This company is a joke and the owner is the biggest clown to treat n talk to customers the way he does him & his company is Bait and switch. Company will say one thing and do another. Paid for services didn't receive. Owner called my brother I recorded it on speaker I just might release on TikTok he started to interrupted my bro and started cursing at the end of conversation and started threatening him not a smart move for a business owner !!!Don't waste your time. Use another company.

I was not expecting someone to show up in 45min on a Sunday night to cleaned my sewer that was bubbling out of my yard. Charged me the advertised price and got out fast. You guys are on the fridge. Thanks I will recommend you to every one.

I wish had had more than two hands so I could give this company this plethora of thumbs up they deserve! Their response time was very quick (arriving within 15 minutes of my initial call). The plumber that arrived (Houston) was friendly, honest, and forthcoming about our situation. He did not try and talk us into unnecessary tasks. MPCO gave us a rough estimate of $400-500 for the entire repair (if it could be repaired), or $1500 if the line had to be replaced. We called George Brazil for a second opinion. Their guy was going to charge us almost $400 to simply dig a hole and troubleshoot. The cost of repairs would be in addition to that troubleshoot fee! He then quoted an estimate of $3200 for the complete line replacement! Why they think they can charge double the other quote is beyond me!?!?!

My husband opted to dig the hole himself, and I'm so glad we did!! He found the leak about two inches down vs. the two feet down as GB suspected. We took a pic and sent it to Houston at MPCO, who quoted the repair at $150. He came back today, made the repair, and our final cost was $101. We will definitely use this company for all our future plumbing needs!!! AND you should too!

Repaired valve under bathroom sink. We needed more than plumbing and they hooked us up with another wonderful company. My daughter and I were and are very pleased with the above excellent service. We highly recommend using Mesa Plumbing to anyone needing such services.

Tenant reported a leak from the faucet in the master. I bought all the parts but when I saw the rust around the pipes from the wall I worried about night/weekend plumbing costs if busted one, since I could only work on it during after hours. So instead, I called Mesa Plumbing. Jeff arrived masked, my tenant handed him the parts and did the work in about an hour. There was a small confusion regarding pricing but Becky made the situation whole, better than I would have ever expected! I am now their customer for life! Thanks Mesa Plumbing Company!

I called at 7:22am on a Monday about replacing a broken shut off on my kitchen faucet. The shut off was replaced less than 2 hours later for a reasonable price. Thanks Mesa!

I had a major issue in my Kitchen sink. Though Mesa plumbing couldn't help me because I'm in an apartment, the customer service rep was so nice and took her time to let me know of AZ laws for apartments. That kind of customer service you don't see anymore!

I purchased a home that was built in 1966. As soon as I moved in, I was experiencing plumbing problems and Mazer plumbing has been by my side for the past two years always responsive always there to help I highly recommend them.

Called and talked to someone who was rude. Felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. Called a different plumber and got it done at a fraction of the price.

Excellent plumber. We were running out of hot water with our 2 water heaters. They came out and diagnosed the plumbing issues. After trying a quick fix to save us money, it turned out we did need a new water heater. We were happy with their expertise, honesty and a fair price.

My family and I have used Mesa plumbing for more than 6 years. They are always quick to get here (most times same day) and never try to sell you unneeded services. Prices are super fair and workers are so nice and friendly/professional. Use them, you won’t be sorry.

The prices are very high. 3 valves replaced took them 30 minutes and cost $600 dollars. Minus the kit to replace the valves, say $100 dollars. That is a hourly rate of $1000 per hour. That is serious price gouging. I would no reccomend there services.

Paul got here soon after I called which was good, took 1 hr 45 min to install heater. I had already removed the old one. Charged me $360.50 and swiped all of my copper and brass fittings I had laying around. He said he gave me a good deal so thats why he just took my scrap copper and brass without asking! Guess I'll shop around a little more next time I need a plumber!

Been in AZ 14 years, 3 plumbing situations, and i found the plumbing company i will be calling for next job -- Mesa. No nonsense, professional, fair price for quality work. Direct-vent water heater replacement. They didn't try to sell me anything. Listened to what i needed and my budget. Showed up on time and finished the job under 2hrs. Jeff and Rene quality job.

Milo did a great job and was very professional. Couldn't be happier. I will be having him do some additional work for me. He also told me a few things I could do myself. Great guy awesome plumber. I can't recommend them enough, these guys not only gave me a quote that was HALF of what the other companies were giving me for my whole home re-plumbing but they also did it in half the time the other companies quoted me. The installer was the same guy who gave me the quote and was easy to work with, Sean I believe was his name. This was 2 years ago and they haven't had to come back once to fix anything.

Would give 0 stars if possible. This company's work quality is less than sub-par. I got in an argument with thier Director of Operation over a quality issue and he decided to pull all plumbing fixtures from my commercial job right before a concrete pour-back.. AND, this was the second concrete pourback because quality was so terrible on thier first try... Very unprofessional. Do not use this company.

I have used Mesa Plumbing for over 10 years for all of my rental and personal properties. Milo in particular has handled the majority of my needs over the years and can be counted on to repair the issues of my 1960's vintage properties timely and honestly. My trust in his work is without question. He has the green light from me to repair issues without prior consent unless the issue is extreme. I recommend this company and Milo specifically for all plumbing needs. Mesa Plumbing treats me like a partner, not a customer.

Great service. Knowledgeable, Crew educated me on how and why the system got to this state and how it could be prevented. Only down side, paying with a credit card adds 4% to the tab.

Ryan was amazing! so professional, he called me when my land lord asked him to come in such a short notice. although he was out since 3am, he showed up, he took great care of my two baths and fixed the problem!

Milo had a real challenge with the installation of a dishwasher with a long drain, but he was awesome. He installed a new showerhead, fixed a toilet seat, repaired the faucets for the washing machine, and installed a new faucet outside. I feel very comfortable in saying that he really knows his stuff, and he is a great person, as well.

Our water heater went out and we contacted another plumber because the magnet was on the fridge. Not only could they not get my name right but the price the quoted me was excessive. Ryan gave me a quote over the phone that was very reasonable and completed the work the same day. He and his cousin were professional and did nice clean work. We now have a Mesa Plumbing magnet. They came out, cleaned the pipes. Work was done in a reasonable time and price was great. I have had them out to my house twice for different problems and both were fixed.

I called Mesa Plumbing to have a water filter/softener installed for my house. John came out and got the job done quickly was and patient with my questions(he is super knowledgeable). Pricing is better than the other companies. Will definitely use again for any future plumbing issues.

Called around 7:45am..no other '24 hour plumbers' answered their phones. The receptionist was able to send a tech out to my house in Mesa, informed he would call prior to arrival, and he did! He called back when he arrived at my house, I was unable to be there and the issue was outside in front of my house anyways, his name is Jason, and he took the time to listen to the problem I had, diagnose the issue and find multiple solutions. He was able to find a cap in his truck and capped off the irrigation line that was having the issues, he did awesome. 100% recommend this tech and this company!!!!

Triple overcharged my MIL for a new water heater. Owner said, too bad. I'm in this to make money.
Beware of this company that steals from the elderly.

Houston and crew did a great job installing a new main line and loop for the water conditioning system. The trench in the front yard was invisible when they were finished.

David and the team at Mesa Plumbing just left the church where I serve for the second time. Not since my personal friend and awesome plumber retired have I received service that is as professional and prompt and all provided with a personal touch as I have with Mesa Plumbing. I normally don’t leave reviews but I just had to for this plumber. I called for an estimate on a clogged toilet where water kept coming up. I was quoted $400 dollars for him to use a “snake” and when I was asking general questions trying to get a better understanding of why this plumber was charging the $400 rate to use a basic snake to unclog the toilet I was told “I think you are just playing games”. And was hung up on.

This person was nothing less than very unprofessional.. apparently asking general questions to this plumber is NOT ok and that you should just take his word and not have any questions in regards to his pricing.

Called in the morning and they arrived at the set time. One and a half hours and $185 later, we were complete!

Exceptional Service & Response Time!!
Our business was faced with a major sewer backup and we called late one evening and spoke with Ryan. They had service repairman out to our business in less than 15-minutes addressing the issue. We were never a customer before but we have now found an organization that will handle all our plumbing needs moving forward. Special thanks to Ryan, Trey, and all the staff in servicing our needs at a most competitive price!

My hot water tank went on Memorial Day weekend (not only a weekend, but a holiday weekend). Jeff from Mesa Plumbing called me back within minutes and had it replaced the next morning. The tank is a slim fit 50k gallon that sits off the ground in a very tight cubby in the garage. The first company that looked at it said good luck getting it done over the weekend, you are going to pay out the nose ... really said that too me. Jeff had it installed within an hour, went over how to adjust it and left everything neat and tidy. Very happy with the service.

As always my Dad was right. ( I was expecting a huge expensive issue) My Dad told me to call Mesa.
I had water everywhere and I had know idea where from. They fixed it faster than I thought it would take to find it. The Plumber even helped me mop up the water and cleaned up. No pressure and he didn't try to sale me any thing. You guys are Cool Thanks.

looked at pipe did not but in pipe up to code put a 1in drain and did not put correct pipe to make up to code . you call to have them come back out then they don't show up . worse company do not use them

Had a leak I couldn't stop. Needed to finish an install on a kitchen faucet. They were prompt they did the work and they charged me $570 for 40 minutes of their time. I guess this is standard but it's still outrageous.

Had struck my main waterline with a shovel. They sent within minutes Milo(hope I'm spelling that right) right away. He was easy to talked to and explained everything thoroughly. Was quick and thorough.

NEVER AGAIN....DID FREE DIAGNOSIS..AT MY MOMS HOUSE WHO HAS DEMENTIA..WAS SUPPOSED TO CALL ME BACK WITH DIAGNOSIS AND COST...BUT CALLED TO SAY 235.00 FOR THEM ALREADY PERFORMING THE JOB OF UNCLOGGING THE SINK! PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THEY GOT PERMISSION FROM OTHER PEOPLE THERE..AND I AM THE HOME OWNER...ALSO HAVE A RING CAMERA INSIDE AND OUTSIDE..LISTENED TO THE CONVERSATION PLUMBER HAD WITH OTHERS AT MY MOMS AND NO ONE GAVE PERMISSION FOR ANYTHING! I HAVE IT ALL RECORDED! SEE YOU IN COURT!

Plumber took apart a hot/cold cartridge which is never to be done because they are a sealed unit., and Milo couldn’t put it back together. Tells me it will be another week to come back and now shower completely torn apart and unusable. He should of called part store first to see if part was available instead of being incompetent and breaking valve into multiple pieces and cannot figure how to put it back together.

Plumbing Company to the rescue! My 80 gallon water heater at our rental property needed to be replaced, but neither Home Depot or Lowe's carry 80 gallon water heaters in their stores. I was advised by their customer service departments that I could order one online, but it would not be delivered for 5-8 days, way to long to wait. I began searching plumbers and that is when I stumbled upon Mesa Plumbing Company. They began searching Phoenix for an 80 gallon heater, found one and said they could install it the next day! They were very professional- they kept me up to date on their status via text messages, arrived when they said they would, and cleaned up after themselves. In addition to all this they drove my old water heater to Home Depot because it was still under warranty and I got back $505 in store credit!! Their prices were extremely reasonable as I had priced the heater online. I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to everyone. Very pleased!

They were very responsive and did deligence on finding the issue. They came out on Tuesday to discuss the issue and look at the shower, then Wednesday to eliminate other issues and then completed the repair on Thursday.

After my shower broke, I had bad experiences with two other plumbing companies (one never showed up, the other gave an outrageous quote - think four digits). My realtor recommended Mesa Plumbing Company, so I gave them a call. Milo came out the next day; he was extremely knowledgeable and experienced. He repaired both of the problems I had with the shower and also unclogged the drain - all for literally a fraction of the other company’s quote. He didn’t try to charge me extra to break apart the wall like the other company - he managed to fix everything without any damage to my walls! He was pleasant and clearly knew what he was doing. I will call Mesa Plumbing if I ever have any plumbing issues in the future!
