Best Home Inspection in Nashville TN

My husband and I recently purchased a home. Copeland and Son provided the home inspection as well as an estimate to replace the ductwork and clean both systems. The technicians that come out were very polite and made sure we knew how to operate both systems in the home. We highly recommend C&S!!

We've used Michael's many times over the years and always been appreciative of their responsiveness, attitude and professionalism. This last week, we had to replace all of our cast iron pipes and Tyler, Jeff and Servondo were so helpful. They were patient with us and explained the why's for every step and gave us some advice on some plumbing things we needed to figure out for the future. 5 stars for us. Thanks, guys!

Rocky Top Plumbing is awesome! We were in our house for two years and had no clue where our septic tank was buried. Alex came out and found it in 2 minutes. Very professional and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

They charged me $650 (!!!!!) to find a leak that took them 30 minutes. They marked the ground where the leak was. I asked the guys before they left if they knew how much it would cost, they said $375. I received an invoice today for $650. Definitely not expected. She said that price is for a local job. So they charge almost $300 to travel?!?!

When I called initially, I was sent a work authorization form to sign and quickly send back so I could make an appointment. I read through and sent it back.(quickly since we had no water) The price they charged was on the form (I didn’t see it before I sent it back or I would have never paid this!) but in the smallest print you have ever seen and very easily overlooked. I never received a call back to set an appointment (when I would have asked about payment) but they just showed up the next day. The guys were nice and very fast, I just wouldn’t have signed the form had I seen what they were going to charge me for 30 minutes of work.
