Tankless Water heater replacement

I needed a plumber to repair my water heater. I called several companies and left messages. Who Ya Know Plumbing called back within a few minutes. When I told them I had been without hot water for six days, Jason was able to work me in the day I called. He did a great job and I will certainly call him the next time I need a plumber.

I have used Who Ya Know Plumbing on multiple occasions and will call on them again when I need a plumber. They have installed a tankless water heater at my house and also extended a gas line out to my kitchen so I could have use a gas range. Most recently I called when I had a problem with my garbage disposal.
He treats my house like it was his own, always be conscious not to create or leave a mess.

When my water heater tanked, I called one of the big “Last Name Companies” for an emergency visit and estimate. I’m really glad my wife got Jason and Who You Know to come by for a second opinion because after being honest with us, checking our system and learning about our needs, Who You Know saved us over 2 grand. Who You Know focused on needs and not upsell. Jason strapped on a headlamp and got in the crawlspace to check my system, and found that I was missing a pressure regulator. He could’ve ignored it and enjoyed repeated maintenance calls as it was causing undue stress in my system. For a $250 he fixed It - no labor charge. I can’t tell you how was reassuring that the person answering my questions was the same guy doing the job. Courteous, Punctual, and Professional, I have found my new plumber in the greater Nashville area.

Jason came out to repair a running toilet and leaking faucet and did so in no time! Will definitely be using Who Ya Know in the future. I had an extra pesky toilet and he even came out again just to be sure things were working 100% correctly.

First my old water heater started leaking, Jason came out and replaced it. A few months later the drain in my kitchen rusted through and he replaced those old cast iron pipes with new pvc. Then a few more months went by I had him come out and replace the rest of the remaining cast iron for the bathroom. Now the whole house is up to date and I have no worries about leaks or slow drains.

If you need an honest plumber you can count on to do the job right, and on time, Jason is your guy. Expert work at a fair price.

Ever have that situation where the entire city is under ice from a recent winter storm? And then your hot-water heater goes out? It’s a time like this that you’ll be glad for “Who Ya Know,” because on the same day under all of those conditions we made an appointment, they brought and installed a new tank and even hauled off the old one. Great Service, on time and reasonably priced

Jason was very knowledgeable and very friendly. He did an excellent job on the repair of the leak. He also moved the cut off valve for the water to the house up front where it was easier to get to. He moved the water regulator off the water heater also. Now I have hot, warm , and cold water.

Great response to Plumbing in crawl space. Quality repair to plumbing. Repairs were done on time at good value. Recommended for future work.
