet backup (our only toilet) in the middle of the night along with the bathtub not draining. Ben Franklin called back in about 5 minutes and said they could be here today, a Saturday. I assumed that it would be later in the day but they were on the way here about 8:30am. Service was great. Turns out the problem is in the street but we have the use of our bathroom for now which is awesome. I think we have found our new plumbers.

Gary did a good and thorough job fixing my leaky toilet. He explained in detail what was causing it to leak. He offered different options to fix the problem from the basic option of replacing the faulty parts, to the premium option of replacing the whole commode. He didn't pressure me to go with the most expensive option. I would definitely recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and will contact them if I ever see any plumbing issues arise again.

Bought a house that had a water heater installed by Benjamin Franklin. Since it looked like a very poor job, I called an asked them to come out. Their service manager arrived quickly and was certainly a nice a person, but they clearly did as minimal a job as possible. They also let a tenant make installation decisions instead of talking to the actual owner of the home and now the exhaust of the water prohibits the garage door from opening. They wrote a note that says not responsible for damage from garage instead of simply doing the job correctly. Would absolutely not recommend any one use this company if they want it done correctly.

Caleb Daniel was highly recommended by a neighbor who is also a past customer. After 9 days of dealing with a less-experienced and very rude plumbing contractor in Franklin, there is no doubt I will not hesitate to use Benjamin Franklin again.

I've used Ben Franklin for ~20 years. Always upfront about everything, and only once have they made an error, which was quickly resolved without a hassle.

The plumber came out with a price sheet that showed different levels of pricing. Hundreds of dollars to replace a shower faucet (Said he had to raise the level because the trim of the faucet. He said it was inside. Whatever.) He said the faucet wasn't in stock and he had to come back later when it came in. Then he signed me up for their annual maintenance program. He gave me his card that said if I used him for another job I got a certain percentage off. He was both a plumber and a salesman! Jacked up the price to get a commission I'm sure. I had another plumber look at it. He fixed it within 30 minutes. Charged $50 including the $15.00 part (in stock) at Lowe's. I called and asked to cancel my membership (I feel like a fool falling for that.) I asked the woman to send me an email saying it was cancelled. She said she didn't have email. Whatever. I asked her to have the manager email me. She did and said the membership was cancelled. I told her I didn't need the repair anymore. She said someone would call me about that. Four days later they haven't yet. Stay far away from Benjamin Franklin. My message to them is don't overcharge. Don't prey on customers. It's just not right.

I had to replace my water heater and was interested in a tankless. But my electrical set up was not cost efficient. So Jeff recommended a hybrid. It was on the expensive side but it comes with a 10 year warranty and it will help reduce my electric bill. In 10 years it will pay for itself. Well I'm here to tell you that in my first month it has saved me $115.00 on my electric bill. The way it works it actually reduces the heat and humidity in the garage. The plumbers showed up promptly and had it done in no time. Leaving me no mess to deal with. I would recommend this team to anyone.

Water line broke in the front yard, I expected several days of digging but Bryson went right to the spot, dug and repaired it all, filled the hole back in and there’s almost no sign that he was there. Excellent.

I should have listened to several of these complaints beforehand. First of all I want to say our technician was fine. However we realized they overcharged us exceedingly for what we needed replaced. It was $500 for replacing our Moen bathroom faucet cartridge and shower faucet cartridge!!! Going with another plumber they are charging us less than half that price! Also Moen offers lifetime cartridge replacements which we just found out from our new plumber. Just labor needs to be paid. Something ben Franklin failed to inform us of. We are never going with them again. If you want to give lots of your money away for a service you can find cheaper elsewhere go ahead.

Only one stood out and that was BF Plumbing.Owning my own business for many years, made me observe many different aspects of what I thought a professional business should have: professional courtesy, promptness, honesty, no hard selling, explaining the problem and letting my wife and I decide what was best for us, professional phone communications, informing me as to who was going to be coming to my home, plus, expecting the quality of the work to be of professional expertise. Max did a great job! He was on time, very polite and helpful. He cleared out a large hair clog for us, and then informed me that I needed to call somebody for service on my septic system. He was very adamant about it. It's a good thing he pointed this out. When I got septic service late that day, I found out that my tank was packed full. I needed a new water heater and called BF. They came promptly, Dakota, the tech was very friendly and personable so I gave them 3 stars. I'm sure they would have done a great job but I just couldn't get past the estimate they gave me. I contacted another reputable plumber with all 5 star reviews and got the water heater installed for almost half the cost of BF.

We had two separate issues and used Benjamin Franklin to resolve both. We needed some new shower faucets installed and Aaron K did a great job getting them installed correctly. He also showed me how to do some projects myself. Joe came on a follow up visit when a pipe broke when I was trying to swap out drain plugs and fixed the broken pipe. Both arrived on time, did a great job, and cleaned up afterwards.

The service was excellent. Chris was the technician but he is not listed as I think he is a new member of the team. He was really great, identified the problem, explained it to me along with next steps and then finished the job ahead of schedule. I also thought the pricing was very reasonable. Overall it was an excellent service experience.

I thought the cost was high, but the plumbers were efficient. A few months later and there’s a problem. The flush handle still works but not as it did. It has to be returned to the original position manually instead of going back on its own.

We’ve had a handful of mediocre and disappointing experiences with other plumbing companies but this wasn’t one of them. Gary was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. He was able to diagnose our issue by running a few tests of different scenarios of what could be causing the issue. My girlfriend’s plumbing was not draining. Something is backed up. I assured her I’d take care of it and call someone to come look at it while she was working all day. I called Benjamin Franklin to schedule an appointment for her since she can’t be on the phone during work hours. Some self entitled young woman answered the phone and refused to help me schedule an appointment because I wasn’t the home owner. I explained that she was working and didn’t have time to call while at work. All she could offer me was rudeness. I was trying to do the right thing and take care of this for my girl, but this toxic feminist refused to help or offer any options as she talked down to me and refused to help. Unbelievable who companies hire these days…. I called another company and they were very polite and understanding. They are on their way out right later today. Probably for the best. BFP overcharges anyway.

About 5 years ago this company installed a new sewer line from the house piping to the city main. They also installed a new water line from the house to the meter. They put in a cleanout pipe too by my house.These guys are SO Professional and don't mind how many questions you ask.Last week I called because the cleanout they installed 5 years ago was flooding. (If I had not had the cleanout, it probably would have been a disaster in my house/crawlspace). They came the next day and diagnosed the problem. Where the pipe was connected at the street had settled and formed a lip that was collecting debris and that was where my clog was.They told me that the following Tuesday someone would come out and fix the pipe connection AT NO COST TO ME BECAUSE IT WAS UNDER WARRANTY.... !!!! Amazing!!!! Someone honest who actually follows through and takes care of customers!!! Needless to say I was extremely happy I had used them when I bought this house and they STAND BY THEIR COMMITTMENTS. They are honest and very kind. Most places would have charged for labor on the fix..... NOT THESE GUYS!!Also want to thank the man that was with COLTON. JACK AND IAN FIXED THE PIPE ON TUESDAY MORNING just as COLTON has told me.I am SO VERY THANKFUL.I have also used them to install a disposal in the kitchen. Justin was very helpful in getting this completed. He found that the main water line had a small hole in it but, the line was a form of plastic that was used in the 1970's. This line was laid in our yard in 1974. This type of plastic is no longer used and is known for leaking over time. The line had to be replaced. Justin kept things moving by helping to arrange financing. The next morning a two man crew was on site and did a professional job of removing the old line, replacing it with a new line, and seeding the construction area of the yard. I want to thank all the Benjamin Franklin personnel involved with this project.

Neal with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was the best plumbing technician I've ever dealt with. After multiple other plumbers temporarily fixed my leaking problem, Neal went above and beyond to help track down the source and give his expert advice. He cleared my shower's drain, checked my septic tank to make sure there wasn't any other clog, and thoroughly explained to me what he believes is the source of my problem. Also, he did it all with a friendly smile and a personably touch. I'll be requesting Neal and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for all of my plumbing problems in the future

Chris came and diagnosed our problem for us and even though we didn't elect to have him fix the problem, he waived our service fee bc we just had some major work done from them. Chris was super friendly and took the time to give us our options and a few moments to discuss them before making a decision. Any time we have used Benjamin Franklin plumbing we have been satisfied and working with Chris was no exception! Thank you Chris!

Overpriced!The plumber came when scheduled and he was pleasant to deal with. He replaced our washing machine drain and trap and added a Studor vent because it was not vented properly. We have a full basement so access was not a problem. It took 4.3 hours including some time to wait for delivery of supplies by an associate. The total charge was $1096. The service charge was $49 and I estimate materials (Studor vent, pipe, and fittings) cost to be $70 retail. That comes to $227 per hour for labor! The operations manager reduced the price by $300 (i.e., the original charge was $1396, which would come to $297 per hour for labor) after we complained about the high price, so I guess it could have been worse. I feel confident they fixed the problem, but I will look for a more affordable plumber next time.

John did a great job. It took a couple visits to fix our shower handle because the original was so old there were no replacement parts. They did not charge me until I got a new handle to install. John did it quickly, even with my cat’s “help”. Friendly and professional and likes cats- you can’t beat that!

Monty the service technican who came out to the house was great! He was very knowledgeable timely, and even spoke with me about future problems I had never thought about. He finished my repair in less than an hour as promised and did a great job. I am so happy to have found a plumbing company,and even more happy about having such a great technician. Had a clog in our main line, called and they were able to get to the house that evening. Technician was kind and professional, and identified our problem as a “soft clog.” He was only able to clear 1/3 of the line, which cost about $500 and it does not have any warranty (warranty is apparently standard if they clear the clog). He tried to upsell me on a jetting service for another $900 to clear the rest. He said without jetting there was nothing more to do and said to call the city and see if they would clear it. The city said the clog was clearly on the private side of the line so it is my responsibility. I’m no plumbing expert, but I was disappointed to pay $500 for someone without proper tooling to clear the clog. In the past, other plumbing services I’ve used at other houses have had cutting heads to use to clear pipes, but that was apparently not an option here. There may well be a good reason for that, but it was certainly frustrating to pay that money and not have a real solution.

The Technician Gary who showed up was extremely unprofessional and basically tried to upsell me a new toilet tank for $900. When I said NO and requested the part number that is needed he claimed I was having an attitude and walked out of the house. I asked what attitude if I am paying for service I would like it to be done right. Then he said if I go to Ace hardware and pick up the parts it would be additional $200. My God $1100 to repair a toilet tank that is leaking. The entire job cost less than $25 to fix, not $1100. These people are worse than sharks at the bottom of the ocean. I would never used them again or recommend them to anyone. Do your self a huge favor and stay away from Franklin plumbing.

From start to finish, this company was very professional in helping us deal with a water heater leak. We told them on the phone we weren't sure if it could be repaired or if we would need a new one. They got us an appointment the next day, even called when they realized they had an earlier availability the day of, and sent us quotes for every possible outcome. The repairman was very professional and polite. Poor guy got sprayed with hot water and was more worried about getting a fan on our drywall in the garage than his soaked pants! He even stuck around when we weren't sure if we had been charged the right amount, called the office himself, and we got an immediate invoice emailed to us while he was standing there making sure everything was good! We couldn't be more pleased with this service and will certainly use them in the future!

We had a water reduction valve leak. Benjamin Franklin was able to respond quickly. The part was on the truck and Gary was able to get it changed out in no time. The pricing was upfront so we knew exactly how much it would cost. Overall, the price was as expected for parts and labor. Customer service rep Kelsey and tech Gary were as nice and as helpful as one could hope for as the problem was corrected quickly.

After several weeks and a very expensive repair, our water heater is experiencing the same problem as before they first arrived. SO far they have been unsuccessful at diagnosing the problem and had us replace a very expensive circuit board which did nothing. We are contesting the charge for this and hopefully they will return the $400 we paid for this unnecsary repair and hope they can figure out the problem as we like using them but so far they have not been succesfull completing the job.

This was our first experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and won't be our last. We had a clogged main line resulting in water pouring out all over our floors from the front door to the back door. I called first thing in the morning and was given a time between 1:00 and 3:00. I got a call at 11:00 saying they could send someone earlier which worked out very well. Aaron came and was able to quickly diagnose the problem and tell me how much it would cost. He was very professional and friendly and finished in a timely manner. The cost seemed appropriate for the work that needed to be completed.

Plumbing 101: When you turn off the cold and hot water to replace a water pressure valve, before you leave don’t forget to turn the hot water back on. Otherwise, your customer is left with no hot water on a Saturday night and is left having to text the “plumber” a picture to identify the right nozzle to turn on and so that she could get a ladder and crawl up and do it herself. Seriously? Elementary. I was hopefully, but so disappointed.

When I discovered water pouring out of a pipe outside our home, I immediately called the water department. When it was inspected, I was told to quickly call a plumber to repair the back flow. I had used Benjamin Franklin once before for a water heater issue, so I called them. While they were quick to come out that afternoon, I was extremely disappointed to find out that they weren't certified to repair the back flow. They could only replace is for what I felt was the extremely high price over $1100. I sincerely wish I had been told that they weren't certified for this repair when I had called. Due to a traumatic life event that I was currently reeling from, I went ahead and had the replacement done even though I couldn't afford it. I was later counseled that I could've had this repair done for considerably less money. Now I'm kicking myself for my emotional snap judgement that I will be paying for for a long time. I feel taken advantage of by Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.

I was informed by a contractor that the shower valve can only be fixed with tiles removal and pressure water issue was a common issue associated with tankless water heater. I am so glad that I called Benjamin Franklin for a second opinion. The pressure water and shower valve were now fixed and gave me a cost saving in fixing bathroom tiles.

It's a bit pricey, especially compared to ole' Evansville IN, but the tech was super friendly and I got my water leak fixed within 5 hours of calling.

Ben Franklin has been our plumber for about the past 15 years. They are courteous and professional, but the most important thing is, they know what they’re doing! I think the best plumbers must eventually all gravitate to Ben Franklin! We always ask for Caleb, but if he’s not available, everyone else they have ever sent over has done an outstanding job too. I recommend joining the BF club so you can get regular inspections. We will never switch!

Our service was ridiculous! If it was possible to give a negative 5 stars, that's what I would give. The guy who came to our house to look at our plumbing problem charged $438 to clean out our main line. He told us that there was a root in the line, and told us that another guy would be out the next day with a camera to run through and see for sure where the problem was. Complaint #1: It should not cost $400 to clean out a line. Complaint #2: The guy came the next day with NO camera, and did nothing other than tell us that if we had to get our whole line re-run we would be looking at a cost of 5 figures. Complaint #3: The problem was back in a couple of days, so essentially they did NOTHING and took $438 from us. Complaint #4: We got a handyman plumber to come out and he cleaned it out with a different tool, and it stayed clear. So obviously the problem was fixable, BF did not fix it. Obviously there was not a root, BF said there was. And the guy who actually fixed the problem did it for $80! Complaint #5: We called to voice our displeasure (the website says services are guaranteed) and were told someone would call us back. They didn't call until a week and a half later. When they did call back, they did not offer to refund any of our money. All they offered was to come out and actually run the camera (which they were suppose to have done anyway.) Well, big surprise the day they are suppose to come, they call and say they need to reschedule because one of their big clients has a problem that has to be fixed by tomorrow. Finally, after calling and complaining AGAIN, they say they will send us $100 of our money back on Monday. Still wasted over $300 on something that should have cost less than $100 to begin with. So, needless to say they will never be receiving our business again, and if you're smart you'll steer clear as well. Do not use this business unless you intend to get ripped off, waste your money, and likely NOT get results.

He arrived perfectly on time and knocked the work out in no time. I had broken a flange around one of my toilets and he was able to get fix it perfectly without having to cut any piping or major reconstruction. Again, I could not be any more pleased with his service and that of Ben Franklin Plumbing. They may be a little more expensive but are TOTALLY worth because their quality and professionalism are second to none. I will definitely use them again for any future repairs or work.

Today started as a stressful day because I was both happy and nervous to get my COVID shot. My daughter took me and things went great. We got home to find the bathroom flooded. We had issues with bath tub knobs. Had someone from online web service Handyman. Guy had no clue and quoted nearly 865.00 dollars! Went to dealer who basically said a part was missing and got them from MOEN. Since we have had service from Ben-Franklin before, we called them to get parts put in and it was done same day, before originally promised time and for 1/7th of cost. Tyler was great, pleasant and super efficient.

This was Aaron's second time to my house (the other was about a year ago) and he did another great job. I got a really good deal on a drain clean out from Angie's List and I would recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing highly.

This was the semi-annual inspection of my plumbing system as per the contract I've had with them for several years. Joe showed up a bit late but was professional, positive and performed a thorough inspection. He also drained the accumulated sediment from my water heater. Overall, he found no problems but gave me a pretty thorough review of what all he'd done and found.

I had them provide an estimate for a slow filling toilet and a leaky kitchen sink. The plumber took the handle off the kitchen sink and explained what he needed to do, then reattached it. The estimate was way outside of my price range so I paid the service fee and we parted ways. Later that evening I noticed that the floor was wet near the kitchen faucet and the cabinet was wet underneath the sink. I noticed the faucet was now leaking at the base. Since this has never happened before, I assumed the plumber didn't tighten something enough before he left. I called them back and made a follow-up appointment just so they could stop the leak and I could continue to use the faucet. They came back and instead of fixing the problem they caused, explained that the shut-off valves and the entire faucet needed replacing! I would've been better off not calling them at all. Now my kitchen sink is completely out of order. I will never do business with this company again and I've posted my experience to my neighborhood Facebook Group.

Excellent customer service from Tammy, who answered the phone and scheduled me for same day service - to Daniel, who completed the work perfectly, even though there were a few challenges. Jan was the first person I spoke to this morning about a needed service before we sold our house. She was AWESOME and gracious and understanding. We laughed at my husband's try to fix something. She set me up with an appointment between 1 - 3 the same day. At noon Jan called and told me that Gary our serviceman was going to be at the house shortly. When Gary arrived he was ready for all we had to throw at him. He checked my husband's work and all he had to do was turn the handle back around! He fixed our pressure reducing value, fixed the safety issue on the water heater and entertained us with his stories. His enthusiasm for his job was so apparent. Gary was very knowledgeable and by the time he was finished, our plumbing projects were over! We are Benjamin Franklin Club members and I will definitely continue to be.

After I told him which option I wanted. He quickly installed a new faucet. I liked his efficiency and and quality of work. In addition I signed up for the Benjamin Franklin annual safety inspection. Tankless water heater taking too long to deliver hot water at faucets. Daniel performed a thorough inspection and explained common issues experienced with tankless heaters and concrete slab plumbing. Offered alternatives for replacement of existing heater, if I chose to do so. I plan to call Ben Franklin for all my future plumbing needs!

Beware! This company only wants your money and they overcharge. They came to look at something that was a super easy fix of a spicet that needed a seal. They were going to charge me hundreds of dollars to fix it. They stand there and still charge you a service fee of 69$ for just standing there and telling me I need to pay hundreds of dollars to fix a picket! I told them no .....Questionable business practices. When I work I do not charge people to talk to me...so annoying. I will not be using this company ever again. Beware....any company that asks me to pay them to talk to them I will not use. All these five star reviews are slightly questionable. Read the low reviews. they are all correct.

I have asked for Quentin twice, and he is so professional, honest and listens to my concerns I could not be happier or feel more safe. He always asks before he leaves if there are any other plumbing concerns anywhere in my home and I truly appreciate that!

Kelsey B. set up the appointment for us without any problems. She was polite, attentive, and committed to getting the job scheduled within a timeframe that worked for us. The technician, Aaron K., completed the task quickly, and competently. He showed up exactly when anticipated. Fixed two problems without charge (changed out a flapper and fixed a leaking faucet), and he also found and fixed a problem another vendor had created with a sink in one of our bathrooms. The first two issues were covered by warranties, but each was several years old. No problem. The last problem was fixed in short order, and for the stated price. Aaron is also a very patient guy. Put up with my hovering over him, and with the chaos 4 dogs can cause. I highly recommend both Aaron and this company.

Great work by Benjamin Franklin Plumbing! I had a water heater burst & they arrived 30 minutes after I called. They removed the faulty heater, then returned a couple of days later after I had to have some work done to dry out & replace drywall in the area where the damage was. I wouldn't use anyone else!

Not a lot of knowledge in plumbing lead me to trust the company I called to find a leak which I thought was under the house. To discover a frost free faucet was the problem. Option 1 replace $$$$$ or option 2 rebuild $$$ . I selected option 2 later to learn is only 2 O rings. Totally price gouged ! Guess you shouldn't trust a smiling plumber.

We've never needed a plumber before as my husband can do just about everything needed around the house so I was nervous calling one. Tammy was very friendly and helpful on the phone setting up my appt and giving me info. Aaron, the plumber, came out and he was wonderful. Friendly, professional, and he did a great job. He understood the problem and fixed it right away. They were much more affordable than other quotes I got for service calls.

I would have given them a 5 but I complained about my pressure not being that well 3 or 4 different times, although better not at its best. They did fix H water heater that I threw on them when they got here. Originally had them fix a outside hose hookup (Spicket) and that is fix well.

I bought a new, bigger garbage disposal but after looking at the installation from the previous disposal, I knew I would have trouble with the installation. So I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. I got an appointment for the following Saturday between 8:00 and 10:00. At 8:00, I received a call that the service tech, Gary, was on his way. A few minutes later, Gary arrived and after looking over everything, he told me the price to complete the job. I accepted the offer and before long the job was complete. He tested for operation and leaks (everything was fine), cleaned up, gathered the old parts and trash, and was on his way. Gary and the CSR, Rita, were both professional and very nice. I won't hesitate to use Benjamin Franklin Plumbing the next time I have a plumbing need.

Daniel Stark did the annual home plumbing inspection on 3/13/2019. As always, he did a great job examining all plumbing fixtures & performing a few necessary repairs. Daniel has kept all of our plumbing in top notch condition for several years. He is honest, dependable, trustworthy & he never gives up until an issue is satisfactorily resolved.

Adam couldn't have been friendlier, more professional, and knowledgeable. It really was a great experience. Its funny - I don't really expect to have a great experience when calling a plumber. I usually hope the problem can just get fixed quickly. But this service call was actually refreshing. I have never written a review in my life, but I felt it necessary for this company. I am only giving them 2 stars because they were very punctual and courteous. However, their price was a COMPLETE rip off! I thought with all these great reviews it had to be reasonably priced. HA. I had a home inspection that the buyer required a licensed plumber to look at my toilet and sink faucet as they were believed to be loose. The plumber came out, determined the toilet wasn't loose so just tightened my toilet lid and faucet sink. From the time he arrived to the time he left was 15mins total. This cost $188!!!! There was a $129 inspection fee (for shaking the toilet) on top of the service call fee. To tighten my toilet seat lid and a faucet! If you were a good company you would have determined that for your 10mins of work, that only charging the 2hr mandatory service call fee of $59 was sufficient for the work provided. I had a pressure valve replaced with another company a month back that charged only $250 for 2 hrs of work and a new valve.

This is a company that lives up to their tag line we truly enjoy helping people. Rita, our Customer Service Representative, was both friendly and knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. We have used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for several years and have always received excellent service. This time they installed a Rinnai tankless water heater with a loop for instant hot water. We’ve used them for smaller jobs too, and have always been pleased. The first time we used them was for a, near midnight, emergency call. Our water heater, under the house, had ruptured and we could hear water spewing. They were on it! When we could have been taken advantage of, the pricing was reasonable. From this, we knew they could be trusted.

I had an excellent experience with this company. Five star service!! I first had to call them out to fix an issue with my toilet overflowing. Tyler came and was very nice, knowledgeable, and gave a price quote before doing the work. I knew I needed to eventually upgrade to PVC pipes, since the pipes in my house were still galvanized. I was so impressed with their first visit that called them to do this work as well! Zachary and Colton came to do a repipe. These two young men were so nice and professional. They worked so well together as a team and spent all day ensuring that the job was being done with the utmost efficiency. They also installed two new toilets that needed to be replaced and went above and beyond to provide amazing service. I couldn't be happier with my experience and would highly recommend this company to everyone!! In addition, Scott (an adviser) came out to give the estimate for the repipe before it was done. He was very upfront and quoted a direct price and never tried to overcharge at any point, although the job took a little longer than expected. In fact, he honored my military discount and saved me as much money as he could. Wonderful people and terrific company!

The Service Specialist was knowledgeable and professional. With very little wasted time he proceeded to correct the problems we were having with our two toilets.My only complaint is probably the one you hear most of the time. Although it was an After Hours'service call and one of the toilets (installed by your company) was still under Warranty the price of $218.00 for the service seemed to be exorbitant. Still our problem was satisfactorily resolved. It is hard to live with two of your three toilets inoperative.

Have used this company for a few years now after having tried small, independent plumbers who weren't reliable or who didn't complete the job after realizing they were in over their heads. I have been consistently pleased with the customer service, the plumbers and the subcontractors. Great that if a particularly thorny plumbing problem isn't in the wheelhouse of one plumber (old house, lots of peculiar plumbing issues) there's a bench of other plumbers at the company and someone's going to have that expertise.

Daniel came to my house during the aloted time period and began working clearing my slow running kitchen drain with with a hand cranked snake to protect my old cast iron drain pipes; this was was not successful so the decision was made to use a motorized snake which was successful. I've had to call BF Plumbing twice since living in this area. Their service and pricing was consistently great both times. They do what they say and get it done quickly. They are the first ones I call when I have a plumbing issue.

Called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing this morning for water issue and they had someone come out in the afternoon. Tyler our service tech thoroughly inspected the water heater and we came to the conclusion, based on the age of water heater, that it would be best to have it replaced. Tyler called for some help and they had the water heater replaced in just a few short hours. Definitely would recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to friends and neighbors.

Concrete had to be removed, figure out proper connection to the sewer line, extend water lines, install valve, repour concrete and set the shower pan. It was done with very minimal mess which is hard to do and passed inspection. Thank you!

When I called to set up the appointment for a plumber to come fix a leaking pipe in my crawlspace, the office advised that there is a service fee of $69.00 for coming out to the house. I explained that the work would be in my crawl space and wanted the plumber to come prepared with any parts and equipment needed.Their plumber, Joe, came out to the house and was professional, polite and explained that there was a crawl space fee plus the cost of the service and parts. This was in addition to the $69.00. The crawl space fee was $169 plus the $69.00 house fee totaling $238.00 before work was done.Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was not upfront about their fees. I ended up having the repair since my time is valuable too and needed it fixed. Joe did a great job but the company is overpriced and up selling the entire time at residence. Will not use again because of over priced service fees.

Erik was extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and privided useful tips while performing an annual home inspection and water heat maintenance. He also did a great job replacing a ruptured expansion tank at a reasonable price.

So many great things to say. I called and they had someone just finishing up a job somewhere and sent them here right away. From the time of my call to their arrival was less then 2 hours! I know that's not always the case so I was pretty happy about that. John (the tech) was extremely professional. John literally went above and beyond the entire time!! Long story short, he wound up having to replace the heat exchanger in our tankless water heater. He was on the phone with the company and it was still under Warrenty and they shipped a new one out (from California) overnight to the Benjamin Franklin shop. I had horrible experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.Firstly, their plumber tried to fool the customers and over charged me. According to common practice and our telephone conversation with their receptionist, they should not charge service fee if I decided to use their service. However, the plumber added the service fee to the bill. He didn't remove it until I complaint.Secondly, their plumber's skills is just so so. Only two weeks after their repairing, some problems got back again.No more business with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Sorry about it.

I had a Navien Tankless Water Heater repaired. Tyler Shapiro with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was great to work with. We were getting a error code for the pump. Tyler replaced the pump, wiring harness, and a sensor, where the issue was resolved. Tyler was on time and persistent. I appreciated his attitude and professionalism throughout the repair process.

If you want to over pay for a service they aren’t up front about and flat out lie when talking to them on the phone when you ask about standard pricing then these are your people. But rest assured even if you choose to not pay their astronomical prices they still make a paycheck by charging you a service fee of almost 80.00. They’re gonna make a buck off of you either way. Steer clear of this dishonest company.

Money hungry!! They wanted to charge me over $800 for issues with my ac which turns out to just be the damper motor. I didn't go with this company either!

Way too expensive / charged me 239 for simple kitchen sink clog, wanted then to charge me an extra 421 to install a new kitchen facet. I had to get kitchen done because selling house and showings the next day or I wouldn't have paid that much. And said no to fixing leaky kitchen facet st that price. Went to Home Depot bought a new facet and changed it out myself for 70 dollars. Won't ever use this company again.

Our water heater burst and they had a technician at our home in an hour. He assessed the situation and we had an estimator at the house in 24 hrs. By 8:30 am the next day 3 trucks and a crew of 4 were onsite to install a new tankless water heater. They were knowledgeable. professional, courteous and fast. They said we’d have hot water by 3 pm and we sure did! Super tidy about their work, too. We are big fans of Ben Franklin Plumbing!

Didn’t give advance notice of when he was coming, didn’t discuss the cost prior to performing the inspection, charged $245 to say there’s not a problem for about 5 minutes of work.

Brian R was very professional and did great work fast. I highly recommend them. They won't be the cheapest, but get the work done right the first time!

These guys and gals make it happen. And they follow through if there is another issue. If you need someone fast they will be there. They also will send an additional team if the issue is greater than expected.

This is an honest company! Two other companies were going to charge us thousands of dollars to replace our water heater! But this amazing and honest technician, John Russell, told us there's nothing wrong with the heater. When does that ever happen?!!! Well, when it does eventually go out, I'm definitely calling Benjamin Franklin Plumbing!!

Service was professional but extremely expensive. I cannot afford to use them again. My bill was over $600 to tighten 2 bolts and replace a pipe ring. The actual service took less than 30 minutes to do everything

Allen and Tyler installed a whole home filter system. They were very professional with the work. They answered all my questions and let no mess after the job was done. The install was vey neat and in the location that I wanted. Job was done to my satisfaction.

We scheduled an appointment with Benjamin Franklin to replace a Moen kitchen faucet. We already had the faucet. The technician quoted us a price of $469.00 plus a $69.00 service call for a total of $538.00. We denied the work due to the cost and subsequently obtained three different bids from reputable companies for the same work at $185.00 or less. We ended up getting the repair done for $130.00 with no service call fee. The technician asked us what we thought the work was worth. Our response was $150.00. That in itself made me question their pricing schedule. I would not, as I told the technician, recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing due to their price gouging.

I always ask for Gary as he is friendly, courteous, thoughtful in his recommendation and through in explanations. He is efficient in his work and I rely on the work being done well the first timeThe scheduling staff is exceptional as well ... cheerful, helpful, good listeners who efficiently sort through to the best solution for sending a plumber. He fixed it!! We could not keep the shower hot long enough to take a shower and he figured out what was causing it and fixed it! It’s like having a brand new shower now.

Called BFP after hours on a Saturday evening to clear out a totally clogged drain. John R. was the technician who arrived ready to work, and had the problem resolved in less than an hour. John was very personable, engaging and again had the job completed and was on his way to the next call within an hour. All in all, the missus was happy that the drain was unclogged so quickly, and I was happy that the job was done within the hour. Pricing? Well, it was after hours on a weekend, so you're gonna pay for that. Nonetheless, we've used BFP several times before and will use them again as we've had no bad experiences to date. Would be happy for John R. to be the tech sent out next time!

Came within a few hours of the request.Cotton was very pleasant and quickly focused on finding the leak. He went over all the possibilities and soon found a failed Pex fitting in the garage wall behind the water heater. He did a solid repair and cleaned up after himself. He also arranged for a restoration company to contact us to repair the damage caused by the leak. Before he left he signed us up for the Ben Franklin Society which offers annual inspections and discounted service. We were very satisfied with our experience.

The gentleman who came out was very helpful and understanding in letting me know that they could not fix my problem because it wasn't directly a plumbing issue. However the woman I spoke with on the phone told me that this was something they could definitely take care of. I did get the service fee waived and a referral of someone who could actually fix my problem.

The company came out in a timely manner. I requested that they call instead of ring the doorbell which they did. However the tech that came wanted to unnecessarily remove the entire plumbing system under my sink and replace it with something else entirely. I asked if I could just replace the parts that we had because I did not want to pay over $500 for a small leak. He said he wouldn’t even do that if he had the parts. I do have a new house so that seemed ridiculous. I called a different company and they came out and fixed the leak in under 30 mins for $50. I will NOT be calling this company again.

This was the second time Quentin has serviced our plumbing needs, and he was as punctual, polite, and professional as ever. He had a colleague with him, named Joe who was equally so. B Franklin is a bit pricey but so far, I’ve never had to second guess the service we’ve received. I guess you really do get what you pay for. With them, it’s excellent service! I contacted several plumbing services for a quote on a leak coming from my main water line. Ben Franklin rep Tammy promptly called no more than 20 minutes later and was able to send a guy on the ground within a couple of hours- same day. I had previously gotten a lofty quote from a past plumber for a complete replacement of the pipe. Daniel showed up and diagnosed the problem as a simple gasket replacement that he could do on the spot for a small fraction of the price of the original, complete pipe replacement quote. Gary came out to replace a leaking outdoor spigot and while under the house he noticed a leaking pipe that we were not aware of. Gary showed us the area, what he thought was the issue, and proposed a solution. I appreciate Gary’s diligence in finding this leak and getting it repaired before any real damage could occur. The new spigot repair was completed and works great.

Although they were responsive and made sincere attempts, despite expense and repeated visits, they never solved my problem (which was intermittent periods of no hot water) and they simply gave up. I turned to one of their competitors who correctly diagnosed the problem (a faulty water heater) and fixed it straight away.

I took 3 bids from what I considered the leading 3 companies in the Nashville area. I was needing a Tankless Water Heater & filtration system. The company that I thought was the leader in our area, was the worst bid and presentation. The other two were competitive but Eric and Ben Franklin had the edge in several ways. They KNOW their product; they price fairly and competitively in their first presentation; they don't waste your time playing games; they offer my hands off warranties and keeps me from worrying about anything for 10 to 15 years or more - parts and labor! I would recommend Ben Franklin Plumbing to anybody. If you've got all day to call around, you might find someone cheaper. But based on my experience, you won't be able to find anyone more knowledgeable, professional, courteous, or punctual. They had a truck at my house today about half an hour after my call. Ryan just left my house, and the bathroom looks exactly like it did before he fixed my shower -- no extra cleanup needed. I have used them two or three times now and have never been disappointed.

Gary the serviceman lived up to Benjamin Franklin Plumbing company’s motto, and then some. He arrived quickly, found the problem leak, and made the repair in a professional and friendly manor. We’re very happy with the service.

These days, it's uncommon to find a company that can provide same day service. I was blown away that Benjamin Franklin was able to come out the same day we called. Our home is under contract and there was a plumbing finding. The prospective buyers said they reached out to 3 plumbers to provide an estimate but none were able to come out in a timely manner. But when I called Benjamin Franklin, they sent someone out just hours later! Scott was amazing! He was very thorough and provided all the detail we needed to move things forward! This is indicative of the great service we have been provided the past few years we have been working with them! Highly recommended!!

We had a brass coupling somehow crack which was spewing water all over inside near our water heater. Called and they sent over Terrific Tyler who fixed the issue within 20 minutes! Also signed up for their membership for a discount and also plumbing evaluation in the future. Seriously 5 stars all the way. Highly recommended!

Totally disappointed with the service provided for our water leak detection in our front yard. They charged us $79 just to come and check the issue but ended up not giving us a proper estimate on how to fix it. They just gave a partial estimate on digging the place but not how to fix it. We just lost $79 and ended up with no real estimates.

Had a great experience with the company. While their competitors had automated systems with 30 minute waits, BF had a real answered the phone right away. They were able to do the service ahead of schedule, and our service technician (Dakota) was friendly and professional and answered all our questions along the way.

Neal was able to accurately diagnose the cause of a bad leak and immediately began the repair. Didn't even slow down when it decided to rain. Will always call BFP when needed.

Main sewer line from house clogged. Made an appointment. They were here within 2 hours and on time. Very organized. Richard (plumber) and Tammy (service rep) were excellent. May cost a little more but time savings and service worth it.

Daniel was AMAZING! We had a full water heater replacement and he showed up and took care of everything we needed and we were back up and running in a couple of hours. He was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. What more can you ask for at 4:00PM on a Saturday with a flooded basement and garage.

Dqaniel was one of the most arrogant and least customer service friendly representative I have spoken with. His responses were short and excruciatingly sarcastic when I asked question about his diagnosis. I was informed the company cannot get a replacement tank for my standard Western toilet and the only option is to replace the toilet for $744. That is an outrageous cost and I will be going with another company.

I called to get a quote on a simple toilet uninstall and reinstallation of a new toilet. The woman refused to give me a quote over the phone or even a ballpark. She said someone could come out for $69 and quote me. If I liked the estimate, that would be applied toward the job. I just didn’t want to have them come out, quote me $500 for an hour of work and then be out $69.I'd really like to give 3 stars but that's kind of unfair since I don't know what the price would have been.

Chris was amazingly professional, engaging and thorough in his effort to identify the problem. He educated me abt my home I've lived in for 20 years. Thank you for that! In the end we agreed we had to call in another level of BF support team to identify any outside broken pipe issue. He will be the person I will request for future BF needs.

Fast, Clean, Thorough and all Units working properly! No one can ask for more!

Unfortunately I gave them a good rating BEFORE I was presented the bill. The bill does not show the exact work that was done. They tag the work as Level One and Level two. I’ve called them for an explanation on this...they have not returned my call. He did what he called a minor repair to leak in outdoor faucet. He took about 5 minutes to unplug shower drain (which he recommended I do AFTER we went down to the basement and saw water leaking from the shower drain area) THEN told me the issue was the shower pan. Obviously he Did not repair. Thirdly he replaced toilet flush valve In approximately 10 minutes. The bill shows two repairs at Level 1 and one at Level 2. Level 1 was billed 2 times for $109 each and Level 2 for $199. Ridiculously overpriced. Total billing With tax was $423!! I am so very disappointed with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Lesson learned here in Nashville. I am a senior On a fixed income and will only work with written estimates in my hand from now on and not from their iPad.

Swapping out our 75 gallon water heater located upstairs in our home for a new tankless was a big decision. From the initial call when a rep explained and quoted the job, to the work Eric, Aaron and two others did on site, this was a professional and excellent job. They kept us informed of progress during the day, and we are pleased with the result.

Adam found the cause of the leak under my kitchen sink. He took care of it quickly and tested it several times to make sure I would not have any future problems. Adam was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I was very impressed with his concern for the customer. I always know I'll get this level of service from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.

I was having trouble with my hot water heater and when I called, I got an appointment for the next day. My technician actually showed up a few minutes early (after they called and approved that that would be okay). Caleb was very nice and thorough- my hot water heater was 17 years old, so he went through the options of either fixing it or replacing it and explaining both options thoroughly. I chose to replace it and actually had a less common type that he didn’t have on his truck, so he called and had that type delivered so they could replace it quickly. The whole process of appointment and installation took about 2.5 hours. Overall, I’m impressed and would gladly use them again and recommend them.

Just Great. Neal fixed the problem with my disposal within 5 minutes. A tiny black screw was hidden in there somewhere. Amazingly he turned the disposal on without the rubber cover on it and the screw actually jumped out of the disposal and onto the kitchen floor. Absolutely magical.

Quentin was efficient, professional, and did excellent work! This was the best job by a plumber I've ever hired. I signed up for the yearly inspections.

I've hired this company for four jobs on my older house over the past three years: replacement faucet valves for a kitchen renovation, new hot water heater, new main water line, and replacement outside spigots. The first three jobs were done well. When I called for this last job and spoke with the customer service person I specifically asked for Woodford brand spigots to make sure the plumber would have the parts when he arrived. I reiterated this brand of spigot to the plumber. He didn't use Woodford spigots. The work is done, and these guys do good work, so I paid him and moved on. It is disappointing that two people failed to listen to the specific details of my request. This why I'm giving feedback with only one star. I would provide a five star review should they send a plumber back out to my house to replace the spigots with exactly what I requested at no further expense.

The technician Tyler expertly identified the problem and knew exactly what to do to fix it. He gave me sound advice on caring for the unit and did not charge for the work as the water heater had been serviced by the company only 3-4 months ago.

Benjamin Franklin is the company I trust for all of my plumbing needs. They’ve helped me out with multiple plumbing issues over the years. They’ve often had to fix work done by other plumbing companies. The price is a little more than other places, but it’s worth it to know that the job is getting done right!

I have worked with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for 15 years on a variety of commercial and residential properties and they do an excellent job. They are always on time (usually early!) are always courteous and professional and stand by each and every job. It is worth every penny to just trust that the job will be done right and as quickly as possible. I can't even recall the last time I had a plumbing issue and they couldn't take care of it the same day - REALLY impressive!

I had to make an emergency call on a Sunday evening around 6pm after I seen a trail of water flowing through my garage. I googled 24 hour service for water heaters and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing popped right up! I talked to the friendly customer service rep and explained the situation and by 7:15 Aaron arrived from Murfreesboro to help fix the problem. He was so nice and explained what had happened being that I have never had a water heater go bad. It was a very good experience, price of new water heater seemed fair. I will definitely be using their services again.

We had the thermostat replaced by the Benjamin Franklin company. Ryan M was our tech and he was awesome. He was professional, great to talk to and even taught me a few things about plumbing and maintenance during the repair. If I ever need work done on my plumbing in the future, I'm going to be calling Ryan from Benjamin Franklin.
