Install guy came today and installed an over the stove microwave. He found multiple issues wrong with the last install guys job and went out of his way to ensure that it was corrected on this install. Kept everything nice and clean did a great job! Would highly recommend and will call them to install my next Appliance.

I have used 911 Heating, Cooling & Plumbing twice in the past six months to install new toilets in two bathrooms that we remodeled. Was so easy! I picked out the toilet and it was installed the next day in a few hours.

Solar water heater, got the run around and never followed up. Plus charged a $135 service call. They had no idea what the problem was. I finally found someone who identified the problem immediately. Wasted a couple of weeks with these people and no hot water.

Called PlunbSmart with a drain issue— picked them because I saw their ad on TV to help folks with financial support if they needed it— wasn’t the case with us but made us think they were a good company to try. At any rare, we called and they were here the same day— Josh Merrill was our tech and he couldn’t have been any nicer and now the drain has the new parts it needed and is running full speed— we think the price was very fair as well

Phenomenal! They installed a brand new A/C unit on my roof with new duct work and returns. They had the best price out of 3 different companies. They also came out to make some adjustments to airflow afterwords to make sure I was happy. I would highly recommend Arizona’s Dukes of Air!

This is the second time I used Mason Pro Services for electrical work and both experiences were great. I called them and they were able to come out same day. Jeff was the gentleman that came out on my most recent visit and I was very impressed with him. He knew exactly what I needed and gave me very fair pricing. He was
professional, efficient, knowledgeable and just a really nice guy. I have had some bad experiences in the past with other companies with up selling and paying way more for services than reasonable. I will continue using Mason Pro Services in the future. They come and get the job done with reasonable pricing.

I received next day service! They called to let me know when they were on their way, which I appreciated. I needed the gas pipe to my stove moved and Kevin did a great job. He was courteous and quick and especially important, safe! I would use this company again.

I called Frederick ans sons, when my hose pipe brought off the house, and the water was splitting out everything. I had no idea where to the water supply was, they were there within 30 mins of me calling them. The guy was friendly and extremely helpful, and the pricing was no bad at all. Thank you!!!!

This is the absolute WORST AC company on the planet. My home builder Taylor Morrison used them as their preferred AC vendor. Whoever made that decision at Taylor Morrison CLEARLY did not look on GOOGLE and see the horrible reviews on this company. The thermostat these guys put in is an ABSOLUTE JOKE. I purchased a NEST thermostat and noticed after I installed it there was a clicking noise so I tried to call these MORONS to ask if they have problems with NEST thermostats on their units the put in my house which are Lennox. They refused to answer my questions and said that I would have to PAY an $85 service call to have a technician come out. This COMPANY is horrible. NO customer service at all. I recommend FutureWAY Mechnical. Taylor Morrison please quit using Chas Roberts as your preferred vendor for AC work.
