It was an easy process to set up appointment. Company kept me informed regarding the appointment. Serviceman, Earnest, was courteous. respectful about COVID. knowledgeable. He gave me information to help decide what to do without pressure. I decided to use Isleys for my ongoing maintenance.

Kevin was so knowledgeable and thorough. He fixed the issue and looked at something unrelated and I will use him and Isley to repair. Highly recommend this company!!

My compressor unit stopped working on a hot Sunday afternoon so I called Isley's and within 15 minutes Ernest called me back and was on his way to check out my problem. He diagnosed that the fan motor was burned out, knew that he had the correct model back at his house, so he went back home and then back out to my house again to replace it. Very happy with this company!

We took advantage of the Isley’s A/C checkup special today. Our tech was one of the nicest young men I have met in a while. He was very, friendly and professional. He was honest and truthful. He let me know our unit was old and a bit shabby looking but that it is working great! He did not try to sell me a new unit. Will definitely have them out again if I need other things or if my unit needs repair or replace in the future. 😊

I had interviewed 6 different AC companies before Isley's. I almost didn't want to go through ANOTHER pitch, but I am so glad I did!

I called Isley’s on Friday afternoon as one of the ACs stopped working. They managed to bring Technitian to our property very quickly within 2 hours. Carlos figures out the problem with the ground unit very quickly and fixed it within 30 min or so. It was very important for me to get it fixed quickly as it is 110 F outside. Called Isley’s Home service inc. my AC had went down and they could come over within two hours the tech came over fixed the problem in about 30 minutes and I was thankful and appreciative. That’s the good the bad thing was he charged me 337.50$ for a 14$ part, not good?? Love you guys for helping my family in need, however would not recommend your company to others due to Extreme price gouging.

He kept us informed and explained so that we understood what needed to be done. This was the third call for the same problem on our air-conditioning system. Earnest assured me that if we needed to call again it wouldn't be an issue.....they would prioritize dispatch. Since he fixed the problem(s) in totality, it's working better than anyone might have expected and I feel confident that this won't be necessary.

I have used Isleys before having found them on Rosie’s on the House referral site. The problem with my A/C unit was its condensation drain pipe was clogged. Service was completed before giving my permission All that was need was a quick flush with a garden hose. I was charged $250 right after the technician said “That was the quickest job I’ve ever had” then told me he was cutting me a deal and that I should be charged upwards of $400. He was probably on the roof no more than 10 minutes. I should have refused to pay.

We chose Isley’s to replace our two A/C units and our hot water heater a couple years ago and when we needed a new kitchen faucet recently I called them first. The were able to come out that morning and the tech did the install in about an hour and a half. I provided the new faucet. It was a little more involved and included removing the old fixture, replacing the two water shut off valves and partially disassembling/reassembling the RO system under the sink. The tech had to come back to fix some minor leaks in the old RO lines, but did so right away and everything turned out good - all in one day after my call for help. With the price of thing these days I wasn’t surprised at the cost, but I did cringe a little when paying the bill. It appears, however, that we got what we paid for.

Absolutely wonderful experience with Eisley‘s I called him at a strange time and within an hour they had someone here and the young man who helped us was wonderful Ernest was his name and they fix the problem within a half hour and everything was great will not hesitate to use them again!

Called Isley’s out to inspect our gas fireplace and give us a rundown of how to use it. Keith was very professional and took his time explaining how it worked and how to safely shut it off and on for the season. Thank you!!

I've used Isleys before, good service good people. However this time I had my furnace serviced. Jon did an excellent job. He needed to replace a capacitor for the blower motor. No problem. The only thing I would have liked is a breakdown on the bill. What the part costs, and what the labor was. Other then that service was excellent. Just used Isleys again. 1/7/2021 This time for a plumbing problem. Excellent work and found the problem quickly.

The tech's installed the Ultima Green RO system, replacing our old, broken RO system. They were very knowledgeable of the product and gave advice on our future needs. You'll be hearing from us when our AC needs service. Thanks again.

I have been a customer of Isley's off and on for several years. While their availability to solve problems and general customer service has always been adequate, such a company is only as good as its technicians. Late last week my call for scheduled assistance was answered by an outstanding young tech named Angel Hernandez. Angel arrived right on time. He was friendly, respectful and very knowledgeable of the task at hand. Angel willingly answered all my questions, taking the time to explain things in detail and in simple terms I could understand. His recommendations for future service made sense and did not suggest he was simply trying to increase my bill. I very much appreciated his thoroughness, work ethic and positive attitude. At this time I do not hesitate to recommend the services of Isley's, but will most definitely be requesting that Angel Hernandez be the tech assigned to any calls to my home. He was even nice to my dogs. And they are harder to please than I am! Thank you, Isley's, for restoring my confidence in your service.

We needed an emergency repair of a broken kitchen faucet, on a Saturday morning. Isley's sent Keith, and 2-3 hours after the old faucet broke, our new replacement was installed, without needing any follow-up adjustments.

We really appreciate that Isley's gave us the option to purchase our own replacement faucet, which helped keep repair costs down. Isley's repair service saved our household time and stress.

Two day installation of Two, Trane HVAC systems. Blayke and Aaron were excellent and courteous installers going above and beyond expectations. Dereck was also excellent on initial meeting discussing and quoting the two new systems. Lastly, Christina in the office was a pleasure to work with, very prompt with all communications and follow up. I highly recommend them.

Keith came by and capped a gas line and pressure tested. Couldn't be happier.. Polite, professional and honest. 1/3 of the estimate that I paid a $60 trip charge for. Highly recommended.

Called to fix a walk-in tub because the house was selling this week, got right out, and had it fixed in 2 hours!!!

Could not ask for a better service. From initial set up of an appointment, to arriving on time for the initial appointment as well as to do the installation which as I recall was completed in six or seven hours total. Would not consider anyone else. Great job and great people to deal with.

He even found a small gas leak and was able to fix that for the same price. A company that's been in business since the 1950s certainly has to be doing something right. I found that the tech assigned to my repairs to be very forthcoming about the reasons the repairs perhaps took longer and costed more than I anticipated. I only hope they backup their work if things aren't correct.
They were very professional at the office every time I contacted them. Pricing a little more than I am used to.we have rental units and this was the second highest pricing I have had to pay. Very professional though!

Excellent service!! We broke a coffee mug and part of the ceramic mug handle fell into disposal and got stuck. Thought we would need to replace whole disposal. Isley’s came and was able to flush it through and did not have to replace disposal. Honest and didn’t gouge us. Highly recommend. Friendly people too.

After one call asking if they could replace our water heater they sent a great plumber to talk to me about our problem. A price was settled on and the job was done the next day. The plumber was great and answered my many questions and did excellent work. It was a great experience.

This was a seasonal service for 2 Trane units. Serviceman was on time, courteous, professional & thorough. He did leave dirt on my carpet from his shoes. Hopefully it will vac up.

The coordinator who took care of calling us back and scheduling is friendly, responsive, and helpful. The sales representative who came to give us the quote is friendly and helpful. Keith did a great job replacing our bathroom faucet even though the bolts were rusted and the shut off valves corroded. Much less swearing than if I would have attempted it myself!

The tech that came out fixed my AC within minutes. He was so nice and professional. I feel bad I didn’t get his name to mention it. I’m so thankful because working from home with a baby and not having AC on a day that has an excessive heat warning is less than ideal. Isely’s is amazing!

We have been very pleased with the services we have received from Isley's. Richard E did a thorough job addressing some minor issues we had when we moved into our new home and he also did a thorough job inspecting our whole house.

Richard also recommended a whole house filter and softener system that we ended up going with...No hard sales pitch but after taking other quotes and doing some research, I felt comfortable going with Richard's recommendation.

Ernest was our tech and he was really kind and helpful. He identified the problem quickly and had a solution with a cost ready to go. He did great work and was willing to endure attic temps several times to make sure the system was balanced to our liking. Solid work!

They were great. Took nearly all day but replaced the air handler, heat pump, added ducts and returns, and cleaned up like they were never even there.
Only a couple of minor issues and hope to get them taken care in the next few days.
The new Trane system is extremely quiet and seems to work great.

Just had two 18 yr old A/C units replaced and after 6 estimates Isleys came in with the best VALUE and PRICE for the Trane units. From the estimate to the install and office people everyone was great.

Having lived in this house for a year I wasn’t sure if the dryer vent had ever been cleaned before us. I called one day, and was scheduled for the next. The gentleman was here on time, did the job quickly, and explained how the duct was set up.

Isley‘s is a very good service

This is my second time using Isleys. The first was for plumbing issue that was a 5/5. This time I had them come out to give me a quote on a new AC unit. They sent out a technician who said they couldn't give me a quote. When the install happened they used my rain gutters to hold their ladder up.

In between that and now there were a lot of little things that I wish I could explain better but would require a larger review.

However, they worked with me to fix the issues. They addressed my concerns until I said I was happy with the replacement gutters. I will use them again but with some hesitation.

Yesterday I called to have someone come out to fix my air conditioner & an appt was made for today! Thank you for the excellent service in a timely manner ! Because I have been quarantined since March 15 & 80 yrs old not one person has been in my condo. I wanted to make sure the service technician would have a mask on, gloves & booties! When he arrived he had NONE of the above on or w/him! He said the company had run out of masks! He did go back to his truck & appeared w/a mask only! Therefore, for that reason I was disappointed in the service! The good report to this is my air conditioner is fixed!

On Friday, May 21st, I had scheduled an appointment for Isley’s to come install a new water heater in my home between 10-2pm, I prepaid approx $1400 for the job. I asked them to call me when they were coming as I could come home from work (I am a teacher and the end of the year there is a lot of work to do). Isley’s plumber Zach showed up at 10:30 AM, but after about 10-20 min he realized he had the wrong size water heater (too tall), he would have to leave and get the right one. I went back to work and told him to call again, when he was ready, (kind of annoying but to err is human). Zach returned, installed the water heater, but then told me all water heater warranties were void (manufacturer & Isley’s) because my water pressure was too high (90 psi, it had to be 85psi). Then he wanted to charge me $500 more dollars to fix it so the warranties were valid. He reduced the charge to $404 as a kind of “I’m sorry for not checking before,” because he could tell I was extremely upset at this point and told him he should have checked the pressure on his initial visit. He had to leave again to get a part, I returned to work, again, but had to return home for a 3rd time (he need a faucet turned on to complete the work). At this point I was so upset I could barely contain my anger. Zach completed the work, and everything seems to be working properly.

Here is my complaint. Why do you train your service agents to check the water pressure after you do the work? Your company literally held me hostage by not checking the pressure and then surprised charged me an additional $400 charge if I wanted the warranties to be valid. What kind of business are you running? Is this how you treat all of your customers?

We like isley's because they're Fair, honest, great workers, and things get done in a timely manner. We're going to use them again to replace an old water heater as well.

I called for a re pipe estimate and to move a gas line estimate I was told it costs $59 .guy came out said he can't give me that estimate. He needs a camera to look at the lines and that will be $300 more and will need to reschedule but he still needs to collect the $59 fee .I paid it and thought I'd call and explain I got nothing for $59 no estimate or anything and they'd refund my card. They should have told me the equipment to give this quote would cost me $300 plus dollars I definitely wouldn't have had them come out . I called and waited for a return call from the dispatch manager who said yes we charge $59 just to come out . That is absolutely not what I was told when booking the appointment to get an estimate. A good company can earn revenue from jobs they compete not $59 fees to visit your home and tell you it's $300 more for an actual appointment. I didn't argue with the guy that showed up I thought I would deal with the office and they'd take care of the fee .my fault for paying the fee I guess. Beware

Have been using Isley's about 6 years. Just installed a recirculating pump. They have installed a water softener, RO system, new AC, cleaned the ducts, new water heater, and handicapped (raised) toilets, in an older home. Technicians are polite and efficient. Highly recommend.

Great communication and punctuality. Also excellent and knowledge service.

Keith knows how to fix leaking issue. We had leaking from behind bathroom wall after semi-remodeling our bathroom. (New tile wall, bathtub, and bathroom cabinet) Baseboard was ruined and water leakage was spotted. 3 plumbers came before Keith. Every plumber said they can't find the origin of leakage. Their approach were either make a huge hole on the new bathroom tile wall to find the origin of leakage or take kitchen counter off and make a hole on the kitchen wall. Our bathroom and kitchen share the wall. Both options were costly and we didn't like either approach especially right after we spent good money on bathroom remodeling. The leakage was the reason we remodeled the bathroom and our contractor did horrible job not fixing the leakage and changing everything else. Keith came and he inspected both bathroom and kitchen area. Using his phone under the kitchen sink through little extra hole on the wall of kitchen cabinet for water pipe, he located the leakage. It was sewer pipe from kitchen sink leaking pretty bad. Keith cut the wall of the kitchen sink cabinet and crawled in and fixed the problem for fractional cost of all the other options. We didn't have to make any hole on neither bathroom tile wall or kitchen wall. Of course we didn't have to replace kitchen cabinet either. He saved a lot of money and time for us. They charge service fee when they visit you, but included into your bill if you decide to do business with them. Getting honest and professional 2nd opinion is super beneficial even though you have to spend service charge. Totally worth it. Especially other plumbers give you quotes that you can't comfortably sleep on. All other plumbers told me that it will cost so much money just to find the leakage, but the cost can add up once they open the wall depends on situation. Scary scenario. For leakage behind wall, Keith is the guy!!!

Greatly disappointed! Johnathon did not know how to disassemble the valve to get the cartridge out. He said he lacked experience and would need to check with more knowlegable associates, and come back later with the solution. In leaving here he charged me for the service charge. Will I ever hear from you again to replace the cartridge in my bathroom sink faucet?

Very happy with how quickly they sent someone the same day. Water leaking and coming thru vinyl flooring. Took care of what could be done until plumber could get there the next day. Plumber determined the problem and are now working with my insu to complete the repair. I'm very grateful for the help. Everyone has been so nice and patient explaining things. Great job!

We use Isley’s Home Service because they always treat you like family. We’ve used Isley’s to unclog a drain, fix our AC,
install an Air Scrubber, for a major pipe replacement and to unclog the sewer line. Each time they were here they did exceptional work. Their amazing techs always do the job in our home the same way they would do in their own homes. You can’t go wrong using Isley’s.

One star for their worker who just about caused an accident on the freeway. If I didn't slam on our breaks he would of hit us. He should be over a lane before the merge. But by his driving he was in a hurry to get off of work. He cut off another vehicle on the street, he was doing 55 in a 45 cutting in and out of traffic. I would never do business with a company that has employees that are not interested in the safety of community they work in.

I called their office and they assured me they could service my water softener. When the technician arrived he looked at it and said he didn’t know how to work on it. Then said it was too old and told me to buy a new one. I paid for a trip charge that was of no value whatsoever. I called a competitor and they were able to make the necessary repairs within minutes.

I have just completed the replacement of two complete heating/cooling systems on my home. Having had serious problems with ac repairman in the past I wasn't sure what to expect from isley's. However from their knowledgeable salesman, dereck, to their amazing technicians, I couldn't be happier. The lead tech on my job was Chris. It was obvious to me that he cared about my home, and his work. He was more concerned about doing the job right than rushing thru it to meet some imagined deadline and possibly make a mistake in the rush. I was also impressed how he was supported by his team. When additional, unexpected, items were needed he called and things were delivered so that he could continue to work. Yes, great teamwork has created one happy customer.

I chose Isley's for a water heater install. Unfortunately the water heater had an issue (no fault of Isley's). Isley's promptly scheduled a tech, Jonathan who repaired the issue, was friendly, and knowledgeable. The manager, George also worked with me to swiftly and fairly resolve the costs associated with the labor and parts based on the unexpected issue with my water heater. Bad news: there's hot water again and now I have to wash the dishes.

Paid full price before hand and technicians tried to hassle my wife for a payment .

Isley's recently installed a new heat pump system at my property which included moving a register and adding returns. I interviewed 4 companies and selected Isley's because they listened to us and understood our needs. With their professionalism and knowledge, they offered us a reasonably priced package which included a new system, install, cleaning and sealing. Their service team was efficient, knowledgeable, organized, neat, clean and respectful of me and my property. I recently called Isley's because my A/C went out. They sent a repairman out the next morning who accurately diagnosed the problem, my blower motor was not functioning. He told me it would cost around $2800 to fix, IF they could get the parts...then advised me i might be better off replacing my system 11 yr. old system with a new one... for about $19,000. THAT they could install next day. keep in mind, it is 100 degrees and I have no A/C..when i told him I want to shop around, he then admitted i could probably find a unit for closer to 12k if i talked to one of their salespeople. It was at this time i realized he is not really a repair man, he doesn't want to fix my A/C, he wants to sell me a new one.
Frustrated, i paid him for his call and dialed up another company we had used previously. They came out and repaired my system, on a Sunday, for $800. Isley's comes highly rated so i was surprised how shady they were. Not only did they try to sell me an overpriced unit, but their repair quote was 3.5 x more than the other company.
Isley's displayed zero professionalism or genuine desire to fix my A/C. They were predatory in their sales tactics and will never use them again.
Be forewarned.

After calling Isley's they were able to come out for an A/C inspection the following morning. I was expecting the worse outcome of having to replace the old unit. But Rick said it was still running strong and only needed a simple circuit board bypass. I needed to have an inspection of my gas lines leading into my recently purchased mobile home. I was told they HAD to replace the unit & install new lines. not just repair it. I was told they needed a permit to do the work , I called to see if they had the permit & when they would start work. They said city of Mesa was always taking a long time. I waited another week & called for update, no word they said I called I then called city of Mesa & they sent back paperwork. I had to advise Isleys it was there, in their emails. I kept up with the review of my request. I felt like I was working for Isleys at this point. A neighbor told me of their issues with their gas issues & was told just switch to electric & I did. Called Isleys & cancel my order. Then they said they would call back no telephone calls. I called once again, to get the deposit back, and was told they had to charge me for the permit and a service fee. They offered to only give back under 200.00 . This was a total tipoff of a supposedly reputable company, but they ate a scam company who blames the city of Mesa,& tipoff people.
Do not use these people, bad business.

I needed the gas to my range reconnected following construction work. They sent a technician out within an hour! Zach was very kind n professional, did a great job! I will keep them in my business contacts list for future reference!

Having paid in full for the service , three days in advance. The two technicians that worked on the house asked us for money to pay for the service. After having to communicate to Crystal at their corporate they were able to finally talk to their technicians to stop asking for a payment.

On that note damages on the interior walls was done during their service.

I would simply not recommend this business to anyone looking for plumbing, HVAC repair, water heater repair , or any of the above. Specific instruction were given to them regarding and their technicians didn't follow through.

We were all set to have our 25 year old HVAC units replaced by Isley’s when the virus hit. Being older and in a higher risk group we were concerned about potential exposure but one of our units was not working. Ernie and Carlos came on one day notice to see if they could get unit running again. They were gloved and masked even before knocking on door. They were able to repair the system for reasonable cost and feel it should get us through the year. We’re seasonal residents and important to know system will work in our absence. When back next winter, we’ll have Isley’s replace both systems with new. They are very professional, accommodated our needs quickly. Everyone I’ve dealt with is top notch.

Our 1st time using Isleys was wonderful. This time wecalled them in for a faucet leak and slow toilet. 1st technician gives us quote to replace faucet and toilet with us purchasing items. We purchase both items in sealed boxes the next day, but technician can’t make it. So on 3rd day , 2nd technician does work. Finds out piece is missing from faucet box- the drain replacement. My husband explained to both technicians that he had Parkinson’s disease, so tremors make this work hard for him.
We were left to get the peice, which my husband did. Unfortunately, when he did the replacement, it leaked. We called this morning and they did get someone out. Technician #3 turns around 1 piece and tells my husband to redo it with more putty, then tells us we can pay $400 more for a different drain. We called and asked to speak to a manager. Someone called back to review the facts and said we would hear from them. So far , no call and now that my husband put in more putty as directed, the drain is too high for all the water to drain from the sink.

Our house needed to be re-piped due to failing CPVC pipes. Isley’s is Rosie on the House recommended so that was important to us to have a solid reputation. We received four bids and Isley’s was one of the fairest of the bids. Sarah was patient with my many questions before scheduling and during the project. Keith was amazing as the head plumber; patience of a saint. Our house had many challenges due to the architecture, and the project went longer than estimated, but they were persistent to do a good and complete job. In the end we are happy with the work and recommend this company.

I called isley’s for a second opinion on an air conditioner issue to ensure I was getting a fair price. Olivia was very helpful getting an appointment scheduled with the technician Steve. He arrived on time and asked what was happening with the unit. I explained that another company had come out and said that I needed a new blower motor. Steve checked the thermostat and confirmed what I already knew, that the unit wasn’t working. He did not go up on the roof or check the unit in any way, he did not give me a price quote. He did use my bathroom and then told me that if the other company was recommending replacing the blower motor then I I should do that. Don’t use this company as it was a waste of the $60 trip charge. I called Olivia at the office to share the disappointment at my experience with the company and never heard back..

I have used Isley’s for years for a variety of plumbing. services. They are professional and provide quality service. They are always available to answer any questions or concerns.

I’ll make a VERY long story short: Isley’s caused a refrigerant leak in our HVAC system during our last service and once realizing today, admitted fault but then backtracked and tried to blame it on the manufacturer (odd, because this wasn’t an issue the other two times we had our unit serviced, or on the install with them). They were trying SO hard to avoid responsibility, in almost a desperate manner. Staff kept contradicting one another on what the issue was, who was responsible, and how much it would cost to repair. They were SO unorganized. Manager was also no help; he was unreceptive and indifferent. So basically: Isley’s caused a leak, causing harm to the environment and leaving us without refrigerant and warmth. They then expected US to give them our money to fix a problem THEY created, and saw no issue with that. They truly wanted to profit off their mistake. The desperation and stinginess on their side was tangible. Makes me think of a used car salesman. Very untrustworthy.

My first time using Isleys and I am very impressed. We needed to replace a 17 year old water softener and they exceeded my expectations at a cost lower than expected. Definitely my new plumbing goto.

The team arrived 10 minutes early and set to work immediately. Chris was the lead, with Lamar and Aaron in training. They installed a new Trane XL16. I’ve used Isley’s Company for 26 years with no complaints. And if I did have a problem they were always willing to make things right, but I can’t even remember a specific example of that. Very happy with them. Highly recommended.

We used Isley’s Home Service for a bathroom remodel they sub contracted with Drystar. The project started in Oct 22 and ended in Jan 23. When they finely finished the job we noticed a hole in the drywall above the medicine cabinet, the mirrors and lights above the mirror were uneven, the painted over the door trim that had some water damage and didn’t paint the door. The grout in the shower and floor is a mess, the grout lines are uneven. The bathroom hardware has scratches and chips. Suggest not using Isley’s Home Service or Drystar for and remodeling.

They installed a water softener and did a fabulous job. Would highly recommend them.

We have had a number of plumbing issues over the last year to our home which we purchased and had not been properly maintained by the previous owners. We have had Isley’s out about a half a dozen times to repair an number of issues. I have found them easy to schedule and prompt in coming out. The plumber we had, Richard, is very polite and respectful (wears shoe coverings) of our home. He completes his work quickly and we have had no follow on issues.

As always top notch service and an awesome installation crew. Could not be happier with my new HAVC system!

Being without AC in AZ is no fun at all. So, after living out a season of Survivor Arizona, we contacted Isley's Home Service before the pets voted us off the show. If you're needing AC they're the coolest! Julianna & Kim are fast & friendly on phones. Derek gave us great information, patiently explaining options & answering questions. Installation was fast! Three out of 4 dogs approved of the team of guys that replaced our AC. Dog #4 is a jerk, so ignore him! While I hope I never have to deal with them for air conditioning again, if you are not wanting to embrace your pioneer spirit with fans & spray bottles, give them a call! Now! They fix other stuff, too. Check them out.

He called Isleys, they came and checked unit and it was unremarkable, however it was still under warranty!!! Something his ex-A/C company failed to tell him. I don't think having to replace an AC unit can ever be a good experience, but these 3 Isley servicemen gave me reason to reconsider. They arrived on time, all were personable, and all three knew what they were doing. In a very short amount of time the old furnace unit was disassembled and removed, and the existing AC was wheeled out. The new AC was larger, and had to be installed from above with a crane to fit between the house and the brick fence, but all went well. A new thermostat was installed, and we got some lessons on its use. They cleaned up after themselves, and left hardly any traces of their activities. We were very pleased with the entire procedure.

the technician was courteous and knowledgeable and identified the problem. My issue was the cost to replace the part , $900. I can purchase the part for $300 retail. I dont have an issue paying for labor but I refuse to pay double the retail price for parts. I order the part and installed it myself took 20min.

Angel did a great job with the AC tuneups on our units. He is super detailed oriented and thorough in his work. Very knowledgeable, always on time and provides great customer service.

They were prompt originally fit me in between 2 and 5 but then called to say they had a plumber about 20 minutes away before noon! They are definitely good at what they do excellent service as well.

After having my home warranty company come out and not resolve my problem, I called Isley's. Someone came out and they were very quickly able to diagnose and solve the issue, which involved hair clogging one of the bathroom drains. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Was concerned there may be a small gas leak, so we called Isley (recommended by SW Gas). The dispatcher was very kind and helpful. Kevin came out the same day and confirmed there was no gas leak, but did some repairs and maintenance on our heating units. Very happy with the service and professionalism of this company.

The price for the estimate was outrageous when you can only do half the project.

This was a service call at my home for normal semiannual a/c checkup, a water heater flush and general plumbing inspection. Needed the capacitor replaced and received a discount under the annual maintenance program. Received quotes for a new water heater and 2 toilet tank mechanisms replaced. Each quote included discounts under annual maintenance agreement. The service man arrived within the timeframe I was promised was very pleasant and attentive to the many questions I asked.

What a great company to work with. The stayed in contact with me as to when the technician would come. Technician was awesome. We have lived in this house for more than 4 years and our courtyard fireplace had never worked. It is going to be so nice to sit outside on chilly nights with family and friends. Southwest Has only had three companies that they recommended. This was the only one that would come to Arizona City. I was quoted a price for travel and that included 30 minutes diagnostic time. Not only did he take care of the problem, but no extra charges!!

I was so very disappointed in this whole experience. We contacted Isley's to repair our water softener. They were very late for our appointment (3 hours beyond our 8-12 time slot) We explained that we had reset it several times but it would quit quickly after it was reset. The repair techs walked in and hit the reset button and said it was fixed. When we said that it wouldn't stay reset they told us that it was too old to fix. But they got their $59 show up fee. All in all the only reason that I gave them 2 stars was that the techs were polite.

Called them for a gas pipe line quote! Straight run engineered approved drawing, took the 5 days as only one guy can make a decision to give me a quote low end $5,000 high end $10,000 wasted my time talked about permits house is built meter install done they are talking location of meter! Both girls i talked to wouldn’t trust them with my 8 year old Daughter! Sad part recommended by the gas company! That’s the best they can do? Ps i am a 18000 hour airline pilot for a one of the 2 major cargo companies for 30 years. A former Mack Truck Mechanic and a Mechanical engineer! I as the most technical person in my area fail to convince myself that their door closing front line staff were even worth a 1 star! Ps i built a multi million dollarr fishing lodge in Kenai Alaska from the ground up this was the worst customer service failure in my 20 years of building Terry Johnson

Very mixed. Got ac unit working. Promised to call next day. First thing in the am. Still waiting 5 days later

Had a nasty clog about 40ft from kitchen sink. Tech arrived 30 minutes early, provided the cost, and got to work. Drain was unclogged within an hour. Tech recommended hydro jet cleaning as a maintenance item, but was not pushy about it and have some advice to keep things flowing in the meantime.

I would use this company again.

Amazing job! I have a punctured pipe inside the wall resulting in water leakage and a soaking wet wall. The technician was able to locate the problem with one guess, based on the wet spots and, I am sure, years of solid experience. Super efficient with a tricky job. Very happy with the experience.

Everybody I’ve come into contact with has been super professional and very helpful. I highly recommend this company if you need your AC repaired or replaced. I had to say goodbye to my old Trane unit. She lasted over 20 years and that’s her on the crane. I replaced her with a brand new Trane unit hopefully I’ll get another 20 years out of her.
