Jason came on time and was just the nicest guy. He was very pleasant yet professional. He took care of the leak in the shower head in my master bath, Then, as an added bonus, he went into my kitchen and fixed the water pressure at my faucet from a recent installation that was not done correctly. Now that's what I call customer service. You want the job done and done right? Give him a call and never look back.
I I called this company after I called a much larger company to come out and fix a clogged drain and they knocked a hole in the line and wanted a fortune to replace it so I called hometown hero homeservices and jason came out and didn't just fix it but he replaced the whole line for a better price then what they wanted to charge to just fix what they broke jason will now be my go to plumber he was polite andd very professional
They did great work replacing the original sinks on our 60 year old house, redoing cast iron pipes, and finally fixing the drainage on my kitchen sink after many plumbers before had just temporarily patched a structural problem. Yay!
They showed up fast and on time there dispater is so helpful and wonderful the guys was also great They worked fast and even cleaned up better then they found it

Professional, fast, trustworthy. We were in desperate need of a plumber to come fix our fridge waterline and a friend recommended HomeTown Hero. Great Company! They went above and beyond expectations. Outstanding Custmer Service. Jason and his crew was outstanding. The only plumbing company who came out on Sunday to repair my water leak. Jason runs a great business and did quality work for me. I had been chasing a problem in my house with other plumbers that were not solving the issue. He came into my house used his experience and was able to resolve this issue. It was a large project to replace the water main water line. He acted quickly and was out here day and night until it was finished. He is courteous, knowledgeable and does great work. I highly recommend his services. Oh I even asked him about some other projects and instead of just charging me he gave me an honest answer. Said I really didn’t need it. I appreciate the honesty.

I had several bids on a shower remodel and we decided to go with Hometown Hero Home Services. We had a small bathroom and was looking to expand and transform into a walk-in handicap shower.. We had to reroute plumbing, electrical and move walls to get the space we needed. It turned out amazing!!!

Our water heater went out unexpectedly, and we called Jason for help. He was able to find the cause, fix the problem and swap out our water heater quickly and efficiently. He even had to do some electrical work to make sure the heater was working properly. He can do it all. Jason was friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, and courteous. Jason was a life saver. I own a laundromat and we had 10 machines out of order due to a backed up drain line. He came out on time, was very nice and got straight to trouble shooting my problem. After 2 hours of working his magic all the units were running properly and no drainage issues and I am back in business.

I just met the two friendliest plumbers! These guys were great, we called them today and they showed up same day and were in and out in 20 minutes with my problem solved and garbage disposal was functioning again like new. Often time you get a repairman that will over diagnose the problem just so you can buy a new product from them but I was very comfortable and felt like they were truly being honest with everything. Thank you guys so much I’ll definitely be reaching back out when I need something.
Lets start with the main things that are stressful about having someone come service your home. 1st thing, the service provider did was remove his shoes before he came in the house. There is NOTHING more annoying than someone who treats your home like its their personal job site. So, +10. Secondly, he actually listened to my concerns and my ideas about what might be going on. Instead of the usual dismissive and patronising of some providers.
So, they showed up on time, fixed the problem, didn't make me feel like I was wasting THEIR time, and charged a reasonable fee.
What more can you ask for really?
Side note, they diagnosed my problem, by just listening for a certain noise. That must be a super power or something.
