Dave B. Thank you for the awesome service and the laughs today. Both have been needed.Dave was polite and got the job done well. Our water spout out back had been leaking, he changed it out with a new one and now our hose holds pressure in it again without spraying water out.

I just want to mention that Dave B. Had excellent service and he was so sweet to my son. My boy had so many questions on what he was doing with the sink and he was explaining everything to him but I just want to mention that he did a great job and I would request him specifically if I ever need work done ☺️

I have had issues with my shower for years. I contacted JB Water to ask questions and they walked me thru my choices, explained the different options on how to resolve my issues and took the time to answer all my questions. Most of my questions were answered before I could ask. They covered all the bases. Technician was amazingly polite, careful not to make much of a mess in my bathroom and explained everything so I know what was done. So far, I can't say enough positive things about JB Water. Their prices are reasonable and their response time is outstanding. We used them at our home for a major repair and now I'm using them at my business. It's nice to finally have a name and a face I know instead of a multitude of techs coming through that don't know the history of our plumbing.

This company was amazing. I called them at about 11am. JD showed up about 25 minutes later. He was done in about 20/30minutes. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Cant beat the price either. JB Water is the best plumbing company I've ever used. They are the only ones I call. Their people are courteous, from the front desk to the expert plumbers. They're fees are reasonable.

This company has no respect for indigenous people or their homes. We took losses including , sleep, food, electricity because of these people. They also showed no compassion or empathy for their mishap just as this kind of “F” up is normal. The manager Jerry still has not called me back to resolve my claims. This company has came into my home twice causing more damage that repair. My entire home was devastated by their disrespectful and drunk staff, they left their work debris, my house open and tore up for over 4 days . Bad karma and etc will befall everyone involved. No one here cared if my children were affected, by the loss, my holiday was affected .The damage that’s done will be done to unto them 10x fold. Their sins against us will not go without consequence .Update called the Attorney General they helped get a call back . The owner “felt” $400 was enough to cover everything I explained . Be wise choosing this risky company who is dross in character and values all around. His email says “ He enjoys spoiling you” with BS . Peace family

After many estimates from other plumbing companies who said my cracked pipe could not be repaired or replaced without demo’ing my fairly recent kitchen remodel, Lucas from JB Water advised me it could be done without taking out my cabinets and countertops and breaking through my decorative tile. He came in with Mario and Matthew this morning, and the 3 of them successfully completed the replacement in less than 3 hours. I am extremely relieved and grateful and would recommend this Company to family and friends based on the excellent job this team did for me this morning. Thank you so much.

Someone came and turned our water on full blast and flooded the front and the backyard by the air conditioning units. Luckily, we caught them on camera and Dave with JB Water came within 30 mins to fix the problem. He even gave us a free inspection on the rest of our plumbing! 5 stars for Dave and 5 stars for JB Water!

JD is great - knowledgeable, personable, honest and straightforward. He moved a gas line for us a discovered a very dangerous situation left by the previous home owner. I would not hesitate to call on him again for our gas or plumbing needs.

JB Water has been our company of choice for 16 years, because we can ALWAYS count on Dallan Randall and his crew to respond quickly and perform reliable work. We had a water leak over the garage, July 2nd, July 4th weekend. Our guest saw the leak Saturday afternoon and called us, we were in New Mexico traveling. We called JB Water and within a couple of hours, Mike Root was at the house, in the attic repairing the leak. By 8 p.m. Saturday evening, all the plumbing had been repaired and Mike called us to let us know the cost for repairs, what he found and what he did. The water was on and everything was in good working order. He was courteous and respectful not only with us, but with our guests. The technicians, staff and management are top notch. They are highly responsive and diligent about getting our propties scheduled quickly. They provide detailed estimates with photos and explanations that anyone is easily able to understand. Working with this vendor has been by far the best!

I received a $230 water bill and cried. Water company was no help just said you a have a leak somewhere. Luckily my rental management company calls JB Waters right away and in less than 24 hours they were out here. So friendly and answered all my questions no matter how dumb some could be, explained everything in detail without making me feel stupid. Within 5 minutes of inspection he finds the issue and gets right to work fixing it. Now I feel better about next months water bill. I am so happy with JB water.  We actually had a job done at our personal home and our rental and I am so happy with both of them.  The technicians were honest, clean and wonderful.   They cleaned up after the job and they were so friendly.   On top of that we are going through a lot in my family right now and one of the technicians spoke with the owner of Jb water and they took like $700 off the bill.  We have been clients of your company for many years and I would never use any other plumbing company and I would only ever refer JB water.  You are wonderful.  I also want to mention they get to you right away and they are super responsive.I want to specifically call out the plumber Johnston langham who even in this heat did an outdoor job and saved me money. He deserves to be plumber of the year.

Bought a distiller 2 years ago and probably have not treated it the way it should be treated. I felt I needed some pros to come in here and teach me what I am doing right or wrong. Apparently, we are doing things right but missing one crucial step to make our lives easier. JB Water was prompt and got someone out to me quickly! Really nice technician as well. Thank guys!

Excellent Service Everytime!!!

They were contracted by our apartments to find the source of water leaking into my downstairs neighbors apartment. Our maintenance people looked in my storage and didn’t see an issue. Dave came up and noticed right away. He and Bruce were able to fix the issue on my end to that ultimately corrected the leak downstairs. Dave also noticed an issue with my bathroom sink and offered suggestions on how to fix it. Thanks guys!

They charged $180 to cut a hole in drywall which took less than 5 minutes. I wasn't watching him do the work, but I was surprised he used rubber tubing instead of copper.

I bought a distiller seven or eight years ago and JB has serviced it every year since and are always great!

They came out for a plumbing leak and not only were they fast, they were courteous and professional. They resolved the issue and fixed the problem very quickly. Would highly recommend them.

I am a tenant renting a property. There was a miscommunication in scheduling with JB plumbing and I was charged an $85 fee when it was not really my fault. Long story short, it wasn’t really their fault either simply a miscommunication. I called JB Plumbing without high hopes of getting things resolved because now days businesses don’t listen and they are stubborn when it comes to money. I was calling more to get my frustrations out of me. I am a patient person but I was going to blow up at someone...whomever was on the other end of the phone. I verbally disputed calmly and the lovely woman on the other end of the phone was not only decent she was delightful. She understood why I was frustrated and decided to reimburse the owner of our property so we were not charged the extra fee. She gave me hope that there are still decent people in the world! I love this company!

Had a faulty and complicated water heater issue that 2 other companies couldn't determine the cause much less fix. Mario was able to get to the issue and we decided not to fix it but rather replace it because it was easier and we had lost confidence in 3 year old Rheem. They retrieved a new simple water heater and installed it the same day. They really knew what they were doing. Very trustworthy. Will definitely use again and would recommend highly.

They came when they said they would and completed the job quickly. I have already solicited a bid from them to do more work. Excellent company!

We purchased a whole house filtration from JB last year, and overall are pleased with the filter and the service. I was initially disappointed with the install of the filter, as they had agreed to only install the filter on the cold water loop, but upon installation stated they could only install it for both hot and cold. I really didn't care to filter the hot water to the dishwasher and washing machine, and knew that would just decrease the lifespan of the filter. But I did see some benefit to having the showers filtered so I didn't make much fuss.Recently, we began smelling an obnoxious egg smell coming from our water, so we gave JB a call. Dallan came out and within 20 minutes had isolated the cause as coming from the 10 big blue post filter; he replaced the paper filter with a composite filter. He then shocked our water lines by flushing a 1/4 cup of bleach through the lines. The smell was gone and we are back to fresh clean water :-)Dallan really knows his stuff and I trust him with all our water needs!

We started calling emergency plumbers at about 9 pm. JB was referred to us by other plumbers that would not take our job. They accepted the job by around 9:40, arrived, made the fix and left by 10:25. Rob knew what he was doing and was friendly late at night. If we need a plumber again, this is who we are calling. Painless and not too bad on the bank account!

A couple of years ago, I had a complete kitchen remodel and my dishwasher plumbing never seemed to empty all the water from the dishwasher and there was always about 2-3 inches of water at the bottom of the dishwasher after the cycle. I called JB Water and, the technician was able to fix the situation very quickly. He was knowledgeable and polite. He had the parts in his service truck and I am very, very pleased with the results!

As we all know, living in the Arizona broil oven summers isn't that bad when your AC is functioning. Over the fourth, our AC broke down. We have two little ones and two dogs, to which we immediately began having a panick attack. We knew the Temps were searing 100s, which meant we were now facing an emergency situation. Our stress levels skyrocketed.JB saved the day and made what could have been an even more stressful situation so very easy. They made time to come out immediately, and their technicians, Fred and Mike, were angels in disguise. Not only were they delightful and down to earth, but they took time to answer our endless questions and provided ways to ensure our systems continue to be well maintained and running. They both have extraordinary knowledge about HVAC and systems and clearly have a passion for what they do. They take it seriously and fixed our broken AC in what seems like minutes.They even went above and beyond to make sure the other unit was also in good working order before leaving. They explained their process upon arrival and made sure we were all on the same page before beginning. They even carry shoe booties to keep your white carpets clean! WHOA! Talk about going the extra mile! I can't tell you how refreshing it was to have such phenomenal customer care. Other companies need to take note on how to truly provide stellar services like these guys did.If your AC needs a doc... call this company. I have saved their number and will be providing it to all my friends and family because I trust them to take care of them like they did us. I sure hope Fred and Mike get fabulous bonuses or a raise!Many will remember bad service, but even more will repeat business simply because of on point customer service and friendly yet professional interactions. Just saw one of yr vans drive over 40 mph in a residential neighborhood. The speed limit is 20 in the florence area that we stay in... we have kids here.. do better

They scheduled an appointment with me and I asked them to call me when they were on their way as I have a full time job and don't work remotely. They didn't call ahead of time so I could leave my work (some of us aren't fortunate enough to be able to take 4 hours off unpaid to meet their service window) and they never called. They arrived to my house without calling first as requested and when I said I work 50 minutes away, Rebecca was extremely rude and said how they drove all the way out there with all of the parts and that they'd be charging me a fee.Good practice is if you are going to schedule a 4 hour window in the middle of the week, call your customers when you are on your way - ESPECIALLY if it's a far distance. I was more than happy to accommodate and leave work so I could meet them at my house, but I cannot take 4 hours off unpaid for a simple service. Extremely unprofessional.
