Jays a great guy! I was having some AC issues at my shop and I was getting some pretty exorbitant prices from some companies online. My neighbor recommended I call Jay Monday and what a difference in quality and behavior. He showed up, that was the hardest for most to do. Looked very presentable and he knew his stuff. Turns out I only needed a small part and not a new unit. Recommended cleaning the system to try and keep it alive until I figure out what I wanted to do with the office. That was about 3 years ago and its still working fine! We also had him redo our new shop- new AC's, New swamps, plumbing, air lines, etc.... It was such a relief having 1 guy to call that could handle most of what we needed. He worked great with the other trades and even prepped some stuff so that when the other trades came in it made their jobs easier. Building opened before schedule, which was impressive. I've had him take care of my home, my father's, my families, friends, basically everyone I know. Jay has my business for ever and all of my referrals. Thanks for the great work!

These plumbers came for a second opinion on a clogged kitchen sink. I was quoted a price by another company but it was five times as much and was possibly only one in line of the things that were listed to be done. Since I didn’t have to have my slab torn up, I only needed a drain cleaning. I am so happy to have my kitchen sink back and I very highly recommend this company!

Jay and his team have installed a new AC, new toilets, new Wifi thermostats and a new hybrid water heater over the past 3 years in our home. I highly recommend Jay Monday and and his company for all your plumbing and cooling needs. I recently had to call him as one of our AC's stopped working (startup cap) and he was out to our house within a couple hours taking care of the issue. Great customer service!

After a second leaking coper pipe i obtained a few quotes to re-pipe the whole house and take the opportunity to switch to a saltless water conditioning system. Hands down, they offer the best service.We used them twice this year - first time for AC repair and the second time for clogged drain. We called, and both time the owner,Jay, picked up and got us schedule for repair the next day. On the second repair, Jay had a technician come out the same day. Jay and his team are amazing!! They helped me through every step of a challenging remodel including gas, HVAC, plumbing, and sewer work. They recommended some great people for electrical and concrete as well. They completed the work over 6 months ago and I still text Jay with questions and he always responds quickly. The gas pipeline to our stove was installed incorrectly when our home was built. So when we upgraded our range, it stuck out from the counter/cabinets about 3”.
I called the Cooling and Plumbing co and they sent someone the very next day. They were extremely professional, fast, and did a great job.
We will use them in the future for sure, and definitely recommend to family and friends.

WOW!!! My air conditioning quit working and I called Jay to have it repaired. When Jay came out he looked at the system and gave me a price to repair and then took a look at my heat pump and advised that it would probably be cheaper in the long run to replace the heat pump and a/c unit. He had the whole thing ordered and replaced in 2 days. Very efficient and non intrusive. I appreciated the quick work so much that 2 days later I inquired about a soft water system. 3 days later I had one installed. I will use these guys for all my cooling and plumbing needs.

Our house was built in 1950s and has very old piping system. Jay and his team helped us reroute our pipe, install nuvo water conditioner and adjust our water pressure to solve the noise issue. Awesome work by this company. They came out the same day for an easy leaky valve. Turned out to be more than that. Fortunately, they had everything in their work van and were able to finish all on the same day. The price was expected for all the work they ended up doing, so it was definitely worth it. If you want an honest company, give them a call.

So two months after I bought my house it sprung a wall leak. I called the home warranty company and they sent a jerk from Tuscon ( Yes I said Tuscon). He made a company come out to cut the drywall and dry the walls. Fixed a small foot and a half section to my dislike. To repair the line the way I wanted was 5K out of pocket according to him. A week after the drywall was done another leak sprung. The drywall company came back out for free and tore it all back apart. Jay came out replaced the entire line plus two other iffy lines for $500!!!!!! He Stood behind his work did what I wanted as a homeowner and went the extra mile to make sure I would never have this problem again!!!!! The integrity of this company and its owner are something you never see any more! If I could give more stars I would!

When my AC went out, Jay responded within 24 hours and determined my unit was destroyed by hail from a microburst. Jay was able to talk to my insurance and get it paid for by them and had the new unit installed in 48 hours!!! Needless to say I am very happy with how I was treated and will be calling for any future work. I highly recommend contacting Jay and having him help you out. This guy knows what he is talking about!!!!!

Jay and his crew have top quality work. They are on time and work efficiently without wasting time. But, they don't rush to get the job done, they take care that the customer is satisfied completely.

Jay did the plumbing work in our bathroom remodel that we were mostly doing ourselves and he had ideas of doing things more efficiently and cost-effective. Jay and my wife are both veterans, so they connected right away and Jay's quality work and attention to detail demonstrate the skills he took from his time in the service. Jay and his team are always polite, courteous, and clean up after themselves when they finish their job.

We needed advice on cooling the west side of our home which happens to be where our master bedroom and bathroom are. (We already had a larger ton unit put in the previous year by another contractor which is more efficient, but didn't solve this issue.) Jay gave us several options and made sure we understood each one. There was no high pressure sales on any of the options. We thought it over for a few months while doing our own research and went with the mini-split option he had recommended. We couldn't be happier, and come summer I know we'll be sleeping better and not sweating after a shower in that bathroom.

He is available to respond to questions we have about home repairs related to plumbing, cooling, piping, wiring. The guy is a wealth of knowledge and has a vast background in construction and all the basics. We have had Jay and his crew out on several occasions over the past year as we wouldn't hesitate to use him over and over again, and recommend him to anyone who needs a quality, honesty, and hard working contractor in any of his specialty areas.

We didn't hesitate to go to Jay first to ask what he knew about a water treatment solution for our whole house. He was on top of that as well! He recommended a company that is a leader in the industry and has eco-friendly solutions that will filter all the water in our home. We are looking forward to making that upgrade to our home soon! We even had Jay take a look at the a/c unit on our rental property. We wondered if the contractor who installed the a/c for us there did everything properly. Where some contractors would have taken advantage and said, No, I need to redo this for you, and then charge you for something that didn't need to be done, Jay did just the opposite. He said the other contractor did it properly and went on to explain why it was done that way and what made it more efficient by installing it in that fashion. On top of that, he refused to charge us anything for his time to go by and then discuss it with us.

Jay is down to earth, treats us like family giving us the best quality products and deals, and we trust him to give us only advice that is honest and upfront. Absolutely awesome to work with! Jay is truly a professional. One of the last few contractors around that really cares. They were all professional, on-time, respectful and did amazing work. They installed 2-120gal propane tanks for my pool and branched it to convert my stove to gas. Did all the permits and received a green tag on all inspections the first time! When Jay came to do a walkthrough, he actually had a better way of getting the gas line into my house that was less intrusive and even saved me money! I will always use them if I have any more jobs to do around the house! Try them, you will not regret it, trust me!

Chris showed up and did a valve replacement in our shower and removal of the old trim. It's always a surprise when you open up a wall, and often times not a good one.
He was professional and competent and did an excellent job. He even cleaned up after the the job was complete! A pleasant human being and a true pro. Thx Chris!

I Purchased a gas stove from Spencer’s and thought there was a gas line behind the old stove. Spencer’s came out and told me they could install the stove and to call these guys. They were quick, the owner really knows what he's doing! He asked a few questions and was able to quote me over the phone. When his technicians showed up they confirmed the pricing so we had them get it done. They were able to get the gas line done in just a couple hours and we were able to get the stove in by the end of the day!! They were clean, they were extremely professional and we are going to have them do a lot more work for us. I will recommend them to everyone.

I was looking into getting a water softener. I contacted them and the owner took the time to talk me through all the options available. I decided to get a Nuvo which, for me, has the perks of a softener without the downsides.

They also were able to let me know of additional issues they found with my current plumbing. I am beyond grateful for all the work they have done for me. I will use them for all my plumbing, has, and A/C needs.

We contacted The cooling and Plumbing Company to come out and give us a bid on putting a gas line in our house to the fireplace and to the kitchen so we could have a gas stove top. The next day Jay Monday came to our home and gave us an estimate that same evening . He said he would be able to start the work in a week. Two workman came at 8:30am that morning. They worked till 7:30 pm running the line from the garage into the house to the fireplace and then to the kitchen stove. It was perfect and everything was neat and clean. We've never had such a good working crew in our home. They were all so reliable and responsible.. My wife and I would highly recommend there service. We definitely give them 5 stars for their work and performance.

After a long weekend of camping you never want to come home and have A/C blowing warm air when it is 100 plus. Jay and The Cooling & Plumbing Co. were easily reachable and very courteous when letting me know what the problem was. He cleaned and serviced our older unit and got it going again without any problem and now it is working better than ever, almost too cold but no complaints on that.

My husband and I came to Jay with particularly unique challenges; he and his team did went above and beyond through every step of our project. We were installing a coffee roaster for our coffee shop, where Jay took it upon himself to understand the nuances that came with the exhaust venting specifications before ordering the ducting. Despite delays along the way, Jay made sure to communicate every step he took- guiding us along through the process.

When the remaining parts arrived, he and his team were quick to installation. The two employees that arrived for the job, who had originally shown for the estimate, emulated Jay's professionalism perfectly. The communication was clear and precise, yet friendly and warming. In addition, they managed to complete their high quality gas plumbing and chimney duct install with an afternoon to spare.

After the work was completed, we had needed some additional modifications. One quick shout out to Jay, and his team was back and finished in less than 48 hours. Talk about commitment!

I want to thank J and his team for their outstanding service. My air went out a couple weeks ago and in no time Edgar was out at my house to help assess the situation. J was on vacation and walked me through my options. Air conditioner was replaced in no time. Edgar did a fantastic job and there was follow up as well.
No one likes to find out you need to completely replace your air conditioner but if you do CALL The Cooling & Plumbing Co. They will put you at ease and get you taken care of right away.

Our AC went out randomly one day. Jay made sure we had a technician come out same day to assess then ended up replacing our 2 3ton units in our home about a month ago. Great pricing, professional and great work. No issues during the initial service and no issues since installation. Would definitely recommend and will be going to him for all our AC needs.

We recently moved into a home in Phoenix and used Jay for a new water softener install as well as adding a gas line to convert our old electric oven range to a new gas one, as well as a gas line to our backyard for our future pool, spa, firepit & BBQ.

Jay has always done a great job for my wife and I with regard to plumbing-related projects around our house. He plumbed and installed sink, shower and toilet hardware with our guest bath remodel. Furthermore, he always takes time to explain the how and why behind the problem. Just yesterday (Sunday afternoon) I called him with a question. He picked up right away, of course, and I took the time to walk me through a DIY project I had in our master bath. I highly recommend Jay's service and expertise to anyone.

I Relocated from Chicago in January and found The Cooling and Plumbing company during my search for tradesmen to renovate my condo. Jay and his crew were timely and fair and installed a water heater, ran a loop and installed a new water softener, a seven stage R/O system and even fixed a prior plumbers mistakes on my new bathrooms.
I have done business on numerous occasions now and will use Jay Monday and his crew for all of my plumbing and air conditioning needs.

Jay, along with his crew, did an excellent job. They arrived before 8am and worked consistently until the job was complete; all in one day!
The crew did not leave my business literally until they were completely done, which took about 11 hours!!
They installed a new toilet, two sinks, a complete sewage ejector system, and fixed some mess another contractor did previously. This company is beyond legit.

I ran into one problem in which an emergency shut-off valve was corroded and no good; they had the parts on deck and were able to put another shut-off valve on immediately and kept on working afterward. I'd say they have been the smoothest operators who have done any work inside my business.

I met Jay Monday 5 years ago. He was my neighbor and of course 1 day after I got home late from work I realized I had a water emergency and the owner wasn't able to get anyone out for at least a day so I asked Jay if he could help me and he rushed over. All the neighbors around us have had him help them with all their projects so I was happy knowing I could trust his quality and pricing. A quick fix and the water was back on. No trip charge, no after hour charges and he even gave me a military discount! Since then he's fixed my AC and several plumbing issues for me at my new place. He's also taken over the maintenance at my office. My boss loves his pricing and anytime we call him, he's out super quick. He's done work now for several of our customers and all of my family members. The guy is great and really knows his stuff! What a great company! I got two bids and thought they may be kind of high after posting for advice on Facebook. This company was referred several times in the chat so I had them come out and quote me. Right off the bat they ended up saving me 5k on this project. They were also super quick, I called the owner and told him I wanted to use his company. He had his concrete guys out the next day and they were amazing. Then his plumbers followed up right afterwards and knocked out all of the “rough” plumbing. That’s what they called it 😂. After dealing with a not so quick tile guy, I called the owner to get set up for putting all the faucets and shower stuff in and he squeeze me in the next day which was awesome because I got to use my bathroom over the weekend and didn’t have to wait for Monday. He also turned me onto some great contractors that came in and helped get problem solved. I really appreciate how painless Jay made this process go. Thank you Jay and his team!!

We needed a plumber on short notice for one of our rental properties in Gilbert (we live out of state). I was given Jay Monday's name by a friend. Their prices are very reasonable (1/5th of the bid by a different company that installs gas lines), they had excellent communication and were on time, they WORKED HARD, they cleaned up after themselves, and they were nice. Overall, highly professional. Because I hired them to install a gas line, my brain hadn't thought about the fact that they do plumbing also :D, but after they reminded me, I scheduled them to come back for a plumbing job also. I plan to use them in the future to install a water purification system under my sink. I will continue to use Jay's Cooling & Plumbing in the future for whatever work I need that they can do.

Combination Toilet and Shower leak, contacted The Cooling and Plumbing Co. - worked with Jay and Patrick.
Best experience I've had. They come prepared to handle large array of the most common problems that are seen, not only equipped to do the job that ordered. A simple Toilet replacement turned into a bigger problem because my house is 20 years old and the issue was resolved as quickly as it was discovered. With very little to go on, the team knew exactly what I was trying to describe and demonstrated their years of experience and led confidently to a timely resolution.

The work was completed quickly and clean up was thorough and immaculate. I've worked with other contractors in the past and I've had to do a lot of clean up afterwards, of dust, debris, etc. When Patrick left the area in the bathroom was spotless, all leaks were resolved, new trim was polished, wiped down, floors were cleared of drywall dust, and all plumbing worked better then before.

Patrick was knowledgeable and tolerated my incessant questions. Provided advise and had a great conversation while he worked. For example, he took out a hand saw for the drywall and I asked him if he wanted to use my Reciprocating saw, he let me know that doing it by hand in this case is better because there's pipping and PBC behind the wall and he would rather feel it if he touches something he doesn't want to cut into. He was adaptable to the situation as the wall didn't have any studs to allow the drywall panel to be replaced and repaired, and
demonstrated cross-skill expertise in setting up the drywall guy for success to finish by anchoring it to some support beams he cut and installed into the drywall himself.

Overall extremely satisfied and will be trusting my home to them for many years to come.

The Cooling and Plumbing Co really “saved the day” for me! I was in the
midst of having a landscaping project done when it was discovered there was an issue with a water line that had been rerouted years ago, but done improperly, not to code, and would have to be dealt with before moving forward with landscaping. Time was of essence because of approval from my HOA for the project. The landscaper recommended TCPC so I communicated with Jay that same day, which was a Friday. We problem solved together on the phone for the complications of what would needed, with Jay coming up with good solutions, and before the end of the day we had a workable plan and price quote.
Monday morning the trenching tech did that step of the prep work. By Tuesday afternoon Steve and Chris were on the job to do the actual replacement of the water line, this being 2 days sooner than Jay originally thought he could schedule. The crew was professional in every way, polite, willing to answer any question, diligent, knowledgeable and thorough with their work. Because of their earnestness they stayed into the evening until the job was done. There was still a bit of problem solving to be done, so Steve returned on Thursday for that final step.
Now I have confidence that my water line is done properly, and can move forward with the landscaping project!

Spoke with owner, Jay about an issue with a cracked pipe. He was quick with his response time and quickly diagnosed the situation after explaining what was going on. I spoke to the urgency of having to turn off the water main and he assured me someone would be out in a few hours. The tech arrived and showed me exactly what was going to be done. I've had Jay and his crew over multiple times from a water main replacement, bbq gas line install, water softer and a bunch more over the years. This time I needed a whole new A/C unit and Jay understands how hot it is in AZ. so he didn't mess around in sending his crew to get me back up and running. I've always had great service and work done no matter which of his guys come out. They stress customer service and will see you get the right stuff to make it work well but don't try upsell stuff you don't need. I contacted Jay, who owns The Cooling & Plumbing Co. this morning because my AC Unit was leaking (pouring) from my bathroom ceiling where my AC Unit is located. Jay told me that his technicians would be here between two and five this afternoon, and the two gentlemen, Patrick & Michael, showed up a little after 2 o’clock. They were both so professional and kind to both me and my pets. They went in, evaluated the issue, and got the job done. They politely answered all of my questions, and before they left, made sure that all of my questions had been answered. Not only was I surprised that technicians actually showed up on time, because that never happens with other companies, but what really blew me away was that they cleaned up all the mess in my bathroom! I am going to be a first time home buyer and of course I have lots of apprehension! Jay and his team were able to help me out on VERY short notice! My home inspector recommended that I get the sewer pipes inspected due to the age of my intended home and I called another company first based on a recommendation from a friend. Kitchen faucet was leaking from multiple areas and needed some new parts. It’s now working beautifully. This team of professionals I highly recommend. I have used them for new ductwork and installing a new gas line. No one else could solve our issue with the air conditioning problem in our house and they did ! These guys know their stuff. They have helped me with a bbq pit, a/c intake vent replacement and a stopped up sink. I've known Jay for a very long time and I've always been able to rely on his services. He's honest, dependable, and does a great job. He's not only helped me in random situations but he's also helped many friends and family who I've referred him to. I've yet to have anyone say he or she were dis-satisfied with his services; everyone loves him and the great job he does!
Recently, I had the pleasure of using Jay's 24 hour service. I came home at 12:30 am on a Sunday to a leaking hot water heater! I called Jay and he immediately came over to evaluate and he suggested we shut the water off to the heater to be safe (pretty much so my garage, tools and car weren't going to get flooded). The very next day he was over to install a new (and beautiful) hot water heater. He even included little insulators for the pipes to the walls!
I've always been so pleased with his services so much so that I've scheduled him to come back in a few weeks to do a check-up on my AC unit to make sure it's good for the winter, replace my garbage disposal, replace the fixtures in the bathrooms, and re-pipe the fire pit! It's nice to have someone you can trust who is honest and reliable, even at all hours of the day (or. in some cases, night).

They ran a new natural gas line to change my electric cooktop to a gas cooktop. They did amazing work. They are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Jay Monday is outstanding! I met him in 02' and I could tell he was a good man, he's x military so I can appreciate his attention to detail. He's got great work ethics, doesn't quit until the job is done and done right and he never says something can't be done. I've had him service and repair my home and business since I've known him. As a business owner, I have enough on my plate so its good to know I can call on Jay anytime and he'll be right there for me and my family. I contacted them this morning after my drain to my faucet broke. They quoted me a great price and were able to get it done today. Gave me a 4-7 window and at 3:30 Patrick texted he’d be there in a half hour . I never get this lucky. He was very professional and did a great job.

There are two types of service: one deals with genuine customer concerns, work done with integrity and proficiency. The second is lip service. Jay Monday with The Cooling & Plumbing Co doesn't know what the second one is. The workmanship and quality is bar none, his staff (Patrick) has helped us out on numerous occasions. Long story short, I wouldn't request help from anyone else, they are the best in the industry. Class act. 10/10

Huge shout out to Jay Monday! Jessica and I have been without reliable AC for over a month now. It would work a day or two then lose freon and stop cooling. After MANY failed attempts to repair properly I called Jay to just replace the whole unit and bypass the home warranty entirely.
