I had 3 HVAC companies come out to estimate a furnace and ductwork replacement and repair to my AC lines. Frederick and sons was by far the most professional of the bunch. He followed up and was responsive to our needs. The rew was a pleasure to work with. There estimate was competitive and there service first rate.
Final bill contained no surprises, what we paid was what was quoted.

We hired Frederick and sons to come out and do several projects at our home which we were remodeling. First, I completely agree with the other reviewer that Leonard, the father, is incredibly rude. However, Levi the son, is very pleasant and nice to work with. Our project was fairly large… We needed pipes moved, we needed a drain created for a bathtub that we converted to shower, a bath tub installed along with several other projects. I wish I could post pictures because we ended up having to have them come back because the drain they installed for the shower sat above the ground 2 inches and the drain they installed for the bath tub, was broken, dirty and banged up. Considering all the work they had done we thought these were just a small oversight and they did come back and fix them.

Fast forward to today. I had them scheduled to come out and install the plumbing for the kitchen sink, the bathroom sinks, install the dishwasher and the gas cooktop. They came out and there was an issue with the bathroom faucets. They called me and told me what the issue was and I immediately got on the phone and was trying to rectify the situation. I asked them if they could just move onto the kitchen sink, dishwasher and cooktop since we were planning on moving into the house tomorrow.

A half hour later I get a call from Leonard who advises me that he has pulled his workers from the job, that he doesn't want to deal with the hassle of the bathroom sinks and that they are gone and not coming back. I was completely shocked and told him that he did not need to do the bathroom faucets but could they please finish the rest of the work that they were there to do. He refused saying he wanted nothing to do with this job and would not be returning.

So now here we are moving into the house tomorrow, scheduled to have 25 people over to our house for Easter on Sunday and I have no cooktop, no dishwasher, and no faucets anywhere in my house. I am scrambling to find another plumber to come in and do the work that I scheduled with him over a week ago. I have never in my life seen such terrible customer service. To leave a person in a situation like this is ridiculous. I understand that the bathroom faucets wouldn't work and I told them it was fine, I would figure out another solution for the bathroom faucets but I asked them if they could please finish the rest of the work that I had hired them to do and they refused. I would never, ever recommend this company to anyone. The owner has absolutely no regard for his customers, would not hesitate to leave you in a bind and is an overall unpleasant person to deal with.

The overall Quality and Service is outstanding. We Highly recommend these guys!

Awesome company!! I had an ac AND plumbing issue .. They were quick to get out as soon as they could and were able to FIX both issues when 2 other companies had no idea what the heck was going on! And I found them to be VERY reasonable with their price !! Customer service with the office and communication with the technician was right on. He took me step by step what needed to be done, gave me the price and fixed it all..!! I recommend them 100%

I had Frederick and Sons out for an A/C unit repair that stopped working. They were able to repair the unit at a reasonable cost. I have used them multiple time for A/C repairs and plumbing repairs. They have always been fair and honest. They have also worked on my mom's home and were significantly less expensive than other competitors.

I called them today because I had a few questions and the owner was fairly rude. I would expect a lot more from an owner. I could not believe it. I will not be recommending them to anyone anymore.

Frederick & Sons has done some work on our plumbing for the last few years. Every time they have come out the guys have been very efficient and nice. Explaining what they did and answering any questions. The jobs they have done have not been less than perfect. I would recommend them to anyone.

I called Frederick ans sons, when my hose pipe brought off the house, and the water was splitting out everything. I had no idea where to the water supply was, they were there within 30 mins of me calling them. The guy was friendly and extremely helpful, and the pricing was no bad at all. Thank you!!!!

Levi and the entire staff killed it for us as always. My husband and I bought an old home that had major plumbing issues, and we wanted to upgrade the old home with modern plumbing. We've always used Frederick and Sons for all of our plumbing needs, but this was a big job and they were honest, concise, and efficient and before we knew it our home was safe and humming like a new build! Levi and the staff are top notch!

I've had great experiences with Frederick & Sons. They've taken care of my A/C for 3 yrs now and even did some plumbing work for us that we were very happy with. I highly recommend Frederick & Sons, but most of all I recommend Edward as your service tech!

Our 3 years air-condition stopped working last week when it's 114° I tried to call the company who installed it. They were out of business because of covid!! I called Frederick & Son and they sent their technician ( Juan) in a few hours, after he checked he told us the compressor stopped working, they could charged us Extra for it but they did not! They replaced it and they just charged us for the labor and they parts they used! They are great hardworking people. We will use them again and again. They are in this business for a long time! Thank you again for your excellent job.

Great service

I contacted Plumbing Pros on Monday at 9am after the plumber I had scheduled notified me he couldn't be there that day. (My remodel project was on hold until I could get a plumber onsite.) Tony and Trevor arrived promptly and were professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. The work was done quickly and I am so appreciative of their services! Thank you again....you will definitely be the first one I call for any future service needs!

I love this company. I just had them fix my air conditioner and I'm so happy once again with their work. They're very honest and I appreciate their quick response. They'll also do emergency calls on the weekend which is a great thing when your air goes out on a Saturday in July. For those who complained about someone being rude need not worry any longer because the son has taken over and he's a great guy. I wouldn't have my a/c serviced by anyone else!

This company was called out to fix the heating in my apartment. When I got home from work, I discovered that they had locked my cat in a closet. I have no idea how long she was trapped that dark space without food, water, or litter.

I hope these businessmen spend their last days on this planet in the same way.

Frederick and Sons installed a new air conditioner for me today. I love working with them. They are reliable, knowledgeable, and here when they say they will be. I would highly recommend them to everyone I know.

Frederick and Sons lied to us about the work they were going to complete and what would be required in order to repair my A/C. After they left, I climbed on the roof and saw they had not completed what they said would need to be done. They over charged me. They were rude and unprofessional once they were confronted with the dishonest service and simply stated that we paid so much because of their knowledge and got a break on our price because they could have charged more for their knowledge and trade skills. I . Called several other companies after speaking to them and every last one of them quoted me a much cheaper cost! Inspect what you expect should you choose to call them!
