We woke up Saturday morning to a broken AC on what was going to be arguably one of the hottest days this year with an already cranky toddler. After making some calls, we got a technician out to our house around 11am and received the diagnoses that we needed to replace the entire unit, and the soonest it could be done was Tuesday. My husband called another company to get a second opinion & price and after a few hours, we got word that they were swamped and couldn't make it out today. It's 1:20pm, 87 in our house and just gross. I hop on to Hip Donelson and do a quick search for HVAC repair. I called the number for Air Trust HVAC and got Mark on the phone. He was wrapping up for the day, but since we were in Donelson, he told me he would swing by to see what we got and go from there. Cut to 5pm the SAME DAY when we have a brand new system installed and for well under what our original quote was. I can't say enough good things about how kind, professional, efficient and honest this company is. Thank you so, so much Mark and the rest of your crew for saving us!

I'm very glad we went with Air Trust for our new HVAC system. You can get pretty much the same range of products from any HVAC company, but Air Trust's customer support is second to none. A few months ago, Mark actually came over to troubleshoot our HVAC unit in the rain, and on a Holiday weekend. They don't have you fill out a trouble ticket; they don't schedule you for an appointment to come see what what's going on with your system; they show up.

Mark serves his customers like they are each a part of his family. Thankfully I have not had to use his services yet but I know when I do I will be in good hands.

Mark and team provided excellent service when my air went out over the weekend. They came out looked at my unit and gave me a couple of options. In the end I decided to replace my HVAC. The team came out on time and quickly completed the work. They kept me informed of the entire process. Mark checked in on me later to make sure everything was working as expected. I highly recommend the professional team at Air Trust.

Mark was so great- came out the same day I called to give me a quote on a full HVAC replacement for our 26 year old unit that hadn’t been working for a month. They came out and did the full replacement that same week and within about 3 hours. Super impressive- they even moved our compressor to the other side of the house! Very thrilled to have gotten out of our vicious home warranty cycle and hired Air Trust!

They were there when we needed them and were very pleasant and professional.

Mark and Richard showed up on a Saturday, an hour after my call. Got my furnace back up and running in no time. Mark even followed up with the manufacturer to get the replacement parts covered under warranty, and only charged for labor. Highly recommended, thanks guys!

My AC went out Tuesday. Came home from work to 90 degrees in my house. Called Mark, he tried to pinpoint some issues, said it sounded like my motor had burnt up. My AC is over 30 years old. Made the decision to replace. They were here right on time this morning. Installed my new unit by 9:30 am. The team was amazing and efficient. I will recommend Air Trust HVAC to everyone!

I could not be more impressed with Air Trust HVAC. I called in the afternoon and they came out after work the same evening, ordered the part the next day and installed it quickly. Here's the thing tho - they didn't just repair and go. Richard educated me about HVAC systems while he was there, and Mark followed up with even more education. I’d give them 10 stars if I could. I can't say enough good things about Air Trust and their whole team. My HVAC system was getting old and I knew it was time for an update. Rather than waiting till it died on a very cold night, I decided to fix it before it became an emergency. I submitted a request online and was called back within 30 minutes. The were able to come out that same day and gave me a quote that was hard to beat. It was significantly less than a quote I got from one of the big boys that advertises on TV all the time. Who do you think pays for all those ads? You do, when you buy their overpriced system. Rather, Air Trust relies on word of mouth and referrals, and several neighbors highly recommended them. I’m glad I called them. You should absolutely give these guys your HVAC business. They were pros. They came when they said they would, did the job right the first time and cleaned up after themselves. I’m more than pleased with the service, professionalism and price. You can’t beat ‘em. (Update 1 week after install: I came home to find 2 cases, or 1 year supply, of Air Filters on my doorstep from Air Trust. That was a surprise! What a way to take care of your customers.)

We had issues with a zone damper not opening properly, and AirTrust was always recommended online when we lived in Donelson. We had recently moved to Mt. Juliet, but I decided to call AirTrust anyway because of how often they are recommended. My experience with them was essentially a waste of time and money, as they did not properly diagnose or repair my problem, and a separate HVAC company did.

At first they seemed weirded out that I was calling for a repair not in the Donelson area, despite their service area on their website showing as going beyond Lebanon and Hendersonville. I thought this was very strange. I was explicitly asked: are you in Donelson? and had to tell them no, but I'm 15 minutes up the road.

Then the tech that came out didn't properly diagnose my damper issue at all, despite being their damper expert. He didn't even go into the attic to check the actual dampers, just held his hands up to a register and said it seems fine since its blowing cold air. After two additional nights in a row of our damper not opening (it didn't happen every day, but started happening more and more frequently), we called Lee Company instead to try and figure it out.

Lee Company was able to diagnose and fix what AirTrust could not. AirTrust was on time and was professional, but I also had to pay them for a problem that they didn't fix or handle properly. Pretty disappointing, despite all the glowing reviews.

Would highly recommend Air Trust. Quick, professional and fair.

Very happy with the service from Mark and his team at Air Trust. Mark came out after I called him on a Saturday and began work that Tuesday. They removed our old units and had our new dual fuel system installed and running in about 5 hours! Our home is much more comfortable after the install. These guys know what they're doing and provide high quality service!

They will tell you that it can't be fix while other hvac companies have no problem fixing it . because it's easier for them to install a new product and make more money. Please avoid them at all cost! The owner uses social media so much that you heard them a lot on Facebook. Please avoid, you have been warned !

Air Trust HVAC came to our home and installed heating and air units. We are so grateful for their prompt response and services. They were professional, knowledgeable and so nice. They even went above and beyond the scope of work with no extra charge!

These guys are great. Called them up and gave them a brief description of my AC problems, they were over there to diagnose within the hour. They ultimately could not work on it because the device was under warranty with the manufacturer but they told me exactly what i'd need to do, who to call, what to tell them, and what was most likely the issue. Highly recommend these guys, although they ultimately could not service my device, they treated me with the respect of a lifetime customer.

There aren't enough positive words to describe my experience with Mark and his team. Air Trust HVAC got high recommendations when I asked online if anyone knew of a company that was honest and reliable. I left messages for several companies on Sat AM after my AC didn't kick in during the night. Mark was the 1st to get back with me and his excellent tech Lee was there within 30 minutes. They went way overboard in helping me out and they resolved the problem quickly. They showed real concern for me and I have no doubt that they treated me as well as they would a loved one. Every crew member Mark sent was polite, courteous, conscientious and hard-working. When I think of all of the horror stories I know of in that industry, I am extremely grateful to have found Mark's company. Obviously, I highly recommend them.

We had an emergency situation. Mark and his team came out and helped us quickly with a new air/heat unit and duct repair. I am sure the price we were charged is much less than we would have gotten with anyone else.

I don't leave many reviews, but the customer service from Mark and Air Trust was too good not to. I woke up this morning to a furnace that wouldn't stay lit. Called Mark and he and a technician were at my house in less than 10 minutes, seriously. Granted, it was lucky he was right around the corner, but I was blown away (no pun intended). They had my furnace back up and running in another 10 minutes (bad connection on a sensor), and he gave a few other tips & things to watch out for with my older unit. I was happy to pay him for an hour of his time, despite the entire job only taking ~20 minutes. Thanks Mark!

I purchased a new HVAC unit from AIr Trust back in 2017 and they were extremely professional and responsive with the best price. I had problems with the unit today (defective air filter) and they came out and cleaned out the unit at no cost. Mark and his team are awesome!

Very good company to deal with. They were out very quickly after being called and took care of our issue. Found that just a breaker had been shut off and didn’t try and find something that wasn’t an issue. I appreciate their honesty and the price for a maintenance call is very fair and reasonable. I will use AirTrust HVAC in the future and would recommend them to others.

Had a great experience with Air Trust HVAC, the upstairs unit went out and I knew it probably needed to be replaced. Instead of just immediately saying it's time to replace it they asked how much longer I would be at the house and were ready to offer a less expensive temporary solution. I am not going anywhere so I had them replace the unit. They were fast efficient, clean and did it for a reasonable price.

Late on a Saturday evening in June, we realized that our A/C was not putting out any cold air. We left the unit off overnight and tried to start it again on Sunday morning. No luck. Even though it was a Sunday morning, Mark answered the phone at 10:35 a.m. and promised to have a tech out in a couple of hours. A few minutes later, I got a text letting me know that a tech was free and would be at my home in half an hour. The tech arrived on time and diagnosed and repaired my capacitor issue in about 20 minutes. For those keeping track, Mark had a tech to my home and had my problem repaired in less than an hour on a Sunday morning. Hard to beat that kind of service. We will be calling Mark again for any HVAC needs in the future. Thank you!

OMG they were beyond excellent!!! I called Mark because I had seen many positive post about his company on Facebook. They arrived almost immediately and in a few hours were finished. Mark’s crew were respectful, knowledgeable and friendly. Mark even took time to stop by to check on me and the progress! I would definitely refer anyone to use him! I had used another company a few years back that took days and the repair crew didn’t seem to be be knowledgeable.

Mark and Alan were very helpful

My condenser compressor went out on a Wednesday. Tried to band-aid and get by, after two weeks with no resolution I did research and decided to call Air Trust HVAC. I spoke to Mark around 11:30 a.m. on a Monday he would send one of his senior leads, Lee, out the same day to investigate and discuss the situation further. Mark told me it would be later in the afternoon around three or four when Lee would arrive. Lee called me at around 12:30 to inform me he was 20 minutes out. Discussed the situation with Lee, due to the band-aid attempts, unknowns, and age of unit only option was a replacement of chiller and condenser. Unlike other places I spoke to there was no charge for this visit. I decided due to unknowns with the unit and the age to replace heat and air.

Made decision and spoke to Mark, as referenced above on Monday, was told that his people would be at my door at 6:30 a.m. on Wednesday. At 6:30 a.m. my door bell rang. By 8:30 a.m. I shook the hands of Mark, and his crew thanking them as they left.

Mark and his people were polite, courteous, and professional. Other than all new equipment you would have no idea they were even here. They cleaned up everything as they left. This includes things that most people would not even think about.

Air Trust HVAC and Mark have earned a customer and my respect. I recommend them highly. My thanks and gratitude to Mark, Lee, and the rest of his people. I now have peace of mind and a lot less stress in my life.

Air Trust was referred to me by a friend who had used Mark and his company for 2 different houses. Everything that was told to me about this business turned out to be true. They installed a 4 ton unit. They were on time, professional, friendly, and informative. No mess, no fuss, no surprises. And their prices are excellent. Its the advantage of a privately owned company. When you own the company, you make sure everything is right. There is a reason that they have a 5 Star rating everywhere on the web! I only dealt with the owner of the company. I called him and he gave me the price. He didn't have to come out to look things over and throw a sales pitch at me. He was here at my house making sure things went smoothly. They don't have franchise fees and sales personnel to pay and because of that they offer the same warranties and service that bigger companies offer, but at a much better rate.I highly recommend them for any heating and air needs. They will be my go to source for HVAC needs from now on!

I arrived home last Sunday evening to an upstairs temp of 90 degrees. I knew my old HVAC unit was on its last leg, so it wasn’t unexpected. On the advice of my daughter and her husband, and after reading numerous rave reviews, I called Mark with Air Trust on Monday morning. He came to the house, checked things out, and gave me a very reasonable quote on what it would cost to replace the unit. I was thrilled when he said they could install it first thing Tuesday morning. As promised, Mark and his wonderful team of hard workers arrived at 6:30 Tuesday morning and were finished by 9:00 a.m. I highly encourage anyone with HVAC units to give Air Trust a call; you’ll be glad you did!

The guys at Air Trust are amazing! My air conditioning unit went out so I called to see if they offer financing. Not only did Mark come out and quote me on a new unit, they were able to install it THAT DAY within hours! Also, I was able to finance the amount so it wasn't a strain on my finances. Mark went above and beyond to find where my HVAC was still under warranty. I had one company come out and said my unit was out of warranty despite the fact I told them when I purchased it and when the unit was installed. Mark at Air Trust was prompt and explained to me about what was going on with the unit. Ultimately I was able to replace old unit with new unit. He also shared how to register the unit so parts would be covered for 10 years. No one has ever told me about registering my HVAC.

Mark and his team are absolutely wonderful. I have used them since 2018 when they replaced the old unit that gave out after 20yrs with a brand new 3.5 ton unit. I trusted the reviews but that was a mistake. Only use this company if you want your house slandered, to be horrendously overcharged, and have to clean water out of your basement. I reached out at around 3pm on a Friday and did not receive a response until almost 7pm Monday. That should have been the first red flag. Tech scheduled for Tuesday morning at 10. Someone provided access for the tech who I found out later was only there for around 15 minutes. Tech replaced the thermostat (about $25) and the fan controller board (about $35) and they charged me $475. After sending the payment I became curious why this visit was almost same amount as the previous visit ($480) which was supposedly a more complicated and expensive issue. Upon asking I was berated instead of simply receiving an explanation. Also, apparently his trained tech was absent on breaker flipping day because he forgot to turn the condensate pump back on which resulted in water pooled in the basement.

I highly recommend Mark and his team at Air Trust. They were professional, respectful, and prompt. Very happy with their service… And it’s nice to be sitting in a cool house once again! Thanks, guys!

During a Nashville Summer heatwave, my 18 year old HVAC unit bit the dust. I called Mark Nichols with Air Trust HVAC. He returned my call within the hour, came out about an hour later to give me a quote. His crew came out that same day. In under 2 hours I had a new unit. The old unit was hauled away and everything was cleaned up beautifully. It was like they had never been here except for the wonderful cold air coming from my vents!
If you are on the fence about who to hire, look no further. Mark is honest, reliable and stands behind his work.
