Had a great experience with Lance who was out to flush our tankless hot water heater. He was so nice, arrived well within the allotted time frame, and even went the extra mile to give me some advice (and look in my crawlspace) on damage to our wood floors from a leak we had discovered a few days prior to his visit. This was my first experience using Hiller and I was very pleased.

Needed a HVAC inspection and they were able to get it done in the same day. Communication was really good as well, by letting me know when the technician was on the way. The technician, Justin, was very and nice and answered all of my questions.

We signed up for the annual maintenance program from Lee and have been thrilled. Jeffrey just completed our annual electrical check and he was very kind and very professional and knowledgeable. With the annual service plan you get four annual inspections … Electrical, plumbing, HVAC heating and HVAC air conditioning. 2 technicians have come to our home and I will request them again. They do thorough work and are not trying to upsell us on anything. We did not have an electrical problem but it was nice to have it inspected.

Curtis has made a couple of visits to our house now and he's always prompt, informative, and just an all around great customer experience. Not to mention he was able to show up 3 hrs early (per my request) to my scheduled appointment allowing me to get my day started earlier than expected!

We could not have been happier with our recent service from Jewell Mechanical! We did not have any hot water and Dave B. was in touch with us quickly, and was at our house right away after we talked. He was extremely honest, and told us the problem was created by a mouse that chewed a hole in a rubber condensate drain cap. We had hot water back in a flash! These days it is very important if a company is honest! We have dealt with many people that were not honest (from another company) and even caught some doing things to our hvac unit to make it seem like we needed a new unit. It was so nice meeting Dave B., and thanks again for being trustworthy! It is the only way to be!

I'm very glad we went with Air Trust for our new HVAC system. You can get pretty much the same range of products from any HVAC company, but Air Trust's customer support is second to none. A few months ago, Mark actually came over to troubleshoot our HVAC unit in the rain, and on a Holiday weekend. They don't have you fill out a trouble ticket; they don't schedule you for an appointment to come see what what's going on with your system; they show up.
