Plumbing Solutions was a fantastic company to work with! I had a new sink put in with my counters and needed a hookup. Moved from a two drain to one drain sink, so the line had to be altered, plus install of garbage disposal and faucet. They were able to fit me in next day. The technician, Sean, showed up exactly when scheduled, and was very nice and knowledgeable about what was needed. Their price came in over $100 below the other quotes I had received. Plus, they didn't charge a service fee of $60+ like the other places do just to show up and look at the issue (even though I could describe exactly what was needed!!). Instead of that rip off, Plumbing Solutions gives a free quote. The job was done in under 45 minutes, and everything works perfectly! Couldn't be happier with Plumbing Solutions!!

PlumbMasters is a life saver! We have had plumbing issues with our house since moving in back in August. Come to find out, the whole house was running off of the ejector pump in the basement, was not up to code, and also not properly installed. After several plumbers telling us that they could not attach our main floor to the gravity line or asking an unattainable amount for repairs, we luckily found Mr. Scott with PlumbMasters. He came to the house on a Wednesday for his initial assessment. We received our quote that very same day. To top it off, he came back the following day to walk us through exactly what he would be doing to ensure we knew what we were paying for. He contacted the city to confirm water lines, drew a permit for the repairs, etc. The following Monday, Mr. Scott was out our house doing a total system repair. He dug and properly placed a new line (in the 90+ degree heat with no complaints, must I add), replaced our sump pump, and got the city here to confirm proper installation. From initial assessment to completion, the process took 6 days. SIX DAYS!! Talk about efficient! Mr. Scott and his team practice professionalism, effective communication, offer fair prices, and are hardworking. I can not recommend them enough!

So good it’s like he was never there .... you know Covert :-) Wes is my go to plumber when ever I have any residential or commercial plumbing needs. He gets it done and done right and is always there when I need him. I almost hate to leave such a great review because he won’t have time for me. Kidding of course. Great guy great company.

This company showed up a day after, after we had another company cancel last minute. (We weren’t able to use our water for 3 days, before calling) Michael’s answered promptly, showed up the next morning, and had the whole (large) job done the next day before lunch time. They were extremely friendly, professional, and prompt.they explained everything clearly and problem was fixed perfectly. That means a lot these days!! We’ll be doing business with Michael’s from now on and will refer to everyone we know. We appreciate them so very much!!

I called Morton plumbing and told them that my water line was backed up and that I needed help that same day. No commodes were working, the kitchen sink was backing up, and the bathtub was backing up, so they knew the problem before they arrived.

They were nice enough to work me in that day, but when the technician arrived, he checked everything and told me I had a major problem. He also told me (after calling his office) that their equipment was not available to clear my sewer line, and that it would not be available until the following week (which was in about 4 days).

I could not wait that long since I had no working commodes in the house. I asked the technician if I should call RotoRooter or another plumber, and he said yes, and that he would call Hiller. I told him I was a Hiller customer but did not call Hiller initially because I thought they were very expensive and I had heard good things about Morton's.

So, bottom line, the Morton guy left, and then I was billed a $49 dispatch fee. I don't mind paying the dispatch fee if I was offered the option of Morton's do the work. But they were not able to help me that day.

When I called their office to ask if the dispatch fee could be waived, the woman who answered the phone kept interrupting me and said that her guy told me what was wrong so that I could call another plumber and tell them was what wrong. She talked over my attempt to speak and would not let me talk without interrupting. She said that I was told about the dispatch fee in advance (I don't remember being told about it) and that everyone was billed that fee and it had to be paid if I chose another service. The only reason I chose another service was because Morton's did not have the equipment available. And if I told him in advance about all the issues I was having, why did he come to my home if he did not have the equipment to fix it?
So, my complaint is poor customer service, and having to pay a fee when they were not able to do the work due to their lack of equipment.

Rocky Top Plumbing is awesome! We were in our house for two years and had no clue where our septic tank was buried. Alex came out and found it in 2 minutes. Very professional and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

Jeremy Phelps and his helper done a very professional job and was very friendly and very neat cleaning up. I will use y’all again.

We had a busted hot water heater….These guys were awesome— very responsive (fixes the next day!), fair pricing, great quality work, and patient to explain everything and all options!! Could not ask for more!!

They came out right away when our septic tank needed pumping and installed new baffles. They charged a very reasonable price, considering that they had to dig up our driveway and sidewalk to find our tank, which was under our sidewalk.
