I had a valve break in my bathroom over the holiday weekend and called PlumbSmart. Not only were they able to come out the first business day but everything was fixed in a short amount of time. Sam was very nice and explained the issue and what was needed to fix and answers all of my questions.

Fantastic service! Can't go wrong with these guys! Great prices and they take the time to explain everything. I've had a water softener installed, a ductless ac installed and a shower valve. Everytime they've exceeded my expectations.

I had garbage disposal replacement and shower tub leak fixed Charlie was efficient, professional and courteous, fantastic serviceI I had additional work done today and requested Charlie because he's a very excellent workexample and did an awesome job. Today 5/19 I had another service the technician was so professional wore his mask, didn't walk on my carpet with bare shoes, he was professional and timely and did an amazing job....

Darrell was fantastic! Nice, professional. He did a great job installing my 2 bathroom faucets, a kitchen faucet and shower rough and trim kit! He replaced all the old shut off valves and dealt with the unexpected rain. Definitely will use plumb smart again!

Thomas was on time and very professional. I got a 30 minute call when he was on his way which I appreciated. After inspecting the unit on the roof, he came inside and showed me pictures and described exactly what was going on with the unit. He had it repaired within 30 minutes at a fair price. I would definitely recommend a Plumb Smart.

We had a desperate situation - our main line to the house started leaking.. it was a weekend in this oppressive heat! They came out within 1 hour- fixed within the next hour. So nice and professional! I will always use them!!

Update: had to lower the score because of the go backs, mistakes I did not see. I am an untrained person so if you say you finished it all, I have to take your word for it, but my husband Very much saw several serious mishaps which I did not see. To date, I don't have a single vent in place, even tho I was told someone would be back to do that after my drywall was replaced in the same week..... still haven't seen or heard from anyone.....Plumbsmart is absolutely my go to for plumbing but knowing what I know now, I might not have chosen them to replace my ac unit..I got a quote for a full A/C replacement and vent rebuild back in March. I called them in September to see if they could do the work, I fully expected to hear not for same price but sure. But they started out this experience with honoring the original price! It wasn't cheap but it could have been MUCH worse, what with the price increases on materials.Then they came and did everything and were friendly, helpful, professional.After a miscommunication, they came Back for an extra day at no additional charge, for the entire day! To correct the issue. Poor Brandon and Seth, expecting a partial day, SAVED the day! When I say that I will Never use another company for ANYTHING they can do, I MEAN that.Thank you to Matt and the guys in the office, to Nate and the crew that came the first 2 days and to Brandon and Seth, who came in expecting just 4 hours of work and put in at Least 10 and STILL smiled about it.

Daniel was good at keeping me updated on the arrival time for the installation. Mike and Andrew came out yesterday to replace my AC (heat pump). They were great: informative and professional. They tested the system before they left to make sure it was running well and didn't leave until they were happy with its performance. They cleaned everything up very well before leaving. Very good experience!

A huge shout out to Jeffrey! He was friendly, knowledgeable and very thorough. He had a professional appearance and was just awesome. I can’t complement him enough. Anyone that has had AC issues during the summer knows the hassle of dealing with high prices just to get a diagnosis. Not to mention the fee to get someone to your home quickly. Not with this company. The were affordable and helpful and we are tremendously grateful. If you’re having problems with your AC call them. You won’t be disappointed.

Service and work was tremendous!!! I believe the tech went above and beyond in helping. My only issue is the cost. I did feel there was a bit of a bait and switch though with the 49 dollar fix. The adage of if it seems too good to be true, it probably is fits here. I understand that the fine print says a few things, and the price may have been fair and comparable, but I felt lured in by the too good to be true 49 dollar fix. The 49 dollars is if they do not need to use any equipment. If they do, the cost went to 125. I already had the guy there, and like I said, he did a great job, but I just felt a bit taken advantage of. Maybe I was being greedy. I do thank you for the work, and I didn't want to leave a review, but was asked by the company to do so.

My experience was 5 star right from beginning to end. It started with Gary, the man that did the free estimate. Gary was clean, friendly, knew his stuff and was able to schedule James, the man that did the great job. It was affordable (but plumbing is costly), but it was done right And it was a great job. I wanted it done right and they did it right. I highly recommend these guys.

Great experience with tech, hard working. Only reason I didn't go with them was because I'd be liable for the drywall repair and got it covered instead by a competitor.

I have used PlumbSmart twice in the Tempe area and they are by far the best team, they were on time, they are very knowledgeable, not only do they fix the problem but they give you information to help you with possibly not having the problem again. Charles Bauer was the first time and he was wonderful, polite, explained the problem and told me to call when I was ready to put the sink in they would help. The second time Sebastian showed up and was great and explained the problem and helped put the sink together and was so fast and tested it and everything was wonderful. Had the pleasure of dealing with Jeremy on a main line backup issue. He gave me a no BS course of action on how to tackle the situation and tried his best. Ended up fixing the situation by hydrojetting when other places were recommending me whole house pipe replacement solutions

I had a great experience with this company every time Ive used them! They have a gentleman named Sebastian that came out and helped me my 1st time and he was absolutely wonderful. He was trustworthy kind and very smart. I have used them many times after and continue to request him. I am very happy with their service. They even send you a text message to remind you the day before and another text 30 minutes before with a picture of the plumber you will be expecting.

Prompt call back and service. Knowledgeable, pleasant, and hard-working. Reasonable pricing on an extensive job. Cleared main pipe and restored drainage for two toilets and two showers. We are very pleased and would call PlumbSmart again. Highly recommended.

The guys from PlumbSmart did a great job. Showed up on time. Gave us a fair price and got the work done quick and left the area clean and neat. The service technician, John, was very prompt and professional. I had used PlumbSmart previously back in June 2019 for an HVAC condenser fan motor replacement, which went out within a week and had to be replaced. The customer service was excellent, and I was not charged... however; after only a year and 6-months I’m disappointed in the quality of the components (fan motor) PlumbSmart provides. The lifespan of a condenser fan/motor should last well beyond a year and a half, especially with the care and maintenance it is given . Not only that... but due to the motor going out during the evening and on a weekend, the only option to upgrade to a better quality fan/motor would have meant our family going without heat for the night. Out of options I had John replace the motor with the same type and paid more than I would have for the upgraded fan/motor. If/when this fan goes out, I will probably seek a different HVAC service provider other than PlumbSmart.

This company is great, 4 hours after they arrived at my home, I had a new air conditioner and house was cooled off in 30 min, had to raise it to 82 because it was to cold, the men were so nice and professional, and went out of there way to let me know what was being done. We have one dog that hates men and barked I think the whole time but didn't seem to phase the fellow's. Heard them whistling and even singing a Beach Boys song. I will definitely be recommending Plumb Smart to all my friends who needs any of these services. Thank you so much

The tech was on time and did the work described in the ad. He was very thorough. This would have been 5 stars but we were told that techs would enter the house wearing protective gear for the pandemic. We had to ask him to go back to the truck and get the gear.

I can honestly say the statements& recommendations are true and accurate in areas of HVAC and plumbing. They are now my go to contractors for both. I called PlumbSmart to have a tuneup done on my unit. They came out checked everything over and said it was generally working well. They recommended replacing two capacitors though due to readings showing that they were possibly failing. I went ahead and had them replace those.A few weeks later the unit seemed to be running excessively and having a hard time cooling the house down. I was in the process of moving out and shut the power off to the AC after I moved out. A few days later, I called PlumbSmart to come back out. The same technician came back out and found that the freon had leaked out of the valves that are used to test the pressure of the system. I had to pay to have freon put back into the system which I found frustrating since if I avoided the tune up, the system would not have leaked, but I went ahead and him perform the work.Shortly after the freon was replaced he uncovered another issue. He could no longer get my Nest thermostat to operate. He stated it likely failed and recommended replacing it. I was out of the area and needed the AC working so I also authorized the replacement of the thermostat. I later found that the Nest thermostat was fine after installing it into a new house. The internal battery had simply drained due to power being shut off to the unit and needed to be recharged for it to work. It seems that the technician is not familiar with Nest thermostats unfortunately which lead to an unnecessary replacement in this case.Overall I feel like a fair portion of these repair costs should have been avoided.Update below.After publishing the initial review above, the owner contacted me the same day. He thanked me for my feedback and wanted to make it right. He provided me with a partial refund and I've updated the review from 2 stars to 4. I was very pleased with how the owner handled it and it shows that he does care for his customers. I'd now use them again given the opportunity.

Amazing work by a knowledgeable, professional repairman who showed up early and worked diligently until he had the problem fixed. He found burnt wiring and had to take on quite a large project. He was in and out within an hour and a half, was polite, and cleaned up after himself like he was never there. I give PlumbSmart 10 out of 5 stars!

First time I've had to call about an A/C repair. My system is pretty old, so time will tell whether repair work will hold. But the repairman, Mike, who came to my home was very knowledgable, friendly, efficient and, most important, honest about the age and state of my system. I highly recommend PlumbSmart to anyone who needs A/C repair in Arizona.

Brian was very efficient with this install of a hot water heater under warranty. I called on a Wednesday and PlumbSmart was there 8 am on the next day. Price was a bit more than I anticipated but plumbing always seems to have ancillary issues. All in all, very pleased!

Josh from PlumbSmart was great. He was super friendly, communicated very well and did a great job. He’s definitely an asset to the company. He has great hair, too. I’m jealous.

Bunch of clowns. Showed up late for the job after they said they'd be there early. Then they quoted me an astronomical $375 to do a gas line pressure test. Its more like a $75 to $150 job. When I asked to speak to a manager the guy brushed me off told me he would get back to me tomorrow. At the end of the day it was a bad experience. I don't write many reviews so I wouldnt go out of my way to write this unless it was an extremely bad experience. The guy on the phone was so inconsiderate he forced my hand. They most likely incentive alot of there clients to write fake positive reviews.

There was an outside leak that had been connected to a sprinkling system. Over the years due to the heat the system no longer worked and consequently the leak became a problem. Michael from PlumbSmart evaluated the situation and I followed his recommendation. It was fantastic to get the problem solved quickly and professionally.

I feel like PlumbSmart always overcharges me! I needed my toilet unblocked after hours. It took the plumber 5minutes to resolves the issue but they took advantage of the situation but charging me a huge penalty fee for after hour services. I paid $260 for a 5minute service !!!!!. Next time I will go with another company.

There was a leak in my upstairs bathroom ceiling. I called and got an appointment the very next day! The technician Jeffrey was super personable, efficient and informative! Plumbsmart was affordable and is definitely the company to go with for all your HVAC/Plumbing needs!

I had PlumbSmart come over to replace my RO water filters. They were a year old and needed replacement and I had never done it before. I wanted somebody to do a good job and show me how to do it so that I would be able to do it next time. Keith came over and looked at the system and asked who installed it. I told him his company did a year ago, and he said they did a good job by leaving enough waterline to pull the system out and replace the filters. Keith spent time to explain the process so that the next time they need to be replaced I will be able to do it myself. It wasn’t a big job but he took his time and answered all my questions. I saved their number in my phone and will call them the next time I have a plumbing issue.

We replaced 2 older TRANE systems. The team showed up on time, worked efficiently, kept us informed of the process, and left the work areas clean. We compared 5 companies on price for the same units, and PlumbSmart was the best value. They also helped us evaluate the tonnage of the AC Units for our home. We were able to reduce our overall needed capacity by 2 tons. Very happy with our decision. Nicolas is easy to work with. I particularly enjoyed the light, fun banter within the install team. Clearly demonstrates PlumbSmart is a good place to work, which makes it good for customers.

I love that they’re prompt and always very professional — great/courteous phone reps. The downside is the cost, but it’s typical of most plumbing companies (I’ve replaced the tub valve cartridge myself for 12% of the total cost to buy the part plus 45 min of my time), but happy for them to warrant their work and get to a rental property when I’m busy.

Brian was at my house in 1-1/2 hrs and very professional and knowledgeable. I had a gas water replaced and also discovered a slab leak. He did a great job, I was however shell shocked at the price I paid.

The people at PlumbSmart are amazing. Very nice and professional. I was told Ryan would call between 9-10am. Ryan called at 9 saying he would arrive at 9:30 and he did. Ryan and Patrick looked over the job asked of them and explained in detail what needed to be done. I had two options and they gave me a free estimate for both. I was quoted 2-3hrs to get the job done because they had to go get a part. They were done within the 2hrs. Thank you Ryan and Patrick. We will use PlumbSmart for any future plumbing problems.

Manager and technician were fantastic.Need to break the INVOICE into parts and labor and also mention that the problem was caused by a defective part.Otherwise, we have other plumbing work for PlumbSmart to do.Great experience.

From their HQ Holly was precise, on it, got us set up, all details noted and off and running......Eric, the tech had a diagnosis and a call into me shortly prior to the scheduled arrival time...🤣🤣....hence I missed his call...got back to him, he gave me his diagnosis, cost and one week follow up included to check and retest what he had just completed. Folks, that's about as good as you can get on an initial visit! Three thumbs up!! 👍👍👍

Brian Garcia came out on short notice on a Saturday to look at a broken main line on our home. He was very polite and offered multiple options for how to go about the repair. When the time came for the repair to be done he exceeded my expectations on quality not only was a new line ran but how he rebuilt our outside copper line connecting our house, water loop and irrigation! It looked so well done and professional beyond what I could have patched together myself!

Matt and Michael came out to install a new water heater. They were both knowledgeable and professional. I felt that they really cared about my needs. Awesome cimmunication and will definitely use again and recommend to family and friends.

Water heater went out. Homedepot suggested another outfit. Stating over $1000 for labour. I called Plumbsmart and it was less then half that. Jamie came over and did an excellent job. Highly Recommend! I already sent a friend to them for his heater issue.

Absolutely fabulous! They did a check up on my Hvac system, gave an honest down to earth estimate of what was going on with the system, without pushing a replacement. After the honest job that they did, we decided to have the system replaced by them and we could not be happier. We got a great price with professional polite workers and incredible customer service. Even when they hit a snag, or were met with something unanticipated, they told me what was going on every step of the way, I was never left wondering what was going on or what was happening. After they left, you couldn’t even tell that they’d been there. They cleaned up after themselves, vacuumed the inside of my house where things have been replaced, cleaned up every scrap of trash from the yard that they left and left no evidence that anybody had been there at all other than a brand new air conditioner that works phenomenally.I will never use another company again, they’ve earned a customer for life.

The refrigerator water valve broke at the wall and the main water had to be shut off. It was a holiday weekend Sunday and they showed up within 2 hours and had it repaired quickly. The plumber was an awesome guy and the work was great!

Technician, James.James is one of the best service techs I've had the pleasure to meet. He is honest, professional, and knows his business well. I believe I was treated fairly as the entire process was explained well, and I was made aware of all options in easy to understand detail. I'm thankful for clearing my drain and for his attitude and ability, I would not hesitate to recommend him to others and I will definitely ask for him in the future should I need services his company provide.

Project Mgr, Josh, very easy to work with and very helpful. Have had issies since the install and cannot get a call back. First issue, I ended up having to reach out to Josh on his day off to get a response. Dealing with another issue today and have yet to receive a callback after leaving several messages. I should not have to contact the project manager to get a reaponse. Extremely disappointed so far with my experience. I have not reached out to Josh yet. today, I should not have to do that to get a returned call.

The plumber was on time and went right to work once I showed him the problem. He advised the estimated cost which was very reasonable. He went to work and was completed in 30 minutes.I am happy with the service and will use Plumb Smart again.Marvin M.

I was told by another AC Company that I would need a new unit to replace the one that they recently serviced. Price tag 15000! PlumbSmart determined I had a faulty switch and thermostat. They replaced both and we are cooling off. Also I asked for price to replace and was advised it would be less than 1/2 of the competition!! Recommending them to everyone!

PlumbSmart has a good team. They are timely and do a good job. I especially like emailed invoice and texting to confirm agreements. It makes it easy for a Landlord to work with them. Pricing is reasonable.Update 1/15/2021: I had them out to replace 3 interior faucets: 2 bathroom and one kitchen plus 3 exterior faucets. They were on time and punctual. The price was what I expected and they completed the work quickly and efficiently.

Arrived on time and got right to it. Removed my 15 year-old system and replaced with a Trane. Installation was great, performance of system great. I had plumbsmart install my tankless water heater earlier this year, and returned to them for my AC needs based on trust and responsiveness.One thing PlumbSmart could do is to let the homeowner know of SRP rebates; found out my new ac system is eligible. Poor customer service. Had a leak. Gave me a very small window 2 days out that I took but then they asked me to reschedule as the guy coming was delayed. They should have sent another person instead, now I had to rush to find new plumber while leak was getting worse.

Terrible/ Horrible experience over a year ago. Had their tech over to do an estimate with an entire tub with shower backing. I got a quote to do the tub. So the install date came and by the time the techs were done they only did the tub, literally. I got some excuse they only do tubs and not shower backings even though their tech rep was their to do an in house estimate with the entire product sitting in my rental property to be sold & it seems their tech never really acknowledged the rest of the product being plainly in the house. After getting a poor excuse from manager or supervisor about not doing (mostly because they're greedy and do not honor real customer complaint the right way the customer is always right) I had clear disappointment, then one of their techs had this attitude like they wanted FIGHT ME in my own property after I was clearly explaining intelligently that this is NOT what we agreed upon especially when their tech rep. was in my property standing next to the bathroom product I had just purchased still sealed in boxes. Ending, I paid them to leave, they left and I finished the job myself. This is a disaster company with shotty employees and if you ever have an issue with a contractor expressing bodily harm, call the police and have them removed from the your property. Do not pay them, just call the police and have them removed from the premises. Rebuttal. Yup, we have receipt with plumb-smart name on it and also dated. So now they call former customers liars...very American of you.

Mike, the plumber, was really personable. I have no complaints with the service and it was awesome that PlumbSmart could get here so quickly. My only complaint was that all it took was a reset of the garbage disposal and it would have been good customer relations if someone had asked if I’d tried that. Ah well, lesson learned.

I needed a new ice maker valve and line installed. Tony came out and did a great job. Extremely customer friendly and professional service. He gave me some great advice on my water heater too! What a great company!! Nowadays its hard to find honest companies with great values. We had a hard summer with our AC breaking down at least once a month, our home insurance company kept sending incompetent company, u professionals that would come in, charge us and said they fixed the problem only to have our AC not working the following days, we decided to look up companies on our and I was afraid getting the same results. Conlin was assigned to work in our home and oh man, what a difference!! He was very helpful, very polite and he even took the time to speak to our home insurance company about the issues he found and we were getting ripped off by all of the other companies that had come before. He took pictures and sent us a very detailed emIl about what he did, and what needed to be done to our unit. Kale came on a Friday after a cancellation from another customer. He found out why we didn’t have water and fixed it. On Monday he returned at 9 to do an upgrade on our washer connections. We showed him some faucet leaks and he agreed to replace them. Poor Kale was here until 4:30, because of old, trailer house issues! Great service, friendly attitude, and professional service. Sorry to the other people who were scheduled for him today ☹️

PlumbSmart's best Tech guy, Matt Born, was sent to my mother's house at the last minute. He showed up an hour ahead of the scheduled appointment time and exceeded all of our expectations. We had a reoccurring problem and were prepared for the worst. He made sure we were well informed, charged appropriately, and at ease the entire time. We have now made Matt our go-to guy and feel PlumbSmart about it!

My shower was backing up into my other shower. I called a company out to take a look at the problem. Very nice and professional. At the end of their visit, I was quoted a price of $15,000 to fix the issue. Replacing pipes, digging up my bathroom and cutting a hole in my wall.Of course, I was going to get a second opinion.A friend of mine used PlumbSmart a while ago and suggested I call them.Jeremy was the technician who came out. Was on time, professional and took a look at what was going on. He spent over and hour snaking the pipes ( which the other company refused to do) He ended up clearing the clog and getting everything working again. He suggested I do a deep clean of the pipes, which I did. The entire job cost me $2,600. The job is guaranteed for 6 months. If something goes wrong, they’ll come back out for free. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. They are honest, trustworthy and explained everything to me. The A/C went out last night, got a call at 730am and was able to get a service guy out at 10. Got confirmation text and email regarding appointment. Technician called prior to the appointment and was very friendly.Technician was very efficient and knowledgeable and was able to check my system and identify accurately any issues. This WAs especially important to me as I had another company recently check my system and try to sell me a new AC unit. Without going into to much detail I was told my system was over 10 years old and it needed parts that would exceed its worth. Not only did your technician find my unit is only 3 years old, but non of the issues the other company found were accurate. My Daikin A/C was purchased in May 2018. Therefore, it is 3 years old. I had Plumb Smart Technician come out for maintenance, May 2021. I was very taken aback when I was told that my A/C needed a new capacitor and a new contactor - 2pole which cost $318. I hesitated but I had the tech replace them. When I had time to think about it, I questioned why a 3 year old A/c needed replacement parts. I called the office and discussed my concern. They were understanding and wanted to keep me as a customer. We mutually agreed upon a partial refund. I felt better and it was good PR for Plumb Smart.

Absolutely amazing experience. The condenser in my AC went out and I called the first company I saw on Craigslist. Turns out it was PlumbSmart. The guy that answered the phone was very nice and booked the service call, followed by a text reminder. The tech texted when he was on his way. He was very professional and diagnosed/repaired the AC unit quickly. When he finished, he texted me pictures of the old condenser, the new one in the box, and the new one installed. He did not even hint at any sort of upsell. He just fixed what was wrong and charged a very reasonable price. I was blown away. Before retiring, I was a contractor for 20 years. I am so grateful they were able to come so fast and fix our pumbing leak so we could turn the water back on. They were very nice and quick and professional. Glad I chose them. They were recommended by someone else they did work for.

I met one of the employees at the Home Depot. And I got his card for the company. I called it and they stated that they could replace the water heater and they were less expensive than the other companies out there. I do vacation rentals. And I have permission to replace the water heater and there was a huge markup on the water heater install. For a 30 gallon tall gas they charge $1900. And for a landscaping leak on the side of the house which was just taken apart and put back together they charged $400. I will not be ever calling them again. I recommend getting a price quote from many different companies before you call them . It is $600 at Home Depot for a water heater so they charge $1300 to install and markup.

We've used PlumbSmart multiple times for everything from a leaky sink to plumbing fixture installs and clogged pipes to hvac service. I was sent a text of the employees name and pic who would be working on our hvac before he arrived so I knew who would be knocking on my door. John arrived within 10 minutes of the earliest point in my call window, which was very nice. I asked him to quote me for a specific item right at the start, which he was happy to do. I then asked him to do some checking on several other items with the hvac, and to give me his opinions on several potential repairs. He was thorough, polite, and explained what he would be able to do now with our older units, and what he recommended to be done later on. He explained that Plumbsmart offered some additional services that I was interested in (upgraded attic insulation) and gave me a quote based on measurements of my attic space. He upgraded our thermostat (it was 20+ years old) and programmed the new one for us very quickly. He also gave us a separate quote for replacing our older units later in the year while getting our current units as freshened up as can be expected for something 15 years old. When it came time to pay our bill, John, offered their 18 months no interest financing option, which we took advantage of. All in all, this was an excellent experience for me and my wife, and because of their timeliness, thoroughness, and skill, they will be receiving more business from us!

If you’re shopping for a new AC system we highly recommend PlumbSmart. We got quotes from 4 different companies and Shaun not only had the most professional and educational presentation, he had the best pricing by far. Shaun guided us through the process with superior communication and customer service. Cadon and Mason did our installation and they were great too! Ours was a 2 day install and the men left our home so clean we couldn’t even tell any work had been done. Mike is good at what he does. He was polite and professional, had a good repore.and left the area clean. I do think that $285.00 was excessive for simply spraying some cleaner on the evsp coil. I've worn many hats in my lifetime and being told that wisdom at cleaning a coil was what required what I questioned as excessive.

We needed 2 new rooftop heatpump units for our house. We asked 3 comparable companies for bids, and Plumbsmart was given the job. They replaced both units, provided new parts (stand, electric whip, condensate, return air grilles inside) as needed, and installed 2 digital (Trane) thermostats. Employees were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, patient, prompt, and efficient. The company worked with us on price, service maintenance agreements, rebates, etc., We are very satisfied and would highly recommend them for this type work.

This service call was to change out filters on our Reverse Osmosis water filtration system as well as troubleshoot the output of the system. As always, the person performing the service was professional as well as knowledgeable. The filters were changed out and the system output problem was determined and explained thoroughly. Unknown to us, such a system is 'powered' by a pressurized tank that lasts about 8-10 years before it needs to be replaced as 'normal maintenance'. As our home was built about 11 years ago, it was time. The service person needed to procure the replacement tank as well as (our choice) to change out the system faucet which was an inexpensive builders installation. Everything was done quickly and efficiently to our satisfaction. We have used PlumbSmart exclusively for our plumbing and a/c maintenance since discovering them many years ago. I would not go to anyone else, as I trust their work and have always been satisfied with the results at a fair and reasonable cost.

Plumbsmart was great and price was fair! Hernan arrived on time and listened to what we needed done. We needed a new kitchen sink plumbed into our existing R.O. system. He showed us several areas other than the obvious leak that needed attention and recommended a new R.O. system and faucet, which we purchased separately outdide of Plumbsmart. He was very thorough and everything was installed same day. He showed is how to change the filters and clear clogs in the faucet filter. I received a text message confirming my appointment and that they were taking all the safety precautions due to covid. What a joke!!! The 1st guy that came didn’t have a mask on and when I questioned why he wasn’t wearing a mask he said oh it broke like it was no big deal. I called the company to inform them that their employee was not wearing a mask. The guy I spoke with didn’t seem to concerned. A 2nd guy came with a part that was needed. When he showed up he wasn’t wearing a mask. I questioned him and said oh you guys don’t wear a mask when coming into peoples homes. He said he had one in his truck and asked me if I wanted him to use it. I said yes!!! Watch out for this company that are not wearing masks when they come into peoples home

These guys came out same day, fix my problem they were out within 2 hours of when I called and they fixed my problem for a very reasonable price $125 wow never knew Craigslist could be so awesome that's how I found them I would highly recommend these folks absolutely positively very professional.

The individual on the other end of the phone was friendly and scheduled Justin Jones to come out. When Justin arrived he was professional and discussed the options. I called at 7:30 am and had some one answer the phone (that was a shock to start with) and let me know they would look at schedule and call me back, and they did. The plumber James arrived on time and gave me all my options for my garbage disposal repair from fixing it to replacing it. James replaced the garbage disposal and also fixed my fascet at no charge. James was very pleasant and professional and because of how well I was treated start to finish....I give them 5 stars all the way.

New review: another fantastic job, this time in the HVAC department w/ Thomas. I forgot that a few years ago I had used them for an RO install. Regardless, Thomas came over and I explained him the issue that I had spent a week trying to diagnose due to a voltage drop in the wiring. It was awesome of him to explain to me the root cause of the issue and resolve the issue within minutes. This is the second time I have used Plumbsmart and I highly recommend them. First we had our whole HVAC system installed by them in January 2019. Best value for the cost and the customer service is above and beyond. Justin who handles the HVAC department is one of the most professional and honest contractors I have worked with. If you need a new HVAC system please call them first. Today we had a plumbing emergency and they were out to our property and hour before they were even scheduled. Charles came to our home on this visit and he was extremely professional and the job was done quickly. Some contractors make you feel uneasy and you know right away that they are dishonest. Called PlunbSmart with a drain issue— picked them because I saw their ad on TV to help folks with financial support if they needed it— wasn’t the case with us but made us think they were a good company to try. At any rare, we called and they were here the same day— Josh Merrill was our tech and he couldn’t have been any nicer and now the drain has the new parts it needed and is running full speed— we think the price was very fair as well

Customer service representative and plumber technician was raising hell when water heater was not located by lowes store employees on juneb14th 2022. Plumbsmart Company wanted to charge me an extra 50$ on top of their estimate due to thinking they had to make an extra trip to obtain water heater. They were blowing up my phone and I had it resolved with Lowe's within half hour after plumber technician left the parking lot. Plumber technician did complete the installation the next day but agitated me again with that additional 50$ charge . I raised hell and said that the estimate will be no more what I had budgeted for this project. I honestly don't need to give PlumbSmart any future business after this Incident...

I used to use this company a lot, but lately they have gotten expensive claiming repairs that don't need to be done. Recently they told me I needed to have the walls torn down in two bathrooms to fix a leak and I would need to file a homeowners claim. They then charged me $290 to cut a hole in the wall to inspect. I got another guy out there and he said I just needed to calk the shower knob so water doesn't leak behind the wall. Needless to say I am not going with this company anymore.

It was 5 PM on a Friday night when they receive the call that my AC unit was not working. They were there within an hour to fix it. Matt was very professional and knowledgeable And the work was done quickly. I really appreciated him coming out so quickly as the temperature was in the high 90s.

I called PlumbSmart for an estimate to clear a clogged main pipe that interfered with my toilets and shower draining. They came out the same afternoon and cleared the clog, checked all the sinks, toilets, and showers to make sure everything was good, then ran a camera through one last time to verify that the clog was cleared. Charles was professional and courteous. I’m happy with their service and would use them again.

I had two services on 4/26, Air conditioning yearly service (quoted at $49) and high pressure cleaning service for our two bathroom condo sewer lines. First off, both plumbers and the HVAC Technician were very professional and qualified. They all answered any questions I had. The services were done properly, from my prospective. The issue is the cost. Plumb Smart advertises itself as affordable and less than half the cost of other plumbers. Don't believe it for a second! The $49 dollar AC maintenance went up to over $370 dollars! All in all I spent over $500 an hour to have the services done! No repair work, just service work. Plumb Smart is not inexpensive or affordable.

I have used PlumbSmart service several times and I have absolutely nothing negative to say. Both times I have had technicians at my home within hours of the call. They are extremely professional from the office communication to the technicians and salesmen that show up. They are friendly, outgoing, and willing to listen. They also only fix what needs fixing and their prices are great. They are the first number I will dial for any plumbing or HVAC services my house will need in the future.

I can't say enough good things about these guys. I had a broken water main and had the yard dug up when they got there because I thought I had it all figured out. Turns out I was wrong. They tried to work with me but in the end showed me what the problem really was. They gave me a fair bid on doing the work the right way. Then showed up and fixed the problem quickly and correctly. I fell very lucky to have found these guys. I will call them in the future for any other plumbing needs I have and I would not hesitate to recommend them to my neighbors. Called Precision Air and Plumbing yesterday, they came out attempted to clear a clogged drain line, he was here for a couple hours, and they couldn’t clear the drain! My kitchen sink was still clogged, he said they were closed tomorrow and scheduled me to home back on Monday morning after Christmas, ( the tech was on the phone with a supervisor the whole time asking for assistance) I decided to try Plumb Smart, not wanting to wait until Monday, I called Plumb Smart, earlier today, your repairman came out, in less than 2 hours, polite professional, it was a simple snake of the kitchen sink, (he added a simple coupling for future needs to access easy cleanup),which he had on his truck! And I was up and draining in the less than an hour. They cleaned up, very polite professional I will use them again and recommending them to anyone Precision Air and Plumbing couldn’t snake a kitchen sink, and didn’t have the proper tools and a coupling on his truck! Great experience getting a new hot water heater installed! Brian called to ask if he could come early and then the company sent me a text alerting me that he was on the way including a photo of the service provider. He was knowledgeable, efficient and even educated me on how to care for my new hot water heater. He gave me several water heater options which allowed me to choose the best one for my home within my budget. No high pressure sales tactics whatsoever. The entire job was done in less than 2 hours and he took away my old water heater. Definitely great service & value!

My experience with Plumbsmart makes is very hard to even provide a 1 rating. Plumbsmart completed some plumbing work at my house, and then left me with a terribly loud water hammer issue - i.e. the water pipes in my garage bang loudly, and this can lead to more serious issues. This noise issue occurred as a result of the work they completed. Never in all the years of living in my house have we ever had this terrible condition previously, I never even heard of this type of issue. They did return to the house a few times the past couple of months to try to resolve the issue, but they were not capable of solving the problem they created. Over the past few weeks, I have left 2 messages for the owner Wayne, 2 messages for a Supervisor Robert, and several messages and emails for a manager Shawn. I have not heard from any of them - they DO NOT return phone calls. Apparently they have given up and do not have the skill to solve the serious problem their work created. I could never recommend Plumbsmart to anyone.

Today I had John come out to fix my toilet. He actually arrived earlier than my 2:00 appt. He was very thorough. He also recommended I replace the toilet as it is relatively old. He suggested a specific toilet and provided me with all pricing for installation. He is a very professional and I have always been impressed with his service. I am very pleased with Plumbsmart.

We had a seriously clogged kitchen sink. After messing with it myself for the entire weekend I'm convinced I only made it worse. I called PlumbSmart and Sebastian Pino was here in about a half hour (quicker than I was told), after texting me his info and pic when he was o his way. He cleaned the drain and also replaced a leaky drain I thought was going to need a bucket under it forever!! Quick, friendly and efficient-I have no doubt I'll call them again, in fact I did save them to my phone!!

Got 4 different estimates from Phoenix AC companies. 15k for new unit beyond repair, 9k unit can't be saved, 7k unit needs replacing! These guys sent someone out, diagnosed unit, repaired it for $500 bucks in 1 hour! Unit blows ice cold as it was new! Don't get ripped off by dishonest people! Highly recommend, professional, fair and HONEST!!!

The technician was super polite and professional. He was able to resolve a wiring issue with my A/C system, along with other issues, extremely proficiently and quickly. All in all, this was a very pleasant experience. I have smart thermostats in a custom home automation system that other technicians refused to work with, but he was able to diagnose and fix issues with them almost instantaneously. 5/5, perfect experience.

So so fast!! Sometimes it just works out that the plumbing tech is right around the corner. Today was that day. We required a precision team to identify the exact location of the leak and Charles was able to come back this afternoon to complete the work and get water back into our home. This is a mixed review as we had 2 people come out. The first guy was very nice and walked us through what he needed to do to change the shut off valve on the main water line into the house and gave us a quote on changing the water faucet to our washing machine as it was leaking. This repair was going to require cutting dry wall so we decided to delay it. We also asked about a water softener, but to his credit, he recommended that we contact PlumbSmart and ask for a quote from one of the guys that installs them. He was unable to shut the water off at the meter, but he called the City of Mesa to come out and replace the shut off valve at the meter because it was stuck and told us he would be back the next day to finish the job.The city came out and turned the water off without any issue, so I called PlumbSmart and I thought the same guy would be coming out, but they sent Michael instead. Michael was clearly more knowledgeable and explained everything. He told us what the issue was with the washing machine faucet and thankfully, dry wall cutting is not needed to fix it. He walked through different scenarios for where to install the water softener and what would be required.Both guys were polite and professional. PlumbSmart sent me a text with their names and I received a picture of Michael so I knew who would be knocking, which was comforting. My husband was home, but if I had been alone, it would have given me peace of mind. I will be asking for Michael specifically next time as he is a problem solver which makes all the difference.

The PlumbSmart team did a great job on our repipe. Josh explained everything that would be done, and Hernan and the rest of the team were fantastic. They were very conscientious of us being without without water and stayed to minimize the inconvenience. They also tried to keep the mess to a minimum and cleaned as they worked.

I called yesterday to have them look at a leaking shower in my rental home. They scheduled an appointment for today between 10 and 12. Brian called at 9:50 this morning and was at the house in 20 minutes. Although we decided not to do the work right now they were very professional. They got me my receipt and estimates through email immediately. I appreciated the text messages confirming the appointment.

We are very happy with our experience with PlumbSmart. Our first meeting was with John, then Nick. Both impressed us with their knowledge and work ethic attitude. Within a few days the heating and air conditioning units were installed. We have a split system. The air handler is in the house. They covered the carpeted stairs. John and his crew were efficient, friendly and courteous. It's been two weeks and we're enjoying the the quiet air conditioning. Our previous units were installed in 1975 and noisy. Before even arriving, I greatly appreciated the text message with the photo of the technician (Matthew) coming out and that he was on his way. Sometimes my wife is the only one home with the kids when we are needing work done so this adds a level of safety for her to know who to expect. We don't wear shoes in the house for health reasons so it was great to see that he showed up with new shoe covers to put on before stepping into our house. We needed new drain piping and a garbage disposal hooked up to our newly installed sink and he went above and beyond to no only do it correctly but was very descriptive in some of the work he was doing. He was clear in his communication and I never felt that he was trying to sell me on anything or brush over the details. He was tidy with his work area, conscious of our cabinets and floors and he communicated every time he had to step out of the house. I would call Matthew anytime we need work in the future and would recommend him to my family and friends. He is more than welcome in our house again!

Charles was professional, very polite and wasted no time and getting things done. He fixed 2 units at two properties and worked till nearly eight p.m. as hewas getting ready to leave, I apologize that he had to work so late. He simply smiled chuckled and said it's just another day. I certainly wouldn't hesitate to recommend Charles.

Awesome technician installing a new hot water heater. Thorough and informative throughout the entire process.

The installer was great! However when removing old water heater or bringing in the new one, he accidentally knocked off the garage sensor to the ground.Therefore I was unable to shut or open the garage door.I put it back on as best as I could. Someone will fix it tomorrow.This is a great company, however I was not happy with “the cost of the new water heater” . Since the old one was already leaking and ready to burst., I agreed to the price because I just wanted to get it over with. Most of these companies have coupons which are useless as the price is NEVER what they are advertising, which was the case with me. I also wanted a certain brand which they do not carry. I think plumbers and electricians are a necessary evil. They are not friends to those on fixed incomes, either.Actually my neighbors feel that I paid too much for this water heater and it wasn’t even the brand I wanted. Matthew said Rudd was a better brand but after some researching, I found this not to be the case.

Kale came out from Plumbsmart to fix a few leaks we had in the house. He took his time, was very professional and repaired the 3 leaks we had quickly. PlumbSmart saved the day when the cartridge in my shower valve broke on a Saturday night and there was no way for me to turn the water off. We tried calling several other 24/7 plumbers and they were not available or didn't have a ladder to get on the 2-story condo roof for the water shut off. The fellow who provided the service (Dave) was friendly, capable and resolved the issue quickly - for the best price too!

My water heater failed on a Sunday and they were out the next day. By the end of the day the water heater was in, and they had referred me to a restoration company. So far so good. I will update when the work is completed, but so far, things have gone as well as I could have hoped. Highly recommend.

Had a new water heater installed. Was pricey and wish there would have been a Black Friday discount applied, and a smaller sized unit as this one is bigger and takes more space than the old one, but all in all Brian was friendly, explained a few thing's and the job looks to be done well.

I was very impressed by Francisco. He went through every detail of the problem with me, explained what was required in order to repair the leak which was affecting my downstairs neighbor's unit. He went through all of the costs involved and presented them in a logical, straightforward manner. Very efficient and personable. We had a water pipe leaking in our front yard on our side of the water meter. Plumbsmart came out the same day and gave me two estimates for repair, one for just repairing the leak and another for replacing all the piping from the meter to the house. I called the next day to go with the second option and they were able to come out the same day and complete the work. Both their estimates were cheaper than any other company we had called. We will use them for any other plumbing needs and highly recommend you do as well

Personable, informative and very respectful of my family’s space during this season’s “work-from-home” environment. I booked an appointment with plumbsmart for a tune up on my AC units several weeks ago. 4 days before my appointment they call me to tell me they will have to cancel my appointment because they had too many “high priority” calls they had to take care of and wouldn’t have time for mine. I explained that I had taken the day off work for this appointment and it was too for me to be added back on the schedule so I would now have to lose a day of pay. He apologized and offered to schedule me over 3 weeks out. He said he had a list of people he had to reschedule. If I had known they would do this I would have booked with a different company. You should warn your customers when they book that there is a possibility that they will get bumped for a “high priority” call and let us decide if we want to risk it. Let this be a warning that if you schedule routine maintenance with them, they will bump you if something better comes up - aka - a call that will be more profitable for them. It’s a shame this company doesn’t treat all of its customers as “high priority” customers. I have a total lack of respect for companies that play these games.

They were wonderful to work with. They came out quickly. Brian was our technician. He diagnosed the problem and told us what we did and did not have to actually do. Got the parts he needed and our problem was resolved by noon the same day. I was having difficulty resetting my water filter on my fridge and he took care of that for me and changed my filter. PlumbSmart was referred to me by a member at my gym. I needed a garbage disposal replaced. I called them at 9:00 a.m. this morning. A few minutes before noon Darrell was walking out the door. Disposal was in, tested and cleaned up. He arrived early, gave me a decent bid, had a disposal with him, installed it, tested it about ten times, showed the finished product and was done. I was astonished.

The plumber was polite and clean. H explained to me how he would repair the the handle in my shower. The screw inside the cartridge was broken so the water would not turn off so I had to go outside and turn off the water. He was able to remove the cartridge compared to opening up wall behind my shower. He saved me a lot of money. I have used them several times over the past eight years and would recommend them for any plumbing repairs.

I got new garbage disposal installed. Great customer service came earlier than the appointment time and pretty reasonable price. Extremely happy also got a quote for a new water softener great quote on that as well bc I already did 3 estimates and plumbsmart was the most reasonable price that I got for the entire system.

The Plumbsmart AC service man was very professional and throughly examined my airconditioner. The problem was with a fuse. After correcting the fuse, he examined the system and found all ok. He did not attempt to sell me something I did not need. The total cost was very reasonable. I can now cool off and not worry about a system failure this summer.

Gary and Steven came to my house and re-routed the main water line throughout my house via the attic and did a Fantastic job. I am totally pleased on what they did and how they did it. Very professional. They left me with a better system that will last for some 25 yrs. they were the guys you want to do a great job and leave a small footprint. Gary even cut, welded, and fixed my outside hose spicket with a brand new turn knob and I’m especially happy for that. These guys are great... Glenn did the plumbing work at my house - cleaned out a dirty arm and snaked the drain of a toilet from the roof... he showed up on time and got the work done quickly. I wouldn't say they are the cheapest but they are very fair priced for being licensed - they also didn't try to rip me off when on site like a lot of places do - they actually tried to save me money. Great company to work with, my business will be going back to them when I have another issue.

Our shutoff valves to our washing machine were broke in the open position. The first repair company that came to our home gave us an outrageous quote for the repair. We then called Plumb Smart and they came within an hour, no service call fee, and the quote was reasonably priced. We hired them. Josh did a great job replacing the valves and also looked at our water softner and water heater and gave us suggestions on maintaining them. Will definitely use Plumb Smart again.

After finishing another job, our technician, Jeremy provided an assessment on replacing our gas water heater and although he knew it would take him into late in the evening to complete the task. For a new AC unit installation-Had issues at first, but long story short, ownership of fault has been taken and problems have been remedied quickly, efficiently, and with great care. This is my changed review.Matt, when he came to give me a quote, didn't give me any salesman-like bs like some others did when they came to quote me. He gave me options, discussed pros and cons and let me decide.Wayne, the owner, is a stand-up guy and clearly takes pride in good work and customer satisfaction.These guys were friendly when they came and did the job and at a very competitive price.Will be getting a new hot water heater from these guys soon enough!

Called out due to AC not cooling and running for hours at a time. They recommended I replace the filters to a less thick kind. House definitely cooled faster but still will hit a temp and then stay stagnant while running ie middle of the night ran for a hour + straight with no adjustments made to temp. They came back on warranty for free and both times everything was working properly. The diagnostic price was unbelievably affordable and waived if any work was done.

Great service and fair prices for an emergency on a late Monday night. Our plumber was professional and did a great job. Only complaint was communication with the dispatch team. We called in and didn't hear anything for about an hour. When we called to follow up they were right on it and got someone out to us ASAP. We will be using this company again for any plumbing needs.

My experience with PlumbSmart was awesome...they communicated multiple times via text and even included a picture of the technician (Charles) prior to his arrival. Charles diagnosed the problem with our tub faucet handle, explained how he was going to fix it but didn't have the parts on his truck and went to pick up the parts. He came back a short while later, finished the repair and showed me that both hot and cold faucet handles worked with no leaks. If/when we have plumbing issues again, I will definitely use PlumbSmart again.

I hired PlumbSmart to do an AC tune-up and I got an incomplete report of the tune-up. When I let them know I wanted more information, PlumbSmart responded with the most amazing service by coming back out to my house, going over each of my AC units in detail, explaining how to look for issues, and patiently answering all my questions some of which went beyond the scope of the tune-up. While not all the news about my system was good, I sure feel like I can make a more informed decision about my options. I'd feel comfortable using them in the future and I have already called them back for unrelated plumbing needs.

Scheduled an appointment for a second opinion expensive repair on an A.C. unit. Technician, Matt, arrived at the correct appointment time and proceeded to assess the A.C. unit. The person who came out did not want to go onto the roof, started naming different prices to do the service (than the one quoted), Very unprofessional. I sent him on his way and called back PlumbSmart. They sent someone out (from Mesa to Glendale) the next day. I think his name was Mike. Oh my gosh, very professional, polite and a hard worker, went the extra mile. Had no problem pulling out his ladder and getting on the roof. He did an amazing job. I will call them back for whenever my air conditioner needs service. I will recommend and I will even try them for any plumbing issues that may arise. Good going PlumbSmart. Its hard to find such quality HONEST service these days, it seems.

Complete and utter incompetence on every level. Spent $6,700 on a new air handler. Ten months later issues have not been satisfactorily resolved. Air filters of any size will not fit properly into this unit. Service technicians do nothing useful. I wish I had never heard of PlumbDumb. I hope there is a special circle of hell for companies like this.

Had unit installed last year the initial crew was young and had to have a follow up with an experience tech they topped off the Freon. this year during inspection the Freon was low again suggest that there is definitely a leak and we’ll see if they are going to stand behind that next year when they check it again

Let me start off by saying the product seems perfectly fine. I have had no issues with the water softener or the RO system we had installed. The problem has been in communication. I was not home when I had my systems installed so I called to have someone just explain the maintenance procedures and upkeep. It has been a full month of calling every week, recently a couple times a week, and not one person has reached out to me over something this simple. What's sad is when I call, the operator (who ever takes the calls) reads my notes for every single time that I've called. The reason I have given them a 2 star rating is because they have a a short warranty in regard to leaks. If I or you actually have a problem that needed to be addressed quickly, it's clear they would not respond in a reasonable time. I consider a month more than reasonable. Honestly, it might be a little wiser, if seeking these services, to go with a company that shows a little more pride in their communication.Edit: I did get in communication with plumbsmart. They had someone come out and address my concerns. I have changed my initial rating of 2 stars to 4 stars.

We were getting close to the closing date on our house sale and had a plumbing issue we were dreading. I called PlumbSmart on a Saturday thinking it would be Monday at the earliest for an estimate and maybe mid-week for a repair. 20 minutes late Brian was at my door. Within 5 minutes I had an estimate that was half of what my previous estimate from another company was and he didn't have to tear out my tile like the other guy wanted to do. In less that an hour from my first phone call to completion I had a professionally installed toilet flange and everything was cleaned up. In fact, the previous quick fix took longer than it took Brian to do it right! Brian was polite, knowledgeable, friendly and right down to business. PlumbSmart is my new go-to plumber! Thanks guys!

The $49 cleaning only covers cleaning hair from the trap.Add states $99 camera inspection, tech says it’s $200 and can’t do it until 3 days later.Bait & switch is what this outfit is about. Avoid!Your customer service person explained nothing. Your tech agreed that your bait & switch tactics are BS & put him on the spot. Tech is an honest man, the company not so much.Your reply is as dishonest as your Craigslist add. If your serious about refunding my money just tear up the check.

It was nice to have a plumber come to the house that didn’t pressure you. No up sales, just a conversation about how to resolve issue. Took the time to explain problem and worked to resolve it. In the end he was able to repair shower valve saving us hundreds. Great Company.

The employees were all very respectful and nice, but a year later our air conditioner is still not working properly. We were told by their “comfort consultants” that our new system was compatible with our existing damper system. The last visit we had from a technician was June 13. He worked diligently to make our system work but, in the end, told us that the zone board needed to replaced because it was not giving voltage to the dampers. He did a temporary fix by setting the dampers to be open all the time. Now our phone calls are not being returned. My husband called on 7/18, 7/26, 8/1, and 8/5. Finally, we were sent an email on 8/5, we did not get the courtesy of a phone call. PlumbSmart’s email asked for more money because they are now saying the damper system is not compatibility with the air conditioner and the zone board is on back order with no ETA on when it will arrive. They did not reply to our email asking if they will be out to replace the warranty part. We don’t know if that is contingent upon us giving them another $2,000. Meanwhile, the part of our home that we don’t use is cool whereas the great room is not, so we now have floor fans to move the air to the appropriate place.

We had a great experience all around with PlumbSmart who just installed a mini split and swamp cooler in our home. Based on quotes from other companies (ie George Brazil) this was the most affordable company, plus they didn't try to upsell a larger unit for a space that didn't require much to cool it down as others had done. Special shout out to Mike & Conlin for their professionalism as well as patience with my request for thermostat placement that was extra challenging but more conspicuous. Finally, their dispatch was really easy to get ahold of and was communicative through the entire process. Highly recommend!

The plumbers that came to my house were awesome. They were very personable and I really enjoyed their banter. They answered all of my questions and let me know I didn't have a leak in my wall but the caulking on the shower door needed attention. They installed 2 new faucets and did a great job. We contacted PlumbSmart to have an estimate for a repair/replacement of our HVAC system. Their response was fast and arrived the next day. We chose them over their competitors because they could perform the work quickly and the cost was better than the rest. We encountered one small issue with the furnace replacement due to a wiring code issue but the company caught the issue during the pre-installation and was quickly resolved. Trent and the installation team were very efficient, professional and left our home as clean as it was beforehand. They're very deserving of their 5 star customer service and stand behind it.

Our water heater was leaking last night and after calling the two plumbers I use they unfortunately were not available. I called Plumbsmart and a tech came over in less then 15 minutes. Called for service for one of my community rental and I was told that they don't do billing unless they already did 1 or 2 service calls. My company owns over 364 properties in United States 13 alone in AZ which could generate more business meaning more $$$ for Plumbsmart. We have corporate accounts with other subcontractors and none of them ever complained about not being paid on time by the accounting department. PlumbSmart, you can remove the Smart part of your name. Took my business to someone else that without hesitation is coming to conduct repairs and then send us the bill.

Michael came out to do maintenance on my mini split ductless heat pump with two air handlers. He was on time, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me and I now have more information on helping keep the system performing better. This is the 2nd time I have used them and will continue. PlumbSmart installed a RO system and water softener in my house about two years ago. I had some issues with one of our toilets and the company I used suggested that I call the company that installed the system. I called PlumbSmart, they were super responsive to diagnose the problem. They had a replacement out to my house within one week. They have tested everything and went the extra mile to install a device on the system that monitors the pressure. I would recommend Matt and Trenton any day... very professional and responsive to your needs. They will get my business in the future.

I have used these guys twice now the first time my grandson flushed something down the toilet and Brandon came out to fix it they were able to get to my house quickly and he did a very good job explained everything to me clearly before and during the job and made everything was clean and working well before he left. John was very prompt informative and friendly. He took pics of our ac/heater unit and showed me the problem prior to fixing it. Once he got the ok he went and gathered the parts and fixed the unit. He made a few suggestions as to what else may need to be done in the near future however he was not pushy about it just informative. We have used PlumbSmart before and would highly recommend them. Oh yeah and I felt for what they did they were very reasonable.

PlumbSmart did a great job on my property in Mesa. I called them to get a free estimate for re-piping the hot water system. Service Manager Gary Kelliher showed up and he walked me through the house and explained how the layout of the new piping from water heater in the garage.He also assured me that it will be done in one day. They have to run the piping in the attic and down in the wall in four locations, and I was amazed of the nice and neat cut in my walls. Gary came back the very next day and inspected the job.To summarize, they are very professional, on time, fair and reasonably priced.

This is the second time I've called on PlumbSmart to take care of my plumbing needs and I haven't been disappointed. Extremely professional, responsive and knowledgeable. I also like that they don't try to oversell me on things I don't need. Trustworthy. They'll always get my business.

After getting several estimates, PlumbSmart was by far the most cost effective. However, they did not reply to a follow up call after my estimate. When I reached the plumbing supervisor, he gave me a higher estimate. He did agree to honor the original estimate, and apologized for the miscommunication, so I decided to give them a try. They showed up on time and did the work quickly. But the plumber used a connector on the RO system that I had told him was leaking, and my kitchen cabinet was flooded shortly after he left. He did return within 2 hours to correct the problem. They did try hard to do the right thing, but should have done it right the first time. Would not use them again.

Company had given me a quote on another job I wanted done on my a/c. Called them a week later to do the work. Technician Thomas showed up again and finished the job in less than 30 minutes for 1/3 the estimate from another contractor. Originally we had a plumber come out because our main sewer line was backed up and it was affecting every sink, toilet, and bath in the whole house. It was our 4 yr old's birthday party, and we couldn't use any single thing in the house.We had someone else come out and they said it was going to be $3400 and that they needed to dig up our bush to find our cleanout drain in the yard and it would take 10 hrs of labor. We couldn't afford anything like that whatsoever. We ended up finding someone who was able to fix it for $300 through our guest toilet, but still couldn't find the cleanout drains.Lindsey reached out to me through the Nextdoor App and offered to find them for us for any future issues. They came out yesterday afternoon and found the cleanout drain buried a couple feet underground on the outside of our house.The service they provided was top notch. There is no way we would've ever been able to find the cleanout drains on our own. They were so knowledgeable and friendly, I genuinely thought we would never be able to find the cleanout, but they were able to. We’ve worked with PlumbSmart on several occasions. Recently, our 2nd AC unit went out and PlumbSmart was by far the lowest priced and offer the 5-ton Tran unit we wanted. The install team was Tech- Samuel and Lead-Michael. These two guys worked all day to remove our 24 year old unit from the attic that was I’m sure 115 degrees, to do the install of our new one. On the day of the appointment Gary called to let me know he would arrive in 20 minutes and he did. 9-16-22Plumbsmart diagnosed the slow drains at our Dad's house in Tempe as collapsed sewer pipes. House was built in 1965 and they used galvanized pipe instead of ABS. Over the decades it corroded to the point of collapsing. Plumbsmart was able to replace all the pipe by trenching through the floor in the guest bath and digging sideways to the master. They had to cut through the slump block kitchen wall and trench outside as well. See pics. Plumbsmart got the job done quickly all while our 93-yr old Father remained in the house. The crew was so thoughtful and kind toward our Father. Making sure that there was always a working toilet by the end of each day. It was still under warranty so I call the company that did the installation for the builder so they could make a warranty claim with the manufacturer. When I called, the rep told me they were at least two weeks out before they could install, but they did tell me I could use any plumbing contractor for the installation since the installation was not covered under the warranty, only the hot water heater. Obviously, warranty work was not what they wanted to spend their time doing.I then called PlumbSmart, my preferred plumbing and air conditioning company. As usual, PlumbSmart had a tech at my house within a few hours. The tech , Trenton, was super friendly and knowledgeable, he confirmed the hot water heater was under warranty, and he called the distributor to confirm they had it in stock. He went and picked it up and installed it the same day. I did have to pay for installation, which I knew, but the cost was very fair, particularly considering the level of speedy service I received. I never expected it all to happen the same day. I did expect to have to come out of pocket for the hot water heater until I got reimbursed, but that wasn’t the case. PlumbSmart handled the warranty claim flawlessly, and took care of everything.What an amazing professionally ran and operated company.

This past week we had a need for plumbing assistance at our home twice. Mr. Ramos was the gentleman PS sent out to work on the two issues we had. One of the two issues was a main one that involved having our water shut off by Liberty Utilities until the repair work was completed.Mr. Ramos did an excellent job on both occasions! He also was easy to work with and actually identified the main issue to repair that involved our homes's low water pressure.Thanks!!!

We had a leaky hose spigot in the front yard and an old spigot in the back yard which was not leaking but since it was old, we asked him to replace it as well as he was already there. He fixed the leak in the front and replaced the spigot and a main valve. The front was great. In the back, he replaced a piece of PVC and the spigot. The total was approximately $790, which was surprisingly high in our opinion but whatever. Immediately after he left, the new back spigot, which was not leaking before, was now leaking A LOT. We called the next morning and he came out and told us that another valve broken and that he would fix it for an ADDITIONAL FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS. Again, the leak was NOT there prior to his working on the hose bib and spigot. The work he did was overpriced, to begin with but not standing behind the work they did and trying to charge us $500 MORE to fix a problem that HE caused was very disappointing and unprofessional. I would steer clear of this company!

My wife and I called a larger HVAC company, who shall remain nameless in this review. The tech was here for less than 30 minutes, charged us $300 for Freon, and left. A day later our AC was not blowing any cool air and seemed to have gotten worse after the larger company came. I found PlumbSmart and gave them a call at 3:30am. They were able to come out the very same day. Jeff was professional, kind, and caring. He has solid HVAC knowledge, and I’ve never felt more comfortable with any other company. He took the time to explain the ins and outs of my AC unit and show me how to properly maintain it. He also measured our unit and quoted us for the future when we will need to eventually replace our unit. He never tried to upsell us or force us into spending thousands. The repair man that came out was so nice and friendly. Robert gave far honest diagnostics with very fair pricing. When he left the issue was totally resolved and we felt good about the transaction.

We called PlumbSmart out an estimate because our AC needed to be replaced. The sales guy was knowledgeable and recommended a great system at a fair price. It turned out it wasn't actually available so the install got pushed back and we kept getting an answer every week of maybe next week, so that was a little frustrating. They were nice and brought out a portable unit which did help cool the living room, but was a huge hassle. When the unit finally arrived, Eric the installer was prompt, prepared, and did a fantastic job. He helped me set up the new thermostat and explained how this system would differ from the old one. All in all it was a pretty good experience. Though I started to get real upset getting strung along each week after awhile, I'll chalk that up to distribution issues and I'd use them again.

Our technician arrived a few minutes early. Even though the whole problem could not be fixed, it was through no fault of the technician. Also Josh is a very personable and knowledgeable professional. We will definitely be calling them when we are ready for the rest of the work.

After my water shut off valve broke....it left us with minimal water pressure, making it so that we could not use the shower! When I reached out to PlumbSmart, they got me on their first available slot and did a great job at getting it fixed quickly. Michael and Chris worked a bit harder installing the new 2.5 ton 14 SEER Trane AC system in our condo. Whole install took only about 7 hours. I called Plumbsmart to replace a faulty shutoff valve and outside faucet. Sebastian did the original visit and quote and was very knowledgeable and helpful. Communication from Plumbsmart was excellent with regular updates regarding the time of service. Brian did the installation, called when he was on his way with an ETA, and had the job finished half an hour after arrival. Quality job from a quality company.

Work was completed in a timely fashion. Price was ok. I am a general contractor and have high expectations. The work was a bit sloppy. The plumber was by himself and lifted the water heater in the drain pan and bent the pan. I offered help twice but he declined. The drain line was installed to the exterior. He did not have any caulking or silicone to seal around the penetration through the wall and he didn’t clean the broken stucco that as on the ground. Would still recommend but with a different installer.

Mike was on time and polite, professional, neat and did the work fine. My only beef was the cost. It was advertised that ‘most plumbers charge way too much, but we don’t’ - something along those lines. To be fair, he gave me an estimate before he started working, so I could have said no, but I wanted the work done and didn’t want to wait to find another plumber. The work took about two hours and he used parts that I estimate would total about $25-$30 at Home Depot. I was charged $570. That’s about $270 per hour for labor!!! To just replace a few valves.Edit 2/6/20: Plumbsmart proactively followed up and revised the cost. changed my rating and will probably use them again in the future.

Micheal did a above and beyond performance as he did 90% of the work in only one day. It was a complicated job and Micheal had to overcome some difficult moments but managed perfectly everything. After replacing the pipes on my water heater there was still a small, hardly discernible leak. He could have left it and I'd be none the wiser. But he didn't. He took the time to do it right. PlumbSmart installed a new air conditioner for me yesterday. I am very pleased with the job they did. They were here on time. Were very efficient and worked hard until they were finished. I love the air conditioner it is so quiet and efficient. I am having this company do other work for me also.

Started this work on July 22 have not finished I have three 4 inch wide holes cut through my walls with another round of rain coming ,have received excellent service in pass but they're now saying that they cannot continue to do more work for three weeks.seems unreasonable Would like to revisit this review when work is complete. A few days ago I had a leaky shutoff valve under my kitchen sink, I called in the morning and they sent someone out same day which was a huge plus because of the urgency of my situation. Both techs that came were very curtios, respectful and professional, their work was A+ and we will definitely call them again if we ever need any additional plumbing work in the future.

Service was great - James and I happened to grow up in the same neighborhood back east, so it was fun to share war stories from back home. Very candid and laid back - couldn't have asked for a better tradesman. James installed a utility sink setup in the laundry room, turned out great and was 1/2 the price of Parker & Sons.

Darrel was the plumber assigned to my job and he did great work. You could tell he was very experienced . He installed a new faucet set in my bathroom and also changed out the builder grade lines to both bathroom sinks. He also changed out a faucet bib on my patio. I would highly recommend this company and I will definitely call for future jobs

The technician, Michael Calderon, did an amazing job. 7 straight hours for install, worked straight through, no breaks, no slacking.. quality work, excellent technician!! He had another technician join him an hour or so into the job, can't remember his name, but also did an excellent job.Highly recommended !!!

Sebastian did an amazing job of hydro cleaning our kitchen plumbing. He explained what he needed to do and kept at it to make sure our plumbing was totally clean. PlumbSmart also came in about $300 cheaper for the job v. their competitors. Very happy with the job.

Searched Internet. Found PlumbSmart to have very high rating. Jeremy, second generation plumber, called first and came 5 minutes before scheduled time. Immediately determined a clog in toilet drain to exist and prepared me an estimate to snake drain and replace wax seal. After snaking, determined roots to have grown into drain. He was able to clear drain by removing roots, reuse original flange, and put in place new wax seal. Even though his original estimate did not include the removal of roots, he did not change his original estimate. By far, the best plumber I have ever worked with. I will use this company again for future work.

Air conditioning quit last night, had to sleep in my truck. First call in the morning was to Parker and Son's as there ad came on in my cool truck. Their Parker and Son's service tech went to the unit and said He checked my fan as it was seized up, all I need is a fan and capacitor which would cost $1400. He said he would not replace the fan if it was his, but would replace the entire unit for $5000. I asked why his price was so high for a fan motor only to have him reply, Because we are the Cadillac of service techs. I called Plumbsmart for a second opinion and to my pleasant surprise the new Plumbsmart tech changed the start capacitor to have cold air flowing again. I now have an honest company to work on my homes needs, they are my reliable Chevy who are far superior to the not so honest Cadillac man with all the sons. Thanks for everything, Plumbsmart.

When I noticed my shower drain was badly corroded and falling apart I texted Plum smart in the early morning and within 20 minutes I got a return text acknowledging my issue and was given an estimate arrival time someone to come out and give me an estimate later that same day.The gentleman arrived an hour early, which usually doesn't happen, and I received an estimate for the work and within an hour and a half the job was done! Started with a stopped up drain. This is a patio home (trailer). Plumbing not designed for easy maintenance. Called PlumbSmart. They were out promptly. Fixed the blockage (no way I as going to reach the blockage with a snake) then cut out the old pipes and installed serviceable connections. These patio homes are not easy to work on. Hennan did a great job. Problem solved timely and professionally. Highly recommend this out fit.

Plumb smart was amazing today! I had another company (Hobaica) come out two days ago and they told me my warranty had just expired and that I would need a new water heater. I had the thought that I should look into my warranty further and I found I still had 2 weeks left on it! After much going back and forth with the previous company and them trying to take every penny they could, I called Plumb Smart. These guys got me a brand new water heater replaced through warranty. It was installed and squared away in less than 3 hours!! I happily paid the install fee and will continue giving them my business.

Excellent work done by these professionals, and at a very reasonable price. We couldn't tell where the smell was coming from, but they went up on the roof and put a camera down into the.pipes. They were able to tell us that our water pipes had been replaced sometime in the 90's but would need to be cleared sometime down the road. When we do that we will definitely be calling this team because we know they'll get it done right and not overcharge us for it.
