Best Kitchen Sink in Nashville TN

Well I was charged $314.95 and drained was stopped up next day. Funny thing was my neighbor( who recomended roto rooter) had a blockage a year or so ago on a Saturday ,he got the same service ( drain snaked) and was only charged $150,his repaired the problem.I should have only been charged $49 for diagnosis and not $314.95 for a problem that was not fixed.

On time, and knowledgeable and knew exactly what they were doing. And reasonable pricing. Definitely recommend

Michael's replaced our entire drainage system in our 1959 home all the way from basins and toilets down to the sewer line. The original pipes had deteriorated in several places and were flagged as a high priority issue during the purchase inspection.

I got four quotes and I decided to go with Michael's because they were reasonably priced, offered a great warranty, used modern communication methods, and impressed me with their professionalism and forthcoming approach to our estimate.

The guys who did the actual work did a fantastic job, left the site clean, and were great at explaining everything that had been done. Exactly what I hope for in a contractor.

When the time comes to replace our incoming water lines we won't need to fish for quotes; We will just call Michael's.

I called several plumbing companies to deal with a leak in a bathroom. No company could give me an immediate appointment. I asked each for pricing information. I had used Morton for routine maintenance before and was predisposed to using them again, and they could come out a day before another I called. I was told of their $49 fee for showing up and was told that would be part of the total price, should they do the work. I asked Karen for the hourly rate and she told me they do work by the job, not by the hour, and the guys would tell me once they assessed the situation. I was upset when the two guys got there and told me the problem was that the toilet washers were worn out and that it would cost $200 to replace them! I know a bit about plumbing and think this is an outrageous amount simply to remove the toilet tank, replace the washers and put the tank back on. And it certainly did not require two men. The job was completed well inside an hour. The hourly rate of the other plumbing company was only $150. Because Karen did not tell me their hourly rate, nor their minimum charge ($200), I ended up paying more to Morton than I would have if I had gone with the other plumbing company! They did reduce the $200 to $175, which I appreciate, but it was still more than I would have paid. Mostly, I am upset at their withholding of information that would have allowed me to make a better decision.

Max was awesome. I wasn't able to be at the property to meet him but he was very nice and polite on the phone. We even cracked a few jokes. He was able to arrive earlier than the time given and fix the busted pipe within 90 minutes. I'm definitely keeping 615 Plumbing in my phone in case I'm ever in need of their services again.

Everyone at ARS was fantastic. From the first callback to the estimate to the installation of my tankless water heater. They gave me estimates on the traditional water heater and tankless. Didn’t push one over the other but gave me the pros and cons for both. They were fast— did the installation the next day. I would highly recommend them.

They don’t make plumbers like this anymore. My wife and I had a pretty serious issue with our renovation that required some real work. this guy did all of it, by himself, in a timely manner. Oh yeah, and he was the cheapest guy out there, which meant I didn’t have to wait a year to save up for it to be done. I have nothing but praise for this company.

Ed was great. Showed up right when he said he would, during the agreed time window. Fixed the problem and didn’t try to sell or pressure me on a replacement. Would recommend!

Work was done in HGI Brentwood by Eli Huff.We had a leak on hot water 1 1/4 copper line. Eli came to see what is a problem,made appointment and came even before time. That was second time we used his services and we are more then happy with him.

Matt worked on our house during and after a remodel, from plumbing rough-in to replacing a faucet and toilet after the remodel was done. He was prompt, curious, and knowledgeable. We were made aware of any changes or surprises during his work to make sure we understood and approved before proceeding. Would definitely recommend!

Chris (and his trainee Brett) were so professional, efficient, and empathetic. We had a leak coming from an unexpected place and they were respectful of our space and also skilled at diagnosing what was happening. Would certainly recommend.
