Best Heat Pump Water Heaters in Nashville TN

I am very disappointed with Republic Plumbing. I was excited to work with them as I saw great reviews and was referred by another local company. I was quoted for a sewer line repair, which after breaking ground we realized I had a septic tank and not a sewer. He then filled back up the hole and was on his way. Both Andy & Randy were friendly, but it was such a poor value and over priced. I was charged $1,100 for someone to dig up a hole and then fill back in the hole. This process took 4.5 hours of work of just digging, as he didn't have the proper equipment.
They used a saw to cut into the asphalt and I was charged for a saw rental, as well as an added service fee. The saw was dull and not working, which I was told at the time by the plumber. You would assume they would have the proper equipment to do the job. I then had to hire another company come out to investigate further. They dug a much bigger hole with the proper equipment and it took 30 minutes (compared to the same thing taking 4.5 hours with a hand shovel). Do not hire this company, it is a complete rip off with poor communication. Andy did discount my bill and took off an hour of work, but I am still left with a $900 bill of just having a hole dug and then filled back in poorly.

Roger came out on Sunday and was very quick and professional. he was able to resolve our plumbing issue promptly.

Called 01/21/2021 at around 9:30 AM to get someone to come out and look at a leaky faucet. We were told they would arrive later that day and we would get a call 30 minutes before their arrival. They arrived after 5pm (we were pleasantly surprised we were not pushed to the next day) and fixed our sink with no charge since they had installed the supply line that had failed. I have recommended this company to several friends as they are honest and back up their work.

We had a busted hot water heater….These guys were awesome— very responsive (fixes the next day!), fair pricing, great quality work, and patient to explain everything and all options!! Could not ask for more!!

He came out quickly, diagnosed the problem and fixed it right away. Very pleased with his work and a fair price too. I will call him again for any other plumbing issues.

My kitchen faucet was leaking and after using the emergency stop I noticed the water did not shut off. I called 615 Plumbing and they had someone out in less than 30 min. Anthony recommended replacing the old Moen faucet and stops. A new delta kitchen faucet with side sprayer and all 3 emergency stops were replaced.

It was quite a bit more expensive than I had thought, but as the Treasurer of my HOA know various home repair costs have rose across the board. Not sure if this is an industry practice, but my one issue is the company's practice of not itemizing bids on work which left me uncertain how much I was paying for the parts & materials and labor for the work.

Jimmy did a great job with servicing my three units. He explained everything to me.I am disappointed that filters are not provided with the service, and Jimmy is checking with the company on that, since they were promised when I upgraded my maintenance plan.Secondly, I like to be called and reminded that my service is due. Recently I have had to call and remind the company.

Once again, Lee Company shows why we keep using them. We have the maintenance plan and they’re always on top of keeping everything in our home running perfectly. This time, I had a home surge protector installed and also asked about adding outlets to my garage. Not only did they do it for a fair price, they did it all the SAME DAY! I can’t say it enough — if you don’t have Lee Company, you’re missing out! I won’t let anyone else touch my home — they keep us safe and give us peace of mind. Highly recommend this company! I called Juan requesting help with my water heater. He tried to assist me over the phone. When that didn't work, he made sure someone came out that day to fix it for me. Justin arrived and was very knowledgeable and professional. Can't say enough great things about them!
