Best Electric Water Heater Installation in Nashville TN

I am very disappointed with Republic Plumbing. I was excited to work with them as I saw great reviews and was referred by another local company. I was quoted for a sewer line repair, which after breaking ground we realized I had a septic tank and not a sewer. He then filled back up the hole and was on his way. Both Andy & Randy were friendly, but it was such a poor value and over priced. I was charged $1,100 for someone to dig up a hole and then fill back in the hole. This process took 4.5 hours of work of just digging, as he didn't have the proper equipment.
They used a saw to cut into the asphalt and I was charged for a saw rental, as well as an added service fee. The saw was dull and not working, which I was told at the time by the plumber. You would assume they would have the proper equipment to do the job. I then had to hire another company come out to investigate further. They dug a much bigger hole with the proper equipment and it took 30 minutes (compared to the same thing taking 4.5 hours with a hand shovel). Do not hire this company, it is a complete rip off with poor communication. Andy did discount my bill and took off an hour of work, but I am still left with a $900 bill of just having a hole dug and then filled back in poorly.

My husband and I recently purchased a home. Copeland and Son provided the home inspection as well as an estimate to replace the ductwork and clean both systems. The technicians that come out were very polite and made sure we knew how to operate both systems in the home. We highly recommend C&S!!

This is the best plumber in town period. I called Wes when my wife called and told me we had sewage backed up in our tub. Wes was booked that day but when I explained my situation he was at my house within a couple hours. The pricing was beyond fair and my wife and mother-in law said they could not have been more impresed with Covert Plumbing's service and professionalism. They always call me two hours before arriving and share with me any issues that may arise if there's an extra cost involved. I highly recommend them they'll be doing my work for a long time

Woke up to find my water heater pouring out water. Called Choice and talked to Jack. He walked me through a few questions, and was able to diagnose my problem. Made it out to my house in about 2 hours. He explained to me what had happened, and was able to replace the water heater quickly. After he finished I looked up a comparable water heater at Home Depot and found his parts and labor were barely more than I would have been able to buy the water heater for. I hope to not need the services again, but if I do I will definitely call Jack.

Robert and his team at water heater had our new water heater installed the same day we called. A+ service and would definitely recommend to anyone.

I’m going to leave 3 reviews because i had the pleasure of working with 3 great techs. The first day I called them out Mr Johnny R came out and he was really nice and resolved my issue we taught. But even when i called him early the next morning he was very nice and helpful to help get it resolved. So the second day they sent out Mr.Scott M whom took his time and was patient with me as I was going crazy he worked till he found the issue and he was very helpful in what my next steps would be a really good man. Which lead us to the repair day Mr Scott worked hard and for hours to hit another snag but he didn’t stop till we got it worked out. That’s also when I got to meet Mr Jon S whom came and him and the Mr Scott beat the grimlings .So I was very blessed and greatful to have the pleasure of get theses 3 great tech Johnny,Scott,Jon y’all are awesome .

They were timely and I appreciate the fact that when one of the technicians felt like he lacked the expertise regarding one facet of the project, he called someone who was able to fill in.

The repair that Jose did seems to be working. The rating is because he lied to me. He told me that: 1) The electric panel had been recalled and could cause a fire at any time; and 2) My home owner's insurance would no longer cover my home due to the defective panel. He then gave me a written quote for $6,000 to replace and rewire the panels. I told him I would think about it. First I went to the Internet and found no recall notices for the panels. Then I contacted my insurance company. The agent said that there was no such cancellation and that they were ticked that anyone would presume to speak for them. Now I have to wonder if I should be concerned about how well the repair was made and if there has been some sort of sabotage to the electric panel.

Scotty did an amazing job installing POC small tank water heater in our garage. Works great and all of the plumbing lines look amazing. He was extremely personable and professional!! Thanks Scotty & Lee Company!!!

Ben and Dakota came out to help fix a problem with my shower drain and separately, unclog an exterior drain. Both were very nice, polite, professional and seemed very smart. We talked through options for both problems and agreed on what we believed would be the best strategy. Both problems were fixed quickly and pricing was very reasonable.

I will absolutely call them again should anything pop up.

Customer service is terribly bad , do not provide details or help customer understand the process of dispatching the technician/how they charge customers/explain the system of flow that happens on week days or weekends ?

Great customer service and friendly staff. Joe Kilzer was very friendly and efficient in ordering the necessary parts and installation. Very much appreciated, especially when the AC cuts out in a heatwave!
