While they were not able to completely resolve the issue, they communicated what remained and elevated it to the next level. They wore booties so no tracking of dirt and were masked up , both mouth and nose, through the entire visit. Impressed with their professionalism and attention to COVID requirements.

They get 1 star because 0 was not a option. We are building a new home, they run our plumping before our slab was laid. They used different materials then what we asked for. Wrong sizes, wrong piping, we wanted pipes to be able to replace in years to come without tearing up our floor so they can place them into tubing that can be accessed forever but they did not do this, when we asked why they went against what we asked for we were told “oh that’s just a waste of time I have done this for years and never needed to do that”. Um ok you were paid to do what we wanted So not doing that step should make the price cheaper since not using the addition supplies but no they didn’t do that either. They also were suppose to pay the fee for state inspection after plumbing was put in when this did not happen weeks later we called and asked why we were told “oh we thought you were going to do it, but sorry we can do it now” we gave them more time to do this and called the inspector to be told they did not come in and pay fee or request a inspection. So another phone call to them to ask what the heck is going on and told “ sorry we will get it”. That should have been our signs to go elsewhere to finish the job but we again called to request them to come complete we needed plumbing connected to he septic tank, and pipes connected to water source with completing the dishwasher, refrigerator, sinks, washer, toilets, and two whirlpool tubs and showers. We decided to provide supplies since they did not use and do what we wanted the first time so we have sinks, tubs, toilets, faucets, drains and ect. Our over the phone quote was over 8000.00 we said even with us supplying everything she said oh we can knocked some money off at the end since you have all that. Ok so how much money? “I don’t know we don’t do it like that.” Upon further questioning we realized the quote did not include connection to septic tank or to the water supply. We were never given documentation of estimates or contracts but they do tell us we got them still no where to be found. We contacted a different plumber to make sure we were not in the wrong and when he hears and seen what was going on he actually called on-site plumbing in a three way call including us and he questioned there work and prices and overall job. “He was told things 100% different then we were but still wrong information and highly over priced. Our end result prolonged building of our home, half finished plumbing that can’t be fixed easily in the future like we asked, on top of hiring a new plumber to complete and repair things to pass codes. All the while onsite still has not offered any refund on what we paid pre- paid for. If anyone still decides to use this place make sure everything is documented and get individual prices for each thing! And remember there supplies are about ten times the cost elsewhere.

Bill arrived between the time he said he would. Sent text and picture before arrival. He was very professional and respectful in my home. And provided advice about future maintenance and all for an excellent price. I am glad I became a Comfy Club Memeber.

I called this company the morning my hot water heater had stopped working. They had a plumber out to my house the same day and was able to replace my hot water heater. Thank you for being able to fit me in to your schedule on short notice. I will definitely use this plumbing company again.

We received outstanding customer service from both the dispatcher and the plumber. They scheduled quickly, showed up exactly when they said they would and were exceedingly professional. This was a warranty repair for us through Home Membership, but the cost had it not been was still going to be reasonable, as the plumber told us the regular cost. I would highly recommend Durbin.

Had to have a replacement AC and Heater. Denzil came out and evaluated and let me know all of my options. After deciding to get new units the very next morning 3 tech arrived, Kenny E, Stephen N and Bryan S. All were professional, nice, knowledgeable and able to work in the small space that I have in my condo. They got it done in one day, cleaned up the mess and explained everything to me. So grateful that they could do everything in one day. I will use Bryant for years and years to come. Great job guys!!!

This company, especially the service technician Kevin, was extremely helpful with not only the reason for the service call but with information about larger jobs that could be needed in the future. Had a water heater die and start leaking late one eve. No massive flood, so partially drained and turned off the water heater. Called Summers the next morning. I had two very professional gentlemen show up at 12:30; very early into the 2 hour window I was given. Two hours later, I had a new water heater installed, the old one removed, and was most pleased by the entire experience. I will use Summers Plumbing again.

The service Dalton provided was excellent! I needed my stove to be hooked up to gas. I was comfortable with his knowledge and experience.

I was having some issues with my garbage disposal, and they were able to get in very quick, they were extremely professional and got right to work, the two men that came were in and out and everything worked perfectly after. Brittany, who helped on the phone was also extremely professional and was extremely attentive. Highly recommend !

Mike did a great job installing own new bathroom vanity, facet and toilet. He was very professional, timely, knowledgeable and courteous. I would highly recommend Scroggins Plumbing to our family and friends. He also cleaned the pipe in the kitchen sink, our washing machine is directly behind the sink and when the washer empties, the water backs up into the kitchen sinks and then flows out. This happens ever couple of years and he recommended other options if it keeps happening. Thanks again, Mike great job!!

The gentalman came out done a great job in good time. He done what it was he said needed be done none of this i will be back two or three runs to a hardware store and waiting hours after he determined what what was wrong. He was responsible priced comparison to some other companies that i have worked with .
