Saw this business advertised on the side of their van while it was parked at another business. I took a picture of the van with the name and phone number of the business, thinking I wouldn't need it. But, alas, a few weeks later I had a shower drain problem. The van advertised $64 to open a drain, and sure enough that was exactly the cost. Very reasonable.I called and was able to get an appointment for the next day. Mr. Jose Aguilar was sent out to resolve my problem. He was very professional and personable. Knew exactly what the problem was and was able to solve my problem quickly, explaining the what and why of what he recommended--and did not recommend unneeded plumbing procedures. The price was very reasonable. I'm happy. Impressed! Would definitely hire him again should I have any other problems.

I needed some work completed on my kitchen sink and Cody was great! He was on time, polite, and professional. I can’t tecommend this company and Darryl enough! We had another company come out to fix our A/C, he said it just needed refrigerant and to tighten a valve. Great....except the ceiling in our hallway was leaking...a lot and the A/C was barely working. I called the company back and they said they don’t do emergencies and the tech lied. I needed to find someone to fix this ASAP to lessen the water damage. Called Plumbing & A/C Medic- they said they would come out and try and help but were a couple hours out. Darryl arrives, takes a look, goes into the hot attic, comes out and shows pictures of the massive mess, and is flabbergasted that no other technician or company realized the units didn’t have a safety switch and recommend updating them! Long story shortened; Darryl explains the problem, the fix and how to prevent this from happening, advises and recommends a restoration company to help fix the mess. He fixes the problem (clogged drain), checks the unit, and is done. All for way less than expected, and faster. No wonder this company has such a high rating! Great service by Francisco and his associate Adrian. Both friendly and knowledgeable. Got are Hot water tank repaired as per quote and gave us further advice about our water pressure being to substantialy to hi. It was kind of them to give us a quote on the installation of a pressure reducer, fortunately for us after checking with our HOA president the Hoa will install one for us at no cost to us. Would strongly recommend their service.

Our water heater broke , so we made the choice to get a tankless water heater. Everything they said about the old water heater, why it was broken, etc made sense and they showed us exactly where the problem was. Nice and obvious just the way I like things. The next day Kyler came out and delivered and installed the new tankless water heater. He did a great job, cleaned everything up, explained everything about it to us, and was nice throughout the entire job. We’ve used them before and we’ll use them again- and you should too

I was having a extreme problem with dust in my house. The dust settlement each day was so heavy you could write your name on the top of my tables. You could also smell the dirt in the air. We had a scrubby placed on our heating/cooling system and also had them install their special air filters. I couldn't be happier. The dust is almost completely gone. I only have to dust 1 time every week or two. Also the air smells so much cleaner. It is not often you buy something these days that you are completely satisfied with. I feel this was money well spent and extremely glad I had the scrubby installed. I highly recommend this product.

Miguel was a very nice personable and knowledgeable young man and he did a good job at getting our backed up kitchen drain flowing again. We would use this company again.

Plumbing and A/C Medic came to my home this week to perform two jobs. I had just moved in to my new home and I knew work had to be done The first was to replace my gas hot water heater which believe it or not was 31 years old. I heard lot about tankless hot water heaters and they hooked me up with a 98 % efficient tankless hot water heater. I also knew that my water lines were galvanized and almost 60 years old so I had them repipe my home as well. Jerry went above and beyond what was asked of him and stayed on the job until it was done which was late into the night. I highly recommend Plumbing and A/. Medic and I will call them again for all my plumbing needs

I picked Plumbing AC Medic from the internet. They sent Carlos out to my home and he was very professional. He took the time to diagnose my toilet back-up and determined that I had a bigger issue. He called Edwin and he came out and used a camera to evaluate the drain line. Unfortunately they found some issues with my cast iron piping, but were very careful and professional to evaluate all issues to determine the full extent of the problem. I will definitely use them again. Both Carlos and Edwin were experienced, professional and careful in my home.

Quick call back and once arrived, efficient service. However, I called two days ahead so I could schedule a time and flex work obligations around that schedule. At 9:50 am called as no call or number within the 8 - 10 am scheduled time slot. I was informed that plumber got hung up on a job and was now going to arrive early afternoon. Plumber arrived after 1 PM. Company staff should call clients when there is delay in service.

Plumbing Medic was excellent! Responsive, on time and excellent communication. Our tech, Luis, was kind, thorough, and quick in unclogging our kitchen drain. He went over some preventative tips for the future as well. Would recommend Plumbing Medic and Luis specifically to anyone needing plumbing help in the future!

Very good company to work with. Answered my call early in the morning and quickly responded with a same day appointment for an AC repair. Technician was excellent and thoroughly explained everything he did and what the outcome was. I definitely recommend this company.

We were able to get same-day service, which was great. The technician, Jason, was professional, friendly and polite. He diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it quickly.The only reason I’m not giving it five stars was that I was surprised at the cost of the service call. Perhaps I am just not familiar with current pricing, it seems that $190 for the service call was high. Jason was able to give me a discount which reduced that cost somewhat.

Recently we had Plumbing and A/C Medic install a Hot Water Heater and a Water Treatment System. The representative we work with was Frank. The whole experience was great. We had dealt with Frank a couple years ago and found him not only knowledge but a great listener willing to share options. We discussed several possibilities for Water conditioning and he was helpful in giving us the pros and cons. Having gotten several other bids we knew the price was outstanding. Maybe the best assurance going to Plumbing & A/C Medic was that Frank will do a follow up in 3 months to see that everything is working correctly. My water heater was leaking and I was at a loss. I had been turned down by multiple plumbers because I had a direct vent water heater. The ones that could do the work quoted me a dollar amount I cold not meet to convert it. Michael from Plumbing Medic went above and beyond to find a safe workable solution for me. Had my AC stop blowing cold air in the afternoon on the hottest day of the year--classic Phoenix stuff. The scheduling department kept us up to date on when they would be able to send a technician out, which ended up being early the next morning. Jesus and a second technician (can't remember his name, sorry!) showed up when expected and were courteous and diligent in getting the job done. I am a renter and the team was great at communicating both with me and my landlord to get everything fixed quickly. I also appreciated that the technicians wore PPE--masks and shoe covers when in my home. Altogether, would recommend. Thanks everyone!

We had 4 plumbing companies come to our home for a clogged kitchen line. All 4 said their plumber would take care of the problem, none of them did! I knew that there had to be away for cleaning a drain without tearing the kitchen apart and jack hammering through the foundation to find a clog!!! There was. Plumbing Medic. After ten days Edwin came to our home clean, professional, courteous, positive enthusiastic attitude, the equipment to solvent and eliminate our 25ft plumbing issue. 3's a charm actual it was the 5th. Our Hot water heater went out last night and by early morning I was calling Plumbing businesses. Although the Medics were not the first I called, they WERE the first to arrive to give us a quote. The price was so good I couldn't pass it up. Cancelled the others. Within two hours we had hot water again and Mike even hauled off the old one free of charge. Great Job!

Devin found and fixed a leak that caused water and some mold damage between the garage and kitchen wall over the hot waterheater. He put me in touch with people that could clean up and restore the damaged areas. He uninstalled and re-installed the waterheater as was necessary as the work progressed. Always friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.

I came home from work around 7 to find my house was 85 degrees. I called them right away and was told someone would be out in 90 min . They were there within 45 min. They quickly and correctly assessed the problem . Privided me with several options, all with very fair pricing. I chose how I wanted to proceed, and my house was nice and cool within a few hours . Very happy with the service and will be using them for my future A/C needs.

Had my a/c go out late yesterday morning, and my regular guy couldn't get here before Monday (2 days) morning.So, I remembered that the guys who replaced my main sewer line, also did A/C. So, I called them up at 5:42PM, and the representative told me that a tech could be here in 60-90 minutes. 8-) Well, by 7:30, no call and no so.So, I called back to find out what was going on. At 8:02, the tech called and told me that he was still at another customers' house. And, because my gate control doesn't work, I elected to reschedule for the next morning (Sunday).I had told the tech that I am up early, and he could come by anytime.Well, at 6:20, I sent him a text. But, I never heard back. So, at 7:00, I called the main office again, and explained the situation. She told me that someone would be here by 10:00. Cool.Well, at about 7:25, my phone rings, and it's the tech telling me he can be here within 30 minutes, or so. 8-)He showed up, and fixed the problem. Yea!While the representatives, and the techs were very polite, and the price was very reasonable (especially for an after hours emergency), I can't give 5 Stars because of the snafu yesterday evening.

I called, Victoria said I'll get a call in 60 to 90 minutes. Carlos was excellent. He texted and arrived either an hour, last call of the day. Lucky us! He cleared our drain within minutes, explained what he was doing. He was friendly, efficient, polite, and knowledgeable. The basic quoted price is what it cost--a great price! I posted a review previously about an experience we had recently with this business concerning installation of a kitchen faucet. As I stated previously, the cost stated to my wife by the technician was way out of line. The owner of the business called me back and wanted details of the situation. I had my wife call and explain everything as she had been the one dealing with the technician. After listening to her side of the story he agreed to return her $39 check and he explained his situation as well. His technician was new and needed to check in in on situations like that. My wife and I were pleased with his kindness to return the check. That kindness goes a long way in our book. This business had replaced our faulty water heater just two months prior in speedy fashion I might add. I believe this business to be very fair in its dealings with customers.

Dana is one of a kind. He came to my home on his day off and fixed my problem so I wouldn't have any problems until he replace my old softener with a new one. Dana is a true professional. Cleaned every thing up. He is caring, and helpful. I feel you as a company are very lucky to have him. Not only did he come on his day off but he declined any payment. Both of my toilets were clogged. Multiple plunger attempts had no effect. I found Plumbing And A/C Medic's ad in the Sun Lakes Splash. It showed $64 drain unclog with camera inspection included. I called and technician Miguel arrived in about an hour. He worked diligently for an hour and a half to clear the clog. the cost was the advertised $64. An hour later Edwin arrived and did the camera inspection from the street to the rear of the house. I am totally satisfied and recommend them completely.

Kevin was amazing! Above and beyond service.He showed me what to look for when we have issues with clogs and drain problems moving forward. He brought his own workstation tools to minimize dirt, and cleaned up after.I would recommend these guys to anyone.

We had a nonemergency repair that was needed for escrow and made an appointment for the next day. Within 30 minutes I recieved a phone call and was told a technician was enroute which was great. The technician Dave was great. He was very professional, he fully explained what needed to be done and how he was going to make the repair. Plumbing AC and Medic are lucky to have Dave as an employee.

Josh is super knowledgeable and has great customer service! I needed service on 3 faucets. The first time he came, he realized I was missing an important piece. Josh called the manufacture, and explained what I had bought and the part that was missing. We then rescheduled; now I have great looking and functioning faucets!

I was charged $113 for just remove the hair under drain cap in the shower. I just called to ask for the refund of $64 unclogging fee. It's pending on the manager to approve now.

I was very impressed with the prompt courteous service. I think the technician showed up 2 hours after my initial call. He made sure that he took care of the situation quickly and was courteous and delightful to deal with.

For the price I paid for a pipe to get rerouted and a new hot water heater installed, I expected a better job. Even when they came back to redo the hot water heater, it wasn't done right. Very disappointing, I would never use them again.

NO ONE ever likes calling a plumber right?! Ugh... but when u have to—you’d better call the Plumber n A/C Medics! Not just thorough n completely competent but I felt like they cared about my draining issues and went the extra mile to determine if it was something bigger than a clogged drain! I didn’t feel like they were ‘on the clock’ and in a rush to get the thing u clogged n get out. The icing on the cake?? They’re affordable!!

Henry was the best plumber I could have asked for - he was patient and took time to educate me about what caused my issues and how to prevent it. He educated on services/products I can purchase in the future, at varying price points. He was clean and thorough. He educated me about plumbing/sewer/water treatments not related to the present issue, and admitted when something was outside his area of expertise. I will only request Henry in the future.

They were knowledgeable and quick to work. They didn’t try to tag on other charges either. They fixed the problem and even looked into more ways to figure out the root of the problem so we can hopefully work on preventing it in the future. Very happy with the service.

Our service tech was Kyler. He was friendly and courteous and answered all the questions we had about our new water softener. He even took the time to clean a sink trap in our home while we were waiting for the water softener to run it's startup cycle.

Driving down the highway and get cut off by truck number 230 as I pass him he gives me dirty looks and keeps throwing his hands up and trying to point me over to the side of the road to fight. Driver follows me for 2-3 miles with his window down taunting me trying to get me to pull over. I would not use this company, very unprofessional!

We recently had a hot water issue which required a brand new unit to be installed. This was on a Thursday and it was hard to find a place who could get the job done same-day which was needed as we have company coming this weekend... they sent out Kyler who was courteous, knowledgeable, and was able to get the old unit hauled out, and the new one installed in around 2 hours resulting in us having hot water again. Would recommend!

The entire pipe system from the foundation to the city sewer hookup needed to be replaced. Quite a depressing reality. It initially started with only one 6' section, but once they opened it up, they showed us just how brittle the cast iron section was and how the pipe going to the foundation was cracking and crumbling away even as they tried to attach the new section. All thru the work, they kept us informed of the problems and the solution choices. They have been respectful, professional and completely informative. Patient with all our questions and explanations were done in a way we could understand. I would certainly recommend them for any plumbing and a/c issues.

Been a long time user of Plumbing & AC Medic, have had a annual contract for some time, that should speak thousands. Costs are high but they are everywhere, basic higher costs for doing business - YOU GET WHAT TOU PAY FOR - I am more than happy with what they have provided and that is a lot!!

First off, when I called in a panic, the office was ready to send someone out within a few hours. Then when I got the initial problem solved without them needing to come out, they set me up w the ‘water softener expert’ at my first available time. Jaime was prompt and helpful, giving me several options. I did not feel pressured to do extras, he spent most of the day installing a new water softener and did a neat, thorough job. I had to leave before he was done and he promptly called me back the next day when I had a few more questions about the new set up. Very satisfied.

We talked to several companies before installing a new AC unit. These guys were the best! (Not the cheapest, but very reasonable and competitive)I was blown away by the time they took to sit down with us, explain the process, the options, the reasons they recommended the things they did. Trevor came out to fix my A/C unit he was very professional gave me three options regarding repairs one being a new A/C unit. HE explained everything in great details and gave me estimates as well. He answered all of my questions and was very patient. I decided to get a new A/C unit installed. Gilbert came out and was professional, very nice and explained what the job entailed and estimated how long it would take from start to finish.

We had to replace a tankless water heater and currently reside in central Phoenix. When we contacted plumbing & A/C medic, we had David come out as he is a tankless water heater specialist. Instead of going straight into a diagnoses himself, he assisted us by calling the manufacture to see if the repair could fall under the warranty. He assisted us throughout the call to ensure that we were informing the manufacture the correct information as it pertained to error messages, etc. Unfortunately, our warranty had expired and we were unsure if the repair would fix all problems as we were new home owners and not sure of all other conditions of the tankless water heater. We decided to go with replacing the water heater all together, David and the Company were very patient with us with making the decision to go forward as the cost was significant. We did call around the valley and it appeared that Plumbing Medic was comparable to most. The Company and David worked with us and our financial situation to ensure that we got what we needed and was able to finance it accordingly. The new water heater and install went so smooth and we were able to get it installed within 24 hours of us giving the company the green light. David even came out to our home the day before to ensure we understood the install and the financing in full. The install was done so clean and well, the Company and David really stand behind their work. if we have any future plumbing or A/C repairs my first stop will be plumbing & A/C medic, and hope that we can work with David again.

Update: called them out for help with the AC. Chris B came out and assessed the situation same day, gave us options and quotes going forward. Chris was very professional and kind, and gave us very reasonable quotes. I continue to be impressed by this company, and will continue to recommend them to everyone I encounter. I found them on Angies- instead of giving me the run-around and not telling me how much they would charge, they quoted me on the phone and got to my house quickly. Miguel came and started working right away and showed me everything. He wasn’t sales-y. He checked my water pressure, flushed my water heater, and gave me a ton of maintenance tips for free in addition to solving my drain problem (my dad is a waste-water engineer so I ran everything by him to verify). It cost me only $103 vs other places (which I know are generally in the $250+ range). Since we are moving, he told us that they will do a free camera inspection of the pipes in the new place. This company is top-notch and knows how to take care of their customers. 🤗

I was looking for an estimate for a tankless water heater installation. The website shows free estimates but when I tried to schedule, there was a $39 service fee. Pretty misleading. Apparently the free estimates are for high ticket items like HVAC systems.UPDATE: I updated my original 1-star rating. Jon called me back and promptly apologized for the miscommunication. The answering service over the weekend gave me bad information about the cost of a service call. I appreciate they owned the mistake and wanted to correct it. I will consider using them next time.

Henry Moreno was our plumber today. We are investment property owners and first time customer. Henry was very thorough in diagnosing the situation at a 4-plex. Clogged tub/shower drains in a couple of units. As the owner, I talked to Henry on the phone. He explained the situation, made a couple of suggestions and the pro's and con's of each. My tenants called me later and said he was very professional, explained everything to them and made sure they understood. It's not often these days that you come across professionalism, mindful of your tenants, respects property, and has a good attitude. First impressions are everything. Great job Henry. The main tech David and his partner were responsive and listened to what was initially needed. After looking over the whole system and looking at long-term costs, we decided to upgrade the system. He worked out the best price while managing the whole house needs. I’ll use them again when the next plumbing need arises.

When I called the company they were the only one of five companies that responded quickly to my major water leak. They had a tech on the job within 2 hours of my call, while the other companies had not even returned my call. He inspected the problem and prepared a quote on the spot.Due to a special tool that was required, the actual final repair was delayed one day. Once the work started the 2 man team got the job done within 3 hours and exactly for the price that was originally quoted even though we did need to remove a recently planted small tree in order to do the job correctlyI'm happy with the work that was done AND the fact that all the employees I dealt with understood my concerns, answered my questions and had a positive attitude. They came and resolved my plumbing problem even though it was after hours. The serviceperson was prompt, polite and resolved the problem very quickly. He was very creative in how he fixed the problem without having to damage the area to get to the leak but kept the price within reason.

Plumbing & AC Medic were wonderful! I have an Airbnb and my air conditioner died. I needed to replace the whole system by my next guests arrival in two days. They came out, gave me a very reasonable estimate and said they could do it in the time I needed. Sure enough, brand new AC system, all duct work under my cabin, new air handler and an electronic device for me to monitor and change the temperature over the Internet. Couldn’t be more pleased! Very courteous and knowledgeable staff throughout, including the office phone worker, sales / management team member and the great guys installing. Will definitely use them when my primary home needs work.

My husband and I have used plumbing medic over the last few years and we are very pleased with their service. The other day we discovered that the garbage disposal that Plumbing Medic installed about 2 years stopped working. With my old one I was able to turn something under the disposal and it would unclog . I hoped the same thing would happen. However I didn't see anything on the bottom and Plumbing Medic had never given me a manual. I called them and they sent Jesse Sage down. He was able to unclog the drain by turning something inside the sink drain. Same idea but a different location. Jesse said there was no charge since Plumbing Medic never gave me an instruction book. Jesse then spent time explaining how to upkeep my disposal. Jesse was very knowledgeable and I would definitely request him for our next service.We find Plumbing Medic is a top notch company!!!

Mike G., Alex S. and Jose L. arrived at my house at 8:00am for a job that should have taken roughly 4 hours. Serious issues revealed themselves after the job started. The team showed (using a camera) and explained everything to me so I understood the problem. I could not pay for the necessary repairs in cash. I was given substantial discounts from the first estimate, and they worked to find me a 0% financing option for 18 months. However, that is the least of what these Supermen did. They proceeded to work for 12 hours straight and finished the job in one day. They left my house at 8:00pm. I was astounded at that level of commitment. I have never experienced dedication like that when working with a repair crew. On top of it all, the three of them are extremely personable. Deeply clogged kitchen drain prompted my contact with P&A Medic. My reason for contacting them first was their online advertisement for $64.00 drain cleaning, most others were at least twice that much. Karen explained that they charge by the trip/service type, not by the hour. If so my bill would have been about 200 based on the time Carlos was at my home.So, Carlos was awesome, drain was cleared and it cost exactly $64.00. The service also includes running a camera down the drain to determine if they may be any other issues!Superb, professional prompt service from the first call, through the service and the follow up! Highly recommend these folks!

While having my shower redone we noticed corrosion on not only the shower pipes but also the pipes to the adjacent bathroom. Plumbing Medic was recommended to me by a coworker so I had them come out to fix it. Wes showed up and gave a fair estimate and got to work. He was fast, clean, and did exactly what I wanted. There were no surprise charges at the end like I've dealt with other service companies. They were great and I will use them for any future plumbing emergencies

The plumbing team started out decent, despite it taking two extra days they were nice and kept me informed on what was happening. Things changed drastically once they completed the project, they didn't even give me a second to make sure everything was working properly before threatening a lean on my house and showing up at my door (despite activating the loan earlier that day). Unfortunately I didn't have time to shop around since they had already started work when they told me I'd owe an additional $13k. Overall, plumbing is working but I wouldn't recommend.

Todd and Mike come out to help with the clogged toilets at my mothers house. They were very nice, and professional. Explained everything and we’re able to get my hall bathroom working. I was so lucky to have them.

I scheduled an appointment for leaking exterior faucet and I was quoted $475. When I told the tech that's way too high he immediately dropped the price down to $300, which was also way too high. I got it fixed the next day for $50 from someone honest.

Carlos helped me make sure his diagnostics were covered by my home warranty, gave me some good cheap workarounds I could do myself for soft water out of a under sink hot water dispenser. Nice guy, good company

Not very happy with this company I feel like I was scammed. They quoted one price on the phone and it ended up costing over 3 times that amount. They actually wanted over 5 times the original quote but I complained enough and they discounted it. Never again and it’s a shame because I am a property manager and could send them lots of business.

So.. getting the guest room set up for visitors and I noticed the bathroom toilet was a little wobbly. I can fix that.... one thing led to another and I ended up buying a new toilet. But the install began to go bad... this morning at 7:45 I called Plumbing and A/C Medic and asked for some help. By 9:00 Francisco was at my door and a short time later my problem was solved. And it wasn't a death punch to the wallet either. Thanks to Plumbing and A/C Medics for the fast and affordable service and thanks to Francisco for the professional help!

The service I received from Plumbing medic was excellent. It was a holiday weekend but they were prompt and providing a temporary fix followed in a couple days by a permanent one. The plumbing technician, Kyler, was exceedingly Pleasant and professional. He was one of the hardest workers I've ever seen. I would not hesitate to use their service again.

While my aunt went a week without a visit from the a/c people her home warranty people selected (in 108 degree heat), AC Medic put people on site at my mother's house the day of the call. They worked diligently to figure out the problem and stood by their warranty. They even returned for something unrelated to their work (though originally thought to have been caused by them). After what I witnessed, I wouldn't hesitate in having them to my place, when a/c or plumbing problems arise.Update: The problem started again, less than a month after the repair. They have been unable to get a technician to the house in 24 hours. Lack of urgency in standing by their work has lowered my rating from 5 stars to 4. While it's an AZ summer and there are probably others with similar issues, the money spent on the system(s) and recent repair is obviously not being spent of able-bodied and available staff. I will update again, when complete.

Prompt friendly service from making the appointment to follow through with everything promised. Dave was very helpful in dealing with our Reem hot water heater warranty. We will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to friends and family.

I had a awful drain clog that was cause my sink water to back up into bathtub and toilet. The guys came in and checked everything wanted to ensure was a simple drain clog so not wasting my time or money. They ran a camera checked my pipes even connected me with a company that works with my home owners insurance to come out and take care of installation and wood under bathroom from the flooding so I didn't end up with mold or more damage all this for their very great fee. Feel like a got way more then what I paid for which is what you really want in these economically challenging times

My experience with Plumbing & A/C is always a placent one, today's technician (Gilbert) explained everything clearly and professionally, great 👍 person.

After receiving other quotes for a new water softening/filtering system, including a complete water line replacement, we were hesitant on moving forward. But the estimate from Paul at Plumbing & A/C Medic was fair and understandable. Plus, we got lucky and work started the next morning. All of the staff and techs were professional and friendly. We were surprised to have everything done by the end of day 2 and couldn't have been happier! The ONLY reason we took one star off is that we weren't told beforehand about the additional interior holes that were needed to connect the outdoor location of the water softener. We do understand the reason for it, and love the quality work they all did. If you need a professional plumber who does quality work, give them a call!

Every time I have to call a plumber it feels like a hostage situation. The team at plumbing medic make the process pretty painless. The first time I called them, it was 10pm and my main line to the septic clogged. I google searched for a company that could come out. Everyone including roto rooter said it would cost a minimum of 400.00 dollars (roto was 525.00) and almost all of them discouraged me from having someone come out and to have them come in the morning.... (so much for 24 hour service). The “medics” were super professional and sympathetic to the situation and didn’t bat an eye when I asked if they could come out that night. They only charged $160.00, and 99 of it was the emergency hours fee. Joe was on time and did an awesome job clearing the line quickly with no complaining about the hour.Fast forward 28 days. Same line clogged and i found out it was covered under their warranty. I was blown away. I’m not an expert, but I respect the fact that they aren’t taking advantage of people. Thanks to (Brandy?) the dispatcher as well. All the other company dispatchers were the ones trying to get me to book daytime appointments... high fives to all🙌🏻🙌🏻

Called to have a drain cleared because laundry area was flooding gallons of water every time upstairs did dishes or laundry..Guests of condo were elderly..One has a serious health condition.. They both told me the technician showed up with a bad attitude and it got worse after he saw all the work that was involved.. He told a lie to the guests and to his dispatch that he had called for payment information but no one answered.. My associate said no one called I checked his caller ID.. So he basically left and told them he wasn't doing it because he could not be paid for it.. The guest called me extremely upset and when I spoke to dispatch they put me in touch with a supervisor who could absolutely care less.. I have never seen anything like it..The dispatchers are unprofessional,unorganized and I have put their name out on a local property management social media that I am a part of for them not to use plumbing medic.. I'm also going to contact the contractor's license board to see if there's any type of complaint I could file.. If I can save just one person from getting treated like this I've done my job..

A very professional experience from the office support to Kevin, my service tech. I called Tuesday with my issues and had service Wednesday morning at 9:00AM! Kevin worked quickly and cleanly. He could not have been better in any way!!!I question pricing as there was quite a difference between what was advertised, my original quote, and the final cost. While a significant issue, this was my only concern.

A large chain and their third party contractors came to my house to install a washer and in an hour had insulted me, cussed at me, created a leak they couldn’t stop, shut off the water entirely to my house, basically shrugged their shoulders and said I needed a plumber and then literally ran down the road leaving me with a mess. And boy was I also a mess.So my mom has used this company before and had me reach out for them to come out and assess the situation. I received a call from a very nice scheduling lady who let me know who would be coming out by name and a time. That was really nice. I knew who I was expecting. It was also nice that their truck had their name on it. I knew who I was dealing with and not some generic white truck or third party truck showing up. It was who she said - their company truck and a man named Todd.Todd showed up, listened to my poor story of an awful morning (completed with some tears) and was just incredibly kind. A breath of fresh air. He gave me a reasonable quote for the mess of valves behind my washer and dryer that needed to be fixed. Fair quote. They have a membership program that any homeowner should just invest into like you do your netflix. The topic came up of my leaky shower. It sounds embarrassing to admit but I’d been keeping a bucket in there because I could not stand the water being wasted. I was watering my garden with the leak water - that’s how bad it was. Easy peasy to add those. Todd was very cool about that - even reminding me that his truck is stocked to do all these jobs as needed.Literally within an hour of him arriving, I have a running washer and dryer, running water, and a no leaky shower. Now I’m crying happy tears and not from the other guys.Seriously, really appreciated Todd. Really do. It was an easy experience for a new homeowner. Ask for Todd if you can. Really recommend him.

Called Wednesday afternoon to have main drain snaked next day. They told me between noon and 4pm. They called at 3pm and told me no one could make it. We have a funeral this weekend and 50 people coming over. They are supposed to have 24 your emergency service, but no one available tonight or Friday to do the work. They did offer to find a different company, but I have been waiting all day for them and they left me hanging. They say they care but they obviously do not. If you have guaranteed service and customer satisfaction, as their website says, then you make it work, even if you have to call in an off duty tech. I am done with their company.

Had experience with 2 plumbers Wes and Jake of Plumbing & A/C Medics. Both plumbers were clean respectful and communicative with us. The quality was top notch and all though a bit pricey, there work is clean and there warranties are backed by a 5 year. If your looking for quality work with excellent crews this is a one stop shop.

Miguel and Edwin were amazing! Knew exactly what was needed to be done and took the necessary steps to get the job completed to the best of their abilities. They did not rush through the job. They took all the precautions to assure that the drain would run clear without causing any damage to my old pipes. Sad to say I need some pipe replaced. These two young gentlemen were very kind, courteous and professional.

Well, I had to have my main sewer line replaced on my Mfg Home. After checking around, Plumbing & A/C Medic came in over $1,800.00 less than the high bid, AND was able to come out the next day (vs a week +). And, everyone that I dealt with (telephone CSR and field techs) were great to deal with. Everyone was professional, yet nice and polite. Keep it up guys (sorry for the delayed posting; have a major medical issue going on with my mother).

It's never a good thing to find out you have a water leak, especially if you are living in a older model domesticated camping trailer. Not many professional services will even give you an estimate. But from start to finish this company was absolutely top-notch. From the moment the receptionist set up the appointment (same day!) for the estimate inspection up to the completed project, every step of the way I felt confident things were in good hands. The most personable and professional technicians I've ever had, they were very detailed in explaining what needed to be done, and several times asked if I had any questions. I'm very thankful to have everything in perfect working order again. They did a great job, definitely went above and beyond my expectations, I would recommend you give them a call!

I’ve used them twice now. Once when I bought my house a few years ago to fix some poorly done plumbing jobs that the previous owners did themselves and again when my hot water pipe burst under my house. They are always on time, they communicate really well, and they seem very open and honest about the work needed, and above all they are very friendly. They will remain the company I use because they do really quality work while making sure they give you the most fair price. When our hot water pipe burst, we had it taken care of quickly and with great attention to detail. There had to be some cuts in the drywall to run the pipes and they communicated all this beforehand so we knew. Dave, our plumbing medic, knew we were planning to patch the walls up ourselves so he did a perfect job cutting so we could use the same patches of drywall to repair it. So amazing and we love this company. Thanks, Dave!

Over the years of being a homeowner, I’ve learned to handle most repairs. I thought flushing out a water heater was simple but because I have a Hot Water Recirculation Pump it confused be enough and I was unable to learn from googling it. I was visiting my elderly father, and while I was there, his water heater went out. I called and was able to set a day and time to have one of your technicians come out and replace it for him. I was given a call on the day the technician was to arrive, and he was on right on time! When he got there, he was very nice and extremely courteous. His name was Jake, and he was a very easy going guy. I had to leave before the installation was complete, and there was a little water on the garage floor from where the old water heater had failed. I didn't even ask him to, but he used the squeegee my father had in the garage and cleaned the water up. When I returned to my father's house to check on the work, it looked perfect. There was no sign that somebody was even there, other than a new water heater in the old ones place. I would highly recommend these guys, and especially Jake! If I have any plumbing issues at my house, I know who I will be calling, and I know who I will be asking for! When I find a company/person that does great work, I stick with them! Called Plumbing Medic this afternoon for a subpump that would not stop running. They had Frank, who had installed this new pump about two years ago, out at our home within 2 hours of my call! Love that fast service. Frank arrived and was able to solved the problem quickly and without have to take everything apart. I was happy that they were able to send out Frank who was familiar with the plumbing situation in our basement. He also took the time to go over what we could do to make sure we didn't get any of that 'sewer' smell that can happen when toilets, sinks, tubs, etc aren't used for awhile. Thanks Frank!

I didn't read my review from 2 years ago and got scammed again in 2022. Received a coupon in the mail that states they charge $64.00 drain unclog - any drain - Any time. I informed Victoria it was the roof pipe that needed to be unclog. I asked her if they also charged 64.00 for it. She assured me that was the only charge. I asked her at least 3 times if there would be any additional charges. At least 3 times she assured me there would not be any additional charges. Once the kid plumber got here he told me it there be an additional charge of 99.00 to climb on the roof. I told him i was told there would not be any additional charges besides the $64. He told me he would check with the office to see what the recording said. He came back and told me i was told there would be an additional $39 service charge. I told him that was not true because that is not what their flyer promises and i would not have accepted. Then he had the gall to tell me that with his 5 years experience he knew i needed an additional service for $550! I told him that with a company that so blatantly lies i would not hire him for anything. I also told him that the plumbers with the house plumbing warranty, with 25 years experience each, after cleaning our line indicated that the roof line needed cleaning. So don't waste your time or money! 2 years ago they wanted to charge me $400 to unclug our shower and 250.00 to find the clean out! I found a plumber that unclothed the shower for $89!..... - 2 yrs so review - I need my main to be cleaned out. I informed them I did not know where the clean outs were. I was told their technician was qualified to find them. I was told they had a special price right now of $64.00. The technician call and told me cleaning the line with the roto rooter is not good and that they had another process that really worked that is over 400.00. I informed him that using the roto rooter seems to have worked every time we have used it in other properties. Then I asked him about finding the clean out. He said he does not have the tools to do it. I informed him other plumbers find it with a metal rod they poke on the dirt He said he doesn't have it and that he would not dig to get access to it. I told him I would dig the dirt if he could locate the clean out. He said he would charge extra. I called the company back and they had a supervisor call me who said that to find the clean out would be over 250.00.Scam!!!! Thanks but no thanks!

I initially called Plumbing & A/C Medic because the P-trap under my kitchen sink became dislodged. Both the scheduler and the Plumbing Technician displayed exemplary professionalism. Sarah went out of her way to ensure that a technician was dispatched to my home as expeditiously as possible. Our technician, Kyler, was incredibly knowledgeable about his trade and quickly resolved several plumbing issues that had been ongoing in my home. The P-trap was originally installed improperly by the builders and was quite cumbersome. Kyler was very patient with regards to removing the old pipes and created more storage space under the sink with his spectacular rework. You could tell that he takes great pride in his work.I have worked with numerous contractors, but few are as courteous, friendly, capable and as professional as Kyler. I would wholeheartedly recommend Plumbing & A/C Medic to my friends and family.Thanks, Kyler, now I have to go wash dishes!😂

Really great price for lots of manual labor. Eddie was very friendly and spent almost 2 hours digging around my pipes to find the possible issue due to old irrigation pipes. I wouldn't of dug that deep thinking irrigation would never go so low. Thanks for the help guys. Your prices are amazing. Only charged me inspection fee even after all that work!

I had been calling around trying to get a plumber to come over and fix a drain & I was getting agravated & fed up. And then I was at the dentist and saw a truck for these guys saying they clear drains for $64! I thought, great, maybe I'm going to get it taken care of. I called & was surprised that they could come out within 90 minutes. Joel Flores & Jose Martinez arrives, came in looked at the problem & had it taken care of in less than an hour. I was impressed! I would recommend them to everyone.

So they were quick to come out the first day. But didn't know what the problem is so said they needed to put a camera down the pipe the next day probably around noon. It's now end of business and never heard from them today other than a text saying I was on the schedule. Thankfully not out any money, but don't have an answer either. The gentleman who came by was 5 stars, super nice, friendly, no problems but clearly there's a major scheduling problem.*Update: so my husband looked at it closely over the following weekend. We changed the valve first which didn't help. Secondly changed the flap which fixed the problem. Find it crazy that their trained plumber couldn't figure out the problem was the rubber flap. Guess it saved me a $60 camera fee that they didn't show up the next day, overall very disappointed.

Everyone I spoke to was super friendly and really tried hard to accommodate my scheduling needs. I clogged my kitchen sink and it was under seventy dollars for them to come out same day and unclog it. Bertin showed up and was really professional, polite, and informative. He explained everything to me while he worked through his process. There were no hard sales tactics. He presented different options, which would cost more, and explained what each one would be and why it might be necessary. He was in and out within thirty minutes and I paid no more than I was originally quoted. I will absolutely be recommending the plumbing & A/C Medic, and Bertin, and using them for my own future needs.

Irving and Abdiel were very professional. This wasn't just an easy snake the drain unclog job. About 15 years of grease, decaying food from garbage disposal totally clogged my drain. They went beyond what I expected and I felt they are very trustworthy. Great job guys. We just purchased a new home and was unsure what the prior owner purchased and/modified before we moved in. We called Plumbing & AC Medic to checkout the system, teach us how to use the water softener settings, and find out why the tankless was so slow to get water to the master bedroom.They found several problems with the prior install and a burned out circulation pump. They worked with the manufacturer to replace parts that were still under warranty and gave me a realistic estimate on what the repair costs would be. They also checked the house and found other plumbing issues that, if we did not attend to, could cause us a great deal of damage down the road.I was extremely impressed with their ability to communicate and teach me what was needed to make a good financial decision. I felt confident in their knowledge and desire to help their customer.We are still in the process of making repairs and glad to be working with them. I would recommend them to family and friends.

A/C Medic really cares about their customers. My home warranty referred me to another Co., that didn't care about my up coming surgery in 2 days. I called A/C Medic and they cared about me and they immediately came out and replaced my AC in a very professional manner, and best of all, just in time for my surgery. Now I don't have to worry and greatly appreciate their fact responses. I highly recommend A/C Medic.

1. Got off on a bad foot when the service desk could not follow instructions that I’d need to communicate via text, so my original appointment got pushed to a work day (I work from home).2. The tech did not keep his mask over his face most of the time, even though I was wearing one. Normally I would have required he put it on but instead I just kept the interaction outside and did not let him in the house. Masks are important to me because I have just finished radiation treatment and my immunity is not it’s best.3. The tech said it would probably be $200 but he needed to check on the labor charge first. He came back with a much higher estimate after speaking to his manger. I asked for a written explanation from the manager on why the broken valve ($10 plastic part) had to be brass (Estimate over $600), before providing payment for the diagnostic so that I could verify this was accurate. The tech, while polite himself, stayed in my front yard under his boss’s orders saying he couldn’t leave without payment. I offered to call in with my card number later or send a check after receipt of a written explanation but he said he could not leave. Imagine someone declining to leave your property when asked under any circumstance...it is upsetting, it feels unsafe.My dog was going nuts, I was on a work call at the time. I did pay him $40 just to have him leave so I wouldn’t get in trouble with my own work call, and because I was getting really upset and uncomfortable with his presence at this point-it’s just me and my daughter at home today. It sounds like they wanted to use parts that would necessitate an expensive repair. Another licensed contractor I spoke with says plastic can be used, and he anticipates it will be $150 or so.

This company has been all around outstanding. We were referred to them by another company that didn't service our area. Every time I have spoken with the receptionists, they have always been very friendly, understanding and eager to help, and I had a great impression of the company to start with, which is super important. The company is very responsive with trying to schedule a technician for service as soon as they can, both times so far we have had someone out next day if the same day wasn't available, and great communication all around between the office, myself and the technician. I need to leave a huge shout out to our technician, Devin! We are still in the process of some repairs, but we are so thankful for him. He is professional and knows his craft in and out, and was able to answer our questions in detail. While he was thoroughly inspecting our property, he discovered that our gas water heater was leaking carbon monoxide from the top into our garage. I was shocked and can only imagine how long this has been going on for, since I hadn't been feeling the most well for a while, and not to mention we have small kids at home. I'm so thankful he showed up to work that day ready to do a job well done, little did he know that that attention to detail saved our family's health!!! He even waited to seal up the leak, free of charge, while the gas company came out to inspect the home and make sure if the house and property was safe to be at. Once they had taken all their readings, Devin sealed the gap where the gas was coming from and waited even longer while I finished up with the gas company. We are now still in the process of getting some other things taken care, as we probably have some sort of sewer gas leaking in our master bath too, and our water pressure is also low. I have appreciated the company's honest feedback and no pressuee approach as well. The initail inspection was very affordable, especially given the quality that comes with it! The costs can add up, but I'm pretty sure we will be able to go through our home insurance for the leak and major repair. They also do have payment options available if needed too. Highly recommend these guys!! Top notch service, 5 stars for the whole team, they all deserve it!

Charged us 150.00 and was not able to solve our leak with a brand that they said they knew how to service. I would have preferred that they were honest with me and said that they didn't work on that make and model. Wasted my time and money and I still don't have a solution for no hot water.

I am taking the time to write this review because I had exceptional service from Plumbing Medic. Home repairs are definitely not my area of expertise, and I was on the lookout for a dependable, trustworthy company. As soon as Mike walked in my door, I felt like I made a good choice. I appreciated the time he took to explain and show me the work he was doing as well as suggesting a maintenance program that the company offered. I had the same experience with Austin 2 days later when he arrived to check my AC unit. He took time to explain how the unit worked, how maintenance prolonged the life of my HVAC and various options I could consider. I am a new Plumbing Medic customer, and I plan to continue to use the company's services in the future.

Miguel was on Tim, responsive and knowledgeable. We had a exterior basement drain that was slow to drain. He share what he could do and the pros and cons of that. He was able to clean the drain so when monsoon season comes we have peace of mind that the patio will not back up into our basement. We asked him about scoping the rest of our drains and he did not over sell us on services not needed. He did however drain and inspect our water heater for no charge. Highly recommend them.

Plumbing Medic has always provided me with a very prompt appointment for a plumber. Even when it isn't urgent. In this case it wasn't urgent, but I did need help with a toilet that was rocking. It was fixed just the way I want it by a gentleman, Francisco, who was most kind and helpful. And ihe cleaned up the job afterward. I appreciate all of that thank you.

Michael was terrific. Had a problem mid-evening, in the dark and cold, and he was ready to fix it. Instead, we told him to come back in the morning, when it was light, and (hopefully) warmer weather. He then worked with a neighbor to access her water line overnight, so that we had a continuous supply of water until morning. He came back early the next morning and explained every step of repair and did an efficient and excellent job for us. Extremely professional. Would definitely use him again.

We were delighted with Plumbing Medic; they repaired an iron pipe under the house and replaced Orangeburg pipes from the house to the main line and they installed 2 clean-outs. The team was competent and responsive, showed us via camera the condition of our pipes and explained every process. Their price was competitive and reasonable given the time and number of workers we saw work on repairing our problem. High praise.

Nick came and figured out what was wrong with faucet. He was courteous and professional.Updated Review 10/21/19:We had a problem with our vents not being capped off inside so it was blowing out fiberglass particles, which means we’ve been breathing in these fiberglass particles for 19 months. AC Medic came out and sealed each vent in the house to stop the fiberglass particles. They did a great job. Michael and Gilbert were the techs who came out and they were early and did a professional job and explained what they were doing. They finished in just over two hours and they cleaned up when they were done.

The job was done fast and they were super friendly. They always kept informed of the work they were doing and notified me anytime they found problems. Job very well done, i would and will recommend them to everyone.

Francisco is a wonder! I had problems with my water heater . He was right on it. He discovered many things in the house that needed his skill. It has taken forever to get hot water to my kitchen sink. Francisco also fixed that problem along with the many others. He resolved other issues that I wouldn't have know about until disaster would have caused major issues. I have great trust and value his knowledge. He was here for the entire day . He recieves not 5, but 6 stars from me.

We needed a service call and eventual replacement for our hot water tank. The scheduling was pretty straight forward (just wish they’d give a shorter window of time, but they called to give me 30 minutes heads up to get home once the tech was ready), the initial repair didn’t end up working but they came back out and got the new one installed right away. The 2nd installer/technician Frank was knowledgeable, friendly and polite.

Joe was knowledgeable friendly and up front about everything he was doing. This is the reason I purchased the service partner plan. I would recommend A/C Medic to all family and friends without any reservations.

They unclogged our kitchen sink drain. Employee Miguel was very professional and did an excellent job. I was impressed how they placed protective rug on the floor, and then cleaned up the work area when the job was completed. This is the extra touch you don't often see from repair and service companies today! I will be contacting this company for any future services needed.

I have had my last 4 inspections from this company have to be rescheduled. They expect you to be waiting on them all day and never give you a heads up early that they have issues. Today I called at 2pm to be sure they were still coming for there scheduled appointment and they said they were. At 3:45 they called back and said they weren't coming. I am cancelling my service with this company and moving on with someone else.

A small leak turned into a almost $6,000 bill. The price quoted to us knocked us back as a huge surprise. I wish we we're worked with more as far as discounts for perhaps paying the bill in full or maybe a first time customer deal, but no love there unfortunately.Was told this expensive process came with some sort of warranty. If I'm paying this much I want to make sure it's covered in case something goes wrong. After I paid my invoice there wasn't any line items for any warranty with any time frames, what's covered, dollar amounts, etc. Called and requested info and was told we'd receive an email with warranty info at noon that day. Never happened.Kind of disappointed, hoped for more support in regards to the experience when shelling out so much money.

Francisco showed up on time. He was very well groomed and took pride in his appearance which shows that he is proud of himself and his company. Being that I know hardly anything about plumbing, he could have just said OK and replaced the whole toilet as that is what I thought I needed. However he took the time to advise me that all I really needed was a new tank which saved me quite a bit of money in the long run. This kind of service is greatly appreciated as I had 2 other companies come out and give me estimates and since I asked for a new toilet, that is what they were going to do and not even make any suggestions. Great Customer service! Had a laundry room plumbing back up! Able to clear backup and let me know I had a bigger problem (a bad rusted out pipe due to my house being old) due to fact that they send camera down pipes for every drain clear! This knowledge will save me money in long run because I now can get it fixed before it becomes a major problem! Francisco charged my mother in law $1000 to install a brand new water heater. Water temp was not working like before after new installation. Water was cold & not getting hot water after few minutes. Tech said the BRAND NEW water heater must have a malfunction before even coming to see it. & said he would need to charge us again to reinstall new parts that we would need to order for this new boiler. Called a more local company & with their instructions fixed the issue ourselves. NO NEW PARTS NEEDED FOR AGAIN A NEW Water heater. We were over charged $500 for something that typically now we know shouldve been $570 or so. & still were being lied to-to be charged again for something we did NOT need to do. I will leave it at that. Disappointed & i never post reviews but felt others are getting blindsided. Never calling this company again & ensuring to warn anyone who mentions the name.

I liked the company AAA Cooling.Now, I guess, they were bought by Plumbing & A/C Medic, and their new charging is outrages.I have just paid $284 for clearing condensate drain line, a 20 min work. I was told that clearing the drain will be $195 and I was fine with that.The invoice had a diagnostic charge too, which was $89, which was just taking out the microswitch from its container and confirming that water was there (10 seconds).I liked the guys that performed the work, I knew them from before, so for that I give them one additional star. 2 stars in total.I guess it is time for me to look for a new A/C company.

I am shocked that Plumbing Medics have such a high rating - we had an appalling experience with them. The switch board lady was wonderful, but then they sent this guy who was so uncomfortable and rude that I do not know how he still has a job. He just stood there while we dug up the ground for him to show the leak and then he gave us a quote without even really looking at the job or even speaking to us. I kept offering information and he just ignored me and flipped through his iPad - SO odd! Then when he gave us a quote that we felt was higher than we expected, I called another plumber to do a price check & my fiance called his buddy who is a plumber. When I came back to say that we would have him do the job he threw up his hands saying how mad he was that I called another plumber in front of him, so we were on our own and he stormed out of our house! We had already cancelled every other plumber we had coming & it was going on the evening of a weekend night. We received slight condolences from the switch board lady, but when she called us back she said she checked with the owners and they felt it was a fair price so they would give us a slight discount due to poor customer service BUT a - the price wasn't even the issue and b - they couldn't get anyone out there until the next day even though we had to leave that night. So we were out of luck after hours of nonsense with this company.

He was very pleasant to talk with while doing the work and explaining what he was doing. He seems as though he would be a good trainer for the plumbing field. I had a leaky tub faucet , and my hot water from washer was leaking. I called, they sent someone out the very next day. They were so kind. I had them instal a new toilet 9 mo ago. I've used this company three times now with my plumbing issues. Each time has been a good experience. The technicians are friendly and professional. They take the time to explain what is going on with your plumbing issue and not oversell their service. I used Dave recently for a shower issue and he took the time to really find out what was going on without ripping my ceiling apart where there was water damage. We found the problem without having to replace any pipes. It could of been very expensive to repair, but instead it was a corroded gasket. We did have to cut some sheet rock in the ceiling but at least we found the leak before further water damage. I will definitely continue to always use this company and ask for Dave.

What a difference a professional plumber can make. I had Kyler come out to a property to fix some poorly done repairs made by a homeowner trying to save money. I was a little skeptical about them advertising that they would clear a drain blockage for $64 but I called and they came out the same day and cleared it out with no strings attached for $64. I'm happy with their service.Update: the day they came out to unglogged the drain they try to sell me on running a camera down the main line to see if there's an issue. I kindly declined but they insisted and said it was free so I let them do it. They said they drain looked bad and said they should pressure wash the main for a lot of money. I quickly declined again and they left. The next day the drain was clogged again and they came out to unclog it for free. Again they try to sell me on pressure washing it but I said no. They unclogged the drain and left. The next day it clogged again. This time I called another plumbing company and they unglogged it for good and didn't try to upsell me. It's been 2 weeks and the drain isn't clogged. Be careful of the $64 foot in the door tactic. They'll make up a problem.

We had a problem with our air conditioning unit and called Plumbing & A/C Medic as we have used this company several times in the past for plumbing issues. Within a few minutes of our call, a dispatcher notified us that a technician (Joe) was on the way. He diagnosed the problem, explained the options, cost, and alternatives and then quickly resolved the problem. We were very pleased with the responsiveness and Joe's service. We will use Plumbing & A/C Medic again and highly recommend them.

This company is great! So professional, communicative, and helpful. All three of the employees we interacted with were friendly and professional. We had them unclog our main drain line and do a camera inspection so we were able to see that the line is now completely free and clear. When we still had some issues with our washer line backing up after the drain was unclogged, they came back and stuck with the issue until they were able to identify exactly what was wrong (long story short, it was an issue before it even reached the main drain line). It is rare to find a company that will stand behind their work like this.

Henry was very profession and communicated the process and what to expect. In addition to unclogging the drain, he found a broken pipe collar under the sink leaking which he promptly replaced. The service person had no idea about how the HVAC system worked or what it was. After claiming that our condenser was on the roof because he “knew our development” and delaying his appointment 2 days he showed up to find it wasn’t on the roof. Since the beginning I told him we had a complete unit in our condo he claimed it was in the basement which it wasn’t. Later he calls to say his manager says we have a Magic Pak unit and they don’t carry that brand. Turns out we don’t have a Magic Pak and he has no clue about HVAC units. Wasted 3 days!

They were super responsive to come to the house in an hour. Showed me where the water cut off valve was and replaced the faucet in no time at all. Wes, the plumber, was extremely professional and did a great job. I would definitely use them next time an issue comes up.

The employees rate a 5+. All of the guys were respectful of property covering everything around going out of their way to haul things out. Joe, Edwin and the team were a pleasure to deal with. It was a bad time and situation for me but they did their best to make it easier. What started out as a major back up turned out to be a massive repiping due to old cast iron pipe collapse. I love the cameras that show all the damage plus getting to see the pieces they have haul out ugh!! Big job and big price but unavoidable and pretty standard in the field. They also hauled away ALL the debris and moved things back in place.The only reason I dropped to 4 stars is the financing company Plumbing Medics works with. The paperwork is deceiving listing a monthly payment and payment schedule that exceeds the promotional period so loan would not be paid off in the 24 month 0% interest timeframe. This could easily be misunderstood leaving someone unknowledgeable with the fine print thinking they were paying off only to get all the interest dumped on them at end of promotional period doubling the amount paid. And interest at 24% !!! Can you you spell loan shark or maybe fraud. I have excellent credit and even my credit cards are lower interest rates. If I had known this from start I would have paid with credit card then got a personal loan to pay off at much lower rate. Too late for me now, I called the loan company to move balance to credit card but they say not possible so I will just double up my payments for now. While this might be standard practice with these loan companies helping out with sudden home repair costs it is wrong in so many ways!! Unfortunately financing is not in control of Plumbing medics. I advice them to seek a better partnership with a better loan company.

Jeff was amazing. He spent the time to inform me of all my options as well as which option was conducive to my lifestyle. He replaced my old, leaky hot water heating tank with a more modern tankless heater. He also came back to my residence the following day to inspect a potential gas leakage. I personally find it important and respectable that he came back to check his own work.This place has surpassed my needs. They helped a first-time home owner and didn’t make me feel stupid for not understanding all of what a failing hot water tank entails.Thank you guys so much!

Just had pressure control valve and 2 shut off valves replaced. The technician, Kyler, was very courteous and professional. He explained all my options in detail including ones I was unaware of. He even suggested more viable alternatives to projects we have planned. His workmanship deserves better than 5 stars. We will ask for him when it comes time for our next plumbing project.

I had 3 drains backing up in to the house with raw sewerage. I needed someone right away to stop the drains from backing up. The dispatcher called me back right away, an within 2 hours someone was at my door from Plumbing &AC Medic It took him 30 minutes to clear my drain and the price was right. I would use them for all your plumbing needs. They are courteous and professional and fast.

I got in touch early in the morning, got an appointment for the same day with a 4 hour window. They reached out to me again about an hour/half and advised me that someone was 15 minutes out. Luis (tech) arrived, very friendly, professional. He went over the process, proceeded to do the work to unclog a kitchen sink. Unclogged and tested after snaking. Offered solutions for preventative maintenance. Never pushy, no hard upselling either. I told him I would think it over regarding options. All in all a great experience. Would recommend.

Their excellent customer service starts at the first phone call and extends all the way through the service. Francisco came to the house, made a quick estimate which is communicated prior to service. This is the second time we have had Francisco for plumbing services. He remembered us from the previous time which was nice. His work is very professional and expeditious. He did not mind me watching and answered all my questions which adds to my comfort. Very happy with the results and will use them in the future for all my plumbing work.

Words can’t explain enough of how happy we are with plumbing medic. We initially tried another company with a 39$ drain snake special, which was just a way thru the door, and before fixing any of our issues they contacted a home repair company that came out immediately and tried strong arming us into opening a home owners claim up to do costly cosmetic repairs that were absolutely unnecessary. Then they had a camera guy come out, who would not disclose the location of our problem without an extra 600$. We felt like the whole thing was a scam. We found Plumbing Medic online and although several other companies would not even see us for another week, Lachelle was able to get techs over to our house that evening, and they didn’t over charge us for after 5pm arrival. And hour or so later Henry showed up, I gave him the scope of the problem, and he listened carefully and was very helpful and courteous. He then brought out Abdiel, they walked us thru 3 different options without making us feel like they were selling any of it. We decided to move forward with them, and it was the best decision we could’ve made. They were able to shift some appointments for the next day around and get to us first thing in the morning, knowing that we had no bathroom in the house. Both Henry and Abdiel were true professionals, clean, and respectful to our home and to us. They kept us in the loop on everything that we needed to do, and never made us feel like we were asking too many questions. This was all happening approximately 2 weeks before our wedding that is happening at our home, so our stress level was very high. Once they got going, I could literally feel all of the stress leaving my body. We were able to focus on our wedding and no longer worry about the issues that they were totally on top of. The price was more than fair, and there were no hidden fees or surprises at the end of it all. We were able to set up a same as cash payment plan so we didn’t have to tie up our wedding funds on house repairs. It means the world to have technicians in your home that you feel comfortable with and trust fully, both Henry and Abdiel were all that and more..thank you again to everyone at Plumbing Medic! Not happy. Jose did not wear mask or shoe covering.He did not clean up the work site.He put toilets in shower and bathtub while cleaning out drains. He needed my help to get drain cable in down portion of sewer line. Prices on repairs were not equal to too work performed. Did not do repairs as requested by owner but gave a false reason why it could not be not corrected . Did not use any effort to protect areas from Corona virus transmission to home owners Did not do job to accommodate use of facilities by present home owners waiting for toilets. He too long to finish and made many trips in and of house and did not return for extended periods. IWould not recommend Company to others!

I had a unique leak from my kitchen sink that was a difficult job for the techs. From identifying the leak to fixing the leak the techs were both very professional. They did the work in a timely fashion and cleaned up the mess.If I had one complaint it would be that they don’t repair drywall when it is damaged to make the repair. If they had somebody that could do those repairs it would makes things easier for the customer. Would get a 5 Star if that happened.

Technician arrived and very quickly ran rooter down drain 3x thought we had clog at 30’ then 60’ and then back out and assumed it was complete when his supervisor showed up with his camera. Which he ran down line and stated wait it’s no cleared. So tech broke out equipment again and ran down line again until water drained down again. At which point camera went down again and at 15 feet he found a white mass he stated was roots. I asked if tech was going to rerun with a blade on his rooter. Manager stated they didn’t do that they used water jetting to do that cleaning. Which was going to be I believe $860 additional. At which point I stated no thanks.Skip to today when we returned from a trip that we left the day of our initial cleaning. And to our surprise drain had filled up into house from our water softener running. Called and was told that not only wouldn’t not get the special price that I paid the first time I would have to pay again as I declined the $800 additional charge.Update,Manager called and refunded all fees, stated that proper protocol is to rerun drain and inspect.Happy that they stood behind their work.

Wes is the best plumber I have ever used. Pricing was unbeatable. Showed up super fast and got right to work fixing it. Had a main water shut off valve that broke and he worked non stop until it was replaced and I had water again. Eddie C. was the most professional technician I have ever worked with. I've had 6 water softeners installed in the last 15 years and I would recommend Plumbing Medic (specifically Eddie) to perform the work every time. Plumbing & A/C Medic is one of THE best Company's I've ever called for service! Arrived home late afternoon to find my gas hot water tank leaking water from the bottom and onto my garage floor !! Upon inspection I discovered it was original to the house and over 20 yrs old ! My sons recommended that I call Plumbing Medic and am SO happy I did. Plumbing & A/C Medic had someone to my home within 45 minutes. Their technician, Dave was so knowledgeable and explained all of my options for replacing the unit.Dave did an excellent job !! Not only did he have to change the water shut off pipe and valve because of corrosion, but also had to run new copper pipe to accommodate the larger tank ! The return time was imediate next day 730am telephone customer service rep. was friendly and knowledge. Service technician CARLOS showed up same morning, on time, professional in appearance, friendly, great additude, ready to help! The initial examination went well, quick and efficient. Carlos discovered my issue and concluded I required a second more detailed examination of my lines. 2nd day Carlos again showed up on time and professional, hit the ground running joined by his team. They performed a detailed hydro jetting and camera inspection of my lines to diagnose my situation. Without and shady sales pressure, we discussed, in great detail, my treatment/repair options! We needed to have a complete sewer main replacement on our newly purchased home and received several bids. In the end we decided to go with Tim S. at Plumbing Medic, due to the level of professionalism displayed.We turned our home over to Tim and the team on Friday, returning over the weekend a few times to check on progress. I had a plumbing issue so I reached out to a couple of plumbers and one being Plumbing & AC Medic. Kyler came out and we reviewed the challenge and he quoted me a price. I did chase a previous plumbing company out because the quote for the job was too hard for me to swallow. Kyler's quote was within that same range and though it was hard to swallow that charge I liked Kyler so I said I would go ahead and agree to the price. 15 minutes later Kyler informed me that he was able to resolve the issue without a huge expense since he was able to unscrew a piece I thought was broken. This saved me a bunch of money and Kyler could of done the task that we agreed upon and I would never have known about the easier fix. This is exactly why I will spread the word about Plumbing & AC Medic and specifically Kyler

Our Rheem water heater has corrosion on the bottom of tank and expansion tank bottle but is only 5 years old. I found out we have a 6 year warranty on current unit. We wanted to get it looked at before we have to deal with a mess. Drew came out and explained all our options: warranty switch with one year warranty, new professional tank with 6 year or 10 year warranty, or tankless option with 25 year warranty. We learned how the tankless Nortiz water heater works and the benefits as well as the difference between a performance and professional tank water heater so we could make a good decision.At this time, we decided to use the warranty option but next time when we don’t have a warranty, we will consider the tankless option as seems to be the future based on research, reviews, and neighborhood input.I would recommend Drew at Plumbing & AC Medic to our friends to get quotes on options. We sent Drew a text on our decision. Within 5 minutes, he called to schedule installation. We have a scheduled appointment for Friday for replacement with one of their technicians.Also the appointment staff returned my call within minutes of chatting. I called 2 other companies a couple days ago and still have not received a response. So far, the customer service has been great. I will update after the installation.Cameron installed the new Rheem 50 gallon gas hot water heater on Friday, He called ahead and was on time. He was very polite and professional. Our water heater needed to be replaced. Great experience with them. Shortly after requesting a technician, Dave arrived and was able to install a new one. When my water heater flooded into my house at around 10pm, I called them and they came out and cleared the water out that night, I’ve called on them so much that I ended up getting the maintenance plan and I have not been disappointed. Henry came over to help me with a clogged kitchen drain. He also went out of his way to help with installing a faucet and getting someone to fix another issue that turned out to be more serious than just a clogged drain. He was very helpful with explaining everything and even showed me a few key things every home owner should know. He even helped me with a toilet issue. He also discounted some of my services due to how severe the issue was. He was a very nice man and overall super helpful!

This would be a 5 star review but I believe their pricing brings the score down. They do great work and will come out on a Saturday afternoon so that is good. If you're worried about money then maybe try a handyman first.

I can’t say enough good things about Plumbing and A/C Medic. My hot water tank burned out and I was stuck. I couldn’t get ahold of my plumber and someone told me about this company. They were so professional on the phone and kept me informed when someone would be at my home. They took their time and explained my different options without rushing me into making a decision. Joe did a great job unclogging my drain and gave me a few tips about using my disposer: No egg shells, coffee grounds, or fruit rinds! He suggested using natural enzymes to degrease my pipes. He was polite, fast, and effective. (I'd give him five stars if he hadn't put down his bucket or tool container or something that was dirty on my white throw rugs, so I had to run them through the wash and I'd just washed them!)

We had the entire sewer line replaced 2years ago. We had a clog in the kitchen and after the camera was run the clog was found in old plumbing that we thought was replaced. However due to technically in the contract we had to pay to have part of the sewer replaced that we thought had been fixed. Not a good feeling

I will never use this service again. The tech broke my shower pipe with his tool, and I paid him to replace it. I called the company was assured she would call me back never happened. Called again, my son called no response. A less than a hundred dollar service call went up to over 500! Never again!

Jonathan came early am on time and was very pleasant and professional. They ended up doing multiple services at my home to prepare my house to sell. Tim, Max, Louis and Jimmy all worked very hard and long days to complete a full drain pipe replacement (not sewer). They were friendly, communication was great, they were polite, considerate and cleaned up after themselves every day. I also noticed something I don’t normally see in companies that have provided service at my house, all the guys really seemed to like the company they work for and were in great moods even though this was a soul crushing job. Towards the end of the job I had a concern about an the way the kitchen Sink was draining but was able to talk to the general manager and he assured me the issue would be resolved to my satisfaction and the team returned the next day and worked hard to correct the issue. I would highly recommend Plumbing an A/C Medics for any future plumbing issues and would recommend them to my family and friends.

The drain tech could not clear drain After snakingthe vent. . And didn't even put a camera down the sink vent or drain pipe to
see what is going on. It cost me 103.00 and still clogged drain. I won't be using them again.

Andrew and his crew all did a splendid job on my plumbing job. Roots had clogged up the drainage pipes in several places and were taking over the pipeline. The men had a major job to install a new pipeline to the septic tank. While the job took three days, Andrew was good in keeping me up-to-date on the progress as the work progressed. All in all I was totally pleased by the work of all connected with the job, but I was particularly impressed by how Andrew went out of his way to keep me informed and explained the proceedings so I could comprehend them.

This firm responded to my need to replace a hose bib that failed requiring me to turn the water to my whole house. Damon arrived within an hour. He evaluated the situation and quickly replaced the hose bin. It works perfectly. Damon was very professional and competent.

Was bummed they had to reschedule but it was totally worth the wait for the guys that came! We had Kevin and Luis come by to help with our kitchen sink/garbage disposal. My sister didn't realize that trash isn't allowed in the disposal so she really clogged it up. The guys were worried about possibly having to replace it but they had Tim come by with his drain snake and camera. Thankfully they worked as a team and were able to get in unclogged and handled our problem in a decent amount of time! My small dog went after Luis (he's not used to visitors) but he was fine and handled it well. They were real gentleman and very understanding of my messy house/situation haha. As a ‘Member’ of your group, I, frankly, expected a discount on parts and labor. But, it appears, by the sheer cost, that I am incorrect.Also, if we wish to reach our goal of actually changing the type of handle on these two showed valves, we must purchase additional items and have them installed. The AC in one of my properties was hard down and I had to have my tenant move to a hotel. Id gotten the run around from other outfits and stumbled on this company. One call, and in 15 min, we had a unit set for installation next day and a price that took me by surprise. Mike and company really care about the customer. Did an excellent job replacing toilets. The shower curtain fell while he was working. The employee helped me put it back. Very conscientious! It took over four hours to replace two toilets. I thought this was a bit excessive. Other than that I felt he did a good job.

I was concerned with my a/c unit not cooling correctly. They came out and thoroughly inspected my house and unit. Come to find out my unit is undersized and they recommended that since it was operating as it is intended that I do nothing. They could have easily told me something was wrong or the unit needed replacement but they didn't. They were honest and upfront. Also, they didn't charge me for the trip out. I appreciate the high level of integrity that was displayed. Brandon, aka Rambo was the tech that helped me and he was extremely courteous and friendly. I highly recommend Plumbing and A/C Medic.

We had Plumbing Medic out and we were very pleased Then our A/C went out so I thought I would try A/C Medic. The gentleman came out and in less than 30 min he said my compressor was shot and I needed a new fan. He had estimates ready for me. $4900 for repairs, $8700 for a low end A/C unit and $13,000 for a better one. I was charged $79. I thought I better get a second opinion. I called Sterling Air. The gentleman came out and spent well over an hour going thru the system. He said other than being an old system there is no way to diagnose the compressor. There was no power to it. He did have a list of needs though. He said to get an electrician out first an he would come back. The electrician fixed the power and the A/C works great. I was charged $79. This tech came out at 9:30pm. He knew we didn’t have air at the time. I did contact A/C Medic and asked for a refund. Of course I didn’t get one. Pluming Medic was great A/C Medic was a rip off. To my surprise A/C Medic did credit my account on August 15th. No communication from them but I do appreciate the refund.

Called them this morning for a drain cleaning,gave me a same day noon to 3 time frame, they call at 1 pm to say they cant make it at all today. Weird because they advertise same day 24 hours a day service, Dont waste time waiting on this company, find one that can make their own scheduled appointment times, especially if your backed up and needing service!

Replacing 2 main line pipes under my house- I'm giving a five star rating for the fact that I'm in a good mood and the technician that helped me was indeed very kind and he followed through - His name is Abdiel. The other unfortunate side to my experience that deserves a 3-star rating was the scheduling of my appointments. I would be promised a call or text back to confirm the technicians arrival time yet the technician would arrive at my house while I wasn't there with no notice. The next time(a week later) I had to follow-up at least 2 times to verify whether a tech was actually scheduled for my job or not. Very odd and very frustrating for me. Luckily, for plumbing medics, I have a flexible schedule and I have patience for days. This communication inconsistency was very consistent up until Abdiel tool over the communication. In fact, Hector was the first technician to arrive on the first call and he was fantastic too. Whatever is happening on the administration/dispatch level therec use a re-boot. I run several companies and I know there are excuses that can be understandable here and there. However the communication issues that I was having was on three separate days on three separate dispatches - that's a red flag. Other than that I'm super happy with the work they performed! Very clean and very precise. They finished ahead of schedule too. Good Job Abdiel - you held this entire job together... With my patience and understanding of course. Ha. Cheers

Our service man, Wes was an absolute jewel! He was called because we had no running water inside the house. Through out the time he was at our house, he kept us informed as to what he was doing and why. No question was to big or small. He did resolve the problem as to why we had no water as well as pointing out some issues we didn't know we had. Fixed those items as well! The tech, Henry was not able to fix this one unfortunately. The problem was beyond the length of the 64 feet of snake he brought with him and the water jet he subsequently brought did not break up the clog. However, even though they could not fix the issue, he did what he said he would do and issued a refund when they did not get it fixed. Because of this, I would use them in the future. Scott B

Here I am with a fridge ice maker line, completely mangled, because I'm an idiot, on a Sunday and the water supply to the house turned off. My brother recommended plumbing Medic. Francisco arrived within an hour and completely saved the day. The estimate was provided before any work was done. Was completely reasonable and Francisco was done with the job within an hour. Mike and Nick were great! Replaced a faucet and performed a thorough check of our salt water system, water pressure, chlorine levels, etc. No plumber has ever spent even a tenth of the time that they did educating us on our systems and water. Our technician was Curtis. He showed up very quickly when our a/c went out on the 4 of July. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and gave us solutions to choose from. Once we chose a fix, he went right to work and had our a/c cooling the house down.

After 22 years my water heater heater died this morning. Called several companies and all were saying tonight at the earliest or Monday. Plumbing/AC medic came out within two hours. The inspected the unit and water pressure and were able to replace within a few hours. Explained the process and worked with me on price and payment options. Very professional. They were not the cheapest but I feel they are the best. Would recommend to everyone.

VERY responsive to my “crisis” of a plugged drain line. They were there within hours. A very professional and polite crew who quickly and efficiently opened the drain line for a very reasonable price. I will keep them at the top of my list to call if/when I may need them again.

This company does things right. For years we have had trouble with a drain and paid someone to rotor rooter it. These pros use a camera to view the problem before and after they power blast the pipe. Some of the best customer service I had in years. From first phone call to the finish of the job everyone was professional and helpful. I would highly recommend this company.

I waited a couple of days to write this so I could rate it more accurately. Mike showed up and asked the problem and promptly diagnosed it. Since he had to go up on the roof he explained it would cost more ( I was aware of the charge) and started on the job. He was very respectful of my property and got to the problem right away. After he cleared the blockage he made sure the drain was clear before he wrapped everything up. I was not charged anything I wasn't expecting and I am very happy with the cost, prompt service, and professionalism. I will use them again and refer them.

Our tech Spencer did an INCREDIBLE job today. We were so bummed out to know we had to call in a plumber for the first time, we didn’t know what to except. Tech came to fix my clogged shower. Needless to say he did not have the right equipment imagine that? Said he did not like mornings but would be back at 9am the next morning. What a joke never called in the mean time now I have to call a reliable company. I would not recommend this company for any reason.

Called them and they came out same day. The man that came to us was named Jose and he was very nice, fixed the problem quickly, and gave us an estimate on another job we will be calling them out on.Edit: Just had them come out again for a different problem and the service was just as good as the last time. They're reliable, quick, and very professional. 10/10 would recommend and will continue to use myself.

Needed a sewer scope done and they were super quick to come out, a great price, and Abdiel was incredible helpful and great to talk to. Did an amazing job explaining everything to me as well.

Outside water spigot broke so we had to turn off the water. They came quickly and got the job done so we didn't have to worry about being without water. The replacement was better quality too. Quick friendly service. You pay a tiny bit more for the speed but worth it in our case.

I called Plumbing and A/C Medic in desperation on a Sunday afternoon due to a leaking water heater. They happened to be the third company I called. But I wish they'd have been the first.The person on the phone was professional and courteous. The person they sent out, Dave Somers was knowledgeable eager to get us taken care of.What started out as a water heater replacement turned into a complete repiping of our home. Dave and their lead plumber worked very hard over the next several days to get the job done and done right. Keeping us apprised of the repairs, letting us know our options and trying to minimize our dislocation at the end of each day.I'm glad I ended up using this company and would happily recommend them to friends and family.

I had called for a leak from the hot supply line less than 2 hours Technician Devin arrived, he was able to replace the supply line. He did drain the water heater and refill it, he made sure that everything is working before he left. Great service with very reasonable cost.

Every time I use this company I always get really good positive outcomes. Luis P. And Iriving came to my house and fixed the drain from my sink. Not only they did it very professionally they came in with their booties and they addressed the problem quickly. Called this morning because my water would not turn off from the valve this morning. Within a minute of me emailing for a quote I was called back. Francisco came out in just an hours time. He was fabulous. Cannot say enough about how amazing he was. My brother in law (Jeff) owns the house and just had to make a quick call to okay me authorizing work. Francisco was professional, clean, efficient and most importantly caring. He took the time to listen to what I had said, evaluated the situation and got back to me within minutes to give an estimate. The work was completed in a timely manner. I had installed a faucet just two days ago that turned out to be the actual problem (product defect) and even complimented me on how I installed it. Saying “that’s a hard faucet to do”. Francisco alerted me to other problems I had and said I did not have to fix them immediately as he understood I am on a tight budget. You know you've selected a great plumbing company when the neighbor's plumber comes down the street to talk to my installers about applying for a job!!! AND they were referred to me by another plumbing company that only served the West Valley, I live in Chandler.Two months ago, I'd noticed a musty odor coming from the bathroom faucets. After a trip to Home Depot to replace faucet filters it still didn't eliminate the odor. Josh came out for a service call. After explaining what the cause was and checking all the faucets in the house, I realized the existing soft water system and filter wasn't doing the job anymore. I'd been paying $40.00 a month for 13 years!!!! I have more than paid for 2 new systems!!!While Josh was here he also screwed down an open cap on my hot water heater, left open by the installer. Nice!I decided to purchase the carbon filtration system. Josh returned on the install date (on crutches with a torn ACL) with Kyler to assist. They were on time! They were personable yet professional & done in 2 hours. They spend a lot of time demonstrating the LED panel & making sure I knew how to program the new unit, check it's cycling status, etc. They neatly removed the old system and pipes.I have worked over 30 years in customer service leadership roles and these guys get it! They are FOCUSED on customer service (not a hard sell approach). Josh understands that if a company treats you right and pays attention to the little details that it earns loyalty. They are reasonably priced and more than competitive. I am a customer for LIFE!

My AC went out unexpectedly after 5 pm. AC Medic had Roy come over that evening. He diagnosed the issue, gave me a reasonable quote on replacing my 18-year old unit and was back the next afternoon to install it. Their communication was fantastic, constantly giving me updates on arrival times and work ETAs, Roy was delightful, friendly and professional. The unit is working great so far. A year ago they also replaced my hot water heater. I would absolutely recommend Plumbing & A/C Medic.

I dont know where to start. First, I dont ever leave reviews (I'm usually to lazy) but I was compelled to do so after my interaction with this company's Plumber, Dave Somers. This is the guy you want to show up when your entire water main breaks, or similar situations. To the way he presents himself, his calm assurance that everything will be ok and be fixed soon (pretty much asap) and other great charismatic features. Dave new exactly what needed fixed within 5 minutes. Within 10 minutes we had an invoice a fix and a plan for a forever fix. The technician Jose is fantastic, he has done work for me twice. However, won't use them again. It cost me $550 for less than 2 hours of work to remove a clog in the pump. I understand charging by job but this was over the top.

Henry was very helpful with the clogged sewer line outside. He was prompt, courteous and efficient. Josh came out to look at another plumbing issue in the home and was also excellent.

So look as any business owner knows, time is money. After the plumer fixed what they cane to do he left a big mess. I asked him To clean it up and put it back clean like it was before he started. He looked puzzled and then proceeded to tell me in no uncertain terms that he didn’t provide clean up service. So I borrowed his shop vac and did it my self. The bill was $380.00 l paid $280.00 he apologized for his dereliction of his duties and said he didn’t know his vac was that powerful. Because I believed his explanation I give them 3 star’s. Well, I don't even know where to begin with my review. Because I can't say enough about my experience with this company. First of all they came highly recommended by a family member and I can't thank them enough for doing so. Our technician's name was Chris and he arrived at the time that was promised and got straight to work, he fixed our AC unit within minutes. With this Arizona heat I can't stress enough how crucial it was to get this resolved ASAP. Unfortunately, for me this couldn't have come at a more inopportune time financially. But, Chris was so helpful and explained the payment options, and with his help I was able to chose the best payment option for me. He was very friendly and professional and answered all of my questions about the work he did and about the financing. After all of that I can say that a tremendous weight was lifted from my shoulders. The entire process took less than an hour. Great company. Had them out to my newly purchased home to repair several items. Great customer service when you call in and they were able to send a technician out in a reasonable amount of time on both occasions. They don't try to pressure you and are upfront on the cost for repairs. They aren't the cheapest plumbing company I've worked with, but the price shows in the quality of the work.

Very difficult to deal with.We contacted this firm several days ago to get a quote to install a hot water recirculating pump on our water heater. The plumber, Cody Ray, came out and gave us a verbal estimate. He left his cell phone number with us so we could call or text him with question or to schedule the installation. We texted Cody and he didn't respond to the text. No one followed up with a written quote for the proposed work.When we called the firm several days later, we got a call center agent that didn't know much about plumbing and could only schedule appointments. They passed us through to dispatch who was slightly more knowledgeable. The dispatcher sent us an email with a description and quote of the job in broken english. Several words in the description simply didn't make sense. Cody quoted us a 5-year parts and labor warranty. The warranty in the written quote was 90 days. The dispatcher told us that she would have a field supervisor call us to clarify things and answer any questions. We waited several hours and no one called. We called back and the dispatcher told us it could take 24-48 hours for a supervisor to call us back. Ridiculous; surely supervisors have cell phones.We're done. We should not have to work so hard and wait so long to spend money (not a lot, just $1,000) with a plumber on a simple job. The communication has been horrible before we contracted for and paid for the work; imagine how hard it might be to schedule warranty work if something breaks. I can't recommend Plumbing and A/C Medic for any work. The firm is too bureaucratic, their business processes need dramatic improvement, and their customer follow-up is poor at best. There is simply too much competition in the plumbing field to be this bad at the fundamentals of customer service.

Talk about lifesavers! Abdiel, Mike, Edwin and the rest of their team treated us like we were their own family throughout our process. They did an excellent job of explaining what was going on, giving us options and being available with open communication throughout the entire process. What was set up to be an extremely stressful time having to redo all our plumbing was made a lot more comfortable with the help of their team. They helped guide us through the process of speaking with and filing a claim with our homeowners insurance. They went above and beyond any experience I have had with any plumbing company let alone other businesses. I would definitely recommend them to my own family and friends without thinking twice about what kind of service they would receive.

A very professional plumbing crew. Placed an emergency call for my renters house and got fast response to a clogged drain line. Maritza Armendariz and crew did a terrific job getting the backed-up water drained. As a precaution they ran a camera check & found a big root in the pipe by our back wall. They replaced a section of the pipe and all is working - my tenant is happy & I am very happy. This Plumbing Company crew has the tools & knowledge to get things fixed correct and fast as possible!!!

Carlos did such a good job. He was like Superman, doing most of the hard work. They were short staffed, so it was mostly him doing all the digging. He went out of his way to make sure that I at least had a toilet to use. With this covid virus, mostly everywhere was closed to restrooms. Tim and Jonathan were so nice and helpful too. Answered all my questions and were patient with me. I highly recommend this company, they made sure they did the job right.

Update: Shawn H. came by today and did an excellent job repairing and replacing my kitchen sink. Very reasonable on pricing, fast and courteous service. This is probably the 5th time I've had them out to my house over the years, and I will continue to refer people to Plumbing Medic. 5/16/2018.This is the second time I've had Plumbing Medic out in the last year, they're very quick, polite, and knowledgeable. Both times fixed my problem (clogged drains) quickly and efficiently without leaving a mess. I have an old home (built in the 1960's) so we have old pipes w/a lot of buildup. Clogs are going to happen but I will always call these guys. Mike G was my drain technician this time and he was very friendly and did his job well. Thanks Mike!

Frank was beyond professional and courteous. This was the first time I've used this company for business purposes, but we've used them religiously for our home. They have gotten better with each service opportunity. As a business owner, I want all of my employees to represent our brand the way Frank represents Plumbing Medic. Top notch. If I could put a negative 5 star review on this company I would, however there isn’t an option available to do so. I’m writing this review on behalf of my elderly neighbor who was taken advantage of and ripped off!! The technician that came out told the customer that he had galvanized pipe that needed to be replaced from the water meter all the way to the house and told him that the job would cost $5,300 to complete the job. He then told him that he would need a deposit of $500 just to get started and would return later to complete the job due to the fact that he would have to wait 24 hours after it had been blue staked. This sweet man has been without water for several days and felt it necessary to pay the “deposit” in an attempt to get the process started. The technician accepted his $500 and “forgot” to leave a receipt and left the job site claiming that he would return later to complete the job. After several failed attempts to get Pluming & AC Medic to return to complete the job, my neighbor called another plumbing company to come out for a second opinion and was shocked to find out that he had been ripped off!! The other plumbing company explained to my neighbor that he only needed his hose faucet replaced, it would only cost him $200 and it would only take about an hour to complete. Upon hearing this, he attempted to call Plumbing & AC Medic back to cancel and asked for his deposit to be returned as well. He was informed that it was a non-refundable deposit (which there was no receipt left behind stating anything regarding the $500). I’ve read quiet a few of the reviews for Plumbing & AC Medic and feel as if they are all fabricated by this company. Most of them are 5 stars and have a familiar repetitiveness about them, calling out the “great service” from several of the employees that are called out by name on a consistent basis and have a response from the owner that is clearly copy and pasted. The reviews that seem more realistic are the ones that mention the prices being on the high side as well as technicians not returning the same day and being unprofessional about their same day service. It is despicable that someone could take money from an elderly person who is on a fixed income and not have any conscience about leaving him without water!! Always get more than one estimate and Please do your research before ever hiring any company that you have come out to do any work on your home!!UPDATE:I feel it necessary to update this review and add a few stars!! Although I still believe it’s important that people are made aware of the employees who come out to represent this company, I do believe that Plumbing & AC Medic deserves a pat on the back for making things right with their customer. Today the owner came out personally to find out exactly what happened with his customer, and not only reimbursed him the full $500, but also made sure that the job was done completely free of charge and was also there to make sure that the customer was completely satisfied. I have to say that I am impressed that he made the effort to personally come out and handle this matter in a timely fashion. Thank you Plumbing & AC Medic for paying close attention to the important things that truly matter and not just the bottom line!! I hope that your employees also know just how important it is to use their integrity when representing your company!! Wes was the technician who performed the service in June and today (8/26/2021). The leak was due to high water pressure, not faulty service. Wes was concerned about the pressure and offered solutions and explained everything in detail. Wes is a very pleasant, mannerly young man who was a pleasure to deal with.

Maritza came to unclog a sink and bathtub. She is absolutely wonderful. She is smart and extremely knowledgeable about all types of plumbing. She explains what is needed in detail with pictures so I can actually see what is happening. That's important to me because if you're not a plumber how would you know if they're being honest or not. I have been through 3 plumbers already. Never found one that I didn't feel good about until now. I HIGHLY recommend Plumbing Medic and ask for Maritza. I promise you will NOT regret it. This is my go to plumber from now on.

Called they told me that the Technician would call me when they were a half hour out. Within 45 minutes the Technician called and showed up right on time. Fixed our clogged sink didn’t charge an arm and a leg cleaned up. Great customer service we would definitely use them again!

I have a two bedroom, two bath condo. I purchased it with two stand in showers and knew eventually I wanted to have a bathtub installed in one. Called in problem Sun. Evening received a call from office early in morning to confirm. Maritza was at my home, and working on back promptly was able complete the clean out,and contacted the plumber to come assess the issue, he arrived properly and used camera, unfortunately finding a break in line, this is a pending repair mainly because of cost. I was so impressed my Maritza, her kindness, knowledge and staying with me till Adam arrived. I will leave follow up rating once decision is made. Thank you.

I was Service Manager for a large company here in Phoenix for several years, so I am very critical of any service work done in my home. I hard originally called another plumbing company here in town to get additional quotes after having RR unclog and band aid our sewer problem. After explaining what I believed to be the scope of work, this other company recommended Plumbing Medic. He said they would were better equipped to handle the job I needed done.Tim, Carlos, Nick and every employee I had contact with was fantastic! The sewer line from inside our home to the junction of the Cities sewer pipe was made of Orangeburg (basically treated compressed wood pulp used 50 years ago when my house was built) which had completely worn through on the bottom spilling sewage into the ground and washing away soil causing voids to form and further damaging the line. The metal piping under the house from the toilets and drains to the junction with the Orangeburg had also warn through.I got quotes from a few other companies, all of the quotes proposed the same repair and comparable in price. Tim Seaux was the technician from Plumbing Medic that did the inspection, gave me the quote and oversaw the repair. Tim was the reason I choose to use Plumbing Medic over the other companies. Tim genuinely spoke of the company with love and his fellow employees more as family than coworkers. He spoke of his job with passion and never dreading having to go to work. Plumbing can be a dirty and nasty job to do, so any company that earns that kind of loyalty from an employees is a company that I want working on and in my house.The guys spent three days replacing all the piping under our home but never left us without a usable bathroom for more than a few hours at a time.They made one hole outside at the edge of our yard. One inside through the concrete floor and one hole in the floor of the master bathroom shower where all the pipes came together.I was pleased with their job site cleanliness! They wore plastic booties in the home. They used plastic dust barriers and plastic floor covering to keep the mess from the jackhammering to a minimum and kept our floors protected. After they were done and cleaned up, you couldn't even tell that they had been in our home.Do yourself a favor and make Plumbing Medic your first call! This company and their employees are first class. My only complaint about the Plumbing Medic is that they do not do roofing! If the same owners ever start a roofing company or any other home service company I will make sure to use them too! Thank you Tim, Carlos and Nick!!Since my original post, I have had them replace my water heater and just today Kellen replaced our main tub and shower lines. He was knowledgeable, quick and very pleasant. Every experience with this company has been excellent!

Had an issue with the toilet. Kyler came to our rescue and took care of that along with some other items we needed taken care of. Kyler is very pleasant to work with and he helped me understand what he was doing. We had a small leak in the toilet after he left and he came back and took care of it. I would ask for Tyler again.

Woke up Saturday with water all over the garage. Drew showed up just before his shift was to end at 4 and accessed the old water heater talked to me and the homeowner about options. He is very knowledgeable and very polite. Then on Monday Cameron came to install new tankless water heater. Cameron was also very friendly & professional. He didn't rush, explained the unit to me and even put back some of the bins we had to move!

An incredible company to work with. We had a valve break in our upstairs bathroom. Plumbing A/C Medic sent a technician to our house faster than I could have expected. Michael diagnosed the problem, explained exactly what had happened and put it in terms that even I could fully understand. He told us, to the penny, how much the repair would cost and, even though it was a major repair that required cutting into our wall, he completely repaired the valve and our wall. I could not be happier with our experience.

We initially called Plumbing and AC Medic due to a broken main water line. Frank was dispatched, and had the repairs started right away. Due to unforeseen issues with the original water line, the repairs took a little longer than expected, however Frank was there the whole time with us, explaining what was happening and why. This is where we were able to see just how much pride Frank takes in his work and the companies commitment to 100% customer satisfaction as he ended up needing to spend 2 whole days on this repair. Price never changed from the initial quote, despite the extra time needed, which was nice. Upon completion, Frank did a whole home inspection and was professional and courteous the whole time. Between the tests on our water that Frank did with us and our level of trust in Frank from previous repairs, we opted to get the carbon filter and RO system installed. Frank once again took the time and explained how everything works, benefits and once again the tests on our water. We are so very satisfied with our home water system!!! Frank was a pure pleasure to work with, knowledge of his profession second to none, and because of these experiences, we have a plumber for life and will recommend Plumbing and AC Medic to all our friends and family. I needed my kitchen faucet replaced and two ceramic cartridges for my two showers. Jose Aguilar came out. He was very knowledgeable and customer service oriented. He advised me to select my own faucet at the local hardware store because it would save me a lot of money and gave me a discount on installation since I had multiple repairs. He also gave me some other advice about my water heater maintenance and water main, and even some cleaning maintenance tips! I thought he was very knowledgeable and polite and went the extra mile to ensure I knew what he was doing. I would definitely use this business again.

I just sold my house in Gilbert and Plumbing Medic did some repairs before turnover to the new owners. My first interaction with the company was over the phone. They answered the first time I called, were VERY responsive, returned calls when needed, and even helped find other businesses to look at a repair outside of their scope. The technician arrived when he said he would, worked with me on scheduling, provided quotes super quickly and took the time to explain all the repairs and estimates. He then showed up to do the repairs on time and got all the work done quickly. I was very happy with the service all around.

Jose (Petey) was prompt and courteous. After I showed him the problem - a clogged drain - he carefully explained what he was going to do. Because our clean out was not accessible he had to go onto the roof and clean the drain through the vent, which was understandably an additional charge. Lesson 1: keep your clean outs accessible. The clog was cleared completely. A couple of days later, Don came by to run a camera through the line as part of the service. He noted some issues as our pipes are over 40 years old. He also noted that the main line to the city sewer was misaligned and slowly filling with water. Based on that we contacted City of Tempe, as belong to the SLiPP program. Their contractor was sent and repaired the problem - a cost of $5000 - with no cost to us. Lesson 2: If you live in Tempe check out the SLiPP insurance program! Thanks to Don, we were able to address the problem before it got critical. Lesson 3: Contact Plumbing & AC Medic for your plumbing problems. Very professional and reasonably priced!

The repair fee to replace a $50 capacitor is $350 which is pricey to me. I still test the furnace to see if this new cap resolves the intermittent issue with the furnace.

We had a toilet issue which we thought would be a simple matter, but no it is plumbing!! We called Plumbing Medic and they promptly sent Francisco Durant to fix the problem, he ended up replacing the whole toilet because of a small crack. He even helped pick out the right replacement. He went more than above and beyond to resolve the issue and leave us more than satisfied with his professionalism and knowledge. You better keep him he's a jewel.
