On two of the hottest days of the year, with temperatures in the attic space reaching 130+degrees, these two technicians provided professional, quality service and kept me appraised of the project at every step. This instal went very smoothly and (assuming the unit remains working) I experienced no frustrations at all. The technicians did quality work and communicated all barriers (tight attic space with no air) and delays (heat mostly) to me in a professional and timely manner and worked around other service professionals at the job site in a respectful and efficient way.

Coolray installed an hvac unit at my home. The shipping ring was left on, exposing my home to the elements. Also the flashing was completely screwed up.They just used caulking to fill in the gaps. Bottom of the flashing is bent and was not fitted properly. On 5/26/2023 they were suppose to come out to fix the issue. Never showed up or received a phone call.

Service technicals were very nice and knowledgeable. I do think the price was very steep it was over $500 for them to snake my drain in under 20 minutes. Although techs were great and I would recommend them I wouldn’t use this company again.

Could not be more impressed with these folks here. I called them today, for an AC emergency. I have a pregnant wife and toddler at home and it was over 90 degrees in my home. I called the plumber who is contracted with our building THREE TIMES with no response! I called Coolray and they sent a tech out within 2 hours to fix my broken hose spigot!!! Jeff was my technician and did an incredible job!! I asked probably a thousand questions and he did amazing answering all of them and taking time to educate me. He unfortunately had to cut a hole in the wall to fix one of our pipes, but he did so quickly and even cleaned up the space afterwards so that it wasn't dusty/an accident hazard for my kiddo/cats. My appointment was at 2 and they showed up before 2 (I was still at work). They were supposed to do a tune up / clean my hvac. The guy basically told me the unit is junk and I need a new one. After I declined, he got huffy, took the check and left. Hvac still looks dirty. Picture is how it looked after he left. What did I pay for?

We had a leak in a very tough spot to get to. The technicians came out and squeezed into the small area and fixed the leak under the shower fairly quickly. They were very polite and professional. I definitely recommend them.

Highly Recommend - We had a great experience with this company! We scheduled an appointment online, and were surprised to see they had availability for a same-day service call. They almost instantly confirmed the appointment via text. They weren’t just prompt with the appointment time - they were early and notified us via text when they were on their way. They even included the name and a picture of the employee that was coming to our house. The employee was knowledgeable and courteous. He took the time to call to check on the warranty of our unit and was upfront with pricing prior to making a repair. He even took time to vacuum once he was finished to clean up the water from the ice that was melting from our upstairs unit. Since he left, I’ve already received a follow up email with the invoice and information about the service call today. We will definitely consider them again for any HVAC, plumbing, or electrical needs!

The Technician, Jacob, worked hard to get our unit tuned up. Shared one item that is still within limits but operating as designed. I will use these folks again.

New central heat/air system. Installers very polite and helpful. My only complaint, I am old school and was expecting a final paperwork with the install but there was nothing, still waiting to find out when I will receive it.

The yahoo's that constructed this place thought that it was wise to install the HVAC in the back of a very small room that also housed the water heater, washer and dryer. Which means that it's almost impossible for me to get back there to change the filter. Joseph in used his creative mind to make me a tool that I can use to change the filter without breaking a limb trying to get back there.
Lighting struck my AC unit the very next day and Joseph came the very next day to repair it. I love this company. I thought that my previous company was amazing but Coolray has exceeded my expectations time and time again!

Joseph Kilzer came out to my residence for a maintenance /service check. He was very respectful, polite, and understanding that I am new to home-owning, especially an older fixer upper home. He answered any questions I had and provided phenomenal customer service!!

It's rare to find a company that you can trust. Joseph was very respectful of the fact that I'm a disabled veteran and a senior citizen. My central air unit went out on Saturday afternoon, and I was dreading trying to sleep tonight. It was 90° today, and after many calls to every company that I could pull up on my phone, Coolray called me back and said that they would get to me today. That's service above and beyond the call of duty. Joseph had my unit up and running within twenty minutes. He told me what the problem was and fixed it immediately. You don't find that type of service anywhere. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need ( I know a little bit, but I have one leg and get around in a wheelchair so I never could have fixed it) My house is cooling down, and my animals and I won't have to suffer tonight. That means more to me than anything. If I have a problem with heating, air conditioning, or plumbing , Coolray will be who I call. I have a home warranty, but they couldn't get anyone out until Monday. What good does that do me. I got them, basically because my heating and air unit is 13 years old. I may be canceling them. Fast and fair! I just brought home a newborn baby to a VERY hot house! Coolray and Blake M. came out right away and got the units going again almost immediately! Thanks to Blake’s service and expertise, I will definitely be in touch to get the units replaced soon but can’t thank Blake and the dispatch team enough for the quick response!

I’m very happy with the Coolray team and love the new system. They quoted a system that would allow me a tax incentive and quickly got me on the schedule. One day install and I’m nice and cool. The warranty was also much better than my other quotes.

Initial plumbers sent, upsold camera before any attempt to unclog pipe. After that, camera tech Jeremey Clayton and helper Dexter Page performed like professionals and solved my issue. Would use Coolray again because of these 2 guys.

The tech was on time and walked me through the process step by step. Very professional.

The two men came within two hours and went right to work, and fixed the problem right away.
There names were Kevin and Stanton, they were neat and tidy. Keeping their numbers for later use.

AC condenser froze up Saturday afternoon and Coolray sent a tech the very next morning. Turns out the refrigerant was a little low and my filters were dirty and preventing good air flow. They only charged me $125, which I considered reasonable (my last AC repair cost $8,000 ouch!).

Tech was on time, courteous and respectful of property. He didn’t try to up-sell or charge for unnecessary items. Highly recommend

2 times we had broken A/C and after working hrs it’s impossible to find anyone to help you, that’s how I found Coolray, they are operating 24/7, what is incredible, plus they will send you a picture of technician so you will know who is coming to your home at 8:30 pm.Jack Celatka came to fix our A/C and he did wonderful job, he was very friendly, had his shoes covers, inspected everything, solved the problem and even told me how I can sine to a membership savings program. Highly recommend!

I called with an emergency and they were able to send Jack and Bryan out to me same day. They were awesome, clean and fixed the problem very quickly and also did a maintenance check on my unit. I will definitely be using them again for any of my HVAC needs.

The service that Clifton G. provided me was that of the utmost humble and professional. He was very timely, extremely knowledgeable, I behoove this company to promote this man into a leadership position. His knowledge base and wisdom should be passed down to all future employees to ensure the success of all ongoing maintenance calls. He should be the direct example to all your other employees of conduct, knowledge, and expertise.

Showed up on time and we’re very friendly. My basement was flooded they were able to get it cleaned out and came back the next day to fix AC and sump. Highly recommend.
